I went to Cheshire 6/2/22 - 8/18/22. Was the best experience. I have never been more happy. Hunter was my counselor and he was the absolute best. He truly cares about his clients. The staff at Willamette Family is caring, helpful, respectful and they understand what we are going thru. Willamette helped me with a plan for when I left. So, I have been going to this clinic for around 2 years now. Here is as accurate of a review straight from a hardcore addict that is doing good now, could possibly give.....First off, this place saved my life and helped form me into a functioning member of society. The one counsellor that is still working there and basically running the whole show, is AMAZING... and if you aren't ready for recovery, are bullshitting her, she WILL KNOW. so DONT BULLSHIT HER. BE HONEST, Both other methadone clinics REFUSED me and said I didn't meet their criteria and tried sending me to residential recovery....and the waitlist everywhere else, was just INSANE. This place always has the SHORTEST WAITLIST(in my experience), The staff here are honestly so damn caring and awesome, anyone saying otherwise in a review clearly haven't been around actual "disrespectful" people... they are so much nicer than any other clinic in Eugene when it comes to being personable and has an almost "Family" like vibe. Never has staff here every been anything but amazing and leave me with a smile on my face..... The Main thing you need to know, "GROUPS ARE A REQUIREMENT" for this Clinic, and it is "NOT" a "Juice Bar".... meaning, you will have to comply with their groups/etc otherwise they have no problem holding your dose. If you miss a group, you wont be able to dose the next day until you go to a "Make up group"... In my opinion, people in early recovery can't be expected to make all the groups, and holding that over addicts heads being that early in recovery, can end up being just another reason to smoke more fentanyl... i know it was for me... It wasn't easy getting off the fetty... and some of the shit this clinic did in the early stages really didn't help..... THAT BEING SAID, all in all, if you are SERIOUS about getting clean and being off fentanyl and a functioning member of society, this is the Clinic for you. If you just want to Dose and go, and have the clinic leave you alone with nothing expected of you... I definitely would NOT try going to this place. This place is amazing! Don't listen to these negative posts on here, entitled brats whining about not getting their way, except the one about the lack of wheelchair access to the group rooms, that's true and unfortunate. This clinic can save your life, as it did mine, but you won't always get your way because they will often tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. They might require to do things that you need to do, but they might not be the things you want to do. It's only because they care that they do those things, and let's face it, they're helping you fight a disease that's trying to kill you. So if you want compassionate and caring help with that, check them out. It could just be the best decision you've made in a really long time. It was for me.

I have been going here since I was a young child. I feel safe and I feel loved. They help us through our daily lives. I appreciate the opinions that they provide. Helping us find programs that work for us. It's important to share with your counselor the things you may need or can use. In two weeks I've started, an alreadyhave a sucessful business because the Staff at Sheltercare has been there and gave me a safe place. Spoke with Dr. Jeffry Jacobs here at Peace Health Medical Group Behavioral Health Services. After years of seeking help for my son, this is the first doctor to hear my son, recognize several issues, and was able to get my child to be willing to talk with a doctor openly about his challenges. I could t be more happy to find a professional able to do this. Extremely professional. Wonderful, kind, helpful staff. One odd protocol was that we had to drive 3 hours to have a zoom appointment for the first appointment. Now my child can zoom from home with him. So grateful to have had this opportunity. I can't say enough regarding how great Dr. Jacobs & staff are. They have given us hope that my son may find a healing path. Absolutely thrilled with our experience. Recently, after a week-and-a-half hospital stay, my mother spent about two-and-a-half weeks here at Hillside. She was treated very well, very kindly, and very attentively. The staff were very friendly, communicative to her (and myself as her caregiver), and very good at their jobs.Our family has had nightmare rehab stories from other facilities with other family members, so we went in with a negative predisposition, but we were relieved and glad to have those expectations subverted.Highly recommended.

What a great place. The CNAs work hard, and the nurses are outstanding. Management listens to and addresses concerns of staff, residents, and their families right away. Maintenence is impressive and integritous. The food is quality, and the activities are creative!

Everyone here is so supportive. It was hard for me to stop exercising but I got to do it again with medical allowance - so meaningful to me. I would definitely recommend this program.

I would give the specific aspects of my treatment 4 stars since I cannot rate the overall program fairly, as I was really burnt out from Monte Nido treatment; it being my 3rd time at Rainrock and having 3 prior admissions to EDCP. There were 2 large factors that played into my success post discharge which I can credit the program for. To start out, my admission was ultimately my decision but I felt forced into the program because the referral was made without my permission and the referral to my program of choice was rescinded. I came bearing teeth and was met with nothing but respect and a gentle challenge to stick it through a week. And I did. I credit the gains I made (no pun intended) to a phenomenal therapist. That was one factor in remaining there. The other helpful aspect was being allowed to do community passes a month before I discharged. Under previous leadership during my first 2 stays, passes weren't granted in 2013 to anyone but with family members on level 2, friends on level 3, and solo passes were a level 4 privilege. In 2015 you were allowed to go on passes with friends on level 2 but not solo until level 3. Rarely does insurance cover someone up to that point. I had significant exposure to real life before my departure and felt prepared to return to work 2 days after discharge. I didn't step down to day treatment and it was ultimately unnecessary. I'm grateful that the policy changed (or that it helped to have the regional director as your therapist, backing the decision) and that I received my treatment pre COVID, as passes are not currently allowed. I don't need a scripted response from the corporate office in Florida--I just wanted to relay my gratitude.

I've been to this facility many times. It is a true haven for the children in their care. Realizing that many of the children in residence exhibit fairly serious emotional and behavioral issues, I have to commend the staff for their ability to handle some very difficult situations, with restraint, respect and affection for the kids.

I was here from 11 years old to 13, I had been to the oregon state mental hospital, trillium, farm home and youth villages, and out of all of them, this place is the best. I have mixed feelings about jasper. I left a better person I do believe, but I was not ever stayed in contact with like I was told, and that hurt. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I had got to know everybody I was there with, staff members, Ethan is one I really remember, and there was a short man with a ring he would play with and we would play chess. I have been doing really well if anyone remembers me. Really happy to see you guys are still on a mission. Not sure why 7 years later I decided to leave a review at 1:35 in the morning, but here I am.
