She helped place me at a time that worked best for me and didn't stop until she was able to. Every time I've gone in, she's been so kind and friendly, always saying hello. Having someone like Vickie at the front desk who actually cares about the people going there is irreplaceable. I was placed with Shellby, who is an amazing and talented therapist. She radiates a safe space and immediately made me feel comfortable. Shellby has never seemed judgemental or demeaning with anything I've brought up, and is so knowledgeable in the things she says. Now that's out of the way I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude and just adoration and affection for those individuals who have worked with me and aided me through this journey and I am sad as I no longer am in services as I will not go to anyone else I made that clear upon first working with them after everything else and everyone else they are and were the only place/group I would ever work with again so it does pain me given the circumstances. They became such a invaluable part of my life of course my silly mind seen the services provided as for life , they aided me to where I became expectant and I apologize for that. I miss the opportunity of being able to have such valuable consul I accomplished so much outstanding feats truly I don't think I would have nay I know I would never have accomplished so much if it were not for their support, sad to say I got complacent and forgot things I think we all did. Nothing lacking. All referrals are handled in a timely manner. I have three specialists downtown, so I rarely ever have to go the Prescott VA, plus we have a decent hospital in Kingman. I do have some accute health care issues, but have always been taken care of well. I will rate the Kingman clinic 5 outta 5. Thanks for all the good work. I checked myself into Southwest behavioral services, and started my journey of healing from the things that I could not control and the things that I could. my life was a hot mess from extreme childhood trauma .. addiction and heartbreak.. I sure as hell didn’t end the cycle and reached out for help I wanna publicly thank some people, but I don’t know how they feel about their names being out there so I wanna thank R - R- J - L - you ladies are my angels . On a random afternoon, I decided I need to get help and these women were extremely busy at their job and they stopped everything they were doing when they saw my face .
