It was a life learning experience that I won't forget. I was skeptical and resistant at first but ended up learning more about myself than I thought I needed to. The staff was surprisingly better than what you'd think. You can tell who's who by the overall interactions with the surprises they get on a daily basis. I've witnessed patience, compassion, and an overall well-being of basic humanity. I'm glad to have met everyone I did meet, patients and staff. I probably could have stayed longer but I actually wanted to start living even though I didn't realize I already was. I owe them an apology for my impatience and some misunderstandings. I'm grateful for Community Bridges and hope I never have to go back there under the same circumstances.

My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

I came to Crossroads a broken woman....I had lost everything and everybody in my life, and I had just had enough; I couldn't go on the way I was living. The staff (office, group facilitators, medical, 12 Step leadership, kitchen, et al) was so welcoming and supportive, so very good to all us gals (appx 80). I made great friends there too! I talk to some daily, even now many months later. Crossroads taught me about my disease, taught me how to cope, how to rebuild, how to prevent falling back.....how to hold my head up and live again. I'm completely serious. If you need help, go to Crossroads. Only downside is the food is so good and they give you so much, I gained 13 pounds!!

I visited the ER this morning due to dizziness and balance issues. The care and compassion I received was remarkable! I was taken back to a room within 10 min of arriving. My Nurse Tony was outstanding. Not only his obvious compassion , but he took the time to explain everything in detail. I have never had such a kind and wonderful nurse. Eric the physical therapist was awesome as well! Caring and took his time with testing and explaining everything. Lastly Dr Dawson was another bright light in a scary visit to the ER.
This all outshines a visit my husband had at Abrazzo West a couple of months ago. He was ignored and treated pretty poorly, especially by his ER nurse. If either of us are in need of medical attention in the future we will travel the extra miles to go Banner Del Webb!!

I had good Drs and nurses except one (that day was my release day. She left me there until 8:30-9p so by the time I got home it was around 10. The young gentleman who brought me down was AWESOME! Very nice & waited until the car got there and helped me in. A tech told me that there were rumors about me so that's why I laid their through breakfast lunch AND dinner, into late night. Didn't care for the nurses telling tales and leaving me there but telling me not to go into the dark at night and DO NOT be w/o my walker. Thankfully the Lyft driver got me to the door where my walker was inside.

Banner is amazing !! I was flown there by helicopter on my death bed , heart attack liver shut down and kidneys shut down from a hospital in fort mohave Az that had me for a week in ICU incoherent . I was just getting sicker and sicker the heart doctor finally told my husband he should just put me on hospice that everything was shutting down and they didn’t know how to help luckily my family instead told them to fly me to banner , I was there a month but with in 2 days I coherent and my kidney and livers started to drop and they put a stint in and I walked out if there on my own a month later thank you to Dr bashir and Dr Dick whom I still see today and for all of the other nurses and drs who saved my life today I do still have congestive heart failure but the medications have stabilized me and my heart is stronger ., there’s really not enough positive things I could say but again thank you banner university medical center I will be forever grateful to you !!

I recently completed the IOP program thru ITS. For me, this program was life changing and truly an unforgettable educational experience. I learned so much from Joey, he is an outstanding instructor, who is passionate about what he does. The way he presented the topics/material, and was able to share his own life experiences, made it much easier to actually open up and discuss issues that aren’t so comfortable topics to talk about. It was a great to know Joey truly cared about me and my peers success.
This program was different from others i have tried. It made me feel like I wasn’t alone on my journey thru early recovery and gave me the confidence and tools needed to not only curb addiction, but overcome the past, and prepare for the future on both an emotional and physical level. Once your treatment has concluded, a detailed aftercare plan is created (with your input), giving you the long term support that many treatment centers ignore. If you are serious about getting AND staying sober, I strongly suggest you check this place out. I, unfortunately, have been to many facilities, only to relapse shortly after leaving. I've said this repeatedly after the first couple of days at Guiding Road...there's something different about this place.

The founder Mark, and his wife Jennifer have dedicated their lives to giving others THEIR lives back. My husband has struggled with addiction and has been to different treatment centers, all over the world. None of which have compared to Guiding Road. We’ve never had an experience like the one He had at this facility. The owners are directly involved in the day to day and form a personal relationship with the clients ….my husband. when I was here I wasnt able to get my clothes until the second day, i was checked in late and often had to advocate for myself since i wasnt told how this place worked, it was difficult since im quiet but other than that this place was good, i enjoyed the food and the staff we're nice, i got to color a lot. it was super cold and if youre gonna go here bring slippers or something cs the ground you do often go outside

Aurora-Glendale is a great IOP alcohol recovery facility. Well organized by caring people. The facility was clean and I felt safe. The Psych Education opened lines of communication in the group and helped me with my own introspection. I am grateful. Thank you 🙏🏼
