I went to this facility on an emergency basis.i had two infected teeth.the service from the get go was above standards.The receptionist greeted me kindly and got me started with the paperwork.Luckily for me their nine o'clock canceled and they took me right in.the dental assistant took an xray and they found I had leaky root canals.i was given my options and I opted for extractions.I feel great just 6 hours later and seem to be healing fine.i highly recommend this establishment for any dental needs.I would like to thank this team for their kindness and solution to my pain from hades. I could not recommend the dental facility here any higher. From the front desk to the dentists they are absolutely amazing. I have state insurance and expect the lower end of things out of experience but I did not get the runaround here. They immediately started working on my problem teeth. The appointments are a week or two out (10/09/24). The dentist actually seems to care and take action. Within a month of switching here from Hill Country most of my problems (I had quite a few) have been fixed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. One of the dentists looks very young and that worried at first but she did a better and more pain free work that I have ever had done. Again go to this location if you have the option.

The Intake process was handled with absolute care and concern for my circumstance. The staff took care of my insurance and was able to get in the day after I made contact. I called other facilities and the first thing that they wanted to talk about was money, which was a huge turn off. CRC Isn t a giant facility with tons of people where you can get lost in the shuffle and that was exactly what I was looking for. All of the counselors at CRC Know what it s like to go through addiction and as a person trying to recover that made all the difference. It wasn t theory to them. Meals were prepared by an on-site chef who actually got me to eat my veggies Which is a miracle in itself. The senior staff were also wonderful In making sure everything ran smoothly. After looking into 6-7 different places to take my mother I was getting frustrated. When I contacted California Recovery Center what first caught my attention was how understanding and helpful Rachel was. She was the woman that assisted me with finding help for my mom. It s never easy being In the situation of getting help for yourself or others, so when it feels like a person wholeheartedly wants to help yourself and your family it makes all the difference. I was in this program after being released from incarceration, i was released to a inpatient 30 day rehab and then shipped here. This place really established new found structure in my life and they really help you with everything you could possibly want or dream of. The program director Steve is a very great man, has zero tolerance for bs lol. But a huge shout out to Kelly, Meg, dawn, Monica, Ashley, richard, Molly and my prss shannan. The Staff here is so amazing and really helped me through so much in my life. If your ready to be clean and sober and start a functioning life this is the place to be. Today is my "clean date" and as of TODAY I have 1 year clean and sober. This Facility saved my life! I've made several attempts at sobriety before stepping into New Dawn, but none of them approached the disease of addiction like New Dawn. They have such a different approach at treating addiction. Reiki, massage therapy, equine therapy, ECT. The staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. These people truly are there to help people. It’s hard to put into words the gratitude I have for Hotel California and its staff and treatment programs. It took me a couple tries, but I finally decided to participate and take the help I was being offered and in a month I will celebrate 4 years clean. The combination of substance abuse education, mental physical and emotional health therapy they provide is top tier. My life has changed in ways I never imagined and it all started with the love, personal care and faith that the staff at Hotel California so graciously offered to me. I like this place. And all the staff. The counselor actually care and WANT to help you. I m not sure why it has 3 stars, because this is a location trying to help recoverin addicts like myself. Only down fall is the wait, for certain things, but thats only at the beginning when you register as a PT there because of all the paperwork and stuff you have to do. Also they provide lots of help. There is currently a really solid group of people at this clinic....from the counselors, to the nurses, and the management. Everyone is always friendly and that can be difficult at times when your work day starts at 5am. 2 people specifically really stand out and make this experience easier. Katrina (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) who works in the front, and Dan who works security. Katrina is hilarious and treats everyone with respect and doesn't make you feel bad about yourself. Sometimes is hard accepting the fact you have to be at a methadone clinic. But when the staff treats you so well and make you smile, it really helps. Dan is an amazing person as well. He has to deal with so many ridiculous people who act like children and yet he always has a positive attitude. I look forward to seeing him daily. I'm not sure how many of the staff at the clinic read these reviews...if any, but I would like to say thank you to all of them for making this journey a lot easier and on a daily basis I have positive, sometimes hilarious interactions and starting your day in a positive way really helps you throughout your day. I hope to join this staff as a counselor once I complete my recovery. I know I only mentioned 2 names, but thank you again to all of you. I'll throw one more name out there and a big thank you to Carl who is part of the management team. He's an extremely nice person and I feel, genuinely cares about the patients at this clinic. This is actually the best Clinic I've ever been to Thomas has been the best counselor I've had I was at ages before as well but due to getting ran over by a car I was put back on opiate medications and well any addict knows what happens after that when I returned to ages I went through a plethora of counselors but Thomas was solid and stuck around when I came to him I had 14 take homes and lost them because I fell off. Thank God I had Thomas as a counselor he held me accountable for my actions was patient and gentle and see me through my relapse now I have six take homes and I'm doing way better I really believe that if Thomas wasn't my counselor during my relapse I wouldn't be clean right now because of the way he handled the situation allow me to trust him take his advice and now I've been clean for almost 4 months now thank you Thomas and thank you Aegis for employing Thomas.

