I just discharged from this program a couple days ago. To anyone thinking or considering coming here, let this be your confirmation to start packing TODAY. This program has literally changed my life in more ways than just becoming sober. I was on heroin and meth before I admitted into detox and it's been 73 days now and the transformation is something I thought wasnt even possible for me. If you're from out of state and worried about starting over, don't be. They got you. But it starts with you deciding to make a change, and having an open mind to give them the chance to help. After your 28days, They have a badass PHP, IOP program, the facilitators are mostly recovering addicts themselves or educated drug counselors or both. These people are so freaking awesome and they genuinely care and you'll notice it immediately. I seriously can't stress enough to anyone considering coming here, if you're uncertain or hesitant about making the call...which I feel like is something every addict goes through beforehand, DO NOT LET ANYTHING OR ANYONE STOP YOU FROM THIS OPPORTUNITY. You can always go home if you want to but you can't always experience recovery like this. From the very first call I made James and the rest of the team at Wish Recovery did everything they could to make me feel welcome, safe, respected, and cared for. I had reached out to Wish after being assaulted by a staff member at another program ( not affiliated with Wish) within 20 minutes of my call James had sent a uber to pick me up. Then between James and Fran they made sure my medications and the rest of my property were picked up. I was never made to feel like I was an inconvenience and my concerns were addressed without hesitation. All of the documentation needed to support my leave from work was completed promptly and sent to the necessary departments. The therapists are amazing and the center is beautiful, clean, and staffed with courteous professionals. My house manager Matt is caring and respectful. The sober living house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean. I have truly felt welcome from the very beginning.

I had a good friend go to Gratitude Lodge for substance abuse issues earlier this year, and he’s been sober ever since. I truly believe Gratitude Lodge played an integral part in helping him start his journey in sobriety. The staff was great, the house was always clean, and they kept the clients involved. Staff would take them on weekend activities around SoCal, bring them to meetings during the week, and encouraged my friend to get a sponsor, who he still has today. I’m extremely grateful for the role Gratitude Lodge played in helping my friend get his life back on track.

I absolutely loved the staff here. The therapists were probably the nicest, most caring, therapists I’ve ever met. The groups here are my #1 favorite out of all of the places I’ve ever been and they are led by the therapists. The chef 👌🏾 literally didn’t make a single thing that I didn’t like, I loved everything he cooked. The house is extremely clean. The outings every week were one of my favorite things here as well. And if you asked the staff or therapist for anything they absolutely tried their hardest to make it happen. Adam is super kind and caring and always addressed any issues I had. I’m not an easy client but I appreciate all the staff here who put up with me. I left early due to me not being able to handle some of the stricter policy’s but it doesn’t change how I feel about the staff and my time there. Starbridge recovery truly saved me and my family. While my stay there the kind, caring, love and thoughtfulness was so amazing by all the staff. The professional approach that they provided me was excellent . The classes they gave there were informing and uplifting. My therapist Anne knew how much I enjoyed walking. She would take me on walks while doing my therapy session . I truly felt love from her kind caring heart. She continues to stay in touch even though I am no longer there . My nurse taline is so wonderful, she does a great job dispensing the medication and very trustworthy. I never have to wonder if she’ll mess up my dose and she’s very patient and encouraging.

I transferred to Aegis treatment center in Pomona starting around beginning of December after starting on methadone in Italy when I lived there for a while but between leaving Italy and starting at aegis there was a couple days break from treatment till I went to aegis, and now after almost a year at September I’m transferring to another state since I move around and the treatment aegis provided has been very helpful and I been clean off all substances since the first day I transferred to aegis and I think two days prior to the first day I went to aegis was the first first day I was clean and aegis clinic helped me maintain sobriety ever since which means I been clean since beginning of December and still clean and sober. Brittany and Martha and one other person in front desk that I don’t remember the name of was very helpful since first day. Taline the nurse who dispenses the medication was very nice and helpful same with Bianca (Im sure that’s her name but a part of me feels like her name might be different and I accidentally mixed the name up so I’m leaving this note up just in case I got the name wrong but she’s on the computer in the first door left when you enter in the hallways) was also very nice and attentive and helpful and I think is the manager of the entire place and she helps me transfer to my new place by coordinating everything. The doctor with glasses is very chill and very fun to have conversations with and helped me find my correct dose of medication. And Angela who isn’t my counselor but has lots of candy would give me lots of candy especially airheads she is the candy lady. My first counselor was Gloria who was very kind and listened very well in sessions and second counselor I forgot name of never showed up and I think got fired and was a weird woman and third counselor I forgot name of was a cool guy and listened very well.

One of the most luxury detox/RTCs I've been to and helped me get back on my feet. Appreciate the complimentary vapes, weekend doordash, and chill staff. The therapists are good. Fun fact - the house it's in is a former mansion of Charlie Chaplin.
