Staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Great mix of one on one care and group sessions. Very nice facility. Activities were fruitful. Overall experience was fantastic and guidance was super helpful in my creating a solid aftercare plan. And the clients / patients were easy to get along with. And we all learned from each other.

This place is amazing! Sobermans truly saved my life! I had been to 2 places before & unfortunately neither one helped in the long run. I was literally on the verge of destroying my entire life with an opioid addiction & don’t even remember the days before detox or the first few days in detox, it was that bad. So while I was in detox, I was on the verge of hopelessness sitting in regret & overwhelmed by past trauma when someone came to me and said, your only option at this point is Soberman’s. I had never heard of them before, but at this point I’m willing to try anything so, let’s get it going as soon as I leave detox. All I can say is this place is magical! From the first night until the last I felt like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. For the first time in my life everything made sense & I felt safe because of Soberman’s way of doing things. The labyrinth has an energy like I’ve never felt before, it’s like everyone who had been there before left a little part of themselves to help those to come. The staff all have stories of their own & are some of the most beautiful human beings I’ve had the pleasure to be around. The Alumni are great & very supportive! I was fortunate enough while I was there to do 2 Alumni dinners, so I was able to meet a lot of them during the dinner. I’ve also had the pleasure of going to one dinner since I’ve been out which was fun. The Alumni are very supportive & always available, which is something I’ve never had before. A group you can always call on & they also have a weekly zoom call to check in too. Sobermans helped guide me to my recipe for success & I will forever be grateful! I’ve been Sober for 8 months now & have no desire to use, but if I do I now have the skills to deal with it in a healthy way. Thank You to everyone at Sobermans!

There’s truth to the story that many families struggle to “heal” their loved one’s addiction on their own and need to depend on the professionals. Our family is one of them. Fountain Hills Recovery (FHR) was recommended by Family First as one of the top-notch addiction recovery centers who provide loved ones with individual treatment plans and they don’t just crank patients in/out like an impersonal business model. Our daughter has completed ~two months of intensive impatient treatment and is still in treatment through FHR’s Intensive Outpatient Program while she resides in a Sober Living environment. Along with her treatment, our daughter has established solid relationships with others at the facility who have shared some of the same life challenges. The new owners of the Sedona Sky Academy are working hard every day to make a good place great. As a consultant in behavioral health, I know first-hand that they have a caring program, the students look happy, and the facility is nice. The academy is located on a beautiful 28-acre campus near Sedona with equine therapy, a mountain creek that runs through the property, and plenty of outdoor space to play. With onsite school, help with behavioral health, loving staff, and the beauty of nature, this place is a kids dream.

My daughter was spiraling downward and we had very few options left. SSA accepted her on short notice. We were hesitant but hopeful, and 6 months later she is home and doing better than I could have imagined. The staff has been amazing; frequent communication and to have the open door policy to visit was such a change from her former RTC. It's only been a few weeks since graduating the program but she is doing well. I am thankful for their work with her and recommend for parents and girls who ate struggling.

Sedona SKY Academy is under new ownership and I am very impressed with their nurturing and supportive environment. A lot of the students come to the academy after they have experienced extreme trauma, and majority of their tuition is paid by their insurance company. It is an all-girls academy, they live on campus and attend year round school.

These people run a great place - referred a friend and they are doing great - some of the best people around. They really care. If you find yourself or a loved one in a tough position - Courtney and her team will go above and beyond. Addiction is a tough thing. It’s hard on everyone who is involved and if you have to go through it, that is the place you want on your side. 10 stars.

Detox can be a daunting and dangerous experience. I’m so glad I found Gallus Detox Phoenix. I felt safe and protected the entire time. The facility was impeccably clean and provided me with all the necessary medical, personal and nutritional needs. Most importantly, the staff, to include the physician, clinicians and administrators were knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and confidential. Without hesitation, I can give Gallus Phoenix, my highest recommendation.

My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

I was at a point in my life where I didn't have a lot of hope left. I had given up on sobriety as I had tried in the past and even gone to treatment, but never was comfortable being sober. I couldn't envision a sober life, but I was quickly spiraling as my substance use increased during the early part of 2026. I decided to reach out to Wolf Creek to give it one last try and I'm so glad I did. I attended the PHP program for 90 days, from March through June 2026. Wolf Creek has a family atmosphere where the staff really cares and takes the time to connect with clients on a personal level. The housing was very nice and the activities are great. I felt like a kid again being able to go the the batting cages and bowling. Most importantly, I feel connected to life and people again and have lots of hope for the future and a sense of purpose. I'm so grateful for my experience at Wolf Creek.

