Gallus Medical is a really great detox facility, from the beginning, the staff was very welcoming and professional.One nurse, Ingrid, truly stood out. She went above and beyond in every aspect of my care, and I cannot thank her enough. The care I received under her watch was phenomenal, and she truly enhanced Gallus Medical's reputation. While all staff members were kind and helpful, it was Ingrid's support that really made a difference.The facility itself is comfortable. Each patient gets a private room with a large bed and TV, and you can keep your electronics and wear your own clothes. There is a balcony for smoking you can use whenever.The detox process for Fentanyl was the best I ve ever gone through. Gallus uses a micro induction method, combining small amounts of subutex with opiates, which gradually lowers the opiates while increasing the subutex.I live about an hour away from the facility, so I was essentially told to figure aftercare out on my own once I left. After paying a substantial amount for the program, I truly believe this is an area where Gallus dropped the ball, especially considering their emphasis on aftercare during the intake process. But I guess that is because this is strictly a detox facility, once the drugs are out of your system your on your own. I called 10 days after leaving asking for help however I was more or less on my own, not something most detox facilities do, aftercare is usually super important.So 4 stars if we include aftercare however 5 stars for the facility, staff, and detox protocol.

Every staff member, from the RNs to the doctors, was incredible and made my time here enjoyable and relaxing.I want to give a special shoutout to Ingrid she's a gem! Her genuine care for people is evident in her warm demeanor. Dr. S is also exceptional; he is thorough, caring, and incredibly intelligent. It s refreshing to find a doctor who combines both kindness and expertise.Niz is passionate and wonderful, always keeping me on track. Scottsdale Providence was the best experience we have ever had. There are several reasons this facility stands out.Compassion- Every person I spoke with cared about the day-to-day and the outcome. It was uncanny. One can feign "care," but it is quickly obvious. The staff at SP invested as if they were supporting a member of their own family.Engagement - Out-of-the-box thinking and solutions- rather than the usual fixed and firm plans. With this facility transitioning to a hybrid sober living platform requiring the daily programming with the way it has been taught has been life changing to say the least, the opportunity my wife and I have been given to join this program I must say not only my life individually has been saved my marriage has been as well and that has not been a focus in fact my marriage saved is a most pleasant by product of my own and my wife's sobriety as individuals, while my wife and I are working this program as individuals our bond has grew in strength along with the connection we have which is growing daily, this in depth 12 step based program has taught me how to live differently in sobriety. I couldn t be more impressed with this treatment center! My sister graduated their program, and today is her 4 year sober anniversary. I ve seen such a positive change in her since then. My perspective of my experience here has changed of time I ve been sober. I think there we re several things that could have been handled better therapists and the management running the facility but ultimately I feel like these things were learned from rather than repeated. Desert Cove was a incredible experience which contributed to my early sobriety, giving me a place where my family could have peace of mind and I could regularly attend meetings, find a sponsor, and work the steps, without worrying about all the stresses that come when you are living on your own. The transition to sober living was seemless and I made life long sober friends. No matter who nice the rehab is, somone has to be ready to recover. Desert cove is a great place for the addict/alcoholic that is ready to recover.

The adolescent part of this facility (Hopi) is designed to keep your child from hurting themselves or others. This facility shines in that regard. Bree, the head nurse is amazing: professional and kind. There is no therapist on duty if that s what you re hoping for. Once your kid is safe then you take them out and start the work of getting the therapy they need.

I was placed in inpatient on the adolescent unit and this place absolutely saved my life. The nurses were so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Some of the techs are amazing. Jessie, Jana, and Sam were so amazing and helped me get the help I needed. Some of the day staff were not as lovely and really had no compassion for the patients which is disappointing given the environment. Other than that this place really helps if you are struggling with depression. I am so thankful for Banner.

I was here voluntarily because I knew I needed help with my alcoholism, I was not court ordered or on probation so I didn't have to stay. I chose to stay as long as I could and came up with a 1000 reasons to leave. I chose to stay because of the staff, they really do care and they know what it's like to be in addiction. You will attend group session with a profesional therapist with 9 other men or women, it is not coed and the focus is on your recovery for 3 hours 5 days a week and then an hour with a behavioral health technician (BHT) who is someone who hangs out at your assigned sober living home. After, you will be heading back home, eat well and then head to a meeting and are encouraged to get a sponsor and work the 12 steps. I highly recommend this place. I am so thankful for Purpose Healing!! They really saved my life. They loved me when I couldn't love myself. I have never felt so welcome and safe. I had a safe place which is what I needed, to heal. That is truly priceless.I did the 28 day program and I had the therapist Cheryl. She is one amazing woman. Very professional and knowledgeable in her field. She didn't let me avoid issues that I had been avoiding for years. She helped me face them and then helped me heal.The houses were nice and clean. I had amazing bhts (house managers). Cindy and Michelle are so Amazing!! They provided a safe and fun sober environment. I had so much fun at the house I was assigned! This has been the best methadone clinic I've been too. Besides the very short lines and wait and no unreasonable demands for making it your appointments.The staff is just awesome..all of them..but i saw Elizabeth, one of the counselors and she is beyond understanding and so helpful. The nurse is also fabulous, she knows the new laws well regarding methadone prescribing and immediately was willing to very rapidly get my dose up to the level I needed. And even the receptionist, Sofia, understands the " methadone patient" and is ALWAYS so accommodating, sweet, and makes me smile even when I'm having a rough day!! I 100% recommend this clinic!!

