I came here for courtesy dose in August and again in November. They are great there! If I move out here this is the clinic I definitely would go here.The price for just 7 days of methadone was $140!! This is the 2 nd time I paid this price for a week. We don’t have much money we are trying to get our lives back and this is a life or death medication for us.
The methadone is way overpriced here, while it is not an expensive drug from the pharmacy.

Best client was Edgar Orozco been going there since 2018 originally from Rancho Tay Center since 2013. They helped me alot with my basic life needs. I love all the field trips we went with and I still have all the pictures we took. We had alot of fun events and holidays to celebrate. My favorite holiday we celebrated was Fathers Day and Christmas. I made so many memories and friends there. I will never forget them all. My case manager was Steven. They gave me a ride home every Wednesday and Thursdays. They helped me look for jobs and basic needs. They also served daily medication for us to take. All the people there felt like a family to me. I will never forget the first day I joined Tay. I transfered when I was 26. Went to Tay when I was around 19. I loved everyone. I will come back one day. (Ps they also had Tay Bucks almost like real money)

I was very satisfied with everlast recovery, there much different from other facilities such as not feeling like a hospital setting or feeling like a 5150 facility. Everlast treated me like family and so did the rest of the patients in there. Everlast gave me the tools to cope with my struggles of addiction and showed me how the sober life is the better life. Shane the counselor is awesome super good dude. Would highly recommend everlast recovery 💯

I spent 30 days at the Turrell house, and although it was my first time in treatment I believe I was meant to come to this place specifically. They did such a wonderful job welcoming me, the staff and residents really helped me settle in to the routines of the program. I loved every single group session we did throughout my stay, and i loved all of the outside meetings we went to every week, I learned so much, and I actually found my sponsor because of this program. They really care about every client individually and are very attentive to specific needs. I loved working with Katie as my case manager, she did an amazing job. Thank you so much Everlast, I’ll definitely be back to visit!

10 acre ranch is a great place with lots of friendly staff who care about your recovery there’s a lot I learned here. many skills, and coping strategies that are essential to my recovery, and lots of information that is useful to being able to understand how addiction works. Angela is especially good at her job and has years of wisdom and experience within treatment. You won’t be magically cured after leaving here tho, what you put in is what u get out of it.

If you’re really serious about changing your life around then this place is where you need to be.
You can bring your pets and they accept couples. The staff here are all amazing and willing to help whenever you ask for help. The chefs: Tiffany and Mike really get down and make some really delicious meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. The nurses Michelle and Amy make sure you take your meds whenever needed and also make check in with you every morning to see if your having withdrawal symptoms such as night terrors, using dreams, tremors, anxiety, depression, all that stuff that you don’t want to feel when you’re withdrawing and they make sure you are prescribed the right meds to prevent all those things. The case workers Alejandra and Angela work above and beyond to make sure everything you need is taken care of. Angela is also the educator and teaches some really informative group classes that help you understand your disease. And the rest of the staff are all amazing and I’m really going to miss all of you! Claudia and Valerie are really sweet and kind and funny. I always looked forward to seeing them at the facility. Dan and RayRay and Joe are all very personable and will give you some of the best advice and it’s only up to you to decide if you wanna take it and run with it. Steve thank you for bringing my partner and I to court on your day off. Banchi is the sweetest person in the entire universe and you made me smile so much and being sober made me appreciate any smiles I got from the staff here. Tiffany thank you for all the meaningful talks we had every morning, I always looked forward to seeing you during the weekdays! And Mike thank you for making sure we eat good everyday ! You’re the man! To all the clients that were in the program while me and my partner were there, Thank you! you guys made this process so much more smoother and comfortable and I had a blast with all of you. MFI Outpatient and Medical saved my life! I came in through the Cares Line right off the streets of Lake Elsinore and was able to connect with MFI at the sober living, IOP and MAT services stage after 93 days of treatment at a different facility. I was welcomed and encouraged and set right in the middle of their Outpatient program. I was given Case Mgr Natalie, Group facilitator Jessica, House Mgr Alex and then BJ and her awesome team in Medical. I was truly set up for success! I felt thoroughly cared for, loved and spoiled. I will never forget my time at MFI! I’m 4 years clean and sober in June. Thank you and lots of love to all of you who helped me and to all of you in the background grinding it out helping people all day everyday! My Grandkids have their Grampa back!

I entered this program on 4/18/25, and I spent 31 days here, successfully completing the program. This place was my saving grace, and gave me a second chance in life. I lost my kids due to drugs, and because of GHW, I was able to get on the right track back to having them home with me again. Gibson House for Women gave me my life back! My counselor, Danielle, was and will always be my angel. She had my back from day 1, and was always on top of things. All of the counselors are amazing - they all really do care and most have been down the same roads so they know what you're going through. I was housed with 30 other woman here, and every single one of them became my sober sisters - the most incredible group of women I've ever met iny life. We all had each other to lean on during those times of hardship, and comfort was always there. This place truly is magical, and I can't thank GHW, and the women I went through treatment with enough for everything they've done for me. It was a miracle I ended up here, and the program wasn't exactly easy, but I needed their strict structure at the time, and am so grateful for it. My advice to anyone reading this is STICK WITH IT! IT'S SO WORTH THE REWARDS IN THE END. Don't let anyone take you out of character and destroy the peace you so much deserve.

