I was here for a 10 day detox. Every staff member here was incredibly compassionate, and I feel that they went to great lengths to take care of their patients. I would highly recommend this place for detox. Part of me never wants to leave. All I can say is they are truly amazing people And I will miss them all.

The staff and provider here made my stay bearable and successful. Dr. Sierzenski, Samantha BHT, Derrick RN, Stephanie RN, Veronica BHT, Ingrid RN, Gabby BHT, Tanisha RN, and all of them! They were attentive, compassionate, helpful, professional, but most of all... they were kind to me when I was in a very dark place and a world of hurt. Scottsdale Providence saved my life. As a lifelong drug addict I didn’t feel that there was much hope. I thought it was going to be awkward being a bit on the older side at 48, but neither preconceived notion was true. The staff at the residential house was warm and inviting. They reassessed and modified my medications which made me feel so much better. The staff immediately formed a treatment plan taking into account my goals. The group sessions are amazing and include everything from cutting edge therapy, traditional therapy, yoga, meditation, and daily check ins. The ono on one sessions are with highly skilled and compassionate therapists who use a variety of techniques. Once leaving residential and stepping down to PHP at the treatment center the amazing care continues. The group sessions are intense and very engaging. The one on one sessions continue to be facilitated by highly skilled therapists. Many of the staff are in recovery themselves. They treat everyone equally no matter what race, sect, political views, pronouns, religion, rich, poor, old, and young. I suffered a horrific family tragedy that occurred while I was still in treatment. The SPRC staff swooped in and offered me all the help and extra therapy I needed. They modified my treatment plan to account for this change. They even helped me get my affairs in order. And now that I’m a few days from completion, they have made sure everything I need to be successful is in place. From amazing facilities to having the very best staff, this place is second to none. It isn’t just a country club, they push you to work towards your goals and keep close eye on your progress. If you want to sit in a pool and have your hand held for 90 days, this is not the place. If you are serious about getting well and ready to put on the work, SPRC is the only choice in Phoenix.

I have been through many treatment centers and this is by far the best one I've been to. The staff is amazing. Tyler and Michael are great and Lionel is awesome. Lauren the case manager is a God send and Jillian the trauma therapist is a saint. Thank you to Denise and my entire health care team. You all are amazing.

I am incredibly grateful for SPRC. The staff truly care about their job and every single person who comes through here. I’ve never felt like just a case number. They are intelligent and good at what they do. I’ve learned a lot in every group and my one on one sessions with all of my therapists. They have also helped to set me up for success after treatment. I have felt supported and encouraged every day.

I don't even know where to start!! From speaking with Sandy at intake to all the staff at both residential and PHP everyone was amazing!! I was so nervous coming in and not knowing what to expect but if you stick with it and stay you will not regret it!! Everyone who works here is amazing and deserving of 5 stars!! Despite my obstinate reluctance to participate in this type of therapy, the staff has been extremely confident and flexible in finding a way to help me. I am still surprised and very grateful for their commitment and sincerity. They really have helped in a direct and tangible fashion in a very short time. I never would have guessed that I would end up with such gratitude and respect for the people and process I have been gifted with. I offer my best wishes for all those who sacrifice so much to help and serve to foster recovery and wellness for others. Somehow, even I seem to be worth the effort from such generous folk. My inability to fathom anything that could justify the time spent with me by such wonderous people does not diminish my gratitude for the effects of the education, caring and results achieved.

I was a client at Fountain Hills Recovery at the beginning 2025, and I felt compelled to leave a review about my time there. During my stay, I received treatment for Alcohol and actively participated in all components of the residential treatment program, including group therapy, individual therapy, and psychiatric therapy. The staff was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of taking back control of your life, and their care and kindness was well above what I expected to receive. The home I stayed in was always well stocked with food of your choosing, and the meals that were provided were well balanced and hit high marks from the chef that prepared them daily for us. Besides the great accommodations in place, the treatment I received was highly beneficial and had led me to know reach a 6 month milestone of living a sober and clean life. I am thankful for my decision to choose Fountain Hills and would recommend it to anyone who is serious about making decisions that will shape their future for the better.

My Mom has been with Soul Surgery for the past 2 months. It's been truly amazing to witness her transformation & continued progression since joining. What I love about Soul Surgery is that it has provided my Mom with a stable environment to live alcohol-free, receive support and training for sober living, and encourages her freedom in creating a fulfilled and joyful life. She rides her bike every day around the city and nearby parks, chooses to meal prep her food weekly for health, enjoys fun hobbies, and is free to come and go as she pleases. She is vibrant, excited about life, and is consistently engaged in the training activities and group meetings that she attends daily. I am happy that we are able to spend time together anytime on and offsite. It was great to get together on Memorials Day for swimming & family time. It is so nice to get to visit and talk on the phone and in person. I am extremely grateful for Soul Surgery and the difference it is making for my Mom. With this facility transitioning to a hybrid sober living platform requiring the daily programming with the way it has been taught has been life changing to say the least, the opportunity my wife and I have been given to join this program I must say not only my life individually has been saved my marriage has been as well and that has not been a focus in fact my marriage saved is a most pleasant by product of my own and my wife's sobriety as individuals, while my wife and I are working this program as individuals our bond has grew in strength along with the connection we have which is growing daily, this in depth 12 step based program has taught me how to live differently in sobriety. With learning how to live differently in sobriety the freedom to come and go as we please along with the ability to work has been excellent to allow us to experience the outside world while still in a safe environment, with this being my first and only treatment that I've ever gone through it be extremely difficult to imagine any other program having the impact Soul Surgery has had on me if I was given a choice how I want to attain sobriety I would chose this place, I am forever thankful and greatful for having the opportunity for sobriety and learning how to use the tools from who I have learned them from. I've been with vale del sol for many years and my doctor Jones is very good she's understanding my needs hears me what I'm going threw I really like vale del sol the only thing is that I don't have a navigator to help me when I need help

