I've been a client of KBBH since I moved to the area after the death of my son. They helped me deal with" Complex Grief" and "Anxiety" and "Cptsd" as an Autistic mom with grief dealing with the loss of her son. My therapist has been incredible as has been the psychiatrist who evaluates and dispenses any medications you may need Rance Smith. I appreciate being able to utilize therapy via phone as I live out of town and don't have transportation, this is so much easier and I get my needs met through an incredible therapist Jenna . I highly recommend!

I had a great experience at their inpatient and outpatient programs. They have an In house chef and the food is outstanding. The rooms are comfortable. The counselors are caring and have deep knowledge about the recovery process and provide great classes daily. CRC saved my life once again. I was here in August for 33 days. I gained so much knowledge of many coping skills, relapse prevention, what to do upon graduating. ...I unfortunately relapsed, consumed more alcohol than I ever have in my life for 7 days. It's like I went from 0 to 60. ...The problem was: I NEVER UTILIZED THOSE COPING SKILLS. I NEVER GOT A SPONSOR. I NEVER WENT TO OUTSIDE MEETINGS. I DID NOT PROGRAM. Granted, I attended their incredible aftercare program of 30 hours a week, once I left the 6 hour a day class - I DIDN'T PROGRAM! Upon graduating today, by the grace of God and CRC, I already have a sponsor, I've actually opened & read some of the Big Book, they are personally transferring me door to door to their aftercare. They are so many wonderful and grateful words that I could go on and on and about CRC. Without the dedication & guidance & sincere concern and knowledge from management, counselors and medical staff, I honestly don't believe I'd be here to write this. I will not give up. I'm happy today. And most importantly, I'm SOBER!

Today is my "clean date" and as of TODAY I have 1 year clean and sober. This Facility saved my life! I've made several attempts at sobriety before stepping into New Dawn, but none of them approached the disease of addiction like New Dawn. They have such a different approach at treating addiction. Reiki, massage therapy, equine therapy, ECT. The staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. These people truly are there to help people. If you're considering getting sober New Dawn is, in my opinion, the best treatment center in the state of California. Possibly the country.

I like this place. And all the staff. The counselor actually care and WANT to help you. I’m not sure why it has 3 stars, because this is a location trying to help recoverin addicts like myself. Only down fall is the wait, for certain things, but thats only at the beginning when you register as a PT there because of all the paperwork and stuff you have to do. Also they provide lots of help. Counseling. Help getting a primary doctor. They care about you and your needs and I love that about them. They are awesome. 10/10

I have been to 8 treatment centers from Sacramento to Michigan and I can honestly say that skyway house has been the best treatment that I have received BY FAR. The counselors Andy, Veronica, and Madeline actually really care and aren't there for the paycheck. They take an active role in every clients recovery weather they are your counselor or not. The support staff is top notch as well. I came in with virtually nothing. Taylor and Amy and Ajanna literally helped save my life. From listening to my problems to playing cards with me and loaning me books to read. I will forever be grateful for this wonderful place.

I’m so grateful for this facility and their amazing staff. I need immediate help and they gave me every resource possible to help me feel stable. Group therapy multiple times a day, fed breakfast, lunch and dinner (actual decent meals), peaceful environment, you get your own room, I can keep going. This is a great facility and the people I interacted with are even better. Specifically I'd like to mention Sandy and Tiffany.
Sandy was always extremely professional and cordial with me. Always asked how I was and expressed genuine concern for everyone.
To say that Tiffany is an excellent counselor would be an understatement. She takes the extra initiative to help her clients grow. Tiffant listened to all my needs and created a treatment plan tailored to my needs and aligned with the most current clinical methodology. After plans to send my husband to a treatment facility in Texas unraveled, I was put in contact with David at Sierra Heath and Wellness. He explained everything thoroughly and we had my husband on a plane to California the next day. Throughout my husband’s stay he commented on how great the chefs/food was, how nice the nursing team was, and how helpful the councilors and therapists were. We are forever grateful for the work that Sierra Health and Wellness provides, and the continued support they have offered after treatment. Amazing program with a lot of really amazing staff members who are extremely caring and understanding I took advantage of the anger management classes as well as parenting classes my favorite and most helpful education course they provided when I was a resident that I use in my daily life was the communication a d boundaries class, it helps me build stronger healthier relationships and put and end to any toxic one that would potentially be hazardous to my recovery, I showed up there with nothing. Within 8 months of successfully completing the program without deviating I was able to clear up my out standing court cases, got my license back! a steady job! A vehicle! My teeth fixed! They took my to my dental appointments. I now have a beautiful smile and my confidence back as well as my self respect and able to get past my barriers and start accomplishing my goals, and building my relationships I ruined and repairing the bridges I burned.
