Lakeside Auburn was an excellent place to start recovery at every level. Bill my counselor during phase 1 was great, compassionate, insightful, a great mentor and holds everyone accountable. Tree Lighting was pretty fun our kids had a blast. They talk to Santa got glitter tattoos, and played in the fake snow machine. It ended with all 4 kids smiling, laughing, and singing all the way home.
Just thought id give an honest unbiased review unlike the rest of the people on here who are just upset because the outcome isnt what they desired.
I was honestly stressed coming in because i have PTSD so going to places are naturally worrisome for me but each lady at that front desk made me feel listened to and respected.
Oh and to the people who complain because the desk ladies chat to each other, would you rather a non friendly environment? If you would prefer a rude/hostile place then go to intercepts in federal way.

I had a time deciding if I needed help, but once I did they were really helpful to me and walked me through every step of the way. There are amazing people working there and are really willing to help.
I had a really positive experience working with Kim Westom for my drug and alcohol evaluation. She was kind, professional, and genuinely took the time to listen and understand my situation instead of just checking boxes.
Kim made what could've been a stressful process feel respectful and fair.
I truly appreciate her balanced approach and the supportive recommendation she provided. You can tell she cares about people. I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone needing an evaluation - she's compassionate, thorough, and treats you like a human being, not a case file.

I went to the visitors class and thought they did a good job of explaining addictive behaviors and a little of the brain science behind it without it being overwhelming. I recommend it to anyone, whether they've already had experience with loved ones in recovery or not. We are always learning new things about the brain and modalities to help us deal with it. The counselor was great and made me feel welcome.

Kevin, Is a great IOP counselor. Went though our assignments very firmly and thoroughly and made sure we understood what was being taught before moving on, very patient and understanding. I highly recommend this program if you or some one you know is struggling with addiction.

Absolutely blown away by the staff. While the facilities aren’t stellar, that’s not what we need. You get exactly what you need here and I’d recommend Royal to anyone looking to live a life in recovery.
I had a filling done. It was the most painless fast experience I've had doing that. Im really impressed with Frm Lang and the lady who assisted him during the process. Both very kind and professional.

My experience with the health board has always been beneficial in whatever I'm in need of. From DV council to treatment concerns, general health to help with housing concerns. This last visit was to see the dentist and again, the service from making a appointment, to actually being seen was absolutely attentive to all my needs. I was put on a stand by list so, if there was a cancellation, I was offered a earlier appointment!! So I was seen way earlier than I was going to be seen, and I'm not exaggerating the procedure filling a cavity I had was literally almost painless I felt a tiny prick and that was it. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I also had my teeth cleaned and that was a very pleasant experience also. Everyone on the team is in good communication with each other so, you don't get the right hand doesn't know what the Left hand is doing run around. And the whole vibe was just professional and kinda laid back. So you can relax and trust your in a professional caring environment. It's excellent for family from kids to seniors. Now the location is definitely urban with urban issues. but, I've never had a problem getting to my appointments and, I take public transportation.
However there is parking onsite also. All in all just a wonderful place.

If you’re in need of help The Seattle Indian Center is the place to go. They will help you as much as possible along with finding detox, counseling, housing. You just need to ask. The are our relatives
CC Detox was very helpful when I called looking for information about treatment options. The lady I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, and really tried to help me find what I needed. Great experience overall.

Took a few tries — really nice and understanding once connected.
I am giving a 5 star for the most welcoming people that answer the phone. I have tried to get a hold of my doctor for a week, even used my chart. Valerie has helped me through all this frustration and I think she is great. She is so helpful and makes sure my messages are sent but my doctor has been out all week and now she's out next week, returning again on Wednesday. I just wanted to let the staff know that the front desk goes above and beyond to get things done. And I appreciate all of you. Valerie is very kind and understanding and I wish the doctor I have would treat me as important as the ladies that answer my calls.

