My best friend had an abcess on a broken tooth, her face swelled so bad we thought a ER trip might happen, however we she went in first thing monday morning after some convincing(she has medical trauma and severe ptsd) but I wasnt able to go with her, Renee an RDA at the clinic was so amazing and saw her anxiety and knew her past from a previous visit and decided to sit with her and comfort her since she was alone, because of this small action it made a huge impact and my friend was able to be seen and not leave in panic like previous times, get what she needed and feel comfortable coming back for further treatment. It's a small clinic and I was a bit worried since the last time I had Medi-Cal my experiences added up to my condition only getting worse. I have been well taken care of at this clinic. This means a lot to me because I struggle with trauma and some health issues and I need people that will actually help me and not make things worse for me. They have treated me pretty well there and my provider has been on point and getting things done.

Genuinely loved my therapist, she was so nice and caring. I'm sure she's retired now from what I've heard but Allison put great consideration into helping me out with my issues and talking to me. I will never forget her. She's inspired me to choose the same field and hopefully one day I'll work with children struggling with issues.

I've been a client of KBBH since I moved to the area after the death of my son. They helped me deal with" Complex Grief" and "Anxiety" and "Cptsd" as an Autistic mom with grief dealing with the loss of her son. My therapist has been incredible as has been the psychiatrist who evaluates and dispenses any medications you may need Rance Smith. I appreciate being able to utilize therapy via phone as I live out of town and don't have transportation, this is so much easier and I get my needs met through an incredible therapist Jenna . I highly recommend!

Amazing clinic, though its the first clinic I've been to. The doctors and councilors are more than understanding and will jump through hoops to make the right call. The receptionist are super friendly and make you feel welcomed and belonged, extreamly friendly. They are there for you and it was very apparent. I was recently transitioned from suboxone to methadone, the doctor took her time and did everything right. I could not be more relieved to have such an amazing team of people surrounding me. If you or know anyone struggling with opioid dependency, I highly recommend this clinic. Under there care, you will be heard and treated as someone who matters. If you do go here, please show respect and you won't have a worry in the world.

I came here as a little over a year ago. The P.A. Nishi provided me with medication to help stop using. It took a lot of effort to get through the first few weeks, because I felt awful at first. But, with weekly counseling with Melissa I am clean 14 months. My life has significantly improved since. I was on the brink of losing my job, my home, my family, and more than likely, my life. I can’t begin to describe how grateful I am for New Dawn. They truly helped save my life. Thanks to this amazing treatment center, I’ve been in recovery for over three years now. This location is absolutely beautiful and feels luxurious! I was a client at the Fair Oaks location, but at the time the Loomis location (this location) was co-ed, and we often got to come here for group sessions, acupuncture, nutrition classes, and even to swim in their beautiful pool. The staff was always extremely welcoming, compassionate, and knowledgeable. You could feel that they genuinely cared about us clients, our long-term recovery, and our experience while we were under their care, no matter which site we were at. The combination of individual therapy and counseling, group sessions, and experiential activities creates an environment where real change is possible while also allowing clients to enjoy the comfort and luxury of the facility, which makes being away from home a little easier. I would 100% recommend New Dawn to anyone who wants to grow, heal, and rebuild their life.

New Dawn did what I thought was impossible to do. They freed me from my physical addiction to Alcohol. They provide a clean and safe professional and comfortable environment to do something that can be very I uncomfortable despite what the addiction of the person may be. The staff and therapists were professional and supportive as well as informative. The food was good and I am still sober today. I was there through the 4th of july weekend. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to start a new beginning free from addiction. 🙏

I just want to say the ladies at the front desk are so kind polite and helpful this whole place has helped me reach goals I didn't think I could. If you need help this is the place to go don't be scared the doctors are very kind and make you feel comfortable if you are going through withdrawals they have medicine to help and are very happy to help but you have to take the first step and ask for help so if you're struggling and would like to change your life for the better give them a call they can usually get you in that day take the step to make your life better.

Significant improvements have been made to the facility, including updates to the mission statement, management, aesthetics, and especially the counselors who seem far more qualified. However, a non-trivial amount of miscommunication is impacting their clients more than they may realize. That said, it’s important to note that they are still in a transition period, which should also be taken into account.

Amazing facility, stellar staff, classes that are actually helpful and routine based rehab. I can't express fully how much this place helped me. If you care to help yourself, this place will get you where you need to be. Mo was great to work with during the intake process. She was professional, easy to talk to, and made everything feel comfortable and smooth from the start. What really stood out is how she remembers everyone’s name when we show up to group in the mornings bc it makes the experience feel very personal and genuine. Only had one appointment + two labs there, so far so good! Doctor was by live stream as they have no one physically on-staff. My only complaint is basically the phone system: to return a call you go through a main switchboard + apparently it's impossible for them to transfer you to Lahontan... tried 3X! It just goes back to the main menu again + again... either provide an EXTENSION to call or use that fancy MyHealth VA message system!