When I went to wolf creek it was for all the wrong reasons but I knew deep down that something in my life needed to change. I thought I could just go for 30 days because I had worked programs before just never been to rehab. But the first two weeks I thought were a complete waste because I was so angry with myself for the position I had put myself. It wasn’t until my daughter called me and she was hurting, I was able to articulate and say just what she needed to hear. Just by being sober for a couple weeks my mind had started to clear. It was at the point I decided to start working the program being that I hadn’t up to that point. 30 days turned into 45, which turned into 90, and I eventually did 120 days. Something I never imagined when I arrived. I put myself in every vulnerable situation I could and did everything I was asked. I dealt with demons that I didn’t even know were causing me problems. The facilitators and therapist really care and I’m so grateful to have this experience. It changed my life.

I have had the best experience at pinnacle Peak recovery! From detox to residential to IOP they have the best program of any treatment facility I've been to! Im super grateful to have been able to get sober here and this program is so unique with variety of classes including sound healing , yoga, 12 step meetings , goal setting , boundaries and relationships ect. The therapists, case managers, group facilitators, nursing staff, and bhts are all so helpful while creating a safe place to learn and grow with so much encouragement and support! I've learned so much through pinnacle and could not be more thankful to have had the opportunity to attend this facility. I would absolutely recommend it if your seeking help and have the option to go there for substance abuse or mental health treatment! Thanks PPR I've made true lasting friendships and created a solid community of sober friends through this place that have stuck together and have become some of my best friends. Joan Butler is a compassionate psychiatrist and she really listens to my concerns. She makes me feel comfortable and safe to talk with her about my struggles etc. I highly recommend her to anyone who might need some extra medicinal support while processing challenging issues via therapy sessions. She puts you at ease and explains options as well as what to expect with taking each med. I feel well-informed and able to make educated choices for myself that I'm most comfortable with.

Easy to work with and comfortable with the technology.

I am a member of AA with over a decade of sobriety. I am a public speaker at various hospitals and treatment centers in the Phoenix area. I also speak at meetings. The literature at crossroads is excellent and the program is probably the best in the city. Unfortunately many of the clients are there for food and a roof over their head and it gets discouraging at times for people that are truly trying to get sober so please be aware of this if you are seeking help here. You will not find better treatment anywhere. Your recovery is yours to to seek out and grab all the information and opportunities that are so freely given to you by the state and this facility. This program is world class.

It is a great place if you want to break the chains and live a life of sobriety. Intake only takes 2-3hrs but they can only process a hand full of new clients a day, Be early. Also if you don't have insurance... They still will take you in and get you applied for Access. I sent my DOA there and he is definitly turned his whole life into a spiritual one.

I love all the stuff at 23rd and Northern CMS they're all wonderful I didn't have a numerous account of counselors there and some have moved but my counselor right now is Melissa she's so happy she's trippery she's a beautiful person this is my second family here and I recommend if anybody is going to need help with any type of addiction to come on down the 23rd and Northern they are lovely they're wonderful people they make you feel at home here

My Mom has been with Soul Surgery for the past 2 months. It's been truly amazing to witness her transformation & continued progression since joining. What I love about Soul Surgery is that it has provided my Mom with a stable environment to live alcohol-free, receive support and training for sober living, and encourages her freedom in creating a fulfilled and joyful life. She rides her bike every day around the city and nearby parks, chooses to meal prep her food weekly for health, enjoys fun hobbies, and is free to come and go as she pleases. She is vibrant, excited about life, and is consistently engaged in the training activities and group meetings that she attends daily. I am happy that we are able to spend time together anytime on and offsite. It was great to get together on Memorials Day for swimming & family time. It is so nice to get to visit and talk on the phone and in person. I am extremely grateful for Soul Surgery and the difference it is making for my Mom. With this facility transitioning to a hybrid sober living platform requiring the daily programming with the way it has been taught has been life changing to say the least, the opportunity my wife and I have been given to join this program I must say not only my life individually has been saved my marriage has been as well and that has not been a focus in fact my marriage saved is a most pleasant by product of my own and my wife's sobriety as individuals, while my wife and I are working this program as individuals our bond has grew in strength along with the connection we have which is growing daily, this in depth 12 step based program has taught me how to live differently in sobriety. With learning how to live differently in sobriety the freedom to come and go as we please along with the ability to work has been excellent to allow us to experience the outside world while still in a safe environment, with this being my first and only treatment that I've ever gone through it be extremely difficult to imagine any other program having the impact Soul Surgery has had on me if I was given a choice how I want to attain sobriety I would chose this place, I am forever thankful and greatful for having the opportunity for sobriety and learning how to use the tools from who I have learned them from.
