Figuring out how to rate there services was the most complicated part of my experience with them nick is very helpful at the desk and there staff is very knowledgeable and professional I've used there services for a couple years now and there the best. In town

I've been going to acme for a few years and I highly recommend this place. The staff are amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped me overcome difficult obstacles in my life and I could not have done so without the help of my counselor and everyone at acme.

So, I have been going to this clinic for around 2 years now. Here is as accurate of a review straight from a hardcore addict that is doing good now, could possibly give.....First off, this place saved my life and helped form me into a functioning member of society. The one counsellor that is still working there and basically running the whole show, is AMAZING... and if you aren't ready for recovery, are bullshitting her, she WILL KNOW. so DONT BULLSHIT HER. BE HONEST, Both other methadone clinics REFUSED me and said I didn't meet their criteria and tried sending me to residential recovery....and the waitlist everywhere else, was just INSANE. This place always has the SHORTEST WAITLIST(in my experience), The staff here are honestly so damn caring and awesome, anyone saying otherwise in a review clearly haven't been around actual "disrespectful" people... they are so much nicer than any other clinic in Eugene when it comes to being personable and has an almost "Family" like vibe. Never has staff here every been anything but amazing and leave me with a smile on my face..... The Main thing you need to know, "GROUPS ARE A REQUIREMENT" for this Clinic, and it is "NOT" a "Juice Bar".... meaning, you will have to comply with their groups/etc otherwise they have no problem holding your dose. If you miss a group, you wont be able to dose the next day until you go to a "Make up group"... In my opinion, people in early recovery can't be expected to make all the groups, and holding that over addicts heads being that early in recovery, can end up being just another reason to smoke more fentanyl... i know it was for me... It wasn't easy getting off the fetty... and some of the shit this clinic did in the early stages really didn't help..... THAT BEING SAID, all in all, if you are SERIOUS about getting clean and being off fentanyl and a functioning member of society, this is the Clinic for you. If you just want to Dose and go, and have the clinic leave you alone with nothing expected of you... I definitely would NOT try going to this place. I hope this review helps someone out there trying to choose where to get help. If you truly want to change your life, Go to this clinic. -LogicBaumZ-

This place is amazing! Don't listen to these negative posts on here, entitled brats whining about not getting their way, except the one about the lack of wheelchair access to the group rooms, that's true and unfortunate. This clinic can save your life, as it did mine, but you won't always get your way because they will often tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. They might require to do things that you need to do, but they might not be the things you want to do. It's only because they care that they do those things, and let's face it, they're helping you fight a disease that's trying to kill you. So if you want compassionate and caring help with that, check them out. It could just be the best decision you've made in a really long time. It was for me.

It's been very supportive of my recovery

I have been going here since I was a young child. I feel safe and I feel loved. They help us through our daily lives. I appreciate the opinions that they provide. Helping us find programs that work for us. It's important to share with your counselor the things you may need or can use. And yes it's hard when you get to know them and they sometimes move on to bigger and better things. But know when they leave they will make sure you are taken care of. The trust goes hand in hand. I have had a lot more positive energy and coping mechanisms. Thank you.

We enjoyed our shopping date. Everything was neat and organized. All Christmas items were fill a bag for a dollar and the employer, Burk was very warm and welcoming!

I went to Teen Challenge thrift Store and got the best service! I was beyond happy. Not to mention help out to my truck! I love the atmosphere and servants hearts in place!! Thank you!!

Was a great place to get help and learn about REBT therapy back in early 90's. I was in there with Larry Hagman shortly after he lost his role on Dallas. Sally was a great phycologist. She had studied under Albert Ellis. It was an old beautiful mansion that had strict rules and regiments including strict diets (mine was hypoglycemic). The food was great! Not sure what happened as I read sum of these reviews..

I would Like To thank this program. Very structured, its for the people that want it! Not need it! That wants recovery! I dont know why people are complaining maybe they arent ready, who knows. To milestones ive changed my life around. This is a good place.

Staff is awesome

If Shelter Care was not here, I'd be on the streets or in jail...Everyone on this staff has your best interest at heart and I have total faith that they are not just pushing you through the system. In two weeks I've started, an alreadyhave a sucessful business because the Staff at Sheltercare has been there and gave me a safe place. I tell you what! if for some reason the State looks at this program as a loss or hinder of State money, I will personally disagree and set the goal to purchase this program personally...

After having some negative experiences with other therapy / psychology clinics, I was pleasantly surprised by the genuinely caring staff. The help I have gotten from Looking Glass has been top-notch. During covid therapy and psychology are online. I didn't like the idea at first but my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I am very satisfied, thank you Looking Glass!

I can t say enough great things about the level of care, attention, and respect my child received from their therapist. They were just excellent, and we still benefit today from the strategies our therapist taught us. Beyond that they were able to effect real change in my home. We re forever grateful.
