Genuinely loved my therapist, she was so nice and caring. I'm sure she's retired now from what I've heard but Allison put great consideration into helping me out with my issues and talking to me. I will never forget her. She's inspired me to choose the same field and hopefully one day I'll work with children struggling with issues.

I've been a client of KBBH since I moved to the area after the death of my son. They helped me deal with" Complex Grief" and "Anxiety" and "Cptsd" as an Autistic mom with grief dealing with the loss of her son. My therapist has been incredible as has been the psychiatrist who evaluates and dispenses any medications you may need Rance Smith. I appreciate being able to utilize therapy via phone as I live out of town and don't have transportation, this is so much easier and I get my needs met through an incredible therapist Jenna . I highly recommend!

Entered WFC on July 25th 2021 and I had the best experiences even during covid they kept the place running and my treatment plan was on spot I learned a lot about myself and I'm proud to say I graduated at 61 days and continuing in IOP. New Dawn did what I thought was impossible to do. They freed me from my physical addiction to Alcohol. They provide a clean and safe professional and comfortable environment to do something that can be very I uncomfortable despite what the addiction of the person may be. The staff and therapists were professional and supportive as well as informative. The food was good and I am still sober today. I was there through the 4th of july weekend. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to start a new beginning free from addiction. 🙏

I am beyond satisfied with what came of my journey throughout my time in this facility. Nearly the entire crew of staff consisted of people that actually care and take pride in being the people put in place to help these women, and have a genuine desire to help patients navigate through their individual recovery journey however they can. The best part, hands down, was getting to be witness to so many moms and children be reunited! It was so beautiful and inspiring to see, and this is an event happening on the regular at this place. The kind of experience I had here and what the classes/people teaching the classes gave me are what help me every day achieve a life I thought was out of my capability to achieve not long ago. They provided me with what turned out to be a highly effective foundation to succeed in living life sober, healthy, and truly happy. I am so beyond grateful and I just can't say enough good about this place. Thank you thank you THANK YOU WILLAMETTE FAMILY. For teaching me the skills needed to live my life in such a fulfilling way, a way that allows me the gift of raising my beautiful daughter and being the mom to her I was convinced I didn't have the capacity or intelligence to become. I spent 48 days here and would recommend it to anyone as long as they do not get Anthony as their counselor. He is uncaring, has no empathy, and seems to derive pleasure on singling a person out within the group to pick on. He was horrible to me. He is also new at his job but I don't feel this can be used as an excuse for his apathetic behavior. I am troubled that I shared personal information with him because he took what I told him in confidence and used it against me. He gives you inaccurate information about very important things. So if you go to this treatment center, beware of Anthony! I can't say a bad thing about anyone else. The hub staff is great, and they've got some really good instructors there too. I love the staff and the program but my group with Anthony at the helm was not only not helpful but hurtful. Everything and Everyone else deserves an A plus.

Significant improvements have been made to the facility, including updates to the mission statement, management, aesthetics, and especially the counselors who seem far more qualified. However, a non-trivial amount of miscommunication is impacting their clients more than they may realize. That said, it’s important to note that they are still in a transition period, which should also be taken into account.

Amazing facility, stellar staff, classes that are actually helpful and routine based rehab. I can't express fully how much this place helped me. My wife has been there for 4 months and treated very well. Since I live in Elko Nevada some 5and half hours away and live at an assisted living, we talk by phone. I have never heard her complain about her care. Staff have been kind and genuine about her. The biggest problem as been were to place her,and insurance which we have clear up. My opinion is this a hospital I can trust!

The clinic has improved tremendously since the new administration was put in place last year. Not only has it been refurbished externally with a new floor and paint, but internally as well with a new staff of counselors and nurses who are professional and take their positions seriously. I have been at this clinic for over 27 years now and I can say in all honesty that the clinic has never been better. The staff goes the extra mile for the clients and they are always willing to work with you to improve your quality of life. Definitely a positive and professional environment!

I came to Deschutes after years of living scared and numb. What I needed most was to feel safe again, and I found that here. The wilderness part was hard at first, but I learned to trust myself. I have been to 8 treatment centers from Sacramento to Michigan and I can honestly say that skyway house has been the best treatment that I have received BY FAR. The counselors Andy, Veronica, and Madeline actually really care and aren't there for the paycheck. They take an active role in every clients recovery weather they are your counselor or not. The support staff is top notch as well. I came in with virtually nothing. Taylor and Amy and Ajanna literally helped save my life. From listening to my problems to playing cards with me and loaning me books to read. I will forever be grateful for this wonderful place.
