Yes, very professional staff, treatment, therapist, chefs were good! even the home cook did the best she could, and loved the horses of Course! Saturday morning hiking was fun to explore the trails of the nearby mountain area!

I was so scared asking for help and didn’t know where to go, but this place came highly recommended. The only bad thing is that the fact that I had to leave anybody looking to get help there is not a better place to go in here. the staff is absolutely incredible. I cried more just seeing how well I was treated here than even dealing with my issues. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want help come here.

I was here for a 10 day detox. Every staff member here was incredibly compassionate, and I feel that they went to great lengths to take care of their patients. I would highly recommend this place for detox. Part of me never wants to leave. All I can say is they are truly amazing people And I will miss them all.

It was an amazing experience and wonderful days spent.

My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

Our loved one is currently in treatment at Fountain Hills Recovery. I'm amazed at how much of a difference our loved one has improved while being in their care. Instead of being catered to like other facilities, you have to depend on yourself rather than others, ie; cooking for yourself, cleaning, laundry, etc. They also keep you busy through the day/week and have outings for the group. Their staff is great and very supportive. I wished we had found this facility sooner. I highly recommend Fountain Hills Recovery.

My Mom has been with Soul Surgery for the past 2 months. It's been truly amazing to witness her transformation & continued progression since joining. With this facility transitioning to a hybrid sober living platform requiring the daily programming with the way it has been taught has been life changing to say the least, the opportunity my wife and I have been given to join this program I must say not only my life individually has been saved my marriage has been as well and that has not been a focus in fact my marriage saved is a most pleasant by product of my own and my wife's sobriety as individuals, while my wife and I are working this program as individuals our bond has grew in strength along with the connection we have which is growing daily, this in depth 12 step based program has taught me how to live differently in sobriety. I went to Vogue in August of last year and was there for ~30 days. The staff really care and show you that sobriety is possible. They stay in touch with their alumni and really care about healing. I've been sober since and they were a huge part of my journey.

Staff grows on you as a family. Way more clean and organized than any other precious rehab. It depends on you how you evolve, they don't ask intrusive questions unless you feel comfortable with their pace

This place is simply amazing. The staff was caring, kind and knowledgable. They got me in quickly and helped me all the way through from detox through inlatient and even php and iop, at the same place. The docs and nurses took their time with me and the techs could relate so easily, even when i was not able to sleep. They are a godsend.

I did detox, residential, PHP and IOP, all in one place.The care was incredible. All staff clearly cared with many of them actually having gone through this program. Very proffesional, thorough and responsive. The different types of trauma help I got was beyond anything I had even heard of in past treatments. This place saved my life.

PPR played a vital role in my recovery. I’m in long-term recovery from literally every substance and mental health issue known to man. It’s been a very difficult journey and I’m beyond grateful to have found Estil Wallace and Cornerstone. I’m a graduate school student, intern, and entrepreneur. I work in behavioral health and I was having a really hard time finding a safe space to focus on my own recovery. I attended the Tuesday night men’s stag meeting and IMMEDIATELY felt at ease. It’s an AMAZING men’s AA meeting. Very clearly literature-based and solution-oriented. Not only is the building IMMACULATE but I saw men reading Big Books and doing Step Work. I had to work through a lot of trauma and a lot of grief before I felt comfortable enough to go anywhere besides therapy and the gym. As soon as I got to Cornerstone, I felt SAFE. I made that meeting my home group right then and there. Thank you guys for all that you do. You’re amazing people doing amazing things and I’m grateful to have been invited to attend that meeting.

Cornerstone helped save my life! They have a great facility, great staff and a great format for recovery to help build the foundation for long term sobriety. 10/10 I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a top notch treatment center.

It's really hard to find a place that addresses your needs like this one; they help you to get back on track! Saved my life, I'm forever grateful for this wonderful staff.

Obviously, no one comes here (particularly the first time) when everything in his or her life is going perfectly and all of his or her hopes and dreams have just come true. If you find yourself in need of CMS you are probably at or below rock bottom. Furthermore, I would think it would go without saying that to be an employee of CMS or any similar business, one would have to be kind, patient, and understanding but as anyone who has ever been to the Cactus location will undoubtedly confirm, that isn't the case. I was at Cactus for less than one month, but have witnessed first-hand as well as through friends who have been going there for years, that nearly the entire staff at that location seem to hate their jobs only slightly less than they hate their clients. Rude, disrespectful, and in some cases what can only be described as intentionally cruel and bordering on sadistic was what I came to expect from CMS, until moving to this location on the corner of 23rd Avenue and Northern. Here, the opposite is true as I have witnessed all the best qualities humanity has to offer from nearly everyone on staff. This includes the receptionists at the front desk, through the nurses, providers and counselors, not only towards me but generally to all people who are the most in need of such compassion and yet are often the least likely to receive it from a society that has been taught to see people suffering this affliction and instead judge them to be undesirables, criminals, or worse. In particular, Bea at the front desk and Kaleen, my counselor need to be recognized. Even when surrounded by other people demonstrating the correct way to treat those in need of help and support, Bea and Kaleen manage to distinguish themselves with their empathy and warmth. If you should ever find yourself in need of a place like CMS, you will be hard-pressed to discover anywhere more welcoming and less judgemental. Neither will you find a staff more compassionate, nor are you likely to encounter people who more embody the traits we should honestly expect from everyone in a health care field. While it would be nice if services like this were no longer needed, I couldn't be more pleased to have found this CMS location at a point where I couldn't have needed them more. Just one last thing to add. I noticed more 1-star reviews for this location than I would have expected. When I investigated this a little further, I discovered that all but two of the negative reviews were from at least six years ago and one of the two "newer" poor reviews was two years old. If you were swayed by the criticism, I hope you now believe (as I do) that the problems that apparently plagued this location were in the past. It truly does appear that they have taken the past critiques seriously, have addressed those issues, and now run a clinic with nearly perfect ratings. While I was initially distressed to see so many low scores after posting my honest, very flattering opinion of this CMS, especially after making the point that the kindness and compassion I witnessed wasn't only directed at me, I am relieved to learn that the overwhelming majority of those scores were from a time before I started coming here. I also now wonder if several or many employees moved from this location to Cactus five to seven years ago...

I couldn’t be more impressed with this treatment center! My sister graduated their program, and today is her 4 year sober anniversary. I’ve seen such a positive change in her since then. I was reminded today of the huge hand they had in helping her. The staff at the rehab care for her and she’s still in contact with many of them til this day. When we visited ourselves the rehab itself was clean and comfortable. Can’t thank them enough because they helped my family member turn their life around, and I am forever grateful. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking help with addiction.

I was able to leave this program with some of the tools needed to help in my recovery. The groups were amazing! It is set up like a small village. You have multiple houses and meeting center in the middle of them. They also take you out for trips to the park and even church on Sundays.

I was broken and without hope before coming to purpose healing now after not just completing but participating in the 35 day IDT program my life is completely different. I have learned important tools to staying sober and discovered 12 step work is vital to my sobriety! when I was here I wasnt able to get my clothes until the second day, i was checked in late and often had to advocate for myself since i wasnt told how this place worked, it was difficult since im quiet but other than that this place was good, i enjoyed the food and the staff we're nice, i got to color a lot. it was super cold and if youre gonna go here bring slippers or something cs the ground you do often go outside

Aurora-Glendale is a great IOP alcohol recovery facility. Well organized by caring people. The facility was clean and I felt safe. The Psych Education opened lines of communication in the group and helped me with my own introspection. I am grateful. Thank you 🙏🏼
