Took the Rock in December of 2005. Mike Richie was one of the more memorable councilors with his 4:30 a.m. formation call-out in the freezing weather just to tell you how great the weather is in the Bahamas. It's one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I've ever been to. I made a whole lot of great memories and friends up there. And would go back every summer to beat this Vegas heat and for the peace of mind this wonderful place on earth gives you. To all the brothers I found out there, I hope you're doing well and hope to see y'all again real soon!

I was at Harris Springs Ranch in 92 and 93 I think. Alot of memories from that place.

I was so scared asking for help and didn’t know where to go, but this place came highly recommended. The only bad thing is that the fact that I had to leave anybody looking to get help there is not a better place to go in here. the staff is absolutely incredible. I cried more just seeing how well I was treated here than even dealing with my issues. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want help come here.

Canyon Vista Recovery Center.... What can I say?! This place has helped so many people as well as myself get themselves back. No longer a shell of who we used to be, now an even better version of ourselves thanks to every single aspect of this place. From the amazing staff right from when you call, then being transported there for intake with such genuinely kind people. Most of which have their very own stories of recovery. The BHT's there are like no other! (I've been many places sadly) Everyone here lifts your spirits and TRULY wants to see you recover!! On one of my first stays here (yes there were a few. Takes time to get it right, I say.) I wanted to AMA simply because I was a brat that wanted her own brand of smokes and not the ones kindly GIVEN by the center. One of the lovely BHT's (who will remain nameless so they're not asked all the time...lol) went and bought me my own pack so I wouldn't leave. Tossed em to me and asked, " You staying now?" Damn right I stayed. Even the food is freaking delish! Prepared microwavables that I think were made by Gordon Ramsey himself! 🤣🤣 Then the residential program is that if which one could only dream of being in! The camaraderie, the stories and the relationships you build here are ones to take with you for a lifetime! ❤️💐 I know I've made some lifelong friends here! And the alumni meetings every Wednesday and Saturday at 6 are what I live for now! I will travel the hour from where I'm at to be there or else a zoom meeting it is! This is the place to go when you're ready to take control of your life again. You gotta want it and no review will make you sober. But when you're ready, CANYON VISTA, all the staff there and everything else it encompasses will see you through to the other side without any judgement. They are there to help you. Just ask. Scottsdale Providence is a wonderful program. Their commitment and care to my son was great. Caitlin, Lauren and all the staff were amazing. They had compassion, knowledge and understanding not only to my son but to our family as well. So grateful for this program and staff they truly care.

Scottsdale Providence Recovery - saved my life getting me through the hardest times. The team never gave up and I’m grateful. I have to hand it to Lauren Younger my case manager who fought tooth and nail with things like my Short Term Disability, Legal and anything that came her way.

Scottsdale Providence changed my whole life. I walked in completely broken, drinking and using to survive, carrying years of trauma and pain I didn’t even know how to set down. I didn’t know what I needed. I just knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was bc it was killing me. From the second I got there, the staff saw me in a way nobody ever has. They understood me. They didn’t judge me. Everything they do has intention. Nothing is random. There is rhyme and reason behind every group, every boundary, every tough conversation, and every moment they push you to sit with yourself instead of running. And honestly, the people you meet here… they’re a huge part of the healing. The patients are amazing bc the staff creates a space where everyone feels safe and connected. You end up being transparent in ways you never have before. You hear everyone’s truth. You share yours. You feel seen and less alone. That kind of honesty changes you. Most of the staff are addicts in recovery too, with years and years of sobriety. That makes such a difference. They don’t talk at you. They talk with you. They get the addict mind. They understand the shame, the fear, the spiraling, the survival mode. They know what it feels like to want to quit and still feel pulled back in. You just feel understood on a soul level. They didn’t just help me stop drinking and using. They helped me understand why I did it. They got to the root emotionally, physically, and spiritually. They taught me tools I actually use every single day. They challenged me when I wanted to shut down. They held space for me when I couldn’t catch my breath. Not once did I feel judged. I felt guided. I felt held. I felt like my life actually mattered. Scottsdale Providence didn’t just help me get sober. They gave me my life back. They gave my kids their mom back. They helped me find myself again. If you’re scared or feel like there’s no way out, I’m telling you from my own heart, this place is real. This is where healing actually happens. I’m forever grateful.

I was in Michael's house back in 2015 and did a month there and they have a good staff , And I also ate good there, they have real good food, and the hikes were nice and then the trip to Laguna Beach on the last weekend that was awesome can't believe it's already been 10 years since then, I recommend this place It's a good facility 👍

I completed treatment here seven years ago and it was life-altering; I continue to abstain from alcohol. The team approaches care with genuine compassion and professionalism, creating an environment where real healing can take place. I am lucky enough to still know many of the staff and peers that I initially met while in treatment and I remain engaged in the alumni program - building community has been key to maintaining sobriety. I highly recommend Michael’s House and encourage anyone who is on the precipice of deciding whether or not to go to treatment to just do it - You won’t regret it. I had an overall good experience. The owner Melissa was very rude but other than that the rest of the staff was amazing. One and done baby.

