I was a client at Reconnections and was absolutely terrified when I entered treatment. I felt so welcomed when I walked through the door for the first time. I was never once judged or disrespected and my counselors were amazing and I am so grateful to have gone to such an amazing place to start my new journey in life clean and sober. I am now 4 years sober and If it wasn't for Reconnections, my life would not be where I am today.

This crew is really amazing. They are always courteous despite my sometimes cruddy attitude. They really went the distance when my meds ran out. They advocated for me with my pharmacy to help me get my medication after a lapse which was my doing unfortunately. Patty is an outstanding provider who listens and is attentive to her patients—these folkes have make my life better—my hat is off to them all!!!

The staff is helpful and understanding; people here have a clue of what they're doing, the service is fantastic and so are the nurses.

The staff are fair, honest and give you a great feeling of self worth. You are always heard and never just another patient to them.

I had an appointment yesterday at the Salem VA Clinic. I have Anxiety because of past experiences with the VA, so I wasn't looking forward to it at all. I was surprised at there being only a handful of patients in the waiting room. I thought that was a little odd. I've been part of the VA healthcare system for a while and Never have I seen a waiting room Empty... As soon as I gave my last name and digits I was ushered right into an Examination room. The nurse that took my vitals was Awesome and so was Dr. Salmon...❗ Dr. Salmon is Very Personable and Informative. I Hope he stays with the VA. Other Veterans with Anxiety about their healthcare will benefit from Dr. Salmon's Care and Attention to Detail. I'm not looking forward to seeing him any time soon, but if I do have to go to the VA with an emergency situation, he's The Guy I want to see. I'm Sicilian,so we have Guys for this and that in the neighborhood. This is The Guy you want to see at the Salem VA Clinic. Excellent care and fast service. All of my providers, from Primary care Provider to pharmacist and specialists have listened attentively and provided exceptional medical care with professionalism and respect.

That 1st day, that first step is the hardest. I was given more respect, care and patience than I thought I deserved. Staff knows what we're going through and they make that 1step easier!

In August 2025 I will have been at Salem ctc for 8 years and in my experience if you just follow the requirements and stay true to yourself you will do just fine. I'm always hearing negative things as I stand in line waiting to dose and how people are always getting group holds even tho they say they attend the required amount but me personally as long as I'm on top of my groups and keep to myself as well as respect the staff, I never have any issues. It's all about what you make it to be. If your unhappy about the requirements and feel it's unfair then maybe this specific facility isn't your deal... -carl-

This place is truly amazing!! My best friend and I decided to go here and get clean together and it really has been a God send because about 2 weeks after we started treatment I found out I had stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and the staff have been pretty nice, but I found out that one of my favorite people that work here got let go and I'm very sad to hear this, he really made my week great getting to visit with him for the few minutes I was there😪 I'm worried about how things will be with him gone and I'm going to pray that they bring him back when they see how many people enjoyed his company and made us feel safe. BRING RICHARD BACK please🥺

Great place! I felt very welcome and comfortable around the people in class with me. The employees are very nice, understanding and judge free. Each week is a closer feeling to not just a class with strangers but a way to relax and relieve stress with friends/acquaintances.

Enjoyable class, learned allot from the group setting. Kyle was an amazing counselor who genuinely cared about everyone there. He made it a healthy and uplifting experience on my walk to sobriety.

Figuring out how to rate there services was the most complicated part of my experience with them nick is very helpful at the desk and there staff is very knowledgeable and professional I've used there services for a couple years now and there the best. In town

I am still currently in milestones outpatient I'm 45 and have been using since I was 14yo. This place has helped me learn so much about myself my addiction and the tools I need to stay clean. I adore every single one of the counselors. They're all real people also in recovery which I think is super important. If you truly want to change your life these people here at milestones will help you on your journey and they won't give up on you that I can say from experience.

Was a great place to get help and learn about REBT therapy back in early 90's. I was in there with Larry Hagman shortly after he lost his role on Dallas. Sally was a great phycologist. She had studied under Albert Ellis. It was an old beautiful mansion that had strict rules and regiments including strict diets (mine was hypoglycemic). The food was great! Not sure what happened as I read sum of these reviews..

I have been seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist through TFCC for over two years, and have had nothing but excellent service. They’re professional and welcoming. Mental health is beyond important; they accept Medicaid. I'd be in a much worse space if a friend hadn't steered me to New Perspectives. I dont know how I would have made it through some bad experiences without my counselor.

I've been going to New Perspectives for almost a month now. I'm seeing Vickie. I enjoy talking with her because she really understands trauma. She helps me see myself in a different light. I hope to learn some skills to get my anxiety under control and feel better about myself in general. Therapy is scary but I believe it's worth it. I would definitely recommend NP to someone if I knew they needed help.

My self and daughter have seen the same theripest for a number of years.And before this one I had a terrific concealer Belinda that no longer works there (saddness ) : though Linda is terrific as well .Thank you all of you if you need a theripest and don't feel comfortable with one just request another it's not a one fits all thing but it is a good idea if your struggling or just need a perspective on your life. I am so happy to have found this company. The lengths that everyone has been willing to go to, in order for me and mine to get whatever help we needed, has been a blessing. Great recovery program it saved my life

After searching for help during a mental health crisis, the Samaritan PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) ended up being the only place able to help me. I was brought into their three-week program, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. I felt thoroughly supported and appreciated, I learned so much and grew even more. The staff members (Terri, Lauren, Daryl, Erin, Brian) were all absolutely WONDERFUL folks and so helpful in my mental health journey. If you're in an emotional crisis or need more help than you're getting, consider Samaritan PHP. Not everyone will get as much as I did out of it, but I really think more folks should give it a go! You never know how much you'll grow <3

I slept the entire time because of the medicine they put me on. They have a free phone that patients can use. The food is great! Patients get to decide what they want to eat. There is a menu. I was woken up by a nurse to attend an arts and crafts group. A Catholic priest came in my room and blessed me with oil against my will. He did not ask me if I wanted to be blessed. He just did it. They have a covered outside area for people that want to smoke. Patients are given cigarettes by the nurses. They have a gym but it's not great. When I visited a friend here they had a T.V. room. I didn't notice it when I was staying there. Maybe it was a different unit. My only complaint is that it is hard to get into this place because of the Linn County crisis team are mentally retarded or something. Even when I was pregnant and attempted suicide they refused to hospitalize me to protect the baby. However, they would be glad to give me the phone number to a clinic where I could kill it. Saves them money I guess if there mentally ill pregnant patients just have abortions. Linn County Mental Health is evil.
