A big shout out to WestCare! 5 stars all the way around. I used to receive services from them a few years ago, but today I took a friend to her appointment without knowing what to expect. The staff were incredibly compassionate and accommodating to her needs (she is disabled!). They made her feel welcomed, spoke to her with dignity, and got her into treatment right away. Walked in to see if I could make an appointment for a quick ear exam. Nice lady at the front desk messaged someone and told me to wait a minute. Nurse came out 5 minutes later and brought me back, looked at my ears, said I was good to go.
This my friends, is customer service at its best. My home VA is in WA, so technically they did not even have to see me, but did so as a courtesy. Grateful and now I don’t have to worry about my ear. Thank you!

This place changed my life. While I didn't stay in the house I did the IOP program and each and every staff member was very caring and understanding. They all work together to do what's best for you and they genuinely care about your recovery. There are alot of places in vegas that are not doing recovery for the right reasons. I visited Nestled Recovery Center last week and was really impressed with the personal attention I received. Alex and the team are truly outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcomed throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and aren’t just waiting for time to pass. The nursing staff were incredibly qualified and professional, which gave me confidence in the level of care provided here.
What really stood out to me was how personal and flexible everything felt. There’s no strict, stingy corporate atmosphere like you might find elsewhere. It feels like a place where individual needs actually matter. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained, and the grounds create a really peaceful environment. I came away feeling like this would be an excellent choice for anyone needing quality care in a supportive setting. Highly recommend taking a tour if you’re considering your options.

Accomodations are great, there's only 2 to a room. They assigned you a therapist, a doctor, you have access to a nurse 24/7, a great facility. You eat 3 meals a day and is cared for in every way. I only have issues with having group 7 days a week for around 7 hours a day, they should give you a day or two off. Other than that I would recommend this facility.

Three years ago I walked in there a total mess addicted to too many things and today I’m grateful for the people there who saved my life. FFR has literally changed my entire life in the present moment and has given me a future that wasn't available to me before. They are a community that I belong to and I have never belonged anywhere or with anyone in my whole life. But now thanks to FFR I do. My son love being there the 1st 3 weeks. Then they transferred him to these run down apartments. During the 2nd week he was there his room was broken into and the stole his clothes, sneakers and watches. When he went to call the police they told him not to because they where going to investigate. When we called their corporate office they said that they will get back to us. When my son kept asking them what was going on with there investigation. They would just blow him off. Being that my son is there for a reason he feel into a depressed state and left. He had several drinks and broke his contract. So this is what they did. They threw him and his roommate out at 1:15 in the morning not caring about where he and his roommate would stay. My son is over 3000 miles from home with no money and this is how they treat there clients. I would never refer this place to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about this program. Very caring staff, beautiful accommodations. They really have it together. I can honestly say I feel like I won't be having to go back to treatment. I feel very confidant in my recovery. The aftercare has also been amazing, my intake agent just called me last week to see how I am doing. I feel a genuine concern and interest from them, that is very hard to find. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to get sober. Also, one of the perks, they let me have my cell phone from the time I walked in the door, I was never cut off my husband or kids which made me feel so much better about everything! The counseling was really good, I got a lot of individualized care. This really allowed me to open up and be vulnerable about my situation, which I am a very private person.

I recently moved from Arizona and before I came into this house I moved to another sober living (not this one) and that house did not work out for me so I luckily found this one. The reason I say that because unlike other houses, here at New lyfe solutions the house manager works here at the house meaning he's actively involved helping you in your recovery and making you self sufficient. He will guide you to your meetings show you were they are and not only that. Push recovery upon you. If any parents or family members is reading this review wondering if this house is right for their loved ones. I can say that they won't be just on vacation here Carlos pushes recovery onto the men here. Not because he has to but he truly wishes the best for everyone here at the home. If ur anything like me and need real structure to have the best shot too regaining your life back. And start living not surviving. Come give it a shot! Nothing but great things here.
Oh yeah Carlos the house manager helps out with grocery runs weekly which goes long way so you don't carry heavy water, soda, fruit, watermelon, etc back on your own.
Great location too meeting down the street, fast foods, haircuts,smoke shops grocery stores. Bus stops.
Won't regret this house one bit.

