Nurse Julia is probably one of the most inviting and positively intelligent triage nurses I’ve ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by. Nurse Carly was such a sweetheart being there for me in my hours of despair. I was seen immediately and given a room. I had complications from a prior surgery and without hesitation they put me in a gown and had me out in no time. New to Oregon and thankful for everyone here.

Drove myself to the ER with dizziness and chest pain. From the time I walked in Inwas cared for in a most professional and Carri f manner. The ER physician and entire staff made my seven hour stay very comfortable. All necessary tests and labs were ordered which placed me at ease . The professionalism of the entire staff was a ten. Went there for Inpatient treatment. It's a 30 day program. I experienced better help there than I did in a 90 day program. The staff are absolutely amazing. I HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a place to find yourself an make a better life for yourself.

Beyond grateful for the services I received while in my diversion classes. There is a ton of open and honest people in the classes that push no judgement on you when your speaking about the experiences you have had. And to Todd B i can’t thank you enough for the knowledge and atmosphere you created for all of us. I’m thankful to have met you although it was under the circumstances of getting a DUI. Your wise words and dedication to helping others will be a constant reminder to work on myself and continue to be better.

Entered WFC on July 25th 2021 and I had the best experiences even during covid they kept the place running and my treatment plan was on spot I learned a lot about myself and I'm proud to say I graduated at 61 days and continuing in IOP.
If you have a loved one that is wanting treatment and wanting the care that I received from doctor's appointments to medication to manage drugs and alcohol to Great classes and wonderful counselors and wonderful staff all around and awesome food then I would recommend WFC

Recently completed 30 days here. They were able to provide me with services and help in problematic areas I couldn't seem to establish outside. Nearly the entire crew of staff consisted of people that actually care and take pride in being the people put in place to help these women, and have a genuine desire to help patients navigate through their individual recovery journey however they can. They provided me with what turned out to be a highly effective foundation to succeed in living life sober, healthy, and truly happy. I spent 48 days here and would recommend it to anyone as long as they do not get Anthony as their counselor. He is uncaring, has no empathy, and seems to derive pleasure on singling a person out within the group to pick on. He was horrible to me. He is also new at his job but I don't feel this can be used as an excuse for his apathetic behavior. I am troubled that I shared personal information with him because he took what I told him in confidence and used it against me. He gives you inaccurate information about very important things. So if you go to this treatment center, beware of Anthony! I can't say a bad thing about anyone else. The hub staff is great, and they've got some really good instructors there too. I love the staff and the program but my group with Anthony at the helm was not only not helpful but hurtful.
Everything and Everyone else deserves an A plus.

I ended up here for the dui program and I can't rate it high enough. Glenda, who's been doing this for years and comes with insight, compassion and experience, and makes the classes interesting, is the best in her feild and brimming with knowledge!! The classes aren't dead boring and in fact, you learn a lot, build teamship through the other patients, and feel more knowledgeable after every class. I do reccomend opening up as much as possible, as doing this will help others to feel comfortable and give you the full benifits of these classes for your own growth.
Every time I have come in I am greated by sweetheart Jamie, but every one of the staff members I've ever encountered have been sincerely kind and caring.
I know this will be my last time, but I'd pick this place over and over again, for working around my inability to drive and difficult schedule as a result, and their overall care in every member that walks in and starts their journey with their guided help.

I don't care what you all say the ones that made one Stars their problem is they didn't try hard enough what Jack Nelson said was the truth I've been going there for 8 years why don't everybody check out the garden or check out the rock painting group or check out the coloring conversation group it's wonderful and plus what people don't understand that these groups have more groups than any other mental health place out there in Eugene Springfield or. Thurston plus check out the garden because it's wonderful it makes people feel great you know what I mean it's good therapy and yes the staff members are trying hard and they're doing a great job so to Jack Nelson what he said it was right on the money right on homeboy keep on doing your thing

Some of the comments here are before or during Covid-19. I'd say the clinic today is better than when I was new in 2021. Good staff that tries hard to care for your wellbeing: groups, therapy, case management and peer support are good support for those who are open or willing for help. Adult and Teen Challenge in Shedd Oregon is a true place to heal, restore and change. The staff and students have all been wonderful. They have gone out of there way to get him the extra counselors and medical help that he's needed. My son is a student there and we have seen the transformation each time we see him. It took work but the program aided me in finding my soul self though active self reflection and work, and building community with other clients. I would recomment the program but it only works if you’re highly motivated and put in the work

I've been there when it was a 1 star and I've been there when it was a 5 star. It also depends on where you are in your addiction and how much you want recovery. The ARC has saved thousands of people's lives. They can change your if you let them. Stop resisting and just submit. All that weight will be lifted from your shoulders and you can start walking with your head held high.

I admitted here November 2025 . I am now almost a year into recovery . It saved my life . I know that’s a cliche saying , but it’s true . I was at rock bottom . I was Addicted to weed and underweight . By being here for 2 months , I was able to get more comfortable with food . Even sometimes enjoy it . Though be warned that takes time . The first few weeks , especially the first one is ROUGH. Especially if you’re withdrawing from a substance . I did my fair share of sobbing at meal times . It happens , to almost everyone here . It was so validating to be around people struggling with similar things . We all had a special bond even if it was just during treatment , we helped each-other get through it . The recovery coaches (people looking after you most of the time ) were amazing . There was one exception but I think he’s gone now . I hope this is still happening , but when I was there on Sunday’s we would have time set aside as “ soul moments “. We’d all sit in a circle with twinkle lights in the middle and the therapist would encourage us to write in our journal about little (or big) moments through the week that touched our soul and helped us keep going . (Example : looking outside at the rain , laughing with people during dinner , a outing , another patient sharing a drawing they did , etc) I know it sounds hippy dippy but it felt special and I always looked forward to it .
Meal times can be hard , but everyone around you is understanding and supporting. I spent most of my free time sleeping with ear buds in but it’s what I needed . They have a huge couch and cozy areas to rest . I did stay during Christmas which was a bit sad and isolating but that’s okay, I was spending it there so I could be present and happy during my future Christmases . You do lose quite a bit of things that we’re used to having , like going outside whenever we want to , dancing or doing exercise , having our phones , showering at night , little things that make you feel like a v child without . But , I had to remind myself I didn’t take good care of myself outside of here and needed to hand that care to the treatment center . It’s hard at first , but you get used to it . And , there is a light at the bed of the tunnel ! I am 9 months sober , I’m at a healthy weight , and starting to like , perhaps even love the new body I have . I have a clear head and capable body and can finally do things I’ve been wanting to do but didn’t have the capacity when I was stoned and starving . Going here is the best thing I could’ve done for myself . It can be for you too . Please give it a try , at least for a month . Oh! And I recommend bringing a eye mask so you can nap in the living room , and a MP3 player to listen to music . The MP3 player, fidgets, and a few hobbies are essential to getting through treatment . Everyone had them to listen to music since you can’t have your phone and music is comforting . You’ve got this . Please try .

Rain rock was life-changing for me. I was there for two months and as hard as it was, I am so glad that I went. I miss everyone there so much other clients that I met and the staff. I love them all so much. the staff is so caring and loving they were wonderful to me.

Going to RainRock was one of the hardest yet best things I’ve ever done. Staff is amazing and cares so much, they try hard to make this feel like a home. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone who is struggling with ED behaviors.
