I went to detox & day treatment at Fontana. The staff & program could not have bèen better place to stat my recovery. I just left my home group ,the 6:15 attitude adjustment in Upland. I’ve been a patient at Aegis Treatment Centers for a while now, and I really want to give a heartfelt thank you to the nurses there. Whenever I’m sick or not feeling well, they always step in right away and make sure I’m taken care of. It never feels like I’m just another patient to them. They genuinely check on me, help me through it, and make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. All of the nurses work together in such a kind and supportive way, and because of that, I always feel really welcomed when I walk in. Even on rough days, I know I’m going to be met with patience, understanding, and care instead of stress or judgment. It’s honestly a comforting place to go when I need help, and I’m really grateful for how consistently compassionate and attentive the nurses are. God bless 🙏🏻

I transferred to Aegis treatment center in Pomona starting around beginning of December after starting on methadone in Italy when I lived there for a while but between leaving Italy and starting at aegis there was a couple days break from treatment till I went to aegis, and now after almost a year at September I’m transferring to another state since I move around and the treatment aegis provided has been very helpful and I been clean off all substances since the first day I transferred to aegis and I think two days prior to the first day I went to aegis was the first first day I was clean and aegis clinic helped me maintain sobriety ever since which means I been clean since beginning of December and still clean and sober. Brittany and Martha and one other person in front desk that I don’t remember the name of was very helpful since first day. Taline the nurse who dispenses the medication was very nice and helpful same with Bianca (Im sure that’s her name but a part of me feels like her name might be different and I accidentally mixed the name up so I’m leaving this note up just in case I got the name wrong but she’s on the computer in the first door left when you enter in the hallways) was also very nice and attentive and helpful and I think is the manager of the entire place and she helps me transfer to my new place by coordinating everything. The doctor with glasses is very chill and very fun to have conversations with and helped me find my correct dose of medication. And Angela who isn’t my counselor but has lots of candy would give me lots of candy especially airheads she is the candy lady. My first counselor was Gloria who was very kind and listened very well in sessions and second counselor I forgot name of never showed up and I think got fired and was a weird woman and third counselor I forgot name of was a cool guy and listened very well.

Therapist James I was telling him what happened to me in my passed I told him what happened that it caused trauma. and he was taken it likely what I was saying to him what happened to me like it didn't happen to me. I knew I wasn't going to talk to him again really if you're going to be a therapist you can't tell someone that what there saying isn't true. I didn't respect that about that man because I been through a lot I wonder why he is a therapist there. Much love and respect to cedar House may the Lord Jesus Christ and God Almighty help every brother and sister to get clean and stay on the right track.Because I left on the first day but I'm doing great thank God I really appreciate the whole staff just when I was telling my testimony he took it likely on what I was saying I been through a lot of trauma and I will not tell James my testimony anymore while I was in the program.Because I talk to a therapist before and they were way better than he was. He doesn't even know me but he made it seem like I was lying about what happened to me in my pass.And it seemed like he had selective hearing like I was talking to myself. I think they need to replace that man and I pray that financially that cedar House stays open for many more years to come. I'm 35 years old I can't program with other man that are focused on the same things of the passed it's more reasons why I left and the programing we were talking about sex I think we should be programing talking recovery and making right decisions and staying away from people of our pass.they could had programs about that when I left I only went to one program that was talking about sex I'm just talking about what I seen on the first program. but to each its on they have to make some things up to make sure everyone is busy if you stay busy in there is no idol time so I understand.im focused on spirituality and .starting this automotive course at chaffey in the summer I'm already signed up and getting in Na Aa meetings I want this better sober life with or without a program God bless you all.

This center is beautiful within itself being at the top in the mountains with nature and wildlife surrounding. I’ve read a few negative reviews here and from my experience, these are petty complains due to certain persons just not getting their overly unrealistic expectations met but for the average respectable person who knows when in rehab and during detox, there are always times where one feels badly, however this is not the recovery centers fault, it’s just the nature of detoxing and learning coping skills and dealing with personal addictive habits, codependencies, and traumas. Serenity Lodge is one of the best recovery centers you’ll find and deserves to be recognized for being so! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ from this happy camper!!!

Good place to recover depending on what your DOC is needs sum improvements property wise like lighting and cosmetics as well as more staff and landscaping up to date. I’m interested in seeing how they improve these things in the future and will definitely stay in touch, for being my first time in a treatment program overall was a GREAT experience and will and well as am VERY GRATEFUL and this place saved my life. Ray and Ceaser as well as Aida Kailey and Tim had a HUGE impact in my recovery and for the other support staff LVN Jose, Nate, Sean, Corky, Melissa and Andy are all VERY AWESOME and genuine and REALLY deserve to have a say in the future improvements and coardination of curriculum going forward. The offsite meetings were VERY impactful. I will FOREVER BE GRATEFUL. Much Love and Best wishes to ALL as well as the ones I forgot to name. Thank You Serenity Lodge !!