As someone who has had a fair amount of rehabs under my belt. I can honestly say this is by far the best. A very structured program, that institutes all of the fellowships into your daily life. The navigators (bht) went out of there way for me and were an inticle part of my recovery. I'm now over 6 months sober. The longest I've been clean in 29 years. Thanks cornerstone for giving me a second chance at life.

I have been coming here for over 15 years and would tell anyone struggling with opioid addiction that there is a place where you can find help and never have to suffer from debilitating pains in agony because your body is going thru withdraw and you will never have to suffer in silence trying to hide from your addiction that is always going to catch up with you so if your ready to free yourself from burden of having to chase pills and always wandering if you'll have enough to make it thru another day just hoping you can find someone who has some thing to stop those withdraws this is the place for you to find what your looking for. Methadone treatment saved my life and don't listen to what anyone tells you or what you may have heard about methadone treatment just make the call and come talk to one of the counselors to get the facts and then give it a chance because they don't expect anyone to be cured overnight but they can offer the support and start you on medication and give you more the next day and keep sticking to that plan to show up everyday youll keep getting a little bit more everyday by the end of your first week you will start to feel so much better by end of week 2 you'll be able to get a good night's rest 3rd week you won't worry because the withdraws will subside by week 4 you'll still be raising your dose but withdraws will be gone but you may still have cravings or you may not need to raise your dose any higher but whatever the case they will give you everything you need to get you drug free until you have no more cravings and you will soon wander why you waited so long to start treatment. Whatever excuses you have not to start or keep going back they can help with getting rides , filling application for access if you need help paying or can't pay they have lots of programs that might qualify you for help to get started on treatment so give them a call , you won't regret it and privacy for patience is a top priority so if your worried someone might find out like an employer or family member they do not and will not ever acknowledge if someone is or is not a patient so they can protect every person who walks thru their doors from having to worry about the choice to come there and consequences of someone finding out they make every patient sign a non disclosure agreement so if someone you know happens to show up one Day they are banned from exposing any person or patient or even talking about seeing someone while they are there for treatment so it's very discreet and you need to take a chance make the call and get your life back on track because your never to old to learn something new like how to live your life sober and happy so they will give you the tools you will need to succeed and I hope if I can convince just one person to try then these words will have been worth all it took to get them somewhere to let someone find them and if I save just one person that's enough for me and I hope to see you there one day

This place doesn’t make you feel worthless because of the reason you are here. They extend more than just help with drugs. They’re sincere and human and my counselor Marne is amazing and a wonderful woman. She has definitely been in my life and has made such a huge difference in my recovery from prescription pain meds to now Suboxone. This is going to be my sixth year in recovery. Highly recommend this place.

This is a great place. The doctors and staff were excellent, they went above and beyond. We had AC, Beautiful scenery and a nice comfy Bed. I was lucky to meet all the wonderful people who were there with me. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE The River Source! I moved here from Arkansas and they have been so amazing helping me along my path of recovery! The people are so welcoming and i love that they encourage us all to be engaged in our community. Its just an overall amazing place to be going thru this part of life, I recommend it to everyone looking to get their lifes back on the right track!

I was able to leave this program with some of the tools needed to help in my recovery. The groups were amazing! It is set up like a small village. You have multiple houses and meeting center in the middle of them. They also take you out for trips to the park and even church on Sundays.

This place helped me get back on my feet.

If it wasn't for the staff here and their knowledge of helping people who have a addiction and working with veterans and the VA I would have probably relapsed if they would have let me go before I was really to go.

I have been to multiple different programs, none of which worked EXCEPT Soba, not only is the staff the absolute best, but they truly care. This is not one of those places where you’re surrounded by people who have no idea what they’re talking about, these people have been there done that, so they speak from experience. this is the third treatment center i have ever attended and i can say by far that this is the BEST one i have ever been to. they strictly focus on mental health and uncovering traumas i was always so scared to talk about. on top of that, the staff has always been so generous and genuine and that’s rare to find in treatment centers. it was a life changing experience for me that i’ll never forget- thank you!

Legacy recover has been an amazing experience. I came into the program broken, depressed and lost. The progress i made in the short time is incredible. The staff are amazing and the property is a calming atmosphere. I recommend this recovery program. Everything on its schedule is put together to help every health need.
