This is actually the best Clinic I've ever been to Thomas has been the best counselor I've had I was at ages before as well but due to getting ran over by a car I was put back on opiate medications and well any addict knows what happens after that when I returned to ages I went through a plethora of counselors but Thomas was solid and stuck around when I came to him I had 14 take homes and lost them because I fell off. Thank God I had Thomas as a counselor he held me accountable for my actions was patient and gentle and see me through my relapse now I have six take homes and I'm doing way better I really believe that if Thomas wasn't my counselor during my relapse I wouldn't be clean right now because of the way he handled the situation allow me to trust him take his advice and now I've been clean for almost 4 months now thank you Thomas and thank you Aegis for employing Thomas.

I have been in and out of recovery pretty much my whole life since I was a teenager. I had heard repeatedly that there's no "magic pill" to help with your addiction problems. Well, I must say that methadone sure worked "magic" for me. It brought my cravings down to nothing, might I add, I was always on the lookout for something. Methadone gave me the feeling of what I would best describe as "content." Aegis gave me the added help I needed to then focus on myself and my well-being. I have since been able to find and maintain staple employment and let me focus on what my family and I needed instead of just what my brain wanted. So thank you to Aegis of Chico, I hate to even imagine what my life would look like had I never found them.

I was in this program after being released from incarceration, i was released to a inpatient 30 day rehab and then shipped here. This place really established new found structure in my life and they really help you with everything you could possibly want or dream of. The program director Steve is a very great man, has zero tolerance for bs lol. But a huge shout out to Kelly, Meg, dawn, Monica, Ashley, richard, Molly and my prss shannan. The Staff here is so amazing and really helped me through so much in my life. If your ready to be clean and sober and start a functioning life this is the place to be. Loved this program and graduated from it.

I went to Cheshire 6/2/22 - 8/18/22. Was the best experience. I have never been more happy. Hunter was my counselor and he was the absolute best. He truly cares about his clients. The staff at Willamette Family is caring, helpful, respectful and they understand what we are going thru. Willamette helped me with a plan for when I left. Helped me with housing, money, job placement, outpatient etc. I recommend this program 100%

I love Serenity Lane. This treatment center has a very special place in my heart I've never even fathomed that I could learn so much about myself and my addiction and the reasons why I have an addiction. This is the place you come for true healthy healing Thank you Serenity Lane.

The Family Program group therapy sessions were instrumental in helping me understand the disease of addiction and provided tools and resources in building trust & communication in the support of my loved one in recovery.

Serenity Lane gave me back my life. I am so grateful for the staff and my counselor Julie F. She is truly amazing and the best counselor I have EVER had.And I cant forget to mention my peers. The community is amazing. I have made forever friends. I have never experienced so much love and support. Everyone there played such a big role in my recovery. And it doesn't end when you leave. Serenity Lane becomes part of your family and continues to be there for the rest of your life.My hope is that everyone that is struggling with addiction picks up the phone and calls Serenity Lane. You wont regret it!

I am extremely pleased with the care I have received from my GP, from Dental Department, and from one-time Triage Nurse.

The VA RC&C, often referred to the "Dom," hearkening back to its Camp White's hospital days, during WWII. That place is beautiful with a peaceful, tranquil feeling inside & out, maybe because of the architecture of generations ago, like strong noble parents & grandparents who always care about us. The clerks at the VA RC&C are cordial & professional. My eye doctor there is excellent - very professional, knowledgeable, efficient & kindly. Inside the buildings, everything is always nice & clean & pleasant, very well-kept, & there is comfortable seating here & there in the hallways as well as lighting that is gentle on the eyes & greatly appreciated. Also, there are hallways with interesting photos & pictures, & one hallway shows remarkably great artworks by elementary schoolchildren of all the past Presidents. The beautiful trees, plants, flowers & lawns of the VA RC&C's grounds are very soothing - something about that facility in its entirety is comforting, I always feel that when I go there. Probably, because comforting care has gone on there for generations & always will for those who've cared for our country, here at home & abroad. All of us veterans appreciate the VA RC&C very much :-)

The staff are as friendly as they can afford to be considering their workload. I have received the best of care from various providers and what they can't do, Community Care has been quick to get my care farmed out to local providers. I have seen other veterans arrive with the worst of attitudes and, unfortunately, some staff fire back at them. For those that have given a low review of this facility, I think you are wrong and I can only hope that you can stop seeing little things as injustices to yourselves and, instead, consider the injustices that you impose first.

In 2017 I wrote: The VA isn't just for medical. My husband is 30%+ disabled and they have an agreement with at least 5 companies to work as a temp agency for job placement for disabled vets. He got a job fast! Don't be afraid to get out there and try new things. We met with Mr Hanger the disabled vet representative at worksource and he works closely with the VA. What a fantastic team!It s now 2024 and working for the VA has changed.. New management stricter less like family.

It's better since Judy left and the staff are amazing and personal and have been where you are. They are devoted and compassionate and willing to go that extra mile.

Best treatment center, ever. It's the experience and journey that will bring you together with amazing people that have failed, like we all do .... It's hard to be us, but when do find that person inside us, damn that light shines so bright.I believe in all of you.

Amazing facility, stellar staff, classes that are actually helpful and routine based rehab. I can't express fully how much this place helped me. If you care to help yourself, this place will get you where you need to be. Counselors Carolyne and Regina are pros, and truly care about their clients. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is serious about their recovery.

This is by far the best treatment program out there, they have helped me out with so much and helped me into recovery and so much more. This program is really a blessing from God

The VA is every bit as good as the private sector. The people who complain in my opinion are ungrateful and self loathing.

They now have Primary Care Providers, and so far I really like mine and the nurse.