Being at Glendora Recovery Center showed me how to be patient, it showed me tools on how to identify triggers, gave me a toolbox that I can take with me and apply in real life. My counselor Kurtis was the best because he gave me simple suggestions and directions I could follow and apply to my life. This is a beautiful facility, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with the experience so far. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly supportive, helpful, and responsive, which has made this process much easier for our family. I visited my husband this past weekend, and he told me how happy he is with the care he’s receiving and his overall experience there. Having been to other treatment facilities in the past, he said this experience has been very different in a positive way, and that meant a lot to hear. Finding the right treatment center can be overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to make the best decision for someone you love. Based on our experience so far, I would absolutely recommend this facility. If you or someone you care about is looking for a supportive place to focus on getting healthy and moving forward, this is definitely a place worth considering.

Hathaway Recovery saved my life. I've been to two different rehabs before this one (one being a well-known, Nationwide facility) and this is by far the superior institution. They have several different levels of care to assist in every stage of the rehabilitation process. The detox was smooth and cautious; I felt extremely safe and comfortable. The group sessions are gentle and inviting, to let clients know that they are in capable hands and an accepting environment. The therapy sessions dive deep into the mental health issues that lead to addiction. The staff is professional when they need to be, but also speak to clients like they are real people and not just another patient. The homey atmosphere (as opposed to a hospital setting) makes the experience both realistic and comforting. The way it's ran shows clients that they can live a normal, sober life. It impacts their recovery journey by letting clients set attainable daily and long-term goals. The staff empowers each client to know they have the strength to pursue these goals, with the help from them and then eventually on their own. Most rehabs promise to give clients their life back, but Hathaway Recovery has given me a life I had never even dreamed of. In review terms: I am an extremely satisfied customer.

Starting my recovery journey at a treatment center for primary mental health and alcohol was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but it’s also been the most rewarding. I’m learning every day that healing is possible, and I’m grateful for the support I’ve found here. This facility is extremely attentive and caring. I especially want to thank Dr. Hobson for their kindness, understanding, and guidance. Awesome facility, everyone is so nice and caring, and the therapist Rosa is amazing. My only complaint is they have only one psychiatrist that does not prescribe stimulants. I have a condition which requires a medication that is a stimulant but while I was under care here, I could not get the medication that I needed.

So much neglect that I experienced catalyzed a rough start to my prenatal care including uncertainty created by my previous OB. Kayla stepped up the the plate and she was more than amazing! I was treated with dignity, gentleness, and respect, and I could see that the safety and well-being of both myself and my baby were truly a priority. I also want to give a special thank-you to Lauren from the anesthesia team. She was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the experience. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and at ease during an important and emotional moment. Her gentle approach and compassion meant so much to me. Each nurse brought something special to our care. They were professional, patient, compassionate, gentle, and incredibly attentive. They took the time to explain things thoroughly, answer questions, and make sure we understood what was happening instead of ever making us feel rushed or overlooked. What touched us most was the genuine care they showed not only toward myself but toward my newborn baby. Each nurse handled my baby with such tenderness, warmth, and love. It was obvious that they understood how precious and emotional this time was for our family. Their kindness went far beyond simply performing their nursing duties. I would also like to recognize the volunteers who assisted us during our stay. Their friendliness, willingness to help, and positive attitudes made the environment feel more welcoming. Even the smallest gestures of kindness made a difference during a time when our family was tired, emotional, and adjusting to having a new baby. The cleaning and environmental services staff also deserve recognition. They were respectful, professional, and considerate whenever they entered the room. They worked hard to keep the environment clean and comfortable while being mindful of my recovery and the needs of my newborn. A clean and safe environment is extremely important for mothers and babies, and we truly appreciated their hard work. Overall, our family felt cared for, respected, and supported. Everyone we encountered played a part in making such an important and emotional experience a positive one. The professionalism, compassion, gentleness, patience, and genuine kindness shown to our family will always be remembered. Jessica C. was an incredible postpartum nurse, and our family is so thankful for the care she gave my sister and her newborn baby. From the beginning, Jessica displayed an outstanding level of professionalism while also being warm, approachable, and compassionate. One of the things my sister appreciated most was how thoroughly Jessica explained everything. She never simply did something without making sure my sister understood what was happening. She took the time to answer questions, explain procedures, provide helpful information, and make sure my sister felt comfortable and informed. Jessica was also extremely gentle and attentive. 10 acre ranch is a great place with lots of friendly staff who care about your recovery there’s a lot I learned here. many skills, and coping strategies that are essential to my recovery, and lots of information that is useful to being able to understand how addiction works. Angela is especially good at her job and has years of wisdom and experience within treatment. You won’t be magically cured after leaving here tho, what you put in is what u get out of it.

