Our family has been lucky enough to work with some excellent providers from LifeStance. We are especially grateful to providers like Tony and Aaron F for their above and beyond empathy and care. Thank you for all you do for families and the greater community. Highly recommend.

At the point that many of us seek therapy we're already very overwhelmed and exhausted. So was my case. I reached out to LifeStance as I had previously sought care with Western Psychological now LifeStance. I experienced kind, professional attention. Scheduling didn't take long and the registration process was easy to navigate. I've been working with provider, Garrett Wheeler and have been having a very positive experience overall. I'm the kind to run when the process gets uncomfortable. That has yet to happen. If you're in need of talk therapy I recommend LifeStance.

Usually I'm in and out in 5-15 minutes tops which if you don't know is much quicker than most other clinics, and because of that it works perfectly if you're someone who uses ride to care or similar programs that offer 15 minute wait and returns. I will admit their policies are quite strict, but they do try their best to accommodate your needs if you can meet them halfway, and if you're someone who needs that extra structure and support in your recovery than this is likely the perfect clinic for you. Lastly I want to personally thank Kim, John, and Melissa for everything they've done for me. I hope they know that all the little ways they show they care don't go unnoticed or unappreciated.

This treatment facility helped save my life! LITERALLY! (I previously went to other treatment facilities and failed they didn't have or offer the treatment this place does...) they help me see I have a life worth saving! They help me fight! showed me how to live a clean and sober life! Showed me what sobriety really is (which again the other facilities failed me) Do you wanna know who helped me down the road to recovery? Kasey! The one everyone has something to say about! Well if it wasn't for Kasey helping me, pushing me, fighting me, caring for me... I wouldn't be alive today to write this review! She showed me I was worth fighting for that it was going to be a hard ugly in road to recovery and that it tough but if I really really want it I can have it! I just have to fight hard as hell and recovery isn't for lazy LOL... That recovery is a lifetime of work that never stops... Thank you for helping through the hardest thing I have ever been through! NEVER GIVING UP ON ME!!! Also thank you to everyone one else that has been through this long journey with me and helping me when I hand no one else....

If you are serious about sobriety then this clinic far surpasses any others in the area. They are a very small clinic. The doctor is INCREDIBLE. So friendly, understanding, and open to discuss anything you have on your mind. Tony is a wonderful counselor who will go to bat for you, if needed, as long as you are doing what you need to be doing. He looks at the person and what they need to work to a place of sobriety. I’m sure his groups are great but I’ve only attended Tim’s groups and they are information packed. I’ve learned a lot from him about how our minds work. No place is perfect but I’ve found that any issues I’ve had have been worked through. This says so much. Other places don’t seem to care if you have an issue. I wouldn’t choose any other clinic. One more bonus about this clinic is that they don’t place needless holds on you. My last clinic caused me to lose my job because they’d place holds and I’d have to see a counselor before I could leave. This made my schedule unpredictable. I go in, see my counselor for a half hour and dose and leave. Usually there no longer than 45 minutes to an hour. The dosing window is usually free. In all my time there I’ve only had to wait about 30 minutes 2 or 3 times. Usually if you do to dose daily you are in and out in less than 15 minutes.m (this is until you earn take home doses).

A retired person often finds time on their hands. That was me. So, after seeing a hiring sign at NWMH for some time, I called and offered my services. I started in a home with 5 clients in a triplex. I learned medication administration, cooking for diet restricted individuals, learned how to de-escalate explosive situations, and be an all-around support person. From there, I graduated to a clerkship, answering phones, paying bills, reconciling accounts, and general office support. Eventually, I learned the ins and outs of open-enrollment during open season for insurance enrollment. Then hiring strategies and eventually the resolution of employment issues. All of this was a learning curve. I had the support of my clients, my fellow staff, my managers and upper level management. This is not to say that there weren't challenges: personalities; stresses and strains. But the reward of helping an under-served community far outweighed the challenges. I have read the negative reviews on this site. Some of them are valid; some of them are driven by reasons I don't fully understand. But I can say from my perspective, when asked to help, whether from staff or clients, I have tried to meet people where they are and assist them on where they want to go. I encourage you to check us out.

My time at treehouse recovery changed my whole trajectory in life. It’s rare that anyone give themselves a chance to hit stop and spend 3 months dedicated to only growth and healing from the past. I will always look at treehouse as the pivotal point when I decided to do what I needed for myself. I can’t stress enough how amazing this program is. Tree House Recovery PDX saved my life. I hit a new rock bottom during the holidays. I was reluctant to going to a typical, 30-day, institutional rehab center like I did over the summer because that didn't work. But then I saw that Tree House was a three month program with a focus in physical exercise, writing, and learning to work as a team. My expectations weren't met -- they were exceeded. I recently graduated on April 3rd and am a better man now than I was before I started using and drinking. I've learned how to be empathetic, hold myself and others accountable, find gratitude in my daily life, lean on my teammates during times of struggle, and how to celebrate little and big wins in my life with healthy pride. The staff is amazing too. Rob, Nevin, Doug, Bryan and Kevin are all great men who are now role models in my life. They challenged me, listened to me, and gave me advice and suggestions I have taken to help me soar. If you're struggling, you don't have to do it alone. I would highly recommend this program for any man who is having trouble with addiction and needs to turn his life around. Thank you, Tree House.

