I was the family member of a patient… Great staff. Really supportive. Kind people. Made us feel welcome. My family member had good things to say about the experience. Obviously, within reason. Heard food was not the best but everything else was wonderful.

This place saved me. At first arrival, I was sketched out for sure. I was about to leave when two of the staff, Scott and John spoke with me and put me at enough ease to check in to the detox facility. I had so much trepidation but once I was in, I was so happy I stayed. Each and every one of the staff is amazing! From the nurses who are awesome(Boo especially), the BHT’s who genuinely care and go above and beyond to bring as much comfort as possible during my stay, to the therapists and medical clinicians, all were a huge part of my recovery. Even the C level, Bethany was present and available when needed. The food was great and regularly improving. The beds were comfortable, rooms are basic but everything that is needed. The room I was in had a Roku tv so I was fortunate but from what I heard every room will be getting one which is nice to be able to be able to secluded myself when I wanted and just zone out to shows to pass time. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this facility for any detox needs. -CDK

What wonderful facility. The staff is fantastic. It was such a comforting, safe and welcoming place. If I'd have known, I'd gone much earlier. I couldn't recommend them more.

Bridgeway was amazing, my friend took me here after another 5 day black out after I had been sober for 33 days. The counselors & the rest of the staff here were amazing & incredibly helpful and understanding, then after talking with the counselors I decided to do residential treatment which was just as amazing. I’m doing outpatient treatment with them now & I’m coming up on 90 of sobriety on 7/31/25, life changing experience & im so greatful for this program.

I could not be more thankful for everyone at this detox center not only did they help me with my insurance to get me into the Detox they also worked tirelessly to get me into a residential treatment facility and succeeded. Can’t smoke is the only downside but the food was incredible every meal!

The inpatient gambling treatment program is excellent and has transformed my life. I can't thank the staff enough for making the experience so meaningful and healing. I love it here!!

To anyone considering coming here for treatment - do it. The other reviews posted during COVID are not representative of how the facility is now (not to mention they have never put anyone into "quarantine," it's not even that kind of facility). It's not perfect, nothing is, but this program, the staff, and the others in program with me changed my life. But, it took time. Plus, there are tons of post program support. I still miss the connection I felt with everyone there. It will be what you make of it, so give it a shot and embrace it. It's worth it.

I was disappointed that I didn’t get to finish this program but was incredibly grateful for the time I spent here. I unfortunately needed a higher level of care than PHP but the month I was at this location was spent in kind and caring arms. My team truly wanted the best for me every single minute of being there (whether my ed liked it or not) and these clinicians immediately met me where I was at. The staff were all incredible and so were the other clients. A major shoutout to the BEST dietician Sam, Paige for being on my side, and so many other lovely people that stood by me. This place is wonderful and I hope anyone looking for help comes here:)

Today had an opportunity to visit their offices and learn more about the services offered. I have no doubt of the professionalism and commitment to their clientele.

Dr. Smitty and his nurses are so kind and truly caring. Its nice to have a doctor that truly cares. Yoder is my children's counselor, we have been so grateful for her guidance and care with out girls.

Huge shout out to the staff at Willapa Behavorial Health l! The employees are so insanely nice and welcoming. They really do have your best interest at heart and you can feel it as soon as you walk through the door!

Kyle Anderson is the nicest friendliest person that I know. His support during my ADHD journey has been such a pleasure to have. He takes the time to get to know me and is so informative on options that I may have.

1000% recommend these girls. They are freaking phenomenal, especially Josy(sp?) and her other partner. They’re so very honest and caring, they never made me ever feel like a criminal having to sign up for the classes I needed. I came in from recommendation from my Lawyer, Ryan English, and I’m so thankful he had me come here. I was completely distraught coming in, just feeling very disappointed in myself for being even in this situation, but Josy was so kind and helped calm me down and reminded me that I’m not a bad person. Josy is very honest and straight forward with pricing for you, ADIS is $100, Victim Panel I believe was $60(?) and the UA was $140. Josy doesn’t pressure to buy anything unless you know for sure, they’re not money hungry at all, they just truly want the best for you. I can’t recommend this place enough. These girls were a key factor too in helping me remain calm and collective when I thought I ruined my life forever.

My provider is Jane Takeda, NP, and she has been excellent. I've been to this clinic 3 or 4 times now, and its has gone smoothly. The staff at the front were professional, I was seen in a timely manner, and Jane is very knowledgeable and has a great demeanor.

My Instructor lallu was amazing person, was very kind and very professional i would recommend if you get nervous, his calm demeanor helps.

I usually wouldn't review something like this but Dee was a good instructor an I learned something be sober sit back an watch i did this an it worked 2hrs after class

I called Starting Point about 2 months ago. I needed to get my License restated by the WA DOL. The treatment agency I went to closed down and won't respond to my emails. They are the only people who could send info to the DOL and release my drivers license. When I called, I spoke with Kristi. She gave me some helpful information and then got me in touch with De. Between the 2 of them I GOT MY LICENSE BACK!!!!! They were able to contact DOL with all my proof that I completed everything required. I am so grateful! What a relief. They really do want to help people!

This team of people are absolutely amazing. They truly care and and in my experience the best IOP I have participated in. Unfortunately I have participated in quite a few with almost 4 decades of addiction issues. But today I am free indeed and Starting Point helped me get there and stay free. Special shout out to Jen, she's truly one of the chosen,for sure.
