I Went to detox in Hotel California only planning on doing detox. The staff and the enviroment were so great I ended up staying for residential. The program was amazing and I'm going home a new person.

I am truly grateful for my time at this rehab facility. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported and understood. The staff here are not only compassionate, but also highly equipped to help people in the critical early stages of recovery. They provide guidance, structure, and encouragement that makes the process feel possible even on the hardest days. One of the things that stood out most to me was how much emphasis they place on overall wellness, especially nutrition. The meals were thoughtfully prepared to promote healing, restore energy, and support both physical and mental recovery. It made a huge difference to know that what I was eating was part of my treatment and not just an afterthought. The medical team was also incredibly attentive. They addressed my needs promptly and ensured I always felt safe and cared for. Having that level of professional support allowed me to focus fully on my recovery. This rehab is not just a place for treatment—it’s a place where people can begin to rebuild their lives with dignity, care, and the right tools for lasting recovery. Nancy is truly a blessing in my life. From the very start, her incredible patience and kindness made me feel seen and heard in a way I never thought possible. She didn’t rush me or judge me—she took all the time I needed to open up and truly understood the depth of what I was going through. She saw through my struggles and immediately helped me face them head-on with compassion and wisdom. Every step she suggested felt like it was made just for me, perfectly matching what I needed in that moment. Life changed, learned myself inside and out and have improved in aspect, physically, mentally, spiritually and would recommend this treatment program to anybody and everybody addict or not, i think this is a great reset and if youve gotten to the point you are reading this for yourself or someone else, please give it a chance it’s worth it.

I honestly don't know why the rating for this treatment center is low, I have been to evergreen and nwih and this place doses you the quickest. And the staff is friendly, there's no judgment. It's a clean clinic, for all that I'd give it 5 stars based on my experience so far. It's definitely better than the other clinics I have been too. Hopefully their ratings will goo up.

Gosh, where do I start lol. I contact them about an issue, turns out they weren't able to "help" me but they indeed helped me sooooo much! I spoke to a lady named Krystal. She was so empathetic, compassionate, thorough, professional, knowledgeable and polite. I was so impressed. The level of care was top tier. Even though they couldn't help me with my main concern, she reiterated that they had no issue with being a beacon for some sound advice and resources to help me on my journey of finding what I needed. The Center was a godsend and completely helped my wife get the tools she needed to work on her depression. She is back to her old self with the joy and confidence that are her trademarks. She was in a dark dark place for many years. She specifically credits the staff and the DBT classses at The Center. She also did a sleep study and several nutrition classes that made a big difference for her. I would recommend The Center for depression (ands anxiety) treatment). They seem to have a very good reputation in these areas and my wife was extremely pleased with her treatment.

Our son went to The Center in a very dark place. We all felt it was his last chance to get "well". Severe depression, drugs and anxiety attacks has sapped any remaining hope from him. Frankly we were both desperate and skeptical that anything could work. But we read everything about The Center and watched what seemed like 100 personal testimonies from previous clients. We called and spoke with admissions and they were wonderful. They answered all our questions and were very warm and professional. My son did go to The Center and all I can say is we have our son back. His turnaround was simply amazing. It was hard work. At first he did not want to be there. But the staff was so supporting and really made him feel like he could do it. The individual sessions and the group sessions made a big impact on him, as did the DBT classes. He has made friends for a lifetime and can't imagine being in the place he was just a few months ago. I highly recommend The Center for anyone needing help.

This place has been amazing for my son and his recovery! Everyone on the staff is very supportive, from the medical staff, therapists, and everyone else. These people really care and are giving the patients the tools to succeed! My son says the food is nothing short of delicious and everyone is like family. Also, everyone there in recovery is there because they want to be not because they are court mandated. If you are your loved ones are looking for help, this is the place to go!

Northpoint was an amazing experience for me. The staff are all great, we got our phones a couple times a week, and visitors every weekend. I would highly recommend this place for anyone ready to get sober! The outpatient experience is equally as great because the staff all really care and are passionate about helping people in recovery

While not perfect, Northpoint definitely has more pros than cons. Definitely worth the 28 day stay to have solid footing for a reset

I went through PHASE1 IOP and PHASE 2 CONTINUING CARE. The care, guidance and professionalism were top notch. This made recovery much more approachable. Highly recommended.

Great staff. Fully supported me in my recovery and ongoing care. They offer amazing therapists and knowledgeable case managers. Lakeside truly helped me get my life back on track. Update : I am now a year sober and could not have gotten here without the education, connections, and resources provided my Lakeside Milam.

This place was amazing, energy from this place is something I cannot explain, it is just so peaceful and calming. Even my visitors felt this and wouldn't want to leave. The counselors and support staff make such a wonderful sense of community, most of which are recovering addicts themselves and do not act as if they are any better than the patients. I came in completely broken, unable to leave the house for years, couldnt walk from a bad back and lack of exercise. They healed me emotionally, physically, spiritually to a point that I could have never hoped for in my wildest dreams. I'm not the same broken man I was walking in. I have hope, mobility, sobriety, tools and knowledge to remain sober and so many new life long friends. Olalla will always have a special place in my heart.

Great facility. Amazing staff. Sure they bill your insurance, that's how it works. Lol Your drug dealer billed you. The counselors were awesome, the food was outstanding and the recovery is real. Anyone complaining didn't want it.

My experience with the health board has always been beneficial in whatever I'm in need of. From DV council to treatment concerns, general health to help with housing concerns. This last visit was to see the dentist and again, the service from making a appointment, to actually being seen was absolutely attentive to all my needs. I was put on a stand by list so, if there was a cancellation, I was offered a earlier appointment!! So I was seen way earlier than I was going to be seen, and I'm not exaggerating the procedure filling a cavity I had was literally almost painless I felt a tiny prick and that was it. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I also had my teeth cleaned and that was a very pleasant experience also. Everyone on the team is in good communication with each other so, you don't get the right hand doesn't know what the Left hand is doing run around. And the whole vibe was just professional and kinda laid back. So you can relax and trust your in a professional caring environment. It's excellent for family from kids to seniors. Now the location is definitely urban with urban issues. but, I've never had a problem getting to my appointments and, I take public transportation. However there is parking onsite also. All in all just a wonderful place.