I just wanted to adjust my rating of this place the Blaine Street adult clinic has been instrumental and influential in my life so of course it deserves five stars all of the people there in the clinicians and therapists are awesome. They offer multiple groups and tomorrow even though having pizza you know but I've also found in order to make any type of recovery or progress you have to find someone to hold you accountable you have to actually be accountable to yourself if you hold yourself accountable you can always see improvement but you won't actually make improvement and tell you have someone hold you accountable. Often times I've blamed others for not seeing the perception of things are potential in them and also once happiness can only be determined by one's self if you respond to another's actions with happiness or sadness they are in control of your emotions that would be insane so that's one good thing I've learned and also if you put in the time and the work and hold yourself accountable you always make improvements hope it's the first time also you should check out the groups and I don't know if I can actually mention any of the therapist my hand but they're all awesome everyone knows that thank you Blaine clinic and I'm sorry that I've always been in pain

Great place , I really received a lot of help with my mental health and substance abuse issues! The group therapy was something I really needed the most. I had been to a few programs out here and this place by far was the best .The therapist is amazing and the group facilitator really cared about me as an individual!! My husband was admitted to Live Oak Rehab on July 18, 2025, following a right total hip replacement. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Maly. I was initially worried that our insurance might not cover the services, but she reassured me and clearly explained that everything was authorized and covered by our provider. We were extremely satisfied with the care he received. Everyone—from social services staff like Gigi and Ruby, to Armando (RN), the physical therapists Allen, Ritz, Nancy, and the rest of the nursing team—was dedicated and kind. I don’t understand why this facility is not rated higher!!! My mom is there and the staff are incredible, accommodating, kind, attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. I have literally entrusted them with my mom’s life after taking care of her for 20 years. Since she’s been there, she’s put on weight (which she desperately need to) and maintained her weight, she is happy every time I talk or visit with her. Her disposition is excellent. The only reason, I didn’t give them a 5 star rating is because of a communication issue, which has now been rectified. If you’re looking for a place to take care of your elderly loved ones, this is the place!!!!! Kudos to Gigi for her wonderful professionalism.

I recently had to place my dad in a rehab facility do to being hospitilized from a fall and head injury. I'm so thankful I found Live Oak. I can't say enough good things about their staff. Alex was amazing and always very communicative, day or night. Molly was great getting us situated and walking us through and what to expect. Gigi was awesome answering my 101 questions and always will to go above and beyond her normal responsibilities. All in all every person we encountered came across as caring and sincere, which to me is more important than fancy equipment and fresh coat of paint on the building walls. At the end of the day, everyone their got the job done in getting my dad healthy enough to go home. Thank you to all at Live Oak.

Man… Puente House 444. I loved it. I hated it. But I needed it. Looking back, I wouldn’t trade those six months for anything.
When I arrived, I was needy, hungry, angry, stubborn, and convinced I had it all figured out (I didn’t). 😤 I hated the rules, the structure, but knew it is something I needed.
But little by little, I started to understand. Puente isn’t just about sobriety—it’s about becoming someone you can respect. The staff didn’t sugarcoat anything. They called me out, pushed me, and supported me in ways I didn’t know I needed. ❤️
I came to love the community—the kitchen laughs, the raw group talks, the late-night convos with guys who most likely did not make it. Some days I couldn’t stand facing myself, or even shower. Other days, I felt more alive than I had in years.
What makes 444 special is how it sticks with you. Shouting “444” during meetings or hearing it from someone picking up a chip gave me something I’d been missing: belonging. That alone killed off my loneliness.

I like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Crossroads Recovery Centers and its top notch nursing Department, comprised of a hard working committed staff as follows: Danielle, Shirley, Arianna and Kyle.
Upon my arrival to Crossroads Recovery Centers, I was suffering from major depression and 27 year addiction to opiates, I never received any long term treatment before and to my good fortune I was introduced to Mr. Edgar Villa. He gave me a tour of the facility and he also became my therapist, he helped me to look within myself to find my co-occurring condition meaning my mental health was a factor in my addiction as well. I went through some really difficult times, but the Nursing Staff was right there with me during my anger outburt, PTSD flash backs they were there through it all and I'm so thankful. Crossroads Recovery Centers has given me a second chance to a better quality of life. I also would like to thank my counselor Edmond who always was honest and straight forward with me and taught me to be true to myself and change my addictive behavior.
Special thanks to Edgar and Vanessa for caring for me when I didn't care about myself. Crossroads Recovery Centers has given me new lease on life and I can't you enough!!!!!!

I went there 6 years ago to mental health. It was a scary but great experience. I received really good Psychiatrists. I was also a alcoholic who didn't want to quit drinking. I left there and I haven't had a drink since. That was 6 YEARS ago! I am a tons better person now. Thank you, St. Joseph's Mental Health.