My Mom has been with Soul Surgery for the past 2 months. It's been truly amazing to witness her transformation & continued progression since joining. What I love about Soul Surgery is that it has provided my Mom with a stable environment to live alcohol-free, receive support and training for sober living, and encourages her freedom in creating a fulfilled and joyful life. She rides her bike every day around the city and nearby parks, chooses to meal prep her food weekly for health, enjoys fun hobbies, and is free to come and go as she pleases. She is vibrant, excited about life, and is consistently engaged in the training activities and group meetings that she attends daily. I am happy that we are able to spend time together anytime on and offsite. It was great to get together on Memorials Day for swimming & family time. It is so nice to get to visit and talk on the phone and in person. I am extremely grateful for Soul Surgery and the difference it is making for my Mom. I am looking forward to seeing her continue on her path of recovery and create everything she desires for her life. <3

With this facility transitioning to a hybrid sober living platform requiring the daily programming with the way it has been taught has been life changing to say the least, the opportunity my wife and I have been given to join this program I must say not only my life individually has been saved my marriage has been as well and that has not been a focus in fact my marriage saved is a most pleasant by product of my own and my wife's sobriety as individuals, while my wife and I are working this program as individuals our bond has grew in strength along with the connection we have which is growing daily, this in depth 12 step based program has taught me how to live differently in sobriety. With learning how to live differently in sobriety the freedom to come and go as we please along with the ability to work has been excellent to allow us to experience the outside world while still in a safe environment, with this being my first and only treatment that I've ever gone through it be extremely difficult to imagine any other program having the impact Soul Surgery has had on me if I was given a choice how I want to attain sobriety I would chose this place, I am forever thankful and greatful for having the opportunity for sobriety and learning how to use the tools from who I have learned them from. Arlene touched a part of my life and my recovery that I didn’t even know needed healing. She treated me with a kind of respect, patience, and understanding that reminded me of the mother I never had. She played a huge role in my sobriety, and I’ll carry the things she taught me for the rest of my life. Anyone who has the privilege of sitting with Arlene is going to walk away changed. She’s a blessing to McCarty House and a blessing to anyone lucky enough to know her. Chadd — “The General” — made a real impact on me. He’s one of the few people I’ve met who doesn’t just talk recovery… he lives it. Every word he says comes from real experience, real struggles, and real growth. He’s humble, honest, and he treats everyone like equals. Talking to him feels like talking to someone who truly understands what you’re going through. He never made me feel judged. Instead, he made me feel seen and heard. His wisdom hits deep because you know it’s coming from someone who’s walked the same road. If he ever wrote a book about his life, I swear it would inspire so many people. McCarty House is stronger because of him. A lot of people find success there because of the way he shows up for others. I’m grateful I crossed paths with him during my recovery. He helped me more than he probably knows.

This is the worst place for a person that has to deal with people with mental health issues. These case managers especially Karen are lazy and don't care. Funding needs to be pulled from these places

I'm writing this review for Catherine Bejarano at Terros! She is a wonderful person inside and out! If it wasn't for this lady I would still be living in my car. Being disabled and on oxygen 24 7 i needed helpless and God sent me her!! She's amazing and when other clinics messed up my information and she went above and beyond advocating for me! So thank you so much Terros is lucky to have you, your truly amazing!!!

I arrived at the Betty Ford Center with much trepidation. However, I was fortunate to be housed in Dupont Hall, where the 3 most amazing counselors are stationed. Jeff, with his hilarious way of relating and his enthusiastic sense of humor. Jaquie, With her analytical mind, intelligence, and encyclopedic knowledge. And Brian, with his love, care, nurturing compassion, and his treasure load of experience. The three of them are unparalleled, and unmatched.

I desperately needed to get sober & doing it on my own wasn’t working. I had no idea what to expect from this place. From my very first phone call, to the day I was discharged, the staff, nurses, techs & counselors were absolutely amazing & incredibly friendly & compassionate. The women I met and lived with at Fisher Hall surrounded me with nothing but love and support & for the first time, I didn’t feel alone in my disease. The property was beautiful, the food was good & I loved cruising the book store. The psychiatrist, Young, however, was the only disappointing part of my 28 day stay. His comment, “…in 20 years, if you live that long,” was hurtful, especially for someone so vulnerable & new to rehab and sobriety. He also made other upsetting comments to other women in my hall, but that is not my story to tell. Other than that, my stay was amazing & it gave me the tools I desperately needed. Overall I had an excellent experience at BF - the only negative comment I could make was the atmosphere in detox- I found the the environment to be dark and depressing, the rooms smelly and a rare and occasion condescending staff member - the minute I walked into DuPont Hall everything changed- I was fortunate to be surrounded by an incredibly supportive and communicative group of patients - I felt very fortunate to have been assigned Bryan Wilmoth as my counselor- he is exceptional at what he does - the small group gatherings were the highlight of my time here at BF - Bryan provides a safe environment that allows people to open up and express themselves in a non judgmental way - he provides levity when necessary and the written exercises were enlighten and productive- I can’t say enough good things about Bryan - last thing - the food was inconsistent and could certainly be better in my opinion - thx for the opportunity to review my experience at the BFC
