Ko-Kwel Wellness Center’s OTP is a program in Eugene, Oregon serving adults 18 and older with moderate to severe opioid use disorder.

The program combines FDA-approved methadone with counseling, family support and culturally meaningful groups for both Native and non-Native patients.

Its whole-person model is built to meet each person’s recovery needs with compassion and respect.

Methadone-Assisted Opioid Recovery

The heart of this program is medication assisted treatment using methadone paired with therapies and counseling that address the roots of opioid use disorder.

Admission begins with a behavioral health screening and coordination with your other healthcare providers.

Beyond medication patients access individual and family support within a whole-person framework designed for lasting recovery.

The clinic is intentionally built as a calming, non-activating environment to help reduce stress throughout the treatment process.

Culturally Grounded Care

Ko-Kwel provides trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care rooted in service to the Coquille Indian Tribe, other American Indian and Alaska Native tribes and the broader Lane County community.

Culturally meaningful groups and a patient-centered approach honor each person’s background while supporting recovery.

The clinic is located in the Santa Clara area with early-morning intake and dosing hours for accessibility.
