This is a fantastic place to live. Everyone friendly have no trouble at all. Staff will take care of you if having a problem. 3 meals a day plus a snack in the evening. Good sized room and closet.

I decided that editing my review was definitely necessary! My start here when transferring from another clinic, was rough to say the least! I was not happy, I regretted the transfer, and I literally screamed and cursed at one of the employees for several minutes completely unwarranted (this is not something I have ever done without feeling pushed to that point) and that is when I left the review I did. After having left that review, I received a phone call from the clinic manager personally (I do believe that's what she said her title was) she apologized, promised to look into the issues, gave me her cell phone number, and told me if I had any issues moving forward to call her personally! That interaction changed my opinion tremendously, because every business has bad days, bad employees, or just that one person that catches the short end of the stick, these things happen and it's in how it's handled that makes the difference. My situation was handled amazing, my review was read and heard, I received a personal and sincere apology, and changes were made! That is a comoany that stands out to me!!!! Aside from that my counselor is genuine, relatable, and encouraging when needed. I saw another counselor for orientation, Bob I do believe his name was and again very nice, relatable, easy to talk to. Congrats on your 8 years sober btw!!!! All of the nurses (except one that I rarely see anyway) are extremely nice. All around this place is great, great for resources, and I am thriving more in the year I've been here than the 14 at 5 other clinics in 3 other states! Thank you northwest integrated for not only changing my mind, but being exactly what I needed to move to the maintenance phase of my 15 years of sobriety!!

The Ladies behind door #2 are absolutely the most amazing and welcoming staff I have ever encountered in any of my appointment type to-do list activities I have had to deal with. I was a little nervous going to get a mental health assessment and it was come to find out nothing near what I expected after seeing how easy to talk to and understanding the staff were when it came to my particular situation (GRE/DOC) and they made it more of a social visit rather than a new client walk in it felt like. Especially Ms.Shannon who said she was new here but I don't know if I buy that because she did an amazing job💯🎉🎊⚠️ Thank you again ladies so much and I hope to see y'all again next week 👋👍

I’ve been going to Greater Lakes since March 2025. When I first started, I had a female therapist who was always super kind and made therapy very enjoyable! Eventually, I was switched to a male therapist, but only after they asked me a few times if I’d be okay with that (which I was, and still am). I was a little nervous to switch but he is so easy to talk to and always brings positive energy to tough situations. I’m really happy with where I’m at now mentally thanks to the support I’ve gotten here. I’ve never had any issues with scheduling, and the ladies at the front desk are always so sweet and helpful! :)

I just attended classes today both the ADIS and victims panel. Our class time and instructor was a great facilitator (he kept us engaged and continued to ask questions). We had a group of great participants that took the class seriously and learned from each other. Then in the same day was the victims panel and our facilitator was fantastic with our group. Our guests sharing their life stories truly moved me to emotional tears. I’m grateful for today and this opportunity to participate in a unique way. Via Zoom. I’m recommending this “if I encounter anyone in the future” needing these classes.

I couldn’t thank Heather, Staff, and also my constituents enough for assisting me with gaining a clearer perspective on recovery/sobriety. Heather has been an incredible advocate for me with court matters, she listens to understand/ relate at a high level, very ambitious like myself in remaining progressive in all aspects of life, and is very amazing at cooking up creative group classes!. The staff are tremendously helpful, positive and supportive. The group I was apart of were A “iron sharpening iron”, group that would strive to arrive early, chime in even on our worst days/ best days we stayed honest with ourselves / transparent within the group, some would even stay late just to talk further with Heather and I will always be grateful for her/ the groups feedback/ support. With her help it has been one year and four months of me committing myself to sober living; I struggled terribly with alcohol/ black out episodes that would always land me in custody; which was due to my struggle with denial to admit that I Lamont have a disease of addiction to alcohol/ weed amongst other lesser problematic things which I seen as “acceptable” forms of coping mechanisms. Today I have more effective ways to cope with Life’s Challenges, I can Look myself in the mirror with love, acceptance, & accountability, my family/ friends love me still and Ive gained an optimistic outlook on my present, future, family and others no matter what the circumstances are. Again Thank You Heather and staff…!!! If you’ve made it this far remember “It’s never too late” to start today, on becoming the best version of You, For You, your family, and all who want the same. Please Don’t quit, it is life changing, (You are Worth It) & it’s extremely hard work BUT what helped me was understanding life is already complex for Everybody… Why make matters egregiously more complicated and continue digging A deeper hole, losing irreplaceable time, priceless moments, family and Quality of existence when WE can STOP digging today… (It’s ok to put the Shovel down) & start fighting like Our life/ freedom depends on it,(Beacuse in my case It does)…. climb out utilizing all the help, resources and support we can/ need in order to Heal, & hold ourselves accountable, to see ourselves in a better light/ position and become immersed in “right thinking/ living”, that All would be Amazed by. #It’s Never2Late You God This. Olalla was a life changing experience and gave me the tools I needed to get and stay sober. Kevin, my counselor, is an amazing and compassionate person who guided me through the recovery process. The Olalla staff are kind and patient and were always willing to give me the help I absolutely needed. The treatment center is located on was a hilltop forest overlooking Puget Sound, which is incredibly beautiful and the perfect environment for recovery. Walking the trail surrounding the property every morning was awesome. The food is wonderful and there is lots of it. I would recommend this treatment center to anyone who is serious about getting sober!!

