I work two jobs got done with work at 4:30 in the morning went to a class at 9:30. I walked in and the gentleman behind the counter didn't even greet me he looked me dead in the face and said who are you and what are you doing here. I explained I was there for class at 9:30. He then pointed at a clock on the wall wich said 9:32 then hesaid I cannot attend class and kicked me out. I arrived at 9:30. My intake was scheduled for 3:00 but nobody was there and a sticky note was on the door said be back shortly and nobody showed up until 3:30. There is also a sign saying that if you have a bad attitude they will charge you an extra $10 for having to "deal with you" which I find extremely unprofessional. Counselors at an outpatient rehab facility are paid to console people as they go through withdrawal and transition into sobriety. They also charge $35 for urine test multiple counseling agencies in town that charge 10. Overall the staff is mostly nice but they also offer few classes at reasonable times. Every class they have in the afternoon. The only class they have in the morning is on Saturdays. I already started the program and will not receive a refund. If I could do it over I would have chosen a different rehab facility.

What can I say? It should come as no surprise that, in my search for a local, top shelf treatment program- I would find a facility such as this one! I had an ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE AND EASY-GOING EXPERIENCE. Getting me started in the right program, working around my busy schedule and communicating all of my progress (on my behalf) with my P.O.- are just a few of the positive things that made my experience with Emergence, ‘Top Shelf’. ****Connie was so very helpful in giving me all the information that I needed to feel confident that I made the right choice in my search for a treatment program that fits my needs and my busy schedule. Special thanks to her, for making my experience SUPER POSITIVE! (Keep up the good/hard work- you’re changing lives!)

In August 2025 I will have been at Salem ctc for 8 years and in my experience if you just follow the requirements and stay true to yourself you will do just fine. I'm always hearing negative things as I stand in line waiting to dose and how people are always getting group holds even tho they say they attend the required amount but me personally as long as I'm on top of my groups and keep to myself as well as respect the staff, I never have any issues. It's all about what you make it to be. If your unhappy about the requirements and feel it's unfair then maybe this specific facility isn't your deal... -carl-

I ended up here for the dui program and I can't rate it high enough. Glenda, who's been doing this for years and comes with insight, compassion and experience, and makes the classes interesting, is the best in her feild and brimming with knowledge!! The classes aren't dead boring and in fact, you learn a lot, build teamship through the other patients, and feel more knowledgeable after every class. I do reccomend opening up as much as possible, as doing this will help others to feel comfortable and give you the full benifits of these classes for your own growth. Every time I have come in I am greated by sweetheart Jamie, but every one of the staff members I've ever encountered have been sincerely kind and caring. I know this will be my last time, but I'd pick this place over and over again, for working around my inability to drive and difficult schedule as a result, and their overall care in every member that walks in and starts their journey with their guided help.

I found Laura Cooper at Therapeutic Associates when I was dealing with persistent mastitis. After several rounds of antibiotics and feeling terrible for weeks, I was feeling extremely defeated and was ready to give up on breastfeeding. However, after learning Laura provided physical therapy services for breast inflammation, I decided to schedule an appointment as a last ditch effort. I am so thankful that I did. Laura is not only an intelligent and skilled PT practitioner, but also a wonderful human who provides holistic care. She is a shining example to healthcare practitioners everywhere. She consistently went above and beyond to help and advocate for me, such as rearranging her schedule to squeeze me in for appointments, communicating concerns to my OB and lactation consultant, and even holding my fussy baby while concurrently providing my therapy. The entire team of assistants and front desk staff are also great. I am so thankful to all of them for helping me through a truly difficult time. The women of Central Oregon are so lucky to have Laura and her skillset.

Overall I'm grateful to this place for the help that they've given me, cause I'll be real, they can only do so much and then it's up to me. The reason for four stars is because of the wait times, they are ridiculous, and the way I feel I'd that there had got to be a better system put into place so that people who are their to simply dose can do just that and get on with their lives..if there is someone doing anything other than that then there should be a line for other stuff. And the people who cheat and can't wait in line is becoming a huge problem. Honestly I feel like it should be a take a number system or something...alls I know I'd something needs to be done because there's been days I'd rather just take the AWOL and turn to leave once I see the line. If I had a job I would be very upset at the process because as it is it appears they don't seem to care that people have other things to do. Perhaps there should be a cap on the amount of patients maybe, the policy take everyone that comes obviously is causing more problems.

Then suddenly somebody decided that that nice, friendly and encouraging "wasn't what I needed" and from then on, everyone treated me like crap. I went to sageview in 2019 right when I was feeling like hurting my self from my father and mother red flagging me and manipulating me. When I went there I self admitted my self because I was afraid of my parents using my medical information for unethical ways to practice there morals manipulate me. I was getting sorta paranoid but trying to keep my head on straight. I kept a journal in my room to write down how o feel and everyone's names I come across in there. Key facts here is when I wrote these names down the staff would introduce them self again in unethical ways like having a different name. It was a permission slip inside there actually and that they have fake patients that are in this facility.. because i wrote down and documented everything on paper 📃 I wrote all there words down they said to me. I started saying emagine if there was a breach of information and that what if somone sued this place. I said hey guys yiu ever heard of blue tapping it was back in the day. I even when being there witnessed a girl got her hearing aid taken away because they were grooming her to be a dog trainer. Ironically enough I was told she was in there for a while training her dog to hurt her family. These aka fake patients will also tell you things to make you crazy. This place runs with a horrible ethical practices

