My wife and I use Banner for most of our medical needs. My wife was admitted twice in the last couple of months. I was admitted recently for a one night stay after an ER visit. The ER in CG was very efficient and got me in right away. They took care of my issue's quickly, but wanted to keep me overnight. It did take awhile to get admitted and get a room. I was provided good care and followup during my brief stay. The major issue my wife and I have during these occurrences of being admitted, is the getting out of the hospital. On the day you are to be released, the communication was the same in all 3 cases. The house doctor or nurse would say early in the morning, the specialist or doctor will be by this morning and then we will proceed with the release. Then all the communication and even nurse visits stop for the rest of the day. For some reason nothing happens as communicated earlier. Then we sat there for hours. Not sure what we're waiting for. Eventually getting a visit by someone late in the afternoon and released. During my recent visit, I am grateful to my nurse Veronica, who went above and beyond and communicated with me on what was going on and even calling individuals to find out what the delay was. She is an outstanding nurse and is a asset to Banner. She was very empathetic to my needs. We like Banner Health and will continue to use them, but that's one area I feel they need to improve, the release stage of a hospital stay. Once again, thank you Veronica to a job well done.

I recently had outpatient surgery at Banner Casa Grande. I could not have had a better experience. From the minute I walked in the door through the whole process, I was shown nothing but care and compassion. All the nurses were fabulous, the operating staff was great. I am greatful that we have such great healthcare professionals in our community.

Overall amazing experience, props to the ED, PCU and the Cath lab staff. Everyone explained everything throughly. The only downside was it was extremely warm in the room.

i went to there Intensive outpatient program years ago. Lindy Bushnell was my facilitator and she called me out when i had bad behaviors and praised me for when i use the tools of recovery she is no non-sense type of person and always fair, she help facilitate my recovery in the direction that i needed to be successful. Also Rick Westby was my Counselor and he helped me with some internal stuff that i never wanted to talk about. till this day i have used drug or drank and i am grateful for all the staff that helped me that level of care. i am coming around 12 years of solid and consistent recovery and it is all because of there directions. even Valerie Madrid at the front desk personal had the best attitude and always glad you were there and made it. there have a great team who cares about there clients.

Honestly the reviews are not at all a reflection of the company. The staff and therapists have always been so kind and friendly. They go through absolutely everything with you and they’re extremely professional. My psychiatrist is extremely intelligent and understanding as well. It’s always so nice speaking to all of them.

I only give the 5 stars because Leona G. and Arielle E. are the best. If you are serious about helping yourself and are not trying to play out victimhood, these two are great. I do have to throw in Lucy, Lucy is great as well! I have never had an issue with the front desk peeps, are they super friendly, NO. They are not there to be your friend.

Now that the privileges have changed it is a lot better, not going everyday helps. Also Mary at the front desk is great! I had an issue with my insurance and she kept me updated and directed me to who I was supposed to speak to. Thank you Mary. I have been coming to ITS in mesa for almost 2 years and this place has been so important to my sobriety! Every single staff member there has gone ABOVE and beyond to make sure I get the services that I need. When I was having issues with my insurance and thought I couldn't continue treatment, Kanoi reached out and made sure to figure out a way so that I could stay. Tammy is amazing as well, so helpful, kind and keeps this office running smooth and so much more. Monica is so sweet, and genuinely cares about all of the patients that come here..the doctors are all so great and the peer support/counseling staff is so relatable and easy to talk to (especially Celeste, love her!) Not one person here has ever made me feel bad about being in recovery, so uplifting and encouraging I would 10/10 recommend anybody struggling with addiction go here to start their recovery journey!

I have been to one other clinic but by far ITS is so much better. Kanoe the peer support is so extremely helpful, she is so friendly and always reaching out to see if there is anything I need. My daughter is with me each time and I was always nervous she would be exposed to things if I brought her with to the clinic but she LOVES tagging along. Everyone works so hard to make sure you're feeling supported. I found sobriety again because of ITS. Thank you to all of the staff, especially Kanoe, Celeste and Monica for making this experience so positive.

Do not consider the Meadows for a loved one needing support and help with mental illness. After my loved one attended their PHP program and had some positive interactions with specific staff they suggested she needed "a higher level of care" and recommended their inpatient program. The AZ Meadows program decided to reject her disregarding her experience in their out patient program and consultation with her therapist. They left her on her own and wouldn't consider her until she had "self soothing dbt skills". She has gone through 2 dbt programs over the past 6 years and we are dumbfounded. If you need to be able to self sooth before you attend their inpatient program why would their PHP program recommend their inpatient program? It makes no sense and pulls the carpet out of the hope their PHP program tried to offer. I have zero faith the Meadows can help with real trauma and their false sense of hope has caused more harm to someone who thought they might get the attention they need to process real trama.

I've had two kids go to Anasazi for different reasons but life changing for both of them. A son 4 years ago, and a daughter who completed the program just a few days ago. Anasazi stands above all other wilderness survival programs because of their "walking as we" approach. When my daughter walked "ran away" from her group, the leaders went with her and walked alongside her to support her in her anxiety. No pressure, no conflict, just love and support. She chose to come back to the group and we picked her up 7 weeks later (last weekend) with a resilience in her eyes I've never seen before. If you are questioning your decision to send your child to Anasazi, don't. It's for teens and adults of most every level of struggling. Do not I repeat do not send your child to this location for mental health. They do not protect the children. My daughter while seeking help was assaulted by another impatient person when I attempted to address her concerns before she was assaulted, they told me they would relocate her to another safer area. This was not done and my daughter was hit I have filed police reports and an attorney general report against this place

Unsanitary. Inadequate staff. No communication between staff. Limited communication between doctors and patients. Too many patients. Insufficient nutrition. Not allowed to talk about feelings or why you are there. No mental and emotional support- purely physical safety. Not allowed to cry or they keep you there longer. Bugs in rooms and bathrooms. Only a few of the staff actually cared. The rest are there just to get paid.
Not a great experience. Do not recommend if you are needing mental and emotional support on top of physical support.