I have been in and out of recovery pretty much my whole life since I was a teenager. I had heard repeatedly that there's no "magic pill" to help with your addiction problems. Well, I must say that methadone sure worked "magic" for me. It brought my cravings down to nothing, might I add, I was always on the lookout for something. Methadone gave me the feeling of what I would best describe as "content." Aegis gave me the added help I needed to then focus on myself and my well-being. I have since been able to find and maintain staple employment and let me focus on what my family and I needed instead of just what my brain wanted. So thank you to Aegis of Chico, I hate to even imagine what my life would look like had I never found them.

Amazing facility, stellar staff, classes that are actually helpful and routine based rehab. I can't express fully how much this place helped me. If you care to help yourself, this place will get you where you need to be. Counselors Carolyne and Regina are pros, and truly care about their clients. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is serious about their recovery.

I have been to 8 treatment centers from Sacramento to Michigan and I can honestly say that skyway house has been the best treatment that I have received BY FAR. The counselors Andy, Veronica, and Madeline actually really care and aren't there for the paycheck. They take an active role in every clients recovery weather they are your counselor or not. The support staff is top notch as well. I came in with virtually nothing. Taylor and Amy and Ajanna literally helped save my life. From listening to my problems to playing cards with me and loaning me books to read. I will forever be grateful for this wonderful place.

Entering treatment at New Start (Bangor) was one of the best decisions I ve ever made in my life!Everyone one on staff - from the drivers, yard crew, cleaning team, cooks, nurses, counselors, therapists, and management team are some of the most caring and competent people I ve ever met!Naturally, I was nervous to enter treatment (largely due to previous issues with the VA), but New Start helped restore my hope and completely exceeded my expectations!If you re a military veteran that s ready to find the purpose, direction, and motivation you need to make recovery a lifestyle, from one veteran to another, New Start is my first and best option for you.I m looking forward to coming back when I m 90 days sober to visit the New Start family as an Alumni in March.

After many years of trying to get sober I entered the New Dawn program In Orangevale in November of 2023 for alcoholism. And like many alcoholics, I had very little hope that I would ever be able to get sober and stay sober. My life was an absolute wreck and I was out of options. New Dawn was willing to take me in so I reluctantly went. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed in by compassionate and caring staff. During my stay I I took part in all of the classes that were lead by fantastic and well experienced counselors. The housing was great and felt like home with all the amenities after a short bit. With an in house chef I enjoyed every meal to the fullest. I tremendously benefited from the one on one therapy sessions and outside AA meetings. Every step of the way I was helped with my disease, internal pain and trauma. Today I have a life I never thought was possible with a loving relationship with myself , the world I live in and the people in it. I m an active member of AA and enjoy being sober and of sound mind. I highly recommend New Dawn to anyone seeking help or for your loved ones in need. I wouldn t be the man I am today or have the wonderful life I live without the fresh start I got from New Dawn treatment center.
