This place is definitely a place that tries. They are not perfect, but if you are seeking treatment, I would recommend them.I stayed at the adult residential treatment side and overall it was good. Most staff are amazing and kind. The other residents are non-aggressive and mainly are happy. The food is generally top quality, but they don t have alot of variety. There is alot of rules you need to follow that may not apply to your specific condition, but overall its not to restrictive after you level up. Some staff enforce alot others are really chill.Also I like turtles.

I loved my experience at Thira. I did the Morning IOP and it was a great way to learn skills to navigate big emotions, help gain perspective in this chaotic world, and just be a better human who is accountable for their own stuff. Group was great - working with others who want to do better too. It s a lot of hard work, and you have to be willing to look inward, but it s rewarding.

I have been through four rehabs. I came to ATA because my attorney sent me to them. I was arrested for DUI. My checkered past with rehabs came from jobs or family members pressuring me. I ignored everything until I was arrested. I had a blackout and drove. I could have killed people. Everyday I see the news and read about people who drive drunk and killed people. I am blessed not to be in the news. My assessment from ATA opened my eyes. I have had a lot of violence and trauma in my life, but I have to take responsibility for my choices in life. I am grateful for the compassion and guidelines i got from the relapse prevention program. ATA did everything to make me grow. They did not lock me into a never ending program for their own profit.

So to preface, I m giving my current therapist 5 stars 100%. She s super helpful and has been a tremendous help!!As for past care, I d say it s quite rocky. Some therapists and psychiatrists that I worked with were good, while others not so much. Maybe we just didn t fit, maybe they just weren t that good, who cares. I think this is a great place to get help when you need it. If I wasn t seeing my current therapist I d probably rate a 3 or lower because trying to contact psychiatrists, can be a grueling process when in between appointments. And sometimes it felt like I was a trial run with some seemingly inexperienced therapists. As seen by reviews though, you have to have your own experience here to draw a conclusion on if you like it.

Will update my review in the future if needed. So far care has been excellent, I did a walk-in and got an intake the same day, then got assigned a counselor right away who has been on time and communicative about appointments. Starting med management soon, the waitlist was actually shorter than estimated. Friendly front desk staff. Clean and attractive facility with good privacy features. Can always find a parking space in the medium-sized parking lot.

I've never experienced more than a few minutes of wait time on the phone and have had a wonderful experience here with my therapist. This was the only place that was accepting new clients on Medicaid after two hours and 29 phone calls to various clinics that were listed on the Medicaid website. There have been snags and miscommunications for sure, but overall this place has been a great resource.

Love this place, meetings from 6am -11pm everyday. Great food and tons of parking.

I walked in here in September 1982 thinking my shattered life of 15 years was over. Hazel who ran the cafe, a gruff but loving lady made me sit down and have a sandwich and milk. For the next 5 years they raised me, an irritating punk, showing love and understanding beyond measure, mentoring me in the life of recovery and spritual principles of AA until my fledgling wings let me fly on my own to other places of recovery and respite from the storms of life. It's barely changed, has great coffee now and much more food! A meeting is available nearly every hour in such variety and different people your sure to find your place in what will always be my true home! God bless you and thank you Hilltop, with all my heart

This is a wonderful place to go and spend time. The cafe has great food, there are meetings almost every hour all week long, and the members area has a fireplace with comfortable chairs. It is a relaxing place to spend time even when you aren t going to a meeting.

I have had 3 kids attend ABA and speech therapy at MeBe Bellevue. We moved here from out of state, and the staff made the move easy. They coordinated with the previous ABA facility to get latest assessments and current techniques that we were using. We were able to coordinate a start date 2 months out for all 3 kids. My kids have worked with 3 BCBAs and many RBTs here and they ve all been wonderful and helped my kids progress and transition to school. The BCBAs are always suggesting resources and fun community activities we can participate in. All of the therapists here are kind and fun!My oldest daughter is non-verbal, elopes, and self-harms. Amber, the speech therapist, progressed her on her AAC device from short requests to full sentences, which was such a great achievement that the school district s speech therapist was impressed. One of the therapists, Christina, was especially great with my daughter! She was always smiling and took things at my daughter s pace. All of the therapists encouraged my daughter to use her AAC device and the few verbal words she has. My daughter is in kindergarten now, and the BCBAs provided assessments to the school district to aid in the IEP process, and offered to help during the IEP process as well. They continue to ask about her even though she s not at MeBe anymore!My middle child has emotional regulation issues and the RBTs at this location are phenomenal at encouraging him to self-soothe and come up with techniques he can use to separate himself from whatever is bothering him. My youngest has mild autism, and the therapists here have gotten her up to speed with where she should be for her age. Aleesha is helping us with my younger kids transitions to preschool. MeBe has been on board with all of our personal goals in addition to the insurance goals. We ve worked on potty training, speech, emotional regulation, parallel play, working in groups, and many, many other skills. They make all of the tasks fun, so the kids aren t just working at a table. They re playing games, making a mess, talking through feelings, singing songs! My kids have seen great progress here and have enjoyed their time here.

We have been coming here for a little over 2 years for ABA, speech and feeding therapies. My son absolutely loves going into therapy and he has made so much progress since he started with them. After completing his ABA program we decided to stay with MeBe to continue his feeding and speech. He has so much fun when in therapy and I love seeing all progress he has made. I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pierson for years. He and the office Staff have always been prompt and helpful. I am greatful for Dr. Pierson, he is one reason I am still alive today.

Saul is great. Very respectful and kind and good at his job. Makes you feel welcomed. The clinic is not comfortable or inviting. The patients don't have access to the patient portal and my psychiatrist told me that it is because of "our population."

Everything about this place is amazing! The front desk staff was attentive and kind, and Dr. Zhang is amazing. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a psychiatrist. Every staff member is kind and welcoming to everyone, and their services are great!
