The therapist, Ursula, was great. So easy to relate to and definitely made me feel comfortable talking during our one on ones.

I was here voluntarily because I knew I needed help with my alcoholism, I was not court ordered or on probation so I didn't have to stay. I chose to stay as long as I could and came up with a 1000 reasons to leave. I chose to stay because of the staff, they really do care and they know what it's like to be in addiction. You will attend group session with a profesional therapist with 9 other men or women, it is not coed and the focus is on your recovery for 3 hours 5 days a week and then an hour with a behavioral health technician (BHT) who is someone who hangs out at your assigned sober living home. After, you will be heading back home, eat well and then head to a meeting and are encouraged to get a sponsor and work the 12 steps. I highly recommend this place. Where do I start...... my daughter was blessed enough to have the staff at Plugged In help her in her recovery. Addiction is a terrible disease that I did not think would ever happen to my family. The staff at Plugged In truly care about every patient and want them all to be successful in their recovery journey. They are kind, compassionate, loving, honest, genuine and hold patients accountable for their actions and behavior(s) but in a loving positive way. The support group for family members is amazing. We all come together with a facilitator from Plugged In (Laura is the bomb!) and help each other navigate the process from, rehab, sober living, PHP, IOP, etc. You can be vulnerable with no judgment. The same love is felt here that is given to our family members who are in recovery. Thank you to Bravo, Laura, Chef Shannon, Monica and all the folks who make Plugged In a safe, healing place for our loved ones.

The Summit Sanctuary is truly a standout when it comes to client care and dedication to excellence. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear that the staff genuinely prioritizes each individual’s well-being. They go above and beyond to create a supportive, compassionate environment where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their own recovery process. Their team is professional, attentive, and deeply committed to providing high-quality care tailored to each person’s needs. The level of communication, empathy, and follow-through is exceptional, and it’s evident that they hold themselves to the highest standards. If you’re looking for a place where people truly care and are invested in helping clients achieve meaningful, lasting change, I can’t recommend The Summit Sanctuary enough. They set the bar for what excellence in behavioral health care should look like.

I heavily researched Mental Health facilities both in Europe and the US. I ultimately chose The Summit Sanctuary for my mental health care and med management due to their holistic but evidence based approach. They also focus heavily on wellness with daily yoga, beautiful desert hikes, community and they have a fitness room hidden amongst their other top of line amenities. While I was in Arizona I was fortunate enough to experience multiple mental health facilities / recovery centers. It was made very clear to me early on how special of a place Summit Sanctuary is. It came down to staff for me. Every single member of the staff has been heavily trained with a non judgmental and genuinely grounded approach. They have a balanced but intense programme that ensures positive support and skills to set you up for success on your journey for life. They even provide trusted resources for after care or if you require other services related to your healing. It is incredibly difficult to find a residential programme that caters to an array of people from varying socio-econmic backgrounds. You make friends here that put value in respect and provide immense support. The facility is beautiful and it lives up to what they advertise. 99% of the staff will cater to your needs and go above and beyond for you. They work as a team to make sure you feel safe and supported in your time of healing. The CEO Michael has created a true sanctuary where you can come and be selfish to focus on yourself. Whether its indulging in the food by their Chef who has over a decade experience, getting an extended weekly massage with their incredible masseuse (I will be coming back to Arizona just for her), or focusing on deep trauma informed treatment with their amazing therapist - she is very well trained in EDMR and the minute you meet her she immediately makes you feel at home. Their nursing staff is absolutely incredible and some of the most compassionate people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Whether you're there for mental health, recovery, or both, Angelica the case manager makes sure you're worry and stress free during your stay. I was worried about communicating with my HR for work and insurance company and Angelica made it a point to help keep my job and avoided me losing my private health care. She is incredibly kind and patient and even inspired me with her own beautiful journey she's been on. As someone not familiar with Arizona, she made sure I was safe and taken care of even if it meant her driving 30 minutes out of her way to bring me things or take me somewhere. Michael has truly made a special facility that is accessible to residents of Arizona and he provides and seamless luxury experience for those looking to recover and heal safely in comfort. The level of care and support given by the Summit Sanctuary is unrivaled in the state of Arizona. It lived up to all my research I had put in. When you're at your most vulnerable and in need of healing the Summit Sanctuary is a place surrounded by staff and a CEO you can trust around the clock.I truly hope to see more locations open up in the coming years. Here you can be yourself at the rawest and be accepted by everyone around you. If anyone has been struggling with addiction or mental health the Summit truly cares about seeing you achieve lifelong success. Huge thank you to the nursing staff, Angelica, Emily, and Michael. You all exceeded my expectations. Please keep doing the great work you provide because it is rare to find a place that wants to see you succeed and be you again in the healthiest way.

I truly appreciate the staff at Summit! They are passionate, dedicated, and caring. I attended their 30 day program for mental health. The therapists, both group and individual are top tier. The home is gorgeous and the weekend activities were amazing! I am so glad I got a solid start to my healing with this team. ❤️ I cannot thank them enough and will be forever grateful. I can't say enough about the amazing staff, especially Jenn and Carla – they are truly the best! Both of them brought an incredible level of expertise, compassion, and dedication to my care. They made me feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout my journey. I learned so much during my time there, and the insights I gained have made a lasting impact on my life. Whether you’re struggling with mental health, addiction, or trauma, I highly recommend The Meadows Outpatient Center. The team there genuinely cares about your well-being and provides an environment where growth and healing are not only possible but encouraged. The team at The Meadows truly sets the standard for outpatient care. The 8-week program is unique in that it focuses on trauma, using a model and tools to guide participants through a journey of self discovery. It is truly life-saving work and with the top-tier care team, I felt respected and supported. They also use many of the newest technologies, such as neurofeedback, to aid in recovery. I left the program stronger and will be forever grateful to The Meadows.

I am incredibly impressed with Anew Treatment Center and would highly recommend it to any family with a child struggling with severe mental illness. Our experience has been truly life-changing—our daughter now has a future we once thought impossible. After years of watching our son struggle with schizophrenia and cycling through multiple treatment centers, finding Anew in Scottsdale was a turning point not only for him, but for our whole family.
