My daughter is currently here. We are from out of state and sending her somewhere that I had not been able to see or meet the people there was more than scary for her and for me!! All I can say up to this point is that all our fears are gone. It is everything they claim it is online and more. She is being supported in every single way possible. From addressing her addiction, her mental health, physical health, everything. The facility reaches out to me weekly to give me updates on her as well. I have had alot of experience with rehabs and know that it's rare when you get ALL of these things or that what it claims it is online, isn't what it is when you get there. I just wanted to let anyone else that is in the position I was about sending your child there sight unseen, to know that you are making an excellent choice in choosing Wolf Creek, they are an amazing place!!

I have never been to any detox or recovery center before but unfortunately developed an addiction to 7oh and decision point was one of the first results when I searched online for help. Immediately after putting my info down, Seth called and was incredibly helpful. Helped me schedule a good time for me to make it in there without interfering with work while still giving me enough time to recover. While I was in there, I met four people currently in detox and all of them had great things to say about this place which helped put me at ease. All of the nurses and BHTs are fantastic as well. Special shout outs to nurse Tim and nurse Carol for taking such great care of me while I was there. They both had great bedside manner and you can tell they genuinely care for their patients. Extra special shoutouts to Brittany, Steven, Matthew, and everyone else who’s name I can’t remember at the moment. If you’re struggling with anything or have a loved one struggling, I hope this helps ease some anxiety in knowing that you will be in good hands and well cared for during your time there.

With an extremely grateful heart, I highly recommend Decision Point Center. Seth in admissions was fantastic throughout the entire process of seeking a detox/recovery center for my husband, Jon. His patience, guidance and understanding of the process helped assure me this was the best decision for us. The entire staff of medical professionals (shout out to Tim!) were incredible. Jon came out of detox healthy and set up for success in his recovery. We were self-pay and Seth and his team worked wonderfully with us to accomodate our situation in order to make this happen at a very crucial time. Please don't hesitate or look elsewhere when looking for a detox center. Decision Point Center is welcoming, comfortable and accommodating! In my husband's words, "It was awesome! Getting there sucked!" Finally making the choice to go to detox can be scary but I can assure anyone that after 4/5 days of detox your life can be 1000% better! -Renae & Jon B.

My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

Despite my obstinate reluctance to participate in this type of therapy, the staff has been extremely confident and flexible in finding a way to help me. I am still surprised and very grateful for their commitment and sincerity. They really have helped in a direct and tangible fashion in a very short time. I never would have guessed that I would end up with such gratitude and respect for the people and process I have been gifted with. I offer my best wishes for all those who sacrifice so much to help and serve to foster recovery and wellness for others. Somehow, even I seem to be worth the effort from such generous folk. My inability to fathom anything that could justify the time spent with me by such wonderous people does not diminish my gratitude for the effects of the education, caring and results achieved.

I was a client at Fountain Hills Recovery at the beginning 2025, and I felt compelled to leave a review about my time there. During my stay, I received treatment for Alcohol and actively participated in all components of the residential treatment program, including group therapy, individual therapy, and psychiatric therapy. The staff was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of taking back control of your life, and their care and kindness was well above what I expected to receive. The home I stayed in was always well stocked with food of your choosing, and the meals that were provided were well balanced and hit high marks from the chef that prepared them daily for us. Besides the great accommodations in place, the treatment I received was highly beneficial and had led me to know reach a 6 month milestone of living a sober and clean life. I am thankful for my decision to choose Fountain Hills and would recommend it to anyone who is serious about making decisions that will shape their future for the better.

Im very grateful for the service that is provided for the disenfranchised seeking recovery and compassion. Amanda Ross has been on my radar for over a year. She has managed to provide the above and beyond service without direct support. She is out of pocket as we are cut out from crayons and coloring books to say the least no donuts for you! Valle has dropped the ball with this fine counselor and disconnected from the patient's recovery needs. Funds for art and educational supplies in group are not present. But, Amanda has managed somehow because she has been alone on this for almost six months. Her group is holding that she re-created out of a past group Valle schedule that was lost with talent leaving. She has managed and lead this one group or over a month. The patients appear to agree as head count is mandatory for success. Congratulations Amanda! Keep up the good works. You are saving lives. You saved and are saving mine. Amanda Ross is one person doing more than the rest, stays hours after closing and waiting for repair so the front door will lock and she can go home. There's no security there. She stays anyway. I have received all sorts of assistance from Valle and their counselors. Mind you that I can count close to eight important employees, mostly counselors, that have left or terminated. We have been abandoned by our director as he has turned his future success to newer and better looking facilities of Valle that are better looking neighborhood, buildings and dare I say; better looking people. I have meet the upper crust of Valle. My hand was shook and promise given. That was April. Still waiting. I know that Amanda and other employees are waiting too. US RECOVERING DRUG ADDICTS ARE A VERY TALENTED READ OF PEOPLE, TRUTH AND HONESTLY. WE ARE A GOOD READ. There's others there who should be acknowledged. Not acknowledging Amanda Ross would be a huge mistake given the fact that good talent can't be retained as well. If they can retain the talent they hired over these months, maybe some success. I doubt it because new hires are not fulfilling the promise. Amanda does a whole bunch with very little and many staff do a whole bunch with very little. Sometimes reaching into their own pockets to help that one patient that Valle should have filled and uses to until the upper management changes. There's something missing in the company's mission statement. The wrong people are being hired. My goodness, paint the building, please. Enclosure , and not to take away from the subject, but Mr. Eli Guetirezz is also top notch and goes above and beyond getting patients food boxes and driving them to important doctor appointments . There's is talent there. Keep it! The e ingredient to any success is compassion. You have to care about the people you serve. And don't come here if you don't like your job. Must love what you do. Otherwise, you will walk away. Amanda has the compassion and is a perfect counselor. Manager and her peers should take note. Thank you for your service Valle Del Sol and Staff. I'm alive and sober and not homeless because of all your good work. And today, Amanda is a huge part of my success to be a productive member of society and not a burden of shame. Because that's all Thanks again.we get from outside is shame. Amanda can see, feel and wants to help badly. Help her continue to be successful for herself. Counselors often forget to care for themselves. I hope and pray that Amanda doesn't burn out backfilling patient needs as we walk people walk away. Don't come to Valle if you are for yourself, only. It takes a village.