I really hope people read these reviews so that employees can get the recognition they deserve! The staff here are just so welcoming, from the physicians to the security staff. I wanted to give a special shout out to Fatima, she has always been so attentive and caring to me during my time with Dr Almond. I was in crisis a few months ago and Fatima went above and beyond to make sure I was seen same day by a physician even though Dr Almond was out. I am doing amazing now on my new medication and Fatima may have saved my life that day by being such a caring and attentive person. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Fatima!

I Went to detox in Hotel California only planning on doing detox. The staff and the enviroment were so great I ended up staying for residential. The program was amazing and I'm going home a new person.

I am truly grateful for my time at this rehab facility. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported and understood. The staff here are not only compassionate, but also highly equipped to help people in the critical early stages of recovery. Life changed, learned myself inside and out and have improved in aspect, physically, mentally, spiritually and would recommend this treatment program to anybody and everybody addict or not, i think this is a great reset and if youve gotten to the point you are reading this for yourself or someone else, please give it a chance it’s worth it.
I have really enjoyed my experiences with this location. Both Primary and Secondary care have always shown to be caring, friendly and genuinely concerned with my health and well-being. They have also always been on time with my appointments. Thank you to all the Doctors and staff.

My orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Chansky and his staff were excellent at every stage of my knee arthroplasty. I'm grateful for the outstanding nursing staff, physical therapy staff and occupational therapy staff for their professionalism and friendly demeanor during my stay. The kitchen served fantastic 5 star restaurant food I enjoyed. The free parking garage always had room for vehicles and overall, I would recommend this V.A. hospital to any veteran that requires care.

This place is amazing. Don't let the location put you off. The receptionist is awesome. Very kind, communicative and funny. Her lil puppy is the cutest, too! I had Kenny for my counselor, and he did not disappoint. He listened to what I had to say, and didn't make me feel rushed or unheard. I look forward to my time here. Thank you!

Alta really cares about the people who come here, I gave birth 11/19/2022 and started Alta December 2022. Since starting my family has had some medical problems one after the other most recently my 3month old had to have surgery. The staff at Alta has been so supportive, understanding & kind. I’m extremely glad this is where I came for treatment, you really can tell they truly care about the people who come here.
This place saved my life. All the staff is kind, professional, and strives to help without any judgement.

I honestly don't know why the rating for this treatment center is low, I have been to evergreen and nwih and this place doses you the quickest. And the staff is friendly, there's no judgment. It's a clean clinic, for all that I'd give it 5 stars based on my experience so far. It's definitely better than the other clinics I have been too. Hopefully their ratings will goo up.

Gosh, where do I start lol. I contact them about an issue, turns out they weren't able to "help" me but they indeed helped me sooooo much! I spoke to a lady named Krystal. She was so empathetic, compassionate, thorough, professional, knowledgeable and polite. I was so impressed. The level of care was top tier. Even though they couldn't help me with my main concern, she reiterated that they had no issue with being a beacon for some sound advice and resources to help me on my journey of finding what I needed. Thank you again THS of Bellevue.
The education I have received from Lakeside Milam has and will continue to help me with my recovery. I had tried to quit drinking on my own in the past only to fail. I now have the tools and education to be successful. I would recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with addiction.

Great place to learn how deal with what problems and or addictions you have. And they’re willing to help you as much as YOU would like to be helped as well as going over and beyond. I’ve had a Great experience and would HIGHLY recommend this treatment center to anyone that is in need.l and would want a change.
I have been going to the Kent Comprehensive treatment Center for a little over a year now. I did have a small break after only being a client for 3 months or so. But came back because I was ready to use the program for what its intended for. I've made some friends at the clinic. I credit the in person art group for helping me rediscover my love for coloring/drawing. The staff are always super friendly. And the counselors are all here for us when we need the help. If you've contemplated going to a methadone clinic, I will always recommend doing it. Cause it saved my life as well as my girlfriends. And I will always be grateful for that

Im on my second week this week and I truly love it the two girls in reception are total sweethearts and my counselor Amy i knew her 5 seconds before I knew I was in good hands I instantly felt comfortable and that I could tell her anything and I new she actually cares and isn't there just for a paycheck ! And idk why I didn't listen to people sooner about getting on the program it's working and I'm slowly but surely getting better