I was at Ollala back in March of 2024 for a 28 days inpatient stay. It was the best decision of my life., and credit this experience and all I learned about addiction and myself for my continued sobriety today.The entire experience here at Ollala was incredible. The staff and counselors are so accepting and compassionate, they truly make you feel important. I would recommend Ollala Recovery Centers to anyone!!

She wasn’t sure what we needed to get him approved, but she found out on the spot and ensured it was taken care of thru the tribe. Honestly I was nervous just to do detox because I thought I'd be locked down in a room but they have games and activities like tai chi, yoga, going to the gym and the food is great! I eat 3 meals a day and get these golden opportunities to have more life into me instead of me thinking to use. I was going to stay for 7 days but im doing 21! Then going to another 12 week program to better my living situation and start fresh with other people that you spend time with!

My experience at LSM was very educational. The staff here is always supportive and they individuals in class are just as helpful. It was a very judge free environment. I have been going to the Kent Comprehensive treatment Center for a little over a year now. I did have a small break after only being a client for 3 months or so. But came back because I was ready to use the program for what its intended for. I've made some friends at the clinic. I credit the in person art group for helping me rediscover my love for coloring/drawing. The staff are always super friendly. And the counselors are all here for us when we need the help. If you've contemplated going to a methadone clinic, I will always recommend doing it. Cause it saved my life as well as my girlfriends. And I will always be grateful for that