Nothing but praise for Guiding Road Recovery. Their compassion, support, and expertise was (and still is) crucial to my recovery. They offer a clean, safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive atmosphere that can only be described as genuine kindness. Client well-being is paramount and demonstrated through professional experience and knowledge. Guiding Road's individualized care is tailored to your specific needs, rather than a 'one-size fits all' approach. They employ safe-guards to your sobriety yet still treat you like a human being. Guiding Road provides you with the tools to prevent relapse and maintain your sobriety, well after being discharged. Once your treatment has concluded, a detailed aftercare plan is created (with your input), giving you the long term support that many treatment centers ignore. If you are serious about getting AND staying sober, I strongly suggest you check this place out. I, unfortunately, have been to many facilities, only to relapse shortly after leaving. I've said this repeatedly after the first couple of days at Guiding Road...there's something different about this place.

My husband has struggled with addiction and has been to different treatment centers, all over the world. None of which have compared to Guiding Road. We’ve never had an experience like the one He had at this facility. The owners are directly involved in the day to day and form a personal relationship with the clients ….my husband. The ASAP program was absolutely life changing for us, my husband and I thought it was so beneficial. It helped us get through a really tough time and gave us tools to better navigate a situation we never dreamed we would be in. Our daughter came out of a 30 day residential treatment program into ASAP, it was exactly the accountability she needed to stay the course to becoming clean and staying clean. The therapists were really great and the tools and content taught in the program were a game changer for us. ASAP definitely enlightened us on boundaries and the ways we were enabling some of the behaviors unintentionally, we are so grateful for that. While she might never admit it helped save her life, we know it did.

I don’t attend this church on Sundays as I currently have a home church but my daughter does VBS there yearly. The members of this church are so warm and welcoming, just a really caring and great group of people! Thankful for this church and the work they do.

Initial care from the provider here wasn't great. Never listened to me or my concerns. Had me "diagnosed" before I even finished talking or without asking any questions. My new provider is phonemenal. Listens to you and is interested finding real solutions to your issues.

We just returned from my husband Eric’s first VA primary care appointment and were absolutely blown away by how efficient, professional, and downright welcoming the entire experience was. We were checked in by Kayla, who was friendly and fast — I don’t think we even sat for a full minute before being called back. That kind of efficiency is rare these days! Mark, the RN, was kind, thorough, and respectful and made sure we had every number we needed to navigate the system with confidence. Then we met Joshua Makela, PA-C and it was clear from the start that we were in excellent hands. Not only is Josh a veteran himself (which we deeply respect), but he’s also compassionate, knowledgeable, and a true listener. He took his time to explain everything, answer questions, and walk us through what to expect going forward. After the appointment, Kayla checked us out and scheduled Eric’s next annual physical. We left feeling informed, supported, and so grateful to be part of Team Freedom. This group truly feels like our tribe. Huge thanks to everyone at the VA — you’ve restored our faith in healthcare and veteran support. We’re so happy to be in your care!

Walked in yesterday and saw Kelly. Told her of a concern, and due to her accurate and timely analysis, I am now receiving treatment for what could have been a life-threatening situation. Forever grateful!

It's funny, I read all the negative comments about this place; "It's the worst of the worst," or "It's run by people who take your money and steal your things." There are plenty more, I'm sure. But listing every grievance would take up multiple paragraphs. But then I think to myself, "It sounds like a bunch of ex-residents weren't happy about being told what to do and left, so they're saying anything to deter someone from getting help." I know because I used to be a resident. I first came into contact with TLC when I was homeless and on crystal meth; I was 130 pounds and sucked up. Along with my weight I was losing my sanity, as well. I came to the Mac House in the early 2000's and they accepted me with no money, only a chance to get clean. I am grateful I did because this year I will have 20 years of sobriety, something I could have never done without the help of this place. Ignore the negative comments. Sure, it's not a five-star resort or one of those treatment centers where they give foot massages and pampered restrictions. But it's a place to gain your sanity back, if you want it.

I went to this place in 1998 and it saved my life at the time, I came from out of state and was welcomed in. I can’t believe people have the audacity to leave a bad review for a situation they got there selves in. Any program is good if you apply yourself including tlc and I want to thank you guys for starting my journey to sobriety big thumbs up for you I’m happy to see you are still active almost 30 years later
