I was just taking my dad in for a checkup, while waiting for a call back from Dignity for my own care. I finally just checked in here and was treated. It is very clean and open, the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. I am sure my dignity provider will be calling me back any time.

After plans to send my husband to a treatment facility in Texas unraveled, I was put in contact with David at Sierra Heath and Wellness. He explained everything thoroughly and we had my husband on a plane to California the next day. Throughout my husband’s stay he commented on how great the chefs/food was, how nice the nursing team was, and how helpful the councilors and therapists were. We are forever grateful for the work that Sierra Health and Wellness provides, and the continued support they have offered after treatment. We are hopeful for a bright future because of the help of these lovely people. Highly recommend!

Dr. Abouesh saved my life and continues to regulate my medication to keep me stable for going on ten years. Dr. Abouesh is professional, gentle, understanding, a good listener, detailed and doesn't miss a beat with my care needs. I underwent ECT and day programs through Therapeutic Solutions almost ten years ago and am a high functioning independent successful individual thanks to Dr. Abouesh. The staff is incredibly kind and timely in handling all of my needs. I highly recommend Dr. Abouesh to anyone committed to getting their life back!!!

I have hated the dentist due to previous issues and injuries, never went to a dentist for 9 years.they understood were very thorough and knew about alot of precious dental issues and made me feel so comfortable! They are helping me gain my smile back and i Started the journey with tribal health last month and have had some extractions done and overall experience 100/100!!!! If you or your kids want a family friendly positive encouraging safe environment they are your people!!!! They will accommodate you however u need to make your visit and experience rememberable. Dr. Diego and his assistant are the best people at tribal health when it comes to your dental!!!! Thank you again FRTH 👏👏👏👏 P.S I ALSO DRIVE FROM LIVE OAK JUST FOR THEM ☺️

Crossroads saved my life, because of crossroads I now have 22 months clean and sober, in My darkest hour they went out of their way to pick me up in a different county and bring me to a county that would actually help me with my drug addiction, I'm proud to say that I am a success story of crossroads

NCSAC Crossroad's is an epic Treatment Center that has guided so many personal individuals that I know...in the right direction. Personally, I have noticed a constant pattern of successful recovery journeys. The costal location really sets a positive tone. I stand by NCSAC Crossroad's!

Friendly service, great healthcare workers, clean inside, safe environment with security guards etc.

While I was there I was treated with total respect and understanding. The staff seems to genuinely care about it's patients. Even the really loud ones or the ones I myself would have a hard time dealing with or listining to while doing paperwork. The facility itself is pretty nice. Memory foam beds I think and there is a door you can close. Two Tvs are available. One in the main day room or dining room and one in another room with books and magazines available. Both are Netflix and YouTube capable. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there.

Hi I went here when I was looking for my mental health solutions after calling a mental health line to get a second opinion. The building was a bit tucked away. But there was a gentleman with bald head there.... I don't remember his name. But he gave me a once over and said I was probably fine if the hotline said I was. I told him about my rapid growth from midlife crisis and he told me it was totally normal to have these things happen. I felt seen when the front desk person saw me too. Accepted me for being human! They made me feel validated because they also knew how hard it is for everyone! I must have gotten lucky! They were open I am grateful we have a clinic to get healthy in for needed individuals! The only point off was because 1) needs more visibility 2) the cost of healthcare sucks! It's too expensive for someone like me to do those meetings. But if you have the money for them give them a go! It's not their fault though! We need all need better healthcare! I got treated different because of i seemed to have my head on my shoulders.

I was in the rehab back in 2012 and it was a shock at first when I was there because I was being defiant fighting it. But once you realize that they're actually really trying to help you and they care then it starts to work. After 7 months of being there I left and stayed sober for about 22 months. I relapsed because I went back into the same environment I came from I thought I could handle being around certain people in places but I was wrong. I have quit on and off since then sometimes 1 years sometimes 90 days. I am currently on day number 577 and I apply every single thing that I've learned in that rehab on a daily basis now so if I had to say anything about this place I would say that I learned a lot and if you go there pay attention listen to what they're saying it will help you in the long run with your sobriety. Don't be hard-headed and listen is my advice. And yes some of the staff there were not my favorite type of people I would hang out with, but they did the job and it helped me. So for that I'm grateful ☝️
