The program is amazing and so thoughtfully put together. I was there during Halloween, and the team made sure we still had fun and felt special, as a mother missing Halloween with my children, I truly appreciated this. The Lighthouse Treatment Center completely changed my life. The program itself is amazing, but what really makes it special are the people. Every single staff member I met was caring, patient, and truly dedicated to helping us heal. You can tell they love what they do and genuinely care about every client. Lighthouse is a first rate facility. The counselors ,support staff ,kitchen staff, maintenance and housekeeping are amazing. The food is great. CWC aka California wellness center has been so amazingly kind and friendly there staff has been very helpful and dedicated in my recovery. I am truly grateful for how much they cared about me while I was there. They always checked in on me and made sure I was okay, and took care of my needs the staff were always in a good mood and it made me feel like I was at home. It had been a few years since my last treatment center stay as I had completely distanced myself from anything recovery related. I went down a real dark self isolated path of self-will run riot as I tried every which way to do it own my own self will and after being in 37 treatments prior to coming to California Wellness Center I felt as if I was a lost cause. After 12 long years of suffering and digging so deep, I couldn't even find an ounce of happiness to celebrate my own 31st birthday on March 12th of this year and after spending the entire month up untill my birthday completelt isolated alone in my APT in Phoenix,AZ I became very suicidal and started strongly considering taking my own life and just ending it all I had no desire to continue down the life I was living and somewhere in that moment of desperation on March 13th at 3AM I spend the next few hours crying out to my "Higher Power "God" to give me the strength to ask for help and he did I reached out to the "Owner Will" and finally dropped the ego I had held onto for all the years of my addiction and asked for help and that very night he had me on a call with a lady named "Keelen" Admissions might not be pronouncing that correctly and I barely remember the phone call I was completely out out of my mind but they were still willing to give me a shot and she helped me all the way through to getting to the airport to me completely blacked out at the airport missing my first flight to getting me on the next flight after out and constantly calling checking in to make sure I made it there safely as well retrieving all my luggage which I had lost during that process. Upon arrival, there I was picked up by "Liam," who made sure I got to the center safely and was there every day checking in, making sure I was OK! this is an individualized treatment program, and it was exactly what I needed to finally start unraveling the many years of pain and suffering addiction had caused. From all the staff "Matt" the therapist who was there 5 days a week, helped me finally dive into a lot of the many different issues I struggled with to face them head on he didn't push but when it came time he was there when I was ready to finally let go and let others guide me and I'll be forever thankfull for that, the Nurses "Mary" and "Stephanie" were the absolute best of the best and helped on many of the rough days I had to face while there to!! And the case manager "Jason" as well the techs from "Eddy" Kelsy" "Casey" "Jack" were the best as well and all played a big role for me still being alive and well today!! If you're thinking you don't deserve this, you do we all do, and this center and all the staff helped me realize my true value, love, and purpose for myself again and helped pull me from the very deep grave I had been digging for so long and finally accepting that I am truly powerless over my addiction but there is a way out if I am willing to drop my pride and ego and accept the help others offer so with that I'll be forever gratefull to all of you im still alive because of the part each of yall played during my stay there I finally feel like this life of sobriety is not just possible but worth more than any day of the pain a suffering caused by addiction so give yourself a chance your worth it and this place will help you get to that place. My time at Akua was good for my mental health. I was not in the best headspace upon entering the program. Sharing my story, learning about myself, and having the support of my peers and the Akua staff helped me become more comfortable in my own skin and the world around me. I want to give a special thanks to My case manager, Candace. I’ve never been comfortable around people, but Candace made me feel safe and free to speak openly without judgment. Thank you Akua.

Akua Is a great place to go for aftercare, Whenever I first arrived they made sure I was comfortable at the sober living facility I was going to stay at. The management truly cares about your sobriety. Candace was my Case Worker, she is very knowledgable on addiction. I learned so much in the few months I was there from her. Overall the place was a huge success! My life has completely changed. I am 10 months clean and finally loving life!!!!

Nsight saved my life…I started with them a year ago in their Residential program and worked my way down to outpatient because I didn’t want to leave my amazing individual therapist (Alex) along with the whole clinical team who had my back through my darkest times. I cannot thank Nsight enough for everything they have done- you can clearly tell the team/staff was there for the well being of the clients, not a paycheck (theyre the most caring and genuine people ever!). I love Nsight, from the bottom of my heart and I owe them my life<3

Judee is a life saver! She was so helpful and knowledgeable! She got my son approved for outpatient and in patient treatment within days! She was genuine and cared about our son’s safety, health and empathized with us as parents going through this for the first time! She never gave up and gave us so many options to help him every step of the way! Everyone at IOP and the Ranch were welcoming and made a huge difference and impact in my son’s life. I can’t thank this community enough for saving my son’s life! We will visit the ranch soon to thank everyone in person!

