Beyond grateful for the services I received while in my diversion classes. There is a ton of open and honest people in the classes that push no judgement on you when your speaking about the experiences you have had. And to Todd B i can’t thank you enough for the knowledge and atmosphere you created for all of us. I’m thankful to have met you although it was under the circumstances of getting a DUI. Your wise words and dedication to helping others will be a constant reminder to work on myself and continue to be better.

Deer Creek is amazing. I have known people who have gone there and turned their lives around. I tried to get my own child placed in their program, but his probation officer wasn't supportive. He is now in OYA corrections. I only wish that he was allowed to go to Deer Creek. The admissions director walked with me through a difficult process even through my child didn't go into the program.... offering me encouragement and support. I highly recommend this program.

I spent 48 days here and would recommend it to anyone as long as they do not get Anthony as their counselor. He is uncaring, has no empathy, and seems to derive pleasure on singling a person out within the group to pick on. He was horrible to me. He is also new at his job but I don't feel this can be used as an excuse for his apathetic behavior. I am troubled that I shared personal information with him because he took what I told him in confidence and used it against me. He gives you inaccurate information about very important things. So if you go to this treatment center, beware of Anthony! I can't say a bad thing about anyone else. The hub staff is great, and they've got some really good instructors there too. I love the staff and the program but my group with Anthony at the helm was not only not helpful but hurtful.

I just graduated from here Oct 6th 2025 it was amazing the staff truly cares for you and wants you to succeed I HIGHLY recommend the whole treatment is phenomenal they helped me get my whole life back on track. I'm permanently disabled and would have lost my home of almost 9 years without assistance from Centro Latino Americano/ Plaza de Nuestro Comunidad. I've received assistance from many groups locally, and they are the *ONLY* group that has ever reached out to follow up and see how I was doing after receiving assistance, which means a lot to me.
To anyone looking to help finance a charity, this is one group that should not be overlooked or underestimated. They act quickly, and do not waste time.
I wish more people knew about this group and their work to help those in need.

I'll admit, it's a tough program at times. But dealing with addiction is a tough problem. I've loathed staff members at times and felt victimized, singled out, abused even. But, when I look back on most of the situations that caused me stress and anger and frustration, it was almost always by my own doing in so.e way and the Emergence staff was just doing their job and holding me accountable. Because I lived my life deep in addiction for 30 years doing whatever I want whenever I want and if you got in the way of that then you might find yourself in serious trouble. But living like that (in a anti-social lifestyle) always got me a negative outcome. (IE jail, prison, etc) Don't get me wrong I love being in control of my life. I like to go where I want when I want and do what I want. But when I'm loaded I don't make the best choices and I needed as much help as possible to make better choices in the beginning of my recovery. Slowly over time I've gotten more say. Slowly but surely I've earned more trust from my family and the community. I feel that emergence was elected to be the main treatment program of the Lane county Adult treatment Court because they are tough and stern and downright frustrating at times. But it's only a short window of time in comparison to the rest of my life where I won't have anyone leaning on me to do this or that. Call this number turn in this homework present this module etc. So I get it when people want a bag on emergence and talk down on all the facilitators because it's a lot easier to blame others and circumstances then to take accountability and hold yourself responsible. And not every person has the same story as me. But, if I can recover literally anyone can. And I couldn't have done it without emergence. They have never given up on me even when I give up myself. They continue to encourage me and support me and hold me accountable when I act out of pocket. There isn't a single staff member there that I haven't bumped heads with and gone home after group and swore that I would never return. But you know what? Today I've learned to forgive myself and every single person who's ever wronged me in any way. And with all the growth and maturity that came along with toughing it out through this program I have come to realize that blaming other people doesn't make it any easier. And holding myself accountable does indeed make it harder sometimes. But at least at the end of the day my head is not full of resentment my heart is not full of hate. I'm so grateful for every single staff member that I've ever encountered an emergence and they do a kick ass job even if you can't stand them at times. It's not their job to cuddle you or hold your hand. But yet often times they do. They could be like a lot of treatment programs that just check boxes. But they don't. They go way above and beyond and they've helped me immensely to be a better father son friend and community member. So thank you emergence you guys are amazing and as long as you don't tell me what to do anymore we can still be friends lol. Just kidding. You guys rock and I'm so grateful that you never gave up on me and that you believed in me till I could believe in myself. My daughter my parents my boss my family all thank you. If it wouldn't have been for you guys I would surely be dead. Keep up the good work!

I am still currently in milestones outpatient I'm 45 and have been using since I was 14yo. This place has helped me learn so much about myself my addiction and the tools I need to stay clean. I adore every single one of the counselors. They're all real people also in recovery which I think is super important. If you truly want to change your life these people here at milestones will help you on your journey and they won't give up on you that I can say from experience.

Was a great place to get help and learn about REBT therapy back in early 90's. I was in there with Larry Hagman shortly after he lost his role on Dallas. Sally was a great phycologist. She had studied under Albert Ellis. It was an old beautiful mansion that had strict rules and regiments including strict diets (mine was hypoglycemic). The food was great! Not sure what happened as I read sum of these reviews..

I have been going here since I was a young child. I feel safe and I feel loved. They help us through our daily lives. I appreciate the opinions that they provide. Helping us find programs that work for us. It's important to share with your counselor the things you may need or can use. And yes it's hard when you get to know them and they sometimes move on to bigger and better things. But know when they leave they will make sure you are taken care of. The trust goes hand in hand. After having some negative experiences with other therapy / psychology clinics, I was pleasantly surprised by the genuinely caring staff. The help I have gotten from Looking Glass has been top-notch. During covid therapy and psychology are online. I didn't like the idea at first but my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I am very satisfied, thank you Looking Glass!

I can’t say enough great things about the level of care, attention, and respect my child received from their therapist. They were just excellent, and we still benefit today from the strategies our therapist taught us. Beyond that they were able to effect real change in my home. We’re forever grateful.
