Eugene, Oregon | Integrated Health Clinics is an outpatient rehab center in Eugene, Oregon. They have a few locations in Oregon and all of them are known for the expert level of care they offer for drug and alcohol addiction. The treatment you receive will depend on your needs. For opioid addiction they provide medications that can keep your cravings and withdrawal | Treatments Programs Payment Options | So, I have been going to this clinic for around 2 years now. Here is as accurate of a review straight from a hardcore addict that is doing good now, could possibly give.....First off, this place saved my life and helped form me into a functioning member of society. The one counsellor that is still working there and basically running the whole show, is AMAZING... and if you aren't ready for recovery, are bullshitting her, she WILL KNOW. so DONT BULLSHIT HER. BE HONEST, Both other methadone clinics REFUSED me and said I didn't meet their criteria and tried sending me to residential recovery....and the waitlist everywhere else, was just INSANE. This place always has the SHORTEST WAITLIST(in my experience), The staff here are honestly so damn caring and awesome, anyone saying otherwise in a review clearly haven't been around actual "disrespectful" people... they are so much nicer than any other clinic in Eugene when it comes to being personable and has an almost "Family" like vibe. Never has staff here every been anything but amazing and leave me with a smile on my face..... The Main thing you need to know, "GROUPS ARE A REQUIREMENT" for this Clinic, and it is "NOT" a "Juice Bar".... meaning, you will have to comply with their groups/etc otherwise they have no problem holding your dose. If you miss a group, you wont be able to dose the next day until you go to a "Make up group"... In my opinion, people in early recovery can't be expected to make all the groups, and holding that over addicts heads being that early in recovery, can end up being just another reason to smoke more fentanyl... i know it was for me... It wasn't easy getting off the fetty... and some of the shit this clinic did in the early stages really didn't help..... THAT BEING SAID, all in all, if you are SERIOUS about getting clean and being off fentanyl and a functioning member of society, this is the Clinic for you. If you just want to Dose and go, and have the clinic leave you alone with nothing expected of you... I definitely would NOT try going to this place. I hope this review helps someone out there trying to choose where to get help. If you truly want to change your life, Go to this clinic. -LogicBaumZ-

This place is amazing! Don't listen to these negative posts on here, entitled brats whining about not getting their way, except the one about the lack of wheelchair access to the group rooms, that's true and unfortunate. This clinic can save your life, as it did mine, but you won't always get your way because they will often tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. They might require to do things that you need to do, but they might not be the things you want to do. It's only because they care that they do those things, and let's face it, they're helping you fight a disease that's trying to kill you. So if you want compassionate and caring help with that, check them out. It could just be the best decision you've made in a really long time. It was for me.

Eugene, Oregon | Centro Latino Americano is a nonprofit community organization serving Latino adolescents and adults and Mexican immigrant families in Eugene, Oregon. I've received assistance from many groups locally, and they are the *ONLY* group that has ever reached out to follow up and see how I was doing after receiving assistance, which means a lot to me.
To anyone looking to help finance a charity, this is one group that should not be overlooked or underestimated. They act quickly, and do not waste time.
I wish more people knew about this group and their work to help those in need.
For the staff, thank you all so much for changing my life during a time when the odds were against me and I could have lost everything.

Eugene, Oregon | Emergence Addiction and Behavioral Therapies is a nonprofit that provides treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues in Eugene, Oregon. They’re dedicated to providing clients with professional and ethical treatment. The organization opened its first location 1981, giving it more than four decades of experience helping individuals over | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I'll admit, it's a tough program at times. But dealing with addiction is a tough problem. I've loathed staff members at times and felt victimized, singled out, abused even. But, when I look back on most of the situations that caused me stress and anger and frustration, it was almost always by my own doing in so.e way and the Emergence staff was just doing their job and holding me accountable. Because I lived my life deep in addiction for 30 years doing whatever I want whenever I want and if you got in the way of that then you might find yourself in serious trouble. But living like that (in a anti-social lifestyle) always got me a negative outcome. (IE jail, prison, etc) Don't get me wrong I love being in control of my life. I like to go where I want when I want and do what I want. But when I'm loaded I don't make the best choices and I needed as much help as possible to make better choices in the beginning of my recovery. Slowly over time I've gotten more say. Slowly but surely I've earned more trust from my family and the community. I feel that emergence was elected to be the main treatment program of the Lane county Adult treatment Court because they are tough and stern and downright frustrating at times. But it's only a short window of time in comparison to the rest of my life where I won't have anyone leaning on me to do this or that. Call this number turn in this homework present this module etc. So I get it when people want a bag on emergence and talk down on all the facilitators because it's a lot easier to blame others and circumstances then to take accountability and hold yourself responsible. And not every person has the same story as me. But, if I can recover literally anyone can. And I couldn't have done it without emergence. They have never given up on me even when I give up myself. They continue to encourage me and support me and hold me accountable when I act out of pocket. There isn't a single staff member there that I haven't bumped heads with and gone home after group and swore that I would never return. But you know what? Today I've learned to forgive myself and every single person who's ever wronged me in any way. And with all the growth and maturity that came along with toughing it out through this program I have come to realize that blaming other people doesn't make it any easier. And holding myself accountable does indeed make it harder sometimes. But at least at the end of the day my head is not full of resentment my heart is not full of hate. I'm so grateful for every single staff member that I've ever encountered an emergence and they do a kick ass job even if you can't stand them at times. It's not their job to cuddle you or hold your hand. But yet often times they do. They could be like a lot of treatment programs that just check boxes. But they don't. They go way above and beyond and they've helped me immensely to be a better father son friend and community member. So thank you emergence you guys are amazing and as long as you don't tell me what to do anymore we can still be friends lol. Just kidding. You guys rock and I'm so grateful that you never gave up on me and that you believed in me till I could believe in myself. My daughter my parents my boss my family all thank you. If it wouldn't have been for you guys I would surely be dead. Keep up the good work!

Attending this drug and alcohol recovery class has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. From the very first session, I felt welcomed, respected, and supported. The instructors are not only highly knowledgeable but also deeply compassionate. Many of them have walked this path themselves, and their honesty and openness made the entire experience feel safe and judgment-free.
The curriculum is extremely well-structured, blending science-based education with practical tools for real-life situations. We covered everything from the biology of addiction to strategies for managing cravings, setting boundaries, and building healthy habits. What really stood out was the emphasis on self-reflection, accountability, and growth. Each class challenged me to think differently and gave me a deeper understanding of both addiction and recovery.
Group discussions were powerful and healing. Hearing other people’s stories—and being able to share my own—created a sense of community that I hadn’t felt in years. We lifted each other up, held each other accountable, and celebrated even the smallest victories together.
What sets this program apart is its focus on long-term success. They didn’t just teach us how to get clean—they showed us how to rebuild our lives. From relapse prevention planning to improving mental health and developing a support system, every detail was thought through and impactful.
I’m walking away from this experience not just sober, but empowered. I have tools, resources, and a renewed sense of purpose. If you’re serious about recovery and ready to make a real change, I can’t recommend this class enough.
