I want to give a huge shoutout to Ashley at the Veteran Affairs office—she is absolutely amazing! I was honestly expecting to be booked far out or even canceled like I’ve experienced before, where it took me nearly two months just to see my primary care provider.
But this time, Ashley went above and beyond—she got me an appointment in just six business days! She scheduled me for 12:30 PM, and I couldn’t be happier. I even told her I’d leave a review because her professionalism and kindness truly stood out.
For context, I called at 3:45 PM on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Ashley is a rockstar, and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Once again met with polite, helpful staff…. They went out of there way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. This lifeworks location is where I went after I completed inpatient. Ginger, Meredith and Maeve are all superstars and really care about helping you learn how to navigate through your addiction. The front staff is amazing and efficient. I wouldn't be where I am today without Lifeworks!