This by far is the best methadone clinic/treatment center in the valley. They are the real deal. I ve been to several different clinics in the past 5 to 7 years and I m going to be honest 100% fact they almost always suck very rude short spoken places that are just wore out from addicts taken advantage of their services and I get it this cannot be a easy job for someone who doesn t have opioid issues in their past very hard stressful job I imagine.HOWEVER if a person decides that they want to operate a place like this as a way to financially succeed in life, then they better be prepared for the difficult road that they are going to have to witness SO MANY human beings struggle thru. And I felt safe being honest with my counselor here I felt 100% that I was being led by a awesome support group they actually have success stories here people reach goals here with the awesome bunch of people. Plugged In Recovery has truly changed our lives. My wife struggled for years with a heavy dependency on marijuana, which eventually led to cannabinoid hyperemesis—constant, debilitating vomiting every time she used. It got to a point where she was sick for weeks at a time and couldn’t stop on her own. She had been using since high school and felt like she couldn’t cope with life without it.
Plugged In gave her the tools, support, and strength to finally break free—not just for herself, but for me and our 4-year-old daughter. Today, she’s been sober for over six months. I finally have my wife back, and our daughter finally has her mom again.

The team at The Meadows truly sets the standard for outpatient care. The 8-week program is unique in that it focuses on trauma, using a model and tools to guide participants through a journey of self discovery. It is truly life-saving work and with the top-tier care team, I felt respected and supported. They also use many of the newest technologies, such as neurofeedback, to aid in recovery. I had to go and do a intake for my daughter. The staff were very understanding and compassionate. They explained everything in great detail and even answered every question even if I asked it multiple times but in different ways because I was so stressed out because my girl was going to be left in their hands .

Major shout out to Anew treatment center for their incredible work! My brother recently admitted into their facility. We have struggled with multiple facilities over the years, but none of them gave us the support that Anew did. They helped us get him hospitalized so he could get stable and come into their program. And once he came in, it took a little while, but he has been flourishing. I love the community aspect of their treatment program. These people are really wonderful, competent professionals, especially Megan and Michela. I cannot say enough good things about them. Our family’s life is getting so much better because of the decision to use this facility.

For several years my daughter has suffered from schizophrenia. It was so disruptive to our family life and general well being. We’ve tried several programs but Anew is the only one that really understood our situation. Others facilities would lure us by suggesting they could heal my daughter is 30 or 60 days using our insurance and after trying that twice we figured out that we needed a different approach. Our consultant referred us to Anew and the experience was exactly what we needed. My husband and I were immediately placed into their family therapy program. It was an eye-opening experience, we learned the role that we were playing in our daughter’s sickness. Their clinical team is so experienced in treating this type of illness. We are very grateful for their existence and would highly recommend anybody who’s loved one is suffering like ours to bring them here!

Healthy Futures was instrumental in my personal recovery from an eating disorder. I learned alongside other patients how eating disorders operate within group settings. I developed skills on how to cope with and heal from trauma through dialectical behavioral therapy. I also had the opportunity to relate to other people going through recovery as well. I received dietary services from Kimberly Guenther, and she was absolutely phenomenal. May she rest in peace! The somatic experiencing group by Ilene Smith was one of my favorite groups as it opened my eyes to how eating disorders are connected to trauma and how trauma becomes trapped in the body and needs to be physically released. I would say overall the staff is great, and you will have the support you need to recover as long as you are open and willing to put in the work. Healthy Futures hits the nail on the head when it comes to eating disorder recovery by providing well rounded care. Healing from an eating disorder recovery is one of the hardest things to do but worth it! It has helped me to live life more fully!

I had such an amazing experience at Embark! I was struggling a lot with anxiety and depression. This was my first step to getting help. My therapist took me to Behavioral health because I was having suicidal ideations really bad. I was really upset at first but this really changed my life for the better. I was recommended to go to residential therapy out of state- and got the help I needed. It s all thanks to embark. Also their therapy models are constantly changing with the new & improved lesson plans/activities/ and topics! They always made the groups interesting, fun, and applicable to our lives. I m so happy to be here today. I am starting my LMSW journey in 6 days, and thank this whole experience for that.
