They’re good people it’s a pretty good program. They let you have your phones which honestly sucks cause people just hide in there rooms on there phones when they’re not in group instead of forming community which is where slot of healing happens. Fernando Avila I had posted a review earlier but I forgot to mention the nurses I can't remember all the names but Mike was my nurse he also was very helpful and caring he would give me my Meds on time if something was wrong he knew it.

I had a great experience. The staff was super amazing. Residential program was great. The rooms where super clean. The kitchen staff was amazing. The bht and rss's : Trey, Mikey, Oscar, Jasmine, Nicole, Nicol, Joe, Dom, Andy, Matt, Neesha, Belinda, Andrea, Cathrine, Jessica, Jade, Ashley, Neil, Brian,Matt, Gabriel, Amaiya, both Trishas, Mike, Carrissa Site directors: Don , Chris, and Frank Nursing staff: Mike , Arnold and few others. Councilors and Case managers: Cara, Norman, Todd, John, Carlee Joe, Frank. We're all amazing. IOP STAFF: Katie, Daniel, Gabbie, Valentino, Tatiana, Tiffany, Val, Art, Nate, Ray. KATIE was so amazing she took good care of us in the housing at ptl. Did such an amazing job. She always looked out for me. GABBIE was very amazing as well was always on top of everything laundry and making sure our rooms were clean Tatiana was the apartment coordinator and she always made everything happen when I need something she always took care of me. TIFF, Val, Valentino, Art, and Daniel were also very attentive and would always help me out with my mail and meds and any other inquiries. They where very friendly and caring like family looking out for me. By far the best place for my first rehab. Im glad I came here everyone here is like a family including my fellow peers but I wanna thank the staff for always being there for me. I deff would recommend this place to people. Im a fellow graduate and they pushed me to success and I'm very thankful for my Arc family I will always love you guys thanks for everything.

Not as many bells and whistles as their apparently used to be, but more importantly than any of that the staff actually cares. This review should've come sooner. Keep up the good work!

ARC IOP program has been a life changing experience for me! First off the housing is great I love the whole set up, it helps create a bond between our peers, it's clean, they are SOOOOO AMAZING at being completely supportive of our needs regardless of how big or small. Katy the manager is absolutely amazing person, with undoubtedly superhuman powers the way she HELPS all her clients in the house, all while bouncing around like a gummy bear, unselfishly running herself ragged if she had that point so all of our needs are met! Kudo's Katy TY! This whole facility is Amazing, the staff RSS's are all so professional and friendly that collaborate beautifully to be supportive, informative, and uplifting knowing that we are all going through life changing experiences. I am an addict and was using for about 34 years, I quit smoking cigarettes and the substances and have 312 days clean now, and have learned so much maintenance and coping skills since being here that I will never forget ever the rest of my life. I did it of course! But never could I be as successful as I know I'm going to be had it Not been for the facilitators and my peers. I recommend the ARC REHAB CENTER to everyone I know that needs treatment. I started this journey looking at a different place, but after I was denied (I was too high risk) there I almost gave up hope. That was until they reached out to Cottonwood and they contacted me. When I heard what the co-pay was, I again almost gave up again but they wouldn't let me. I ignored their calls for 6 days until they called me on a blocked number and let me know they worked something out and could get me in. I was unsure at best, but I had nothing to lose. Thanks to them I know more about myself and was able to gather myself up from all those broken pieces I had fallen apart into. I loved my Therapist, psychiatrist, and the staff over all (not everyone was perfect, but definitely not enough to garner a lower review). I am thankful for Cottonwood and those there that truly helped me. If you're ready to heal this is definitely the place for you.

I had a great experience here at cottonwood. The community, staff and therapists were great. I will forever be ever thankful for cottonwood.

I recently left Cottonwood for mental health (trauma, biopolar, PTSD). I cannot describe the experience I had while there. I have been home for a few weeks now and I left a different person. The treatment is thoughtful and tailored to your needs, from start to finish. The dedication and passion of all of the doctors and counselors is infectious. The community created for all of the patients to take in every single opportunity created. Sunrise to sunset you are able to do the hardwork while still enjoying the small things and moments. I will always think of Cottonwood fondly. Courtney B was an inspiration to myself and to so many. He is passionate which he exemplifies through his service and commitment. Courtney. He truly cares about the entire community and its peers. He is a staple at Cottonwood and his service is of integrity and an inspiration.

Perfect place for trauma and PTSD treatment. Staff well monitoring. Patients friendly. Peaceful environments. Horses, volleyball, pool, pickleball. Good food. 10/10. 30-90 days recommended.

My appointment with Daniella on Aug 18, 1 pm, was great! I look forward to seeing her again, as she is always in a delightful mood, and easy to talk to!

I graduated the program and did the continuess program, did internship then got a job, place and car.. I worked the program,, just like any other program ITS UP TO YOU weather you succeed or not!!! I'm grateful that I was able to get closer to my higher power, graduate drug court, mend my relationship with my daughter and parents, grow in many areas and become stable ,employed and learn about myself, traditions, culture, and so much more. Its not easy but its worth it! Rose and Peter were my mentors. I still keep in touch with Peter! He was the best and showed genuine care. Ray hosted bible study and meditation...to this day I still do those soul and spirit lifting tools. Thank you Amity && mentors for being apart of my recovery!!! The staff are knowledgeable and they really know their stuff. They know about how to stay sober, they are flexible, they are caring and rhey are able to access resources to assist you.

Amity was answered prayer for my 3 year old & I, since I completed my commitment at Amity, I feel somehow lighter, my body, mind, and spirit. Amity touches the deepest parts of yourself you wouldn't imagine. Watching everyone being vulnerable, doing the work give you the courage to do the same. It has truly been life changing for myself. But also Amity isn't for everyone, the first time, or second,.. eventually the program works if you allow it and trust in the process. ❤️

What I love the most (can't believe no one's mentioned it) is the multiple kinds of methadone that they offer. You choose the form! From liquid, to 10mg tablets. It's great. I personally am on 10mg tablets at 200mg. It's great and works way better for me than the liquid did! Thanks BAC!

I thank God every day that I found BAC. I have been a client for a long time and I love this place. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They have never made me feel out of place or guilty for my past choices. They do what they can to help you, and, all you have to do is ask. If it's something they can do, they will. I love my counselor at BAC, thank you Terri!!! The rest of the staff are terrific as well. I will never go anywhere else.

I have been going here off and on for the past 5 years but this last year after getting pregnant and still struggling with fetanyl they changed my life. They were so supportive and caring and really I don't know where I would be without this place and the staff that work there. I've been to 5 different methadone clinics in my journey struggling with addiction and have never had one anywhere near as good and caring as this one.
