Just want to give a shout out to Verhelst House! This morning I had two men and a truck move a clawfoot tub, a wood vanity with a marble top, and an antique cement birdbath from three different locations in Bisbee to their new home in Warren. Every item was crazy heavy. Took them 1 hour and cost me $62. Well, it cost me $82 because I tipped them for the great service, cheerful attitude, and competent/careful handling of my treasures. Thank you Sammy and Austin!!! You guys are great!

I love my case manager! The people at CHA are doing great, problem is they are understaffed that may be the reason things seem to take awhile. The case managers are very, very busy. If you need to talk with someone immediately call the hope line or the crisis line they are always there for CHA patients. Plus their services are pretty much free.

I've had the very fortunate ability to go to 4 treatment centers over the past 2 decades and Sabino is by far the best and my favorite for every reason. The staff is top notch (EVERYONE), the food is freshly cooked and amazing with the freedom to have snacks and drinks 24hrs, the living quarters are private or shares with only one other person and so cozy, there's modules for everyone and the patient gets to choose weekly what they're gonna be doing that week, there's outings, phone and electronic use, pool time.... I could go on and on and on. Not one thing I can find issues with at all. I'm truly grateful to this center and everyone I met while there.

I started this journey looking at a different place, but after I was denied (I was too high risk) there I almost gave up hope. That was until they reached out to Cottonwood and they contacted me. When I heard what the co-pay was, I again almost gave up again but they wouldn't let me. I ignored their calls for 6 days until they called me on a blocked number and let me know they worked something out and could get me in. I was unsure at best, but I had nothing to lose. Thanks to them I know more about myself and was able to gather myself up from all those broken pieces I had fallen apart into. I loved my Therapist, psychiatrist, and the staff over all (not everyone was perfect, but definitely not enough to garner a lower review). I am thankful for Cottonwood and those there that truly helped me. If you're ready to heal this is definitely the place for you.

I spent four weeks, from August 20-September 19 2025 at The Haven. I was suffering from a substance abuse addiction as well as mental health issues due to the addiction. I have never been in rehab before and feel extremely lucky that I found The Haven for this experience. From the moment I arrived I felt taken care of. The behavioral health techs Marcus and Felicia helped me during the admission process and made a scary situation comfortable. My therapist, Ariana met with me each week and whenever I had panic moments she always came to find me and help me through those tough moments with compassion. My caseworker, Diana, navigated me through my fmla and disability paperwork with ease, and always listened when I needed a friendly ear. The group facilitator’s, Marquis, Ace, Brittany and Diana are all compassionate teachers and listeners. I learned so much from all of them. I can’t say enough about the fantastic food or the cleanliness of the facility. Everything down to the laundry was taken care of so I could focus solely on my recovery. Navigating that first uncomfortable week was made so much easier by the wonderful, caring staff at The Haven.

My daughter was there for 90 days. I visited her, I loved the atmosphere, so peaceful, and they helped my daughter a lot. The staff was outstanding, everyone was so pleasant. I have heard a lot of people say this is a cult because of the reciting, well I guess catholisism is a cult because of standing and sitting and repeating after the priest. I graduated the program and did the continuess program, did internship then got a job, place and car.. I worked the program,, just like any other program ITS UP TO YOU weather you succeed or not!!! I'm grateful that I was able to get closer to my higher power, graduate drug court, mend my relationship with my daughter and parents, grow in many areas and become stable ,employed and learn about myself, traditions, culture, and so much more. Its not easy but its worth it! Rose and Peter were my mentors. I still keep in touch with Peter! He was the best and showed genuine care. What I love the most (can't believe no one's mentioned it) is the multiple kinds of methadone that they offer. You choose the form! From liquid, to 10mg tablets. It's great. I personally am on 10mg tablets at 200mg. It's great and works way better for me than the liquid did! Thanks BAC!

They have never made me feel out of place or guilty for my past choices. They do what they can to help you, and, all you have to do is ask. If it's something they can do, they will.
