when I was here I wasnt able to get my clothes until the second day, i was checked in late and often had to advocate for myself since i wasnt told how this place worked, it was difficult since im quiet but other than that this place was good, i enjoyed the food and the staff we're nice, i got to color a lot. it was super cold and if youre gonna go here bring slippers or something cs the ground you do often go outside

The team really works well with each other. I feel like I'm really looked out for by my therapist and psychiatrist, they work in tangent for my wellbeing and are generally enjoyable people to work with. Sin duda en este hospital las veces que lo he visitado siempre me han atendido muy bien, el pasado domingo llegué al mediodía por Emergencias con un fuerte dolor abdominal y ya a las 6 de la tarde ya iba camino a una cirugía de Apendicitis, todo el personal médico muy amable y atentos. Enseguida fue la cirujana y me explicó con detalle todo el procedimiento, luego en la sala de preparación antes de entrar a cirugía, la enfermera, el anestesista y nuevamente la cirujana me volvieron a dar detalles de todo el procedimiento. La operación fue rápido y sin complicaciones, estuve esa noche del domingo y también la noche del lunes y la enfermera Olivia me trató muy muy bien, me sentí siempre acompañada. En generar todo el equipo médico fue muy bueno pero si debo destacar la atención de la enfermera Olivia y de la cirujana que no recuerdo su nombre, pero la verdad que me sentí muy bien cuidada. Despite the bad reviews, i have to admit that i was treated with respect from the beginning to the end. The staff security directed me to where i needed to go despite the annoying construction thats going on at the moment. The ER staff were very respectful and patient with me. Besides the very minor things i have noticed like the gross showers in the restrooms. I'd have to say these guys were freaking fantastic.

I was set up here after being inpatient in a facility for mental health. Front desk staff was so kind, I was greeted by a young girl, she was new but you could tell she's in the right field. Very kind and compassionate and made me feel welcome!
Candy in adult intake is a treasure. She made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire appointment. Intakes for establishing care can be very lengthy and repetitive, but she kept the energy bright and bubbly the entire time. She played my favorite music to help make me feel comfortable and placed no judgment when I opened up about my issues. We laughed, and she encouraged me multiple times throughout my appointment.
They were able to explain any questions or concerns, as well as provide me plenty of resources should I need them. I didn't have any issues getting in their books either!!!
This place is clean, accepting, and welcoming. I'm very excited to continue my care here to assist with my recovery!

Good clinic. Unless you want to get clean.and Just don't ask them for help with alcohol withdrawals when you're shaking really bad and your blood pressure is 213/120 because you haven't had a drink for19 hours and you're trying to quit drinking (after you've been drinking for 3 weeks straight because your son got murdered) you want to quit because your liver is failing; they'll with hold your dose that day. They
won't offer to check your blood pressure or anything. Meanwhile, my car blew a gasket on the way there.

Me and jhon started here at tasc the same time about 10 or 11 years ago. I'll never for get the first time. I was trying to Dilute my urine So I had drinking about 15 or 16 water bottles not knowing that water is a natural laxative and when I went into task they told me that I was not allowed to poop in there . And considering the all of my poop was watery and chunky I found myself in quite a pickle. John was watching the window that day-and he looked at me and he said don't do it. And I said I can't hold it. And John said don't do it. And I said then I'm gonna s*** all-over myself. And John said don't f****** do it . So I tried to make it to the trash can and John was yelling know the whole-time. So I ended up s******* on the floor in the trash can and myself .But I will say that the staff was very helpful they cleaned-up the mess right away-and John told me to never come-back there ever again .And we have been friends ever since .Looking back on it now I feel like me and John would never guess we'd still be here 10 or 11 years later .Me and John are like peas and carrots .Sincerely dooky .

I personally want to give out a big thank you to a staff member Jason while giving that young man the biggest S/O terros has ever had. What Jason does for that terros clinic on olive is amazing. Jason brings compassion, Hope, and strength to health care. I’ve been a Patient for so many clinics and it’s hard to have a caring and understanding individual who is really trying to make a difference in people’s life. While I sat in the lobby waiting for my appointment I watch that young man run around the clinic working hard while multitasking to check on other patients. The way he talks and shares hope with these people was such a beautiful thing . I told my husband on the way home after my appointment that this young man is going to be the voice for health care in the future if not already.

I don't know what type of experience that everybody else may have had here at the Olive office in Glendale, but mine has been great. Staff has always been patient, polite, and professional with me. Thank you. Ms. Ewana Robertson has most definitely been an Angel in disguise for me, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. She has helped me to overcome multiple obstacles, and I have most definitely taken advantage of everything that she has taught me. So if you really want the help, then you have to be open and honest with yourself first, in order to receive the positive benefits that Terros do have to offer. I personally want to give out a big thank you to a staff member Jason while giving that young man the biggest S/O terros has ever had. What Jason does for that terros clinic on olive is amazing. Jason brings compassion, Hope, and strength to health care. I’ve been a Patient for so many clinics and it’s hard to have a caring and understanding individual who is really trying to make a difference in people’s life. While I sat in the lobby waiting for my appointment I watch that young man run around the clinic working hard while multitasking to check on other patients. The way he talks and shares hope with these people was such a beautiful thing . I told my husband on the way home after my appointment that this young man is going to be the voice for health care in the future if not already.