I recently moved to Las Vegas from Utah for a new sober start at life, and New Lyfe Solutions has made my transition to my new life so much easier! They even went as far as to pick me up from the airport! I have been in New Lyfe Solutions for 4 months now, and it has been the best decision I have ever made! I am truly greatful for this program!

I do NOT recommend this facility for anyone with co-occurring (dual-diagnosis) substance use and mental health disorders. I was referred to Phoenix House by the ART Team and I was hesitant because the majority of the reviews were negative. However, given that many of them were old, I decided to give it a shot. I wanted to be a success story, but it didn’t work out. A few reasons why:
During my short stay, I experienced rude and abrasive staff, unempathetic communication style, and groups that felt more educational/information based than the coping skills based support I’d hoped for. We experienced food scarcity at mealtimes; the facility often ran out of food, leaving some of the ladies waiting while staff scrambled to find replacements (usually dry overcooked nuggets or cereal).
First upsetting experience happened early on, when I was sick and struggling to get out of bed. A staff member, ADELE, began banging her clipboard on the side of my bed and yelling at me to get me to wake up for group. When I explained I was having gastrointestinal issues and needed a few minutes, she threatened to discharge me and walked away. This was my third day there. As someone with insomnia who experiences frequent nightmares and new in recovery, I would’ve liked to have been given some grace.
Another staff member, JOANNA, consistently spoke to me in a disrespectful, condescending tone, barking orders instead of communicating with basic empathy. She was inconsistent, would “loosely” grant me bed rest or the exception to sit during workout time, and would revoke it suddenly leaving me confused. People come to Phoenix House to heal. Our bodies get sick, and sometimes we’re not going to feel well. It’s not military boot camp. We’re human beings in recovery.
I also experienced racial harassment from other residents. I was repeatedly called racial slurs, including the N-word, and was even threatened with being spit on by my roommate. After reporting all of these incidents, staff minimized it. CRYSTAL, brushed it off, saying, “Whaaat! Do you really think [resident name] is racist? I mean she has kids with an Asian man.” Another staff member ALYSSA, seemed more concerned about whether my response to the racial epithets violated “group confidentiality” than about the fact that I was verbally attacked.
RYAN, witnessed my roommate throw out my belongings and did nothing to stop her. My clothes, shoes, makeup, etc all thrown out into the hallway. When I got home the following day, I noticed that pages were also torn from my journal. I was administratively discharged for damaging property, but my property was also damaged by another resident while staff did nothing. For a program that claims to value mutual respect, this was deeply disappointing.
Overall, my experience left me feeling disrespected, unsafe, and unsupported. Phoenix House needs serious reform in staff training, cultural sensitivity, and basic compassion. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who is serious about sobriety and desires to work towards sobriety in a positive environment.
While my time at Phoenix House was primarily a negative experience, I do want to take the time to acknowledge the staff who through our interactions, gave me hope to continue treatment and stick it out as long as I did. Thank you Toni, Robert, Andrew (or Anthony), Emily, Melissa, and Rhonda. Their kindness made a difference and I’m grateful for them. :)

Honestly, this place surprised me in the best way. I loved Wakanda ! 🫶 She’s my counselor and she really took me under her wing when I walked in all stressed and confused. She’s been one of the biggest reasons I’ve gotten through everything.
Tiffany and Christian? Best techs ever. For real. They helped me with so much, even on days when I wasn’t exactly my cutest or calmest.
And don’t even get me started on the chef… I’m gonna miss that gurls cooking like it was a whole relationship. I might cry when I have to go back to regular food.
Everyone here has been nothing but good people. Armina’s amazing too 💜 I truly felt like every single person was rooting for my recovery and my actual health, not just doing a job.
