As a addict we are fighting daily for our lives. That is something I picked up in residential. We are literally fighting for our life. Not only was I able to dig out some old trauma from childhood but I was also able to forgive my past! I thought it was gonna be scary and hard. But when you get there, it's really good to have no distractions with cell phones All day long and you connect with other people that are going through what you are going through. This is my first and last treatment I have to say that the staff are some of the finest people that you will ever meet when you get to know them. Thank you to all my friends at serenity lanes for helping me in my journey of recovery.God bless you guys.

I came here for treatment and I was in real bad shape. I called them and they got me in the next day. The staff is wonderful. They help you detox and then work with you to learn the tools of recovery. They work with you on the mental, physical, and spiritual part of recovery. They cook you three meals a day, with snacks in-between. Its not a vacation by any means. You have to put in the work to get something out of it. You have to surrender yourself and let them take the steering wheel. But, I promise you, if you stay the full 28 days or more, you will feel great.

my mom went here and it’s one of the best rehabs out there. the councilors care tremendously weather you are there or after your treatment and go home. they also involve family really good and get a good plan for your loved one. definitely recommend this place!

I adore every single one of the counselors. They're all real people also in recovery which I think is super important. Was a great place to get help and learn about REBT therapy back in early 90's. I was in there with Larry Hagman shortly after he lost his role on Dallas. Sally was a great phycologist. She had studied under Albert Ellis. It was an old beautiful mansion that had strict rules and regiments including strict diets (mine was hypoglycemic). The food was great! Not sure what happened as I read sum of these reviews..

They really care about people and welcome all walks of life, without judgment or harsh criticism. Desirea is a wonderful counselor with a past that enables her to be more empathetic and knowledgeable when it comes to addictions and overcoming them. If someone is struggling with other aspects of their life, Shawnell does an excellent job in peer support. She can help with all sorts of things from housing to finding doctors and scheduling rides. Everyone else is extremely friendly and I recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with addictions.

Attending this drug and alcohol recovery class has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. From the very first session, I felt welcomed, respected, and supported. The instructors are not only highly knowledgeable but also deeply compassionate. Many of them have walked this path themselves, and their honesty and openness made the entire experience feel safe and judgment-free. The curriculum is extremely well-structured, blending science-based education with practical tools for real-life situations. We covered everything from the biology of addiction to strategies for managing cravings, setting boundaries, and building healthy habits. What really stood out was the emphasis on self-reflection, accountability, and growth. Each class challenged me to think differently and gave me a deeper understanding of both addiction and recovery. Group discussions were powerful and healing. Hearing other people’s stories—and being able to share my own—created a sense of community that I hadn’t felt in years. We lifted each other up, held each other accountable, and celebrated even the smallest victories together. What sets this program apart is its focus on long-term success. They didn’t just teach us how to get clean—they showed us how to rebuild our lives. From relapse prevention planning to improving mental health and developing a support system, every detail was thought through and impactful. I’m walking away from this experience not just sober, but empowered. I have tools, resources, and a renewed sense of purpose. After searching for help during a mental health crisis, the Samaritan PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) ended up being the only place able to help me. I was brought into their three-week program, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. I felt thoroughly supported and appreciated, I learned so much and grew even more. The staff members (Terri, Lauren, Daryl, Erin, Brian) were all absolutely WONDERFUL folks and so helpful in my mental health journey. If you're in an emotional crisis or need more help than you're getting, consider Samaritan PHP. Not everyone will get as much as I did out of it, but I really think more folks should give it a go! You never know how much you'll grow <3

I slept the entire time because of the medicine they put me on. They have a free phone that patients can use. The food is great! Patients get to decide what they want to eat. There is a menu. I was woken up by a nurse to attend an arts and crafts group. A Catholic priest came in my room and blessed me with oil against my will. He did not ask me if I wanted to be blessed. He just did it. They have a covered outside area for people that want to smoke. Patients are given cigarettes by the nurses. They have a gym but it's not great. When I visited a friend here they had a T.V. room. I didn't notice it when I was staying there. Maybe it was a different unit. My only complaint is that it is hard to get into this place because of the Linn County crisis team are mentally retarded or something. Even when I was pregnant and attempted suicide they refused to hospitalize me to protect the baby. However, they would be glad to give me the phone number to a clinic where I could kill it. Saves them money I guess if there mentally ill pregnant patients just have abortions. Linn County Mental Health is evil.

Entered WFC on July 25th 2021 and I had the best experiences even during covid they kept the place running and my treatment plan was on spot I learned a lot about myself and I'm proud to say I graduated at 61 days and continuing in IOP. I spent 48 days here and would recommend it to anyone as long as they do not get Anthony as their counselor. He is uncaring, has no empathy, and seems to derive pleasure on singling a person out within the group to pick on. He was horrible to me. He is also new at his job but I don't feel this can be used as an excuse for his apathetic behavior. I am troubled that I shared personal information with him because he took what I told him in confidence and used it against me. He gives you inaccurate information about very important things. So if you go to this treatment center, beware of Anthony! I can't say a bad thing about anyone else. The hub staff is great, and they've got some really good instructors there too. I just graduated from here Oct 6th 2025 it was amazing the staff truly cares for you and wants you to succeed I HIGHLY recommend the whole treatment is phenomenal they helped me get my whole life back on track. Bridgeway was amazing, my friend took me here after another 5 day black out after I had been sober for 33 days. The counselors & the rest of the staff here were amazing & incredibly helpful and understanding, then after talking with the counselors I decided to do residential treatment which was just as amazing. My experience with this clinic has been great. Of the 40+ visits I've had with them, there was only one instance where I would say my wait time was too long. The staff has always been attentive, friendly, and professional. From initial check-in to the nurses, technicians, and the doctors, I'm always treated well. They offer quite a lot of services and treatments for a relatively small clinic (making ID cards and other paperwork needs, most blood screenings and UAs, x-rays, vision center for getting glasses [though the eye exams need to be done off site], physical therapy, audiology, psychiatric, as well as some others). The facilities are clean, quiet, and mostly spacious so it's easy to get around without bumping into others. There is also a rather large waiting area so you can usually find seatkng. Overall I would recommend using this clinic for any service members or veterans who need care. The VA medical treatment is much better than it used to be.