I walked into Bayview at my lowest point in life. It was hard for me to accept treatment. I refused that I needed help. I thought I was fine and that I did not need the help.However that really did change after spending some time in the mental health and substance abuse programs. The counselors were really amazing and the way they structure their program really does help. Every one of the staff is easily approachable and they can all relate to you as the patient in some way. The staff do everything they can to help you and make you feel safe and easy to talk to them. I went in as a broken man and I came out someone better. If you really want to get better, this is the place to do it. Anyone here that writes a bad review or says that it did not work here in the review section did not try to get better. Instead they are blaming a place that truly cares about the patient and they gave up on themselves.Again if you really do want to get better come to this place because I cannot think of another program that is well structured, professional, and as caring as Bayview.
This place offers super quick and convenient service! Even though my son was born in a different county, the staff confirmed over the phone that they handle birth certificates for all of Washington state. I was able to pick up the certificate and was finished within five minutes.

Security took one look at me with my frantic demeanor, said “you need your birth certificate miss?” I shook my head, he said “the kiosks are to your right when you walk in, grab a ticket and they’ll call you”, I had no wait time and the young lady upheld such professionalism, was also very kind. I had an expiring options contract, and I needed to move. Time was of the essence. I called the Robinhood support number help and was called back within seconds. The options specialist on the Robinhood customer service phone number was calm and efficient. They explained my options—selling, exercising, or letting it expire—and what would happen to the underlying hood stock. Their common sense in a stressful situation was simply amazing.
This place is what you make it and change is here if you want it. It’s been a life saver and that’s the truth! If you need help this is the place I would start looking! Thanks to everyone here that makes the world work better!!

I was an athlete my whole life—earning multiple full-ride scholarship offers to play college basketball and football. I thrived as the starting quarterback at Glacier Peak High School and competed in a wide range of sports: MMA, black belts in karate and Tae Kwon Do, BMX biking, snowboarding, surfing, rock climbing, and more. But a string of serious injuries changed everything: I broke two vertebrae in my back playing football, tore my MCL and ACL playing basketball, broke my nose, and suffered many other major injuries.
My addiction began as a direct result of being overprescribed opioid pain medication for these injuries. Back then, opioid prescriptions were handed out far more freely and without the strict oversight we have today. I became one of many who unknowingly fell victim to that crisis.
After years of pain and physical setbacks, I also suffered a severe work injury as a marine machinist at the Port of Seattle shipyard—where I proudly served as a member of IAM Locals 76 and 79, District 160. I herniated two discs in my lower back, lost my mobility, and was forced to give up the physical lifestyle that defined me.
Evergreen Treatment Services changed my life. From the moment I started at their Seattle clinic through the support I received at the Renton clinic during difficult times, ETS has been nothing short of outstanding. Their professionalism is unmatched—efficient, kind, courteous, and deeply compassionate. Staff don’t just treat you—they truly care and go above and beyond to help. My counselor Jeff is wise, supportive, and positive, even on my darkest days. Every team member, from front desk to nurses and technicians, treats you with respect and dignity.
I’ve been a patient and receiver of M.A.T. Services (medication assisted treatment) for over 15 years. As a result of my addiction, I spent over 5 years incarcerated in prison and additional time in county jails, psych ward etc. I have tried countless programs - including Suboxone, the vivitrol shot, I've been to 10 treatment programs intensive inpatient, intensive outpatient, halfway house programs faith-based recovery programs including teen challenge and the Los Angeles dream Center Christian Boot camp discipleship program, NA, AA, CA, Celebrate Recovery, SMART recovery, Buddhist Recovery - but nothing compares to the stability and hope I’ve found through methadone treatment at ETS. Despite homelessness, serious health issues, and mental health challenges, I’ve never missed a dose or a day. Their unwavering support has been the foundation of my recovery and new life.
From me, my fiancé, my family, and friends—who are so happy to have their son, brother, nephew, grandson, friend etc back from the grip of fentanyl addiction - thank you, Evergreen Treatment Services, for all that you do for people like me. 🙏🏼