If you’re really serious about changing your life around then this place is where you need to be. You can bring your pets and they accept couples. The staff here are all amazing and willing to help whenever you ask for help. The chefs: Tiffany and Mike really get down and make some really delicious meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. The nurses Michelle and Amy make sure you take your meds whenever needed and also make check in with you every morning to see if your having withdrawal symptoms such as night terrors, using dreams, tremors, anxiety, depression, all that stuff that you don’t want to feel when you’re withdrawing and they make sure you are prescribed the right meds to prevent all those things. The case workers Alejandra and Angela work above and beyond to make sure everything you need is taken care of. Angela is also the educator and teaches some really informative group classes that help you understand your disease. And the rest of the staff are all amazing and I’m really going to miss all of you! Claudia and Valerie are really sweet and kind and funny. I always looked forward to seeing them at the facility. Dan and RayRay and Joe are all very personable and will give you some of the best advice and it’s only up to you to decide if you wanna take it and run with it. Steve thank you for bringing my partner and I to court on your day off. Banchi is the sweetest person in the entire universe and you made me smile so much and being sober made me appreciate any smiles I got from the staff here. Tiffany thank you for all the meaningful talks we had every morning, I always looked forward to seeing you during the weekdays! And Mike thank you for making sure we eat good everyday ! You’re the man! Have been coming here for colo rectal surgery, that's how specialized this place can get, they're helping me through my journey of repair after immense damage at a very tender young age, I am a survivor. Also the female bathroom on the 1st floor, if you come around the left corner towards the back, has been locked since my April 2026 appt to my July appt. Both the individual and group sessions were meaningful, supportive, and focused on the issues I needed to work on. The staff truly listened and helped me develop the tools I needed for my recovery. The program itself was well organized and kept us engaged with healthy activities, including walks, gym time, arts and crafts, outings, movies, bowling, AA meetings, and other events. There was always something positive and productive to do. The food deserves special recognition as well. The chef consistently prepared healthy, delicious meals that made us feel cared for and at home. The medical team was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. I was impressed by the level of care and support available throughout my stay. One thing that makes Whiteside Manor truly special is that the support doesn’t end when the program does. Even after completing treatment, I continue to work with a therapist and still feel welcomed and supported by the staff. That kind of ongoing care is rare and means a great deal. Going on 16 months sober and Whiteside is definitely a huge part of why I am. The people that work there truly care and want long term sobriety for every single client that walk through their doors. Your not just a paycheck to them. Had an amazing experience there. If your struggling and you manage to get yourself in this place. Take advantage of every moment you have with them. Aurora Charter Oak has been my lifeline to say they’re good at what they do would be a huge disservice. They are the best at what they do . The Therapists have made a huge difference in my life, Paula has been a God send. She has helped me find myself and what is causing my addiction. The other therapists are kind and compassionate as well . The office staff is always accessible and they are very supportive Lee Anne is one of the best facilitators I have ever known Mauti & Gigi take care of our medical needs to sum this up I’d say that everyone at Aurora Charter Oak mean what they say and say what they mean. I would highly recommend Aurora Charter Oak to everyone and I don’t say that very often. I’ve been wanting to update my latest review this Is something I seldom do. I’ve been wanting to say for awhile, it occurs to me that there’s so many people that need help but just can’t make the decision to go and get help. Those are the people I hope to reach out to today when I first started here I came kicking and screaming I refused to admit I even had a problem, and that was was my biggest problem. So instead of having my wife of 26 years leave me I told myself let’s do this because who knows maybe it’ll help. I am so glad I did. When you are ready please,please go give it some time like I did the therapists are awesome I’ve been lucky enough to get to know a few of these dedicated individuals who are lifesavers,take my group therapist Paula she is an absolute Godsend I didn’t realize I had the problems I have I was just feeling so down so hurt and I didn’t know or care why I was close to checking out if it wasn’t for Paula I’d be in the ground I know this is not your usual situation but Paula is both professional and personable she treats people with so much respect but doesn’t candy coat the issues that put most people here that begin with. Paula IS the real deal. All the people at Aurora are the best in their fields I rant and rave about Paula because she flat out saved my life and I will always have the utmost respect for her.

