This crew is really amazing. They are always courteous despite my sometimes cruddy attitude. They really went the distance when my meds ran out. They advocated for me with my pharmacy to help me get my medication after a lapse which was my doing unfortunately. Get tchya'll fixed up with what ails ya. Doctors, Nurses and Staff are kind. My care team in particular have done some amazing work and I am grateful. Pharmacy is pretty swift, especially when called in ahead of time or scheduled.I have had some recent appointments where they were not prepared for me or the person I was scheduled to see had called off or had to cover a different area. Leaving me to reschedule 3 separate occasions. I live fairly far away and take time off for some of these. I really wish they would have called me ahead of time.Oh well. It's pretty busy in there and I know staffing is a real issue. Pay these people more and fix that damn elevator. I don't even use it, but the elevator technician has got to pick up their game.Despite these recent snafus, I have the utmost respect for the people who work there and thankful they are here in the community.Overall 9.9/10Mistakes happen. I probably won't die.

Was a great place to get help and learn about REBT therapy back in early 90's. I was in there with Larry Hagman shortly after he lost his role on Dallas. Sally was a great phycologist. She had studied under Albert Ellis. It was an old beautiful mansion that had strict rules and regiments including strict diets (mine was hypoglycemic). The food was great! Not sure what happened as I read sum of these reviews..

I have tried multiple treatment agency's, with out success before 2002. I entered treatment with Emergence in Albany, OR (May 2002). Emergence staff worked with me and helped me change my attitude and thoughts about my behaviors. I got the education I needed to change my behaviors and changed my life situations to better my life. I completed the program successfully in February 2003 with no relapse or barriers since that date. Thanks to Emergence staff i have had new outcome with life.

After searching for help during a mental health crisis, the Samaritan PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) ended up being the only place able to help me. I was brought into their three-week program, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. I felt thoroughly supported and appreciated, I learned so much and grew even more. The staff members (Terri, Lauren, Daryl, Erin, Brian) were all absolutely WONDERFUL folks and so helpful in my mental health journey. I slept the entire time because of the medicine they put me on. They have a free phone that patients can use. The food is great! Patients get to decide what they want to eat. There is a menu. I was woken up by a nurse to attend an arts and crafts group. A Catholic priest came in my room and blessed me with oil against my will. He did not ask me if I wanted to be blessed. He just did it. They have a covered outside area for people that want to smoke. Patients are given cigarettes by the nurses. They have a gym but it's not great. When I visited a friend here they had a T.V. room. I didn't notice it when I was staying there. Maybe it was a different unit. My only complaint is that it is hard to get into this place because of the Linn County crisis team are mentally retarded or something. Even when I was pregnant and attempted suicide they refused to hospitalize me to protect the baby. However, they would be glad to give me the phone number to a clinic where I could kill it. Saves them money I guess if there mentally ill pregnant patients just have abortions. Linn County Mental Health is evil.

Where to being. Treehouse is the very first place that comes to mind when I think about where I would send a loved one struggling. I went through PDX and it absolutely gave me a foundation to actually build a life. The program design, team, staff, culture allowed me to get to a place of healing that had eluded me for years. I ve been to 15-20 rehabs in my journey. Detoxes, inpatient , outpatient, Salvation Army, the million dollar mansions in SoCal, and every SUD/ PTSD program the VA has- but none of them got CLOSE to getting me to the place that treehouse has. I am so grateful that I was able to detox comfortably staff were amazing. Staff worked exceptionally to help me come up with aftercare plan. I'm happy to say I'm no longer homeless I cannot express enough my gratitude to all staff and the home owners that allow there home to be such a comfortable detox environment.Thank you all so much...

Entered WFC on July 25th 2021 and I had the best experiences even during covid they kept the place running and my treatment plan was on spot I learned a lot about myself and I'm proud to say I graduated at 61 days and continuing in IOP.If you have a loved one that is wanting treatment and wanting the care that I received from doctor's appointments to medication to manage drugs and alcohol to Great classes and wonderful counselors and wonderful staff all around and awesome food then I would recommend WFC