I recently went through residential treatment at Rancho Milagro and this place helped save my life!! I was treated excellent and the facility is awesome. The staff was very professional and they treated me with the utmost care. I would not have made the steps I have made in my recovery from addiction without the team at the ranch. It is my opinion that Rancho Milagro is the Malibu of Riverside County and I would refer any of my family or closest friends to them if they needed help with addiction in a safe and caring environment.

Recovery beach is far the best treatment center.I love the staff, the clients were very helpful to help each other when doing Recovery. Blu and Cory the case mgrs., were the best part in my Recovery. I completed the program with the help of both of them. Today my life is manageable because of Recovery Beach, and I recommend it highly. If you want or need help Recovery Beach is the place to go. GREAT JOB RECOVERY BEACH!!!

My experience here was truly great. At the beginning, I wanted to leave. It was hard to admit I needed help. But I'm glad I stayed. The staff here made all the difference. My therapist, Andrew, and my case manager, Michael, were both incredible. They really listened and guided me through everything. The other stuff included Olivia, Angy, Mike (the driver) and Varla are some of the most caring and compassionate people I’ve ever met. Just amazing all around. If you’re thinking about coming here, whether it’s your first time or your fifth, I know how scary it can be. But I’m telling you, this place can make a difference. It definitely did for me. My son just completed a 30 day program at SoCal Sunrise and we could not be more pleased. Andrew, Shannon and Ally as well as all of the staff were incredibly kind, patient and supportive. The entire team is vested in the recovery of their residents and encouragement is given every step. If my son had a rough day, one of the staff members was right along side to motivate my son to keep going. He felt supported and heard, I am so grateful to this team. My son was at this facility for about 45 days and discharged recently. The staff were kind and efficient and took care of everything he needed on time. Specially, Andrew (project manager) and Shannon (case worker) tried to find a right place very hard as a aftercare program for my son even though it passed over scheduled discharging date. Yellowstone was very welcoming and helpful place for me during my time of recovery and growing. I learned to be patient and accept responsibility for the wrongs and damage I have caused. I not only got sober but learned how to maintain my sobriety by taking it one day at a time and focusing on today. It was a safe place where I was able to recover, learn and grow as a sober and healthy individual. I was able to get a jyand function as a productive member of society. If you go to any Aegis clinic, just know it’s not only about getting clean — they also require you to talk about your personal issues. I came here simply to get clean, not to be pushed into long conversations. They make you do 50-minute sessions either in person or over the phone. If you don’t complete those sessions, they take away your take-homes, even if you have been clean. I don’t think it’s right that missing a session can affect your progress like that, especially when you’re doing everything else correctly. Overall, the clinic is alright and does help, but I don’t like how they force you to do things you might not be comfortable with like reliving and taking about the past and these 50 minute sessions that don’t help me at all

I would like to thank all of the Wonder staff at Aegis Pasadena, they have helped me in so many ways! First off I would like to thank Susan (hopefully spelling her name correctly) who was the main manager, there when I got there 10 years ago - because if it literally wasn't for her, I would possibly still be out in the streets or worse. idk if she knows this but she literally changed my life that day. I came at a bad time that day of intake and I wouldn't have been able to dose then because of me coming so late from taking 3 buses to get there, So I was basically going to "check out" and go back to the streets to my addiction and possibly never come back again after I realized I wasn't going to be able to dose then. To make a long story short - I was able to go to the El Monte Clinic that day and dose there and come back to the Pasadena clinic So I'm forever thankful to Susan for that day!also for all the chances you gave me! Thank you Susan once again 🙏 🙏 🙏 For all your help in my journey! I also want to thank Neelam, for bringing light and smiles to Aegis, especially when places like these can get "dark" at times because of where us patients are coming from. So thank you Neelam!!! 🙏 Thank you to all my counselors Jessica & Nadia and the rest I've had there - thank you as well! Because of you guys I actually like counseling now lol unlike other places outside of there that I didn't like lol. He TRULY cares and has tons of wisdom, and is compassionate as well, he truly wants the best for us as they all do there! The staff are extremely supportive and attentive they are always looking for ways to improve groups and the overall facility and this place kept me sober and gave me a great start working through mental health I highly recommend coming here if you are seeking extra help.