Everyone is very pleasant. I am learning so much about myself and my disease the LYDIA and MARDI are very pleasant and welcoming so grateful for all we are here. The instructors are amazing The therapist the special speakers in group amongst others. I’m very grateful to be here. Praise God. Riverside Treatment Center really saved my life. I have been a patient here for more years than I care to admit. With that ive seen alot. Is this a perfect solution to opiate addiction? That depends on you and the program you want to work. The staff that are there for you are really good people and they will treat you how you treat them. The front desk ladies, Melissa and Alexis are Angels, they work soo hard to make sure your patient experience is as comfortable as possible,both of them go above and beyond to help us patients. The counseling staff i only really know my counselor, and thats because this place does have a "revolving" door of counselors. I won't go into the company politics but the case load, the work and the overall stuff they have to do in the time they have is just impossible and they just get burned out really fast and split. My counselor im blessed to have. My counselor has been at this clinic for way more years than I have and she is amazing. I have seen her console the most desperate person in they're most time of desperation, ive also seen her stop a 6 foot 4, 300lbs man from completely busting the place up and bringing him to tears. My counselor has helped me more times than I can count, she is my second counselor, but she had helped me with my Son and his learning difficulties. Unfortunately my son grew up at the clinic, he used to come with me to my counseling sessions with my first counselor and watch movies on his portable DVD player while I had my sessions. While I feel regret with my Son growing up in a place like this, but my son is now an amazing hard working adult, who has never done any kind of drugs and dosen't even drink alcohol. I've been honest with my Son about my addiction issues and he grew up seeing addicts on the street, at the clinic and 1 even being his Dad, he has seen what addiction does. He has also seen that recovery is definitely possible. Overall is Riverside Treatment Center a perfect place? Nope. People have bad days, addicts want instant gratification either with drugs or service, are there some individuals who will provide you a fix? Sure there is, but thats up to you. Do you want to get clean off of Street drugs? Then go and work an honest program at the clinic, but if your not ready then those people will be there waiting for you whether at the clinic or your neighborhood corner. I will say that being i have take home meds, I dont hang around this place much anymore. And from what I have seen alot of the street activity has cleared up a bit. The location plays a huge roll in the negative people that can be around the clinic. This area is a breeding ground for drug activity and with a methadone clinic smack dab in the middle of this area, your going to have this kind of activity. The clinic can only keep its area clear of that stuff, they can't control the bus stops and fast food areas of activity, thats up to us as patients working a program. Its not a perfect program, but thank God its there for the people that need it and work a real program.

I have had an excellent experience with Riverside Treatment Center. After running into a few walls and also being turned down by a few spots, this was the first place to help me. The staff is involved with the treatment plan making the overall experience feel genuine.

My Mom and Nephew went to visit my sister yesterday and we had a wonderful experience. Great front desk service! Caring and kind staff. Great atmosphere. Very clean. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend this place for a rehabilitation home.

I entered this program on 4/18/25, and I spent 31 days here, successfully completing the program. This place was my saving grace, and gave me a second chance in life. I lost my kids due to drugs, and because of GHW, I was able to get on the right track back to having them home with me again. Gibson House for Women gave me my life back! My counselor, Danielle, was and will always be my angel. She had my back from day 1, and was always on top of things. All of the counselors are amazing - they all really do care and most have been down the same roads so they know what you're going through. I was housed with 30 other woman here, and every single one of them became my sober sisters - the most incredible group of women I've ever met iny life. We all had each other to lean on during those times of hardship, and comfort was always there. This place truly is magical, and I can't thank GHW, and the women I went through treatment with enough for everything they've done for me. It was a miracle I ended up here, and the program wasn't exactly easy, but I needed their strict structure at the time, and am so grateful for it. My advice to anyone reading this is STICK WITH IT! IT'S SO WORTH THE REWARDS IN THE END. Don't let anyone take you out of character and destroy the peace you so much deserve. Inland Valley is always there to help. The staff is very knowledgeable and very resourceful. They have an excellent program, or should l say many different programs to accommodate anybody and everybody. They have therapist on hand and provide transportation which is always a plus. And the best part is the food🤓. They provide really healthy meals. Great place to start your new life focused on Recovery.

This place literally saved my life! The living quarters are clean, beautiful scenery. The food is good. The staff is very Professional. There is a lot of love and compassion in this facility. This is a great place to recover if you’re struggling with addiction. ❤️‍🩹❤️
