The only thing that I can say needs repaired would be the gym and pool, the gym has old broken equipment and not a lot of stuff in there, the pool was shut down due to lack of not being cleaned. I’ve been with them almost 18 months and I haven’t had a single issue. My provider, Dr Fatteh, is unparalleled in his knowledge and treatment in SUD. He is easy to talk to, compassionate, and most importantly- he makes it easy to be honest with him. I’ve never been shamed or treated “less-than” like I’ve experienced at many other companies who deal with alcoholics/addicts. They send you drug tests in the mail you take at home so there is accountability. They also provide a whole gamut of recovery groups, and you do need to attend at least 1 hour of groups/month and they have all been so helpful and informative. If you need medication to help in your recovery journey, I highly, highly recommend Bicycle Health. They accept insurance, including Medicaid here in Colorado. Ms.Shelly and the staff at GVF are AWESOME! That is an understatement if anything. I showed up to this place with broken dreams and yet another relapse after a 15 month program in Mexico. There was something very profound about this whole environment that is presented here. You just feel welcomed and well tooken care of. The classes are lengthy , but you know what thats what builds character and prepares you to take things serious. Most importantly start to build structure and self recognition. The food is amazing and the care and the cleanliness is on point. Would I recommend Grand View , absolutely 💯. This place is designed to put you in a position to face your fears and also to reconnect with what really matters to you in life. I was discharged 4-30-26, and have plenty of stories to tell. The patients there were friendly, outgoing, and respectful. For the whole month I stayed, I've only experienced one disagreement, yet it only lasted about a day and resulted in me and the patient hugging it out. I genuinely had high hopes for everyone there including myself, and staff helped guide me out of the hole I dug myself into. Thank you Tarzana Treatment Center for acting as huge support for my journey. I'm now 98 days sober and it couldn't have gone smoother, thanks to TTC. The supervisors suck they sit in their office and gossip all day the kids new all the drama. Even when the supervisors would come to the dinning when staff was on breaks they just be on their phones gossiping. The staff helped me every step of the way and made sure everything transferred smoothly. One thing I really appreciated was how flexible the class options were. They had different times available that worked with my schedule as much as possible, which made staying consistent a lot easier. Everyone there has been friendly, understanding, and supportive from the beginning. As difficult as going through a DUI program can be, my experience at The High Road has genuinely helped me improve my life and make positive changes. I’m really grateful for the support and environment they provide, and I would definitely recommend this program to anyone needing to complete their DUI classes.