Im on my second week this week and I truly love it the two girls in reception are total sweethearts and my counselor Amy i knew her 5 seconds before I knew I was in good hands I instantly felt comfortable and that I could tell her anything and I new she actually cares and isn't there just for a paycheck ! I was a resident here. Changed my life. Have till 9/21/2026 for my year sober. I plan on going back to offer my services if they are looking for any workers once i have my year. Staff was very polite and respectful. Made sure I had everything I wanted with in reason of their boundaries and rules. Food was spectacular. And they offer a snack bar 24/7. had coffee first thing in the morning every morning. Get TV with YouTube available in rooms. And they set you up when you go home. I went here 6 years ago for 60 days for adderall and prescribed medication addiction and it changed my life. I did Discover Recovery first for detox / stabilization and it was amazing and then they provided transportation to PHP at Bayview and it actually worked! Bayview is honest and ethical and treats their clients like humans with rights. I was never trapped or drugged against my will I had rights and my needs and my health were listened to. I had gone to many expensive places before Bayview where I was dehumanized, traumatized, trapped, lied to, manipulated and came out worse and medically drugged up and disabled than I was when I went in, Bayview was not that! Bayview cured me! Bayview got me back to my humaness, inner strength, and the ability to learn to live life without having to be on the high amounts of prescribed meds that I powerless over (ADD meds (over 1,000 mgs adderall a day with high dose SSRI’s, and eventually moderate sleeping pills/alcohol, main issue was Vyvanse and Adderall) that had taken over my life for more than a decade. It’s not the fanciest looking place, but it is the most honest and ethical place that respects clients and will actually give the opportunity to learn how to function in the world without substances and make it so you can function after leaving treatment. It was personalized and I was listened to and actually helped and the doctors/therapist/ owner actually got to know me and cared about what happened to me. I was believed as a human, not as an addict. I was not in a mill or a number. I also detoxed for 14 days at the place in Oregon called Discover Recovery before going to PHP and that was the most comfortable, comforting, and complete feeling of gratitude and relief detox experience ever. Thank you Discover Recovery for providing such a great experience where I felt safe and like I was going to be okay for the first time in a long time. I will be forever grateful. Bayview PHP and detox at Discover Recovery were both amazing and turned my life around. I also did sober living for 6 months afterwards at Seattle Sober Living which was excellent. I needed the extra help at Discover Recovery first for stabilization and detox and then they provide transportation to Bayview which helped me learn how to do adult things like going to the gym and cooking for myself for the first time in over 10 years without being on high amounts of pharmaceuticals that I never believed I could live without. It actually worked! Thank you so much for treating me like a human being in a system that often takes advantage of addicts and mentally ill people trying to get help. The staff provided clear informed consent and listened to me and treated me with respect and dignity and I had a voice if something felt off. I was always informed and active member of my care and had the ability to speak up on my needs and was listened to and believed. I should have written this review sooner I was there in January 2020 right before COVID. I do not know if it is the same staff now but I’m guessing the values and set up is similar. I thought “I was different” from other addicts because my addiction started from a doctor but this place worked when I had lost all hope anything ever could. I also was fortunate enough to find a beautiful nice sober living place afterwards , seattle sober living, that I did for 6 months afterwards which was also amazing. I had more rights at Bayview than the big corporate places I had tried before, which were advertised as fancy but in reality were lockdown inhumane money factory facilities that made me worse. Bayview wasnt always glamorous, but it was ethical and set me up for success, it did not set me up for a revolving door recovery trap like so many places do. I had choice, information, and rights in how I was treated and medicated in my recovery, and I learned to actually function again without drugs thanks to Bayview. Going to Discover Recovery first to stabilize and Seattle Sober Living afterwards so I had gradual increase in independence was excellent

I am so sad writing this I absolutely have had the best experience here I’ve always felt heard, I’ve always had a great experience till today I have never missed anything I was supposed to do and today I drove another 120 miles after going yesterday for a dose evaluation I am required a yearly ekg already done but the new guy decided he wanted another ekg I do it as always my anxiety messes it up, after being there 3 hours I’m now stuck in traffic for 3 hours as the freeway is shut down I just feel helpless and I have came so far this feeling is devastating 6 hours and I’m still 2 hours from home, but Colina and Chantel at reception are rockstars they go above and beyond for every client, Jamie is such a caring supportive counselor, the front staff are funny and helpful, Courtney has always treated me well as a client and person, the UA staff are always nice and respectful all in all I really don’t want to change clinics I just don’t ever want to feel so helpless again

The counselors, the receptionist team, the nurses, The bodyguards everybody that works within this clinic is exceptional. family oriented friendly people. if you have a question, they're there to answer it and they will. they will treat you the same as them. everybody that goes in that clinic are the same people because we are all addicts. we are all addicts looking for help. you do need a very close support person during this transitioning someone who is on the outside of this clinic who you are with all the time and will lift you up and guide you and give you the the helping hand that you need during this time. so like if you're having help with your addiction going through this clinic and you fall and you think you're going to do drugs again, get that person that's close to you that you can trust that's going to tell you call your counselor. that's what they're there for. you can go through steps. throw this Cal clinic and you can get gift cards, gas cards, rewards different things like that for doing good through this clinic. so it's not like you're going there and you're not rewarding yourself. you are very much rewarding yourself through different ways through the clothing bank, the food bank everything even you can make new friends going through this clinic. they're just such wonderful, great people that work in this clinic and I would send my closest anybody who needs help to go there

I’ve been to pretty much every methadone clinic in Pierce County, and most of them are frustrating. It takes forever to get dose increases, and some require an EKG every 20 mg, which just slows everything down and makes the process miserable. This place is completely different—hands down the best clinic I’ve been to. They allow dose increases of up to 20 mg per day if needed, and the intake process only took about an hour. Yes, you do have to go in daily at first (about 13 days), but it’s straightforward and worth it. After about a month, I was already eligible for weekly take-homes, which was way easier than I expected. I’m already up to 160 mg, and the whole process has been smooth and supportive. Best clinic in Washington, no question. Highly recommend.
