A big shout out to WestCare! 5 stars all the way around. I used to receive services from them a few years ago, but today I took a friend to her appointment without knowing what to expect. The staff were incredibly compassionate and accommodating to her needs (she is disabled!). They made her feel welcomed, spoke to her with dignity, and got her into treatment right away. I was first greeted and shown actual care by Vickie. She works at the front desk, and genuinely showed care and compassion when it came to getting my first appointment booked. She helped place me at a time that worked best for me and didn't stop until she was able to. Every time I've gone in, she's been so kind and friendly, always saying hello. Having someone like Vickie at the front desk who actually cares about the people going there is irreplaceable. I was placed with Shellby, who is an amazing and talented therapist. She radiates a safe space and immediately made me feel comfortable. Shellby has never seemed judgemental or demeaning with anything I've brought up, and is so knowledgeable in the things she says. I don't think I would ever be able to replace her. Thank you both.

Walked in to see if I could make an appointment for a quick ear exam. Nice lady at the front desk messaged someone and told me to wait a minute. Nurse came out 5 minutes later and brought me back, looked at my ears, said I was good to go.
This my friends, is customer service at its best. My home VA is in WA, so technically they did not even have to see me, but did so as a courtesy. Grateful and now I don’t have to worry about my ear. Thank you!

I stayed with Luxe for 40+ days and i can only say good things. The director and therapist(s) are experienced and actually care. The techs are awesome. The nurses and doctors are all amazing and provided me with some of the best healthcare I’ve experienced. A lot of the staff is in recovery also with lots of clean time. Oh, and unlike many other treatment centers, the contact person actually is honest about what you can expect!

There must be all new staff. My adult daughter has been trying to get her Latuda refilled. She keeps getting the run around....talking with so many different people....she is on her second day without her meds! She has a doctor appointment in July 1. She cannot go that long. NO ONE IS HELPING HER. Plus, the doctor she will be seeing is new. This will make the third doctor she has been assigned to her in two years. Never has she been so badly treated. Update: Lori-Nurse called and she was OUTSTANDING! She listened and solved the problem. SHE was able to get my daughter's meds. SHE even rescheduled my daughter's appointment to an earlier date, June 26. Thank You, Lori! Too bad the rest of the staff and Albertsons Pharmacy did not listen to my daughter!

Accomodations are great, there's only 2 to a room. They assigned you a therapist, a doctor, you have access to a nurse 24/7, a great facility. You eat 3 meals a day and is cared for in every way. I only have issues with having group 7 days a week for around 7 hours a day, they should give you a day or two off. Other than that I would recommend this facility.

Three years ago I walked in there a total mess addicted to too many things and today I’m grateful for the people there who saved my life. Now I have a dear friend who I’m able to share this experience with and I know as long as she wants it she will find out there. Went through the program and it was nice. However, I relapsed and have tried to return but they have three times made my appointment and then turned me away for some reason or another. Want me to do detox before coming, realized the old insurance I had didnt cover them despite being told it did. Another time I had a week sober and went to go to their day program but they refused me saying I needed proof of completing a detox. Huh? They will turn you away crying and loaded without a second thought. They will tell you you are all good to come in on the phone, then change when you arrive.

I like how they are willing to help people and provide the necessary essentials for every day living and rules to follow to keep it safe and keep the people focused.
CONS- they never answer the phone and the employees are rude which makes me wonder why are you there if you don’t like interacting with or helping people? Do better.
