Without this company or the employees that work there I would not be in my recovery how I am today. They have literally been a huge blessing in my life and I will be forever grateful for awakenings.

Though not a client, I can attest to the care and support the counselors here provide. I have seen lives changed in ways I didn't think possible. Regardless of your journey, they care about you and don't treat you like you're a criminal or bad person due to your mistakes.

Dental Clinic is very kind.

I've never had a problem with anyone that works there!!!!! I'd go back and I do go when I need too.

(This is specifically for the dental section) Does it smell bad sometimes? Yeah, it's full of underserved, sometimes mentally challenged, sometimes homeless people. Of course it smells bad sometimes. Do they sometimes cancel? Yeah they have before but that's human. Are the "offices" actually just several tables separated by rolling pin boards and random objects? Yes, but that's kind of charming. Like a pop up dental office in a zombie apocalypse. Have I run into at least one unlikable employee? Sure, people have off days it happens. Is it not a good experience for people with autism? Yeah it can be overwhelming with the sounds and smells and lack of continuity, but that's also literally everything in life (I have diagnosed level 1 autism so this isn't a projection, I get it) and we still do them. So, with all this, why am I giving it a whole 4 stars? Because I have no money, I can't work, I am on SSI, and many people refuse to even see me. When I came in here to get work on my teeth, the woman who seems to be the main dentist there almost immediately picked up on that I was having some sensory overload issues, allowed me to keep my headphones on while she works on my teeth, and does an amazing high quality job. She also doesn't judge, she asks questions. She was the first person to ever ask me why I don't brush my teeth, without judgement just curious. We found out together that the bristle type on the tooth brushes I have used are too coarse and that I need an extra soft style tooth brush. Beyond that, while they were working on my teeth the assistant was talking about how she had another job where she works every day she isn't doing assistant dental work. I was so impressed with that. They are real hard workers, and they are trying. Just like the people who go to the office, who are at the bottom of the barrel of humanity, disregarded, ignored, these people deserve some respect, and understanding about why they might be a little cranky sometimes, or why the office might smell bad. As for cancelations, can you imagine how often they get sick in a place like this where people might not bath, or have issues untreated, or don't even think about things like covid, and the flu? It's probably super hard.

The program of this center is the best of all, I'm very grateful to the staff who helped me at all times to achieve my recovery, now I am a happy person, I enjoy my family who are proud of the changes I have made. I wouldn't have been able to do so quickly if had not been for the help I received in this place.

I have nothing but kindness,compassion and empathy from the front desk,intake and now my therapist. Amazing place to go for your mental health!

Columbia wellness is 5 stars all across the board. The counselors are fantastic, and they are truly concerned about each patient. Also I might add the resources they have show true concern for the patients. Between Columbia Wellness and Recovery Cafe in Kelso, There is no reason for anybody to be homeless and on the streets !!! JESUS BLESS !!!

I have been seeing a Dr. at Columbia Welness and a Therapist for a few years now. I have confidence in my Dr. and a good relationship with my Therapist. All of the staff has always treated respectfully and with kindness. . I am more than satisfied with the staff . I haven't ever had a bad experience with Columbia Wellness

This is the most wonderful center that I have met, in general, the staff is very good, but the counselors who took care of me, they were very kind and helpful, in this place has a very pleasant atmosphere.

This place is great. Daniel is a cool person to talk to. Annabelle, Dana and the crew are always really nice and efficient. The psychiatrist listens to me and works with me and I like talking to them.

I have gone here more 4 years and it has changed my life. I had no where to go and lost everything and when I showed up they took me in and picked me up at my lowest in life. They go out of their way to help you and they have been a life saver for myself. I could never have got threw my issues and they changed my life for the good.

I had to attend a drug and alcohol education class facilitated by Scott Sims CDC and I was dreading it a bit. I assumed it would be dull and redundant. This class was anything but. Scott is knowledgeable, passionate, articulate and I learned a tremendous amount of information. I would definitely recommend Columbia Treatment services.

1st call ever for services and Brandon receptionist/councilman was very professional and informative in helping resolve any concerns I had asked.

Just transferred and the dr.is phenomenal. Counselors are sweet and the nurses and front desk are just as kind. Its centered around recovery and doesn't use manipulation like most other clinics. I had to kiss ass to get my monthly Takeouts at my old clinic. I had never once given a dirty UA in 15 yrs. I missed group and had a bad fit for a counselor and did not get any take outs all of those years until the counselor moved on to private practice. Im grateful for ctc.

Love the service great hospitality from front desk to providers. Always great in listening and helping alleviate cares. Great at helping with medications and plans of action for mental health improvement. Arabelle goes above and beyond in her care and I am so grateful. Thank you.

Wow. I’m surprised by the bad reviews. I’m sorry people had such a bad experience. I had a really good experience. My counselor really helped me a lot. My daughter also comes here & she has had a really great experience too. I’m sure part of it is who your counselor is. But if you get a counselor you don’t mesh with, speak up and ask to be switched to another one. But yeah, mine has really helped me

I had been through treatment programs before, but I always went to a program for my wife or family. When I came to Western Psychological I finally came to treatment for myself. I finally realized that staying sober had to be my number one priority.

My wife is there and they are taking great care of her

With a positive attitude, everything is possible. For me, it was unimaginable not consuming and being happy, but this place taught me that I was utterly wrong. It restores my faith in myself and my hope in getting better and stop feeding my addiction.