My adult daughter has been here and Legacy multiple times over the past 5 years-they just discharge when the patient isn’t psychotic with no treatment plan and no court ordered treatment because once they dope the patients up temporarily, they say they don’t have suicidal or homicidal ideation and release them to the streets! The staff at Yamhill County adult Mental Health have been so helpful to us. We reached out for help and have a lovely young man who is meeting with our son to help him with job skills. I became very suicidal when I first got my diagnosis of MS and Lacey was my counselor she helped me reevaluate my life and get on a right track and find a reason to live and a good way to think about life. I hope that they know how much of a difference they make even if they can't be exactly perfect with every interaction. I know some people how bad hurtful experiences but overall they do a wonderful job and no one is perfect and no one can solve all a person's mental health challenges that's what we have a village for and that's what we have God for, right? They have added so much to our lives

When my younger brother finally decided to seek help for his alcohol addiction, I spent countless hours researching treatment programs. From the moment I came across the website for Tree House Recovery PDX, I knew this was something special. A truly unique program that stood out from every other rehab facility I had seen. Tree House’s focus on building a brotherhood grounded in mutual respect, compassion, and empowerment immediately resonated with me. My brother had spent years feeling isolated and disconnected, and I knew this kind of community could give him the sense of belonging he’d been missing. The combination of strength training and mindfulness yoga was unlike anything I had come across before. Replacing harmful habits with physical strength and mental resilience was exactly what my brother, once an athletic, active teenager, needed to reconnect with a version of himself that existed before alcohol took hold. The program’s one-on-one, group, and writing therapy, combined with the educational classes on the mechanisms of addiction, make it one of the most well-rounded and thoughtful approaches to recovery I have ever seen. In just three months, the transformation in my brother has been remarkable, not only in his body but in his voice, his confidence, and his spirit. Tree House has given him tools to cope with disappointment and setbacks, develop healthier reasoning skills, and rediscover the strength that comes from brotherhood, from leaning on and lifting up others walking the same path. He’s learned how to have fun without substances and surround himself with people who genuinely care about his well-being. Initially, I worried Tree House might not be an option for us financially. But then I saw the words at the bottom of their website: “We strive to make sure that Tree House is an option for everyone.” It felt like they were speaking directly to me. When I reached out, Matt was incredible. He listened with genuine compassion, spoke with both my brother and me, and over the next week and a half worked tirelessly with the team, including the program director and finance department, to make sure my brother could be admitted. He arranged detox admission, transportation, and housing. Thanks to Matt, Brandon, Emma, Esther, and Rob, my brother was given a real shot at recovery. Tree House Recovery PDX hasn’t just helped my brother get sober, it has transformed his outlook on life. He’s now enrolled in school, exploring meaningful work, and, most importantly, has hope again. Our family will forever be grateful to the entire Tree House team for their compassion, creativity, and unwavering belief in the potential for change.

Our lives we had built over almost 40 years together were failing. We were scared, we were desolate and drowning, our family was tapped out, ashamed of our choices and finally desperately seeking help from anyone that would listen. No one was listening. We had waited too long thinking it was no problem, not really, we weren’t like “those people”, we knew that we could quit, he hadn’t relapsed he had had surgery and a month long hospital stay, we would easily just get a job, move in with family till we were on our feet, we’d done it many times before, he had been sober 17 out of 25 years, snap no worries….. we were so wrong about it ALL. Weeks later and my husband had been in detox for around 10 days in Eugene, the farthest place away my boys could find that would take and keep him, I had been making as usual, call after call, text chat after text chat, day after day, page after page, talking to each rehab, each place that said no, sent by them always to try another few and when they said no the search online would lead me to more. All of them said no for whatever reason, mostly full beds and even if there were available beds, they wouldn’t take our insurance since the Covid exceptions are all expiring. Or they would take our insurance but only for detox which he is already in. The luxury, lol, rehabs all offered self pay ofcourse, thousands upon thousands and we had no money. I had almost given up any hopes we once shared and I got a text back from someone. Not wanting to hear no again after pouring out our story through tears, I was frustrated and angry and I got to the point, “do you take our insurance or not?” No answer but they said I’d be chat contacted soon. Sure. Sure. Then I was, his name was Matt from Tree House Recovery, and he listened. I couldn’t believe he listened. My husband is 60, he is lost. I am lost. Matt gave me hope. Tree Houses Website and videos and links to YouTube gave me hope. Matt asked me if My husband was tired of self medicating and being in life long pain, were our lives unmanageable, were we on the bottom. We were way past that and we were going to die. He still was listening. We have nothing but we will give anything just to have a chance. Matt fought for us, fought for that chance, and through the Grace of God and everyone involved at Tree House, his chance at a NEW LIFE, his DAY ONE there, is this week. I promised to get my husband to the door, any door that said yes, he had to walk through it….. thanks to Matt listening and truly caring he is, and he will learn, and grow and rebuild his mind, body and spirit one minute, one hour, one day at a time. Our family is grateful and humbled and blessed. Thankyou isn’t enough.

I checked into FBTS on September 22nd 2025, lost, confused, and terrified. It was the best decision I have ever made, a choice that undoubtedly saved my life. Over the last 3 months I have made connections that will last me a lifetime time, made friends i will never forget. This program, these staff members, these classes are a miracle you get to witness. Every single staff member is an angel who genuinely and truly cares about you and your recovery, the kitchen staff make excellent food that keeps you nourished and ready to take on your day, even the cleaning staff care about you and your life. You owe it to yourself to come here and get sober. It’s okay to not be okay and this place will embrace you just as you are. A mix of SUD and mental health counseling couples with outdoor activities like pickleball, basketball, badminton, and volleyball, a fully stocked gym and a couple miles of beach front trials to explore make your recovery feel like a vacation. Almost everything is taken care of for you so you have time to focus on what’s most important right now. You. I promise you if you come here you will NOT regret it, it will save your life and you will see that light at the end of the tunnel just like I do.
