This place is actually trying to help you stay sober. I belong to another clinic (for the moment) and I have curtesy dosed here before and had an emergency where I couldn’t get back to my home clinic in time and Amy and Betty Anne (excuse my spelling) and the Front Desk did everything they possibly could to help me get emergency dosing for the day with them even though it was close to closing time. I plan on switching to their clinic closer to my home as soon as I can. They truly want to help you stay sober. They will do whatever they possibly can to help you and be on your team. I truly believe this clinic is the BEST clinic there is. If you need help getting sober or you are on the fence if you could even do it, go to these guys, I know they will do everything in their power to help you and they will be on your side too!

I had contacted this organization searching for support in a time of need. They are very willingly and happy to help! It was surprising to me that I didn't get turned down right away and wasn't asked very much questions about my situation. It shows me the staff are kind, compassionate people who truly care. Another big postive is that they are very fast at answering phone calls and returning emails in a timely matter, which I appreciated a lot. The only reason why I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because IMO I didnt feel quite as safe where the office is located traveling by myself. I am a smaller timid woman. :) To be fair, it is in a highly populated area targeted for certain demographics. :) I do recommend this place if you are in need! The services arent limited to what you think it is! Thank you so much!

In 2004 I was sent to NW Resources. I was a young pissed off kid. The staff managed to help me fix my perspective and become a respectable and helpful member of society. 11 1/2 years later looking back I have built a life worth living thanks to the tools they gave me.

They are amazing!!! they provide help to all people regardless of their condition, are very kind and friendly. Although the recovery process is difficult the gratification that is felt in the end is wonderful. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Caring compassionate and personable. Everyone at the front desk is so eager and able to help. Lizette is the best nurse I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She's kind, funny, knowledgeable, and cares deeply about her patients. I find myself happy to visit this office, knowing I'll get to dish with Lizette. You'd be lucky to have her on your medical team.
Dr. Wu absolutely rocks. She is compassionate and professional. She's always willing to help me understand her recommendations. She is patient, dedicated, and has a knack for breaking things down in a way that is digestible for and respectful to her patients.
And Mitchell is the lab is excellent. I have always been very nervous of blood draws. Mitchell is courteous, professional, efficient and very kind. Not to mention very good at his job. I don't dread blood draws at this Seamar because I know he will make it fast and easy.
I highly recommend this office. The team is marvelous from start to finish. This is a building full of good folks who are willing and able to support you. I feel very cared for.

I prefer not to publicize my name but I highly recommend the Alternatives treatment center. I completed their CDP program due to issues with alcohol and I am doing great one year later. They continue to support me. I was a counselor myself in Oregon so I am a critical of counseling techniques. I recommend them. I wouldn't say it if I didn't mean it.

I had a great time going to APC Olympia. Greg Hammond and Nounouche Chorley were the best counselors I have ever seen. Learned a lot of tools and skills that help me with interpersonal relationships every day, both situationally and long-term. Also developed great coping skills for dealing with some of life's most difficult questions. Very straightforward, no-nonsense approach. A true gem!

My life has basically turned upside down in the past couple months. I don’t know where I’d be without IOP group therapy. The support is very needed. I’m still struggling but learning to deal with my mental stability in new ways. Depression and anxiety have nearly brought me down, but because of the therapists at Providence Mental Health, I feel better about going forward. I still have a ways to go, but feel like I’m doing better through this program.

I voluntarily admitted my self to the detox center at St. Peter chemical dependency center about 10+ years ago and followed through with there intensive outpatient program afterwards, while I was admitted in the detox center I was treated very kindly the nurses there were really compassionate and did everything to make my detox as comfortable as possible I highly recommend st petes to anyone who is struggling. Not all detox's are as comfortable and who has nurses who genuinely care and want to help like at st Pete's chemical dependency center .

I have been with STOP Tacoma for a little over a year now since getting my DUI. At first it was a hard pill to swallow, but I am so grateful for my counselor Tiffani who has given me the support and guidance I need to be successful. She has a heart of gold and always goes above and beyond. It feels good to know you have someone in your corner. This has been such a transformative journey that I never would have considered otherwise. Being sober is actually really nice! This review is specifically about the pediatrician Dr. Kowals. Dr. Kowals was exceptional and seemed to truly care about my kids and their care. He noticed things I didn't even think to bring up and gave us options for treatment. He was very respectful with our decisions and was friendly to us all.
I was nervous before the appointment to bring my kids to a new doctor, not knowing what the doctor was going to be like. I was pleasantly surprised and am very relieved I have a great doctor for my kids!!

I can honestly say that Alternative Counseling is one of the most comprehensive, as well as compassionate counseling services available. Audrey Willis is one of the most knowledgeable facilitators in her respective fields. In my opinion what separates Alternative Counseling apart from the other treatment based programs in the State, is the authentic atmosphere as well as caring staff and facilitators. Love this place very nice employee they have helped me better my self my daughter after my dui receptionist is awsome the treatment counselors are great to work with I had great about of fear do to my disorders and they have made me feel welcome pushed me when it was needed I can't ask for a better place to be while in my recovery

My son hasn’t been here in a few years But I’ve sat and really thought about his time here and I never did a review, this place was Amazing! Not only did they support my son they supported me! I had such an amazing experience with HopeSparks. Sara, Tina, and Bettina are absolutely amazing! They helped me be a better parent for my son. Helped me understand why my son behaves the way he does and helped me understand my sons sensory needs. I would discipline my son a lot without realizing his actions was him speaking for his needs. For example, throwing food on the floor was him expressing sensory overload because of the food texture. They helped give me advice on parenting techniques that helped my sons sensory needs so much. Sara is such a good listener and very understanding. She was able to see potential sensory issues where as I had not and got my son a referral for OT. And it was life changing for my son and I. The behavior therapists are so communicative. Right in the beginning Dawn when she did work here, she let me know my son doesn’t have behavioral issues, it’s her helping me help my son. It was absolutely amazing. Tina, our new behavior therapist is also amazing as she’s very communicative and such a good listener as well. She made books for my son to help understanding bedtime better and potty training. They all go above and beyond to help my family.

Incredible place, the staff is very friendly, these people are here to save people's lives, and they do a great job. This was my first experience going to rehab and was great.
