The therapists, case managers, group facilitators, nursing staff, and bhts are all so helpful while creating a safe place to learn and grow with so much encouragement and support! Out of all the programs I’ve been to and I’ve been to a few I can say they really do care. The houses are beautiful. The program can be relaxing, fun, and healing all at once. The somatic experiencing group by Ilene Smith was one of my favorite groups as it opened my eyes to how eating disorders are connected to trauma and how trauma becomes trapped in the body and needs to be physically released. I would say overall the staff is great, and you will have the support you need to recover as long as you are open and willing to put in the work. I’ve been to many recovery facilities and this is by far the best. They have comfortable beds tvs in room let u have your phone, games online streaming and even a ps4. This really helps with engaging the mind during a 24 hour lockdown. They offer MAT and are very quick with addressing your needs and making detox and withdrawal as comfortable as possible. The staff are very smart, well spoken, and respectful. The food is very yummy and nutritious and they cater it every week, and snack or meal u could want. If you have insurance and can afford it this place is so worth it. I came from Colorado just to be here. A breath of fresh air in a very lacking recovery industry. Thank you Scottsdale detox! The staff is incredible- every single staff member is so kind, caring and willing to answer any questions you may have. The facility is super clean and has a nice layout. There is a kitchen that is always stocked with a ton of food. However you can also door dash. You have your own room and bathroom, a nice bed with nice linens, your own TV and you can have your electronics 24/7. I have never felt so cared for in my LIFE! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! The facility was very clean, private rooms with showers and all clean with everything you need for comfort for your recovery. I would give them a 10 star if it was an option.
