I ended up here for the dui program and I can't rate it high enough. Glenda, who's been doing this for years and comes with insight, compassion and experience, and makes the classes interesting, is the best in her feild and brimming with knowledge!! The classes aren't dead boring and in fact, you learn a lot, build teamship through the other patients, and feel more knowledgeable after every class. I do reccomend opening up as much as possible, as doing this will help others to feel comfortable and give you the full benifits of these classes for your own growth. Every time I have come in I am greated by sweetheart Jamie, but every one of the staff members I've ever encountered have been sincerely kind and caring. I know this will be my last time, but I'd pick this place over and over again, for working around my inability to drive and difficult schedule as a result, and their overall care in every member that walks in and starts their journey with their guided help.

I've been a client of KBBH since I moved to the area after the death of my son. They helped me deal with" Complex Grief" and "Anxiety" and "Cptsd" as an Autistic mom with grief dealing with the loss of her son. My therapist has been incredible as has been the psychiatrist who evaluates and dispenses any medications you may need Rance Smith. I appreciate being able to utilize therapy via phone as I live out of town and don't have transportation, this is so much easier and I get my needs met through an incredible therapist Jenna . I highly recommend!

I can only look at it from a walk through I did, but I can say if you have more empty beds then full something isn't right. Place is empty. You can't help people you don't allow in. Overall pretty decent, however if you have higher mental needs, not exactly the place for you. I liked it there a lot however there were some things I feel like I didn't communicate very well and that they didn't completely understand. I asked for a lot of space to myself which they could give to an extent. I only wish that instead of just throwing you straight into whatever they are doing, they'd give you more time. There were times I'd need to get away from the group we were in, ect. The point of rehab is to help you get out of your comfort, and not everyone can just do that imminently without struggling. Not only that but there was some favoritism & and toxicity between the staff & clients.

Went in to be seen for prior TBI that started getting worst over time. 7 months into seeing doctors, blood drawn, online visits, and phone calls. This V.A still was UNABLE to get me seen by a specialist! Took them 6 months to finally get me a referral to a TBI specialist. Good luck getting ahold of the TBI specialist, unless you have a full day to wait on the phone, plan breakfast and lunch while being on hold. Overall, I expected much more for my veterans.
