Genuinely loved my therapist, she was so nice and caring. I'm sure she's retired now from what I've heard but Allison put great consideration into helping me out with my issues and talking to me. I will never forget her. She's inspired me to choose the same field and hopefully one day I'll work with children struggling with issues.

I've been a client of KBBH since I moved to the area after the death of my son. They helped me deal with" Complex Grief" and "Anxiety" and "Cptsd" as an Autistic mom with grief dealing with the loss of her son. My therapist has been incredible as has been the psychiatrist who evaluates and dispenses any medications you may need Rance Smith. I appreciate being able to utilize therapy via phone as I live out of town and don't have transportation, this is so much easier and I get my needs met through an incredible therapist Jenna . I highly recommend!

Entered WFC on July 25th 2021 and I had the best experiences even during covid they kept the place running and my treatment plan was on spot I learned a lot about myself and I'm proud to say I graduated at 61 days and continuing in IOP. Significant improvements have been made to the facility, including updates to the mission statement, management, aesthetics, and especially the counselors who seem far more qualified. However, a non-trivial amount of miscommunication is impacting their clients more than they may realize. That said, it’s important to note that they are still in a transition period, which should also be taken into account.

I spent 48 days here and would recommend it to anyone as long as they do not get Anthony as their counselor. He is uncaring, has no empathy, and seems to derive pleasure on singling a person out within the group to pick on. He was horrible to me. He is also new at his job but I don't feel this can be used as an excuse for his apathetic behavior. I am troubled that I shared personal information with him because he took what I told him in confidence and used it against me. He gives you inaccurate information about very important things. So if you go to this treatment center, beware of Anthony! I can't say a bad thing about anyone else. The hub staff is great, and they've got some really good instructors there too. I love the staff and the program but my group with Anthony at the helm was not only not helpful but hurtful. Everything and Everyone else deserves an A plus.

I have been to 8 treatment centers from Sacramento to Michigan and I can honestly say that skyway house has been the best treatment that I have received BY FAR. The counselors Andy, Veronica, and Madeline actually really care and aren't there for the paycheck. They take an active role in every clients recovery weather they are your counselor or not. The support staff is top notch as well. I came in with virtually nothing. Taylor and Amy and Ajanna literally helped save my life. From listening to my problems to playing cards with me and loaning me books to read. I will forever be grateful for this wonderful place.

As a addict we are fighting daily for our lives. That is something I picked up in residential. We are literally fighting for our life. Not only was I able to dig out some old trauma from childhood but I was also able to forgive my past! I thought it was gonna be scary and hard. But when you get there, it's really good to have no distractions with cell phones All day long and you connect with other people that are going through what you are going through. This is my first and last treatment I have to say that the staff are some of the finest people that you will ever meet when you get to know them. My wife has been there for 4 months and treated very well. Since I live in Elko Nevada some 5and half hours away and live at an assisted living, we talk by phone. I have never heard her complain about her care. Staff have been kind and genuine about her. The biggest problem as been were to place her,and insurance which we have clear up. My opinion is this a hospital I can trust!

This is a great facility and the people I interacted with are even better. Specifically I'd like to mention Sandy and Tiffany. Sandy was always extremely professional and cordial with me. Always asked how I was and expressed genuine concern for everyone. To say that Tiffany is an excellent counselor would be an understatement. She takes the extra initiative to help her clients grow. Tiffant listened to all my needs and created a treatment plan tailored to my needs and aligned with the most current clinical methodology. I am old enough now to understand that mental health does not need to be an embarrassing issue. Mental health issues affect many more people than you probably realize. For me, I inherited half of my mother‘s manic depression, and she was a severe manic depressive. She was often hospitalized shock treatments in the whole works. I inherited a milder form of the depressive side and It started when I was in my mid 40s. After a series of different medicines and approaches, I landed on one that kept me stable, but I didn’t realize that it was also keeping me much more low-key than my actual personality. Due to a number of different circumstances, I really pushed to change medicines and that’s when I met Dr. Nicole Montgomery. What I found so refreshing was that she actually listened to my thoughts about what was happening and was willing to try some of my ideas that I had developed over time about what might be good. She came up with a plan and I am very happy with the results. I’m no longer held at a flat level. I experience way more joy and have way more fun and see life through much more positive lens. One of the phrases Jackie would use when I was on the other medicine was I wish your outside would match your inside. I would be happy, but I would also be flat. I am a much happier person now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very discreet. And though I know that’s important to many people I am just not gonna be embarrassed about something. I have no control over. Mental health awareness is an important issue many people suffer without feeling able to address it. I hope if this helps one person to address whatever issue mentally they’re struggling with then I will be happy.
