About Crestview Recovery

The facility understands that individuals can have very busy schedules which can make finding time to attend the facility difficult. Crestview Recovery offers telehealth intensive outpatient treatment to make addiction care more convenient for you. Clients can choose to access their treatment through a telephone call, video chat and texting.

The facility also offers an app where you can get in contact with your treatment specialist in minutes. You can also have a virtual reality incorporated into your treatment session where real life scenarios will be simulated to help you with relapse prevention.

Holistic Methods For Addiction Healing

Crestview Recovery will incorporate holistic methodologies to complement the traditional therapies that will be used in your treatment. The options that are used at this location include yoga, meditation, massage, and nutritional therapy. These therapies can help with relieving your stress, controlling your emotions, and improving your overall health.

Treating Veterans Through Tailored Services
One of the things that I think stands out the most about this facility is the RISE program that provides tailored treatment for veterans with substance use disorder. The staff will focus on the unique challenges that military members struggle with, such as trauma and PTSD.

Clients will be provided with a supportive and safe environment to discuss their challenges and develop relapse prevention strategies. The staff members that you’ll work with have experience working with veterans and their families.

The facility receives a high rating from most reviewers with an average star rating of 4.2 out of five stars. One reviewer expressed that everyone at the facility showed them compassion and care, and praised the program and tools provided to transition them back to a normal life.

This is my 3rd time in treatment. They say third time is a charm. They are right. Crestview recovery was an amazing experience. It was well organized and they knew what every individual needed to be successful on this journey of recovery. The staff was really nice and took care of all my needs. They were patient and gave me space when I needed it. They kept me busy and always learning something new everyday about myself and how addiction works. This treatment center has save me from death. I now strive to be my best self and show up even when I don’t want to. I’ve learned how to be patient with others because they were patient with me. This kinda of program will only work if you work it and I want to see change in yourself. Treatment gives you a new start to life no matter what awful things you did in the past. I highly recommend going to this treatment facility.

I attended the partial hospitalization and mental health outpatient program at Crestview, and it has helped me get my life and health back on track. I felt welcomed and supported by the staff. The counselors were compassionate, knowledgeable and truly dedicated to providing individualized help that addressed my needs. The program is structured similar to other PHP programs, providing a mix of group sessions and individualized therapy. The group sessions taught helpful skills, included some yoga, topic presentations, and allowed me to connect with others who were going through similar experiences. The individual and family sessions were where I felt Crestview really shined, providing individualized care that helped me get back on my feet, functioning and happy again. I would highly recommend Crestview.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Inpatient rehabs differ from outpatient facilities in the intensity and frequency of treatment. Clients in inpatient care reside at the treatment facility for the length of the program. They engage in intensive addiction counseling and recovery-focused life skills training. Treatment programs may draw from a variety of methods, including CBT, DBT, RBT, trauma therapy, and motivational interviewing. Holistic therapies, such as yoga and message, are frequently available to clients in inpatient care.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.
24-hour icon24-Hour Clinical Care
24-hour clinical care in Oregon offers a safe place for those experiencing withdrawal to recover in a medical detox program. Around-the-clock care lessens the risk of serious withdrawal symptoms and provides a more comfortable detox process. With medical staff on-site, more serious symptoms are less likely to develop and pose health threats. Medications and nutritional treatment can be provided, as well as mental health treatment to address any co-occurring disorders.
telehealth iconTelehealth
When in-person visits aren't possible, telehealth in Oregon allows you to access the care you need. Via remote access, you can meet with a specialist, get a prescription, learn about treatment, or consult with your doctor.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Oregon offers a full continuum of care for those struggling with addiction. From detox, to inpatient, to outpatient, to aftercare, Oregon residents can find the support they need for recovery. This treatment empowers individuals to replace drug use with positive alternatives and develop a healthier lifestyle.

Many of those suffering from addiction also suffer from mental or emotional illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Rehab and other substance abuse facilities treating those with a dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder administer psychiatric treatment to address the person's mental health issue in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

You can find comprehensive substance abuse treatment in Oregon, for individuals struggling with substance abuse and/or co-occurring mental health disorders. Typically, you'll find inpatient, outpatient, and residential programs, which incorporate evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Treatment usually begins with a comprehensive assessment and personalized treatment plan, which may involve individual, group, and family therapy. You'll also learn vital skills to help you sustain your sobriety.

Programs

teen-program thumbnail image
Teen program
Teen programs are designed to address the unique pressures teens face, pressures that can drive them to experiment with dangerous, addictive substances. They need programs that meet them exactly where they are and give them tools for long-term recovery. Therapy can help teenagers understand and work through underlying issues so they can reclaim the life ahead of them.
adult-program thumbnail image
Adult program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
seniors-program thumbnail image
Seniors program
Nearly one million adults age 65 and older live with a substance use disorder. Treatment providers who specialize in senior care understand the social, psychological, and physical effects of aging and how they relate to recovery. They can help clients address particular challenges and risks they may face as they get older such as overdosing and medication interactions and dependencies.
lgbtq-program thumbnail image
LGBTQ program
Recovery is most successful when clients feel accepted and validated by their peers and treatment providers. Facilities that offer LGBTQ-inclusive programming are committed to creating a safe space where everyone can grow and recover without fear of judgment or discrimination. They will have dedicated policies in place to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters free expression.
program-for-men thumbnail image
Program for men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.
program-for-women thumbnail image
Program for women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young adult program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Cognitive behavioral therapy is a one-on-one form of talk therapy conducted between a patient and a therapist. CBT is based on the fact that a person’s actions are greatly influenced by their personal thoughts and feelings. As a result, counselors use CBT to decrease negative thinking and increase positive thinking. This can lead to healthy changes. There are two primary elements of CBT: Functional analysis and skills training.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a modified form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a treatment designed to help people understand and ultimately affect the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. DBT is often used for individuals who struggle with self-harm behaviors, such as self-mutilation (cutting) and suicidal thoughts, urges, or attempts

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

I was in residential treatment for 30 days then outpatient program for 90 days. This place changed my life and helped me get to the root of my addiction. The counselors in the residential treatment and outpatient are amazing. I will miss them tremendously. Making connections with others really helped my recovery as well. It is so nice and refreshing to meet people that truly understand what you are going through. You are not alone, and when I finally realized that, I got the help I so desperately needed. I highly recommend Crestview!

Crestview made it possible to take my life back. If you’re like me, then the prospect of requiring outside and professional guidance to become the person you would like to and know you should be (whether it be uncovering that person again or discovering them for the first time) can be a terrifying and uncomfortable realization. In a lifetime of difficult decisions, going to treatment was the one of the most difficult decisions I have ever made. Once I got here though, all of that difficulty and doubt just melted away, and difficult as that decision was, it’s also the one I’m most proud of, and the one that has positively impacted my life the most. If you are unable to make the change you want to see in yourself and your life, I believe that Crestview is the best, and only, answer. I will be forever indebted to the wonderful, exceptional, and singularly dedicated staff who not only facilitated my journey, but also continually prove that that recovery does not have to be a messy, terrifying, insurmountable obstacle in your path to comfort and happiness, that instead it can be an effortless and exhilarating process, filled with joy, self-discovery, and daily gratitude. If not for those few excellent people, I would have been unable to escape my addiction. If you’re anything like me, and looking for positive change in your situation, I urge you to contact Crestview’s amazing team, you will not regret it! Thank you Crestview!

You are only treatable if they deem you worthy of it. Not everyone will make the cut based on a few simple questions and a lot of unrealistic assumptions.