Oregon Trail Recovery is an addiction rehabilitation center in Milwaukee, Oregon. They offer various treatment options like detox, intensive outpatient care and sober living homes. I came to Oregon Trail Recovery Services not as someone unfamiliar with addiction treatment, but as someone who has spent more than 15 years working in the behavioral health and substance use treatment field as a counselor, clinical supervisor, administrator, and advocate. That background gave me a unique perspective. I know what quality treatment looks like. I know the standards. I know the difference between simply providing services and truly helping people heal. When I arrived, I was also a man who had experienced the devastating consequences of addiction firsthand. I had lost pieces of my life that mattered most, including precious time with my children. I entered treatment humbled, broken, and determined to rebuild my life one day at a time. Oregon Trail Recovery has exceeded every expectation I had. The greatest strength of this program is not simply its curriculum or structure—it's the people. Every single day, I have been met with kindness, compassion, encouragement, and accountability. The staff have an incredible ability to challenge me while never making me feel judged. They have celebrated my victories, helped me through difficult moments, listened when I needed someone to hear me, and reminded me that recovery is possible even on the days when I questioned myself. What stands out to me most is that I have never felt like just another client. I have felt seen as a person. The staff genuinely care about each individual's success, and that care is reflected in the countless small moments that often go unnoticed—checking in after a difficult group, offering words of encouragement, celebrating milestones, laughing together, and creating an atmosphere where healing feels possible. As someone who has supervised treatment programs myself, I pay close attention to culture, professionalism, and clinical quality. Oregon Trail has created something special. Their staff consistently demonstrate integrity, empathy, patience, and clinical competence. They don't simply teach recovery—they model it through the way they treat people. Throughout my time here, I have participated in intensive treatment, recovery planning, peer support, 12-step work, parenting education, relapse prevention, and ongoing clinical services. More importantly, I have begun rebuilding my confidence, my character, and my hope. The tools I am learning here will continue to shape my recovery long after I leave this program. This experience has also reignited my passion for the behavioral health profession. Rather than allowing my relapse to define me, Oregon Trail Recovery has helped remind me why I dedicated my life to serving others in the first place. It has given me renewed purpose and strengthened my commitment to continue my own recovery while working toward restoring my professional credentials. Recovery is about so much more than abstinence. It is about learning to live honestly, reconnecting with yourself, repairing relationships, finding community, and believing that your future can be different from your past. Oregon Trail Recovery is helping me do exactly that. I am deeply grateful to every counselor, peer, worker, support staff member, and person behind the scenes who shows up every day for people like me. The work you do cannot always be measured on paper, but it is reflected in lives that are slowly being rebuilt. Mine is one of those lives. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me during a season when I desperately needed people who would. Your compassion, professionalism, and unwavering support have made a lasting difference in my life, and I will carry what I have learned here with me for years to come. — Clayton Kammer

Our experience with Crestview Recovery Center exceeded every expectation we had. The level of care and compassion shown by the entire staff is truly exceptional. They didn't just focus on our daughter's recovery—they genuinely cared about her as a person, treating her with dignity, respect, and kindness every step of the way. What impressed us just as much was the support they provided to our family. Addiction affects everyone who loves the person struggling, and the Crestview team understood that. They were there for us throughout the entire process, offering guidance, encouragement, and reassurance far beyond what we ever expected. Garrett, who helped us through the admissions process, was outstanding. His professionalism, patience, and compassion made an incredibly difficult time much more manageable. He worked with us over an extended period, helping us navigate insurance and ensuring everything was in place so that when our daughter was finally ready to seek treatment, her admission to Crestview was seamless. Garrett also took the time to help me process the emotions that come with having a child battling addiction, offering thoughtful guidance and support that I will never forget. On the day our daughter arrived, Zoey, her counselor, was remarkable. When our daughter wanted to leave, Zoey met her with empathy, patience, and understanding. Her ability to connect with our daughter and help her choose to stay was nothing short of extraordinary. The care, thought, and dedication that every person at Crestview Recovery Center puts into helping individuals and their families is beyond measure. We are deeply grateful for the role they have played in our daughter's recovery journey. If you are looking for a recovery center where people truly care, I cannot recommend Crestview Recovery Center highly enough.

My son was treated at Crestview Recovery, they made him feel very comfortable to accept his alcoholism, which he has never done in the past. They also taught him tools to sub-due triggers that make him turn to alcohol. They kept us in the loop every week to his progress with updates and information for when he was released, for him to continue his journey of sobriety. They got him on the medications he's needed to maintain his mental heath problems as well, that also contribute to his addiction. I truly believe if it wasn't for all the help he received at Crestview Recovery I think my son would still be struggling with his addiction in a destructive manner. I will always be very Grateful to all the staff at Crestview Recovery.

This is a good place to begin your journey and general understanding of what it takes to walk the path of getting clean and bettering yourself as a person. It is heartwarming to have a team of dedicated support for those struggling with substance misuse in finding their way back to themselves! In particular Jolena who was able to provide individualized support and reassurance regarding transitioning my loved one into a step down program where he is fully taken care of and supported. Jolena exercised genuine empathy with the utmost of intentions in making a necessary transition flawlessly happen. Jolene and Cam were able to follow through with their active roles in order to meet the needs required for my loved one to move forward with a lifetime of sobriety goals!

Keaton, Kristen, and the rest of the staff at Pacific Crest Trail Detox are phenomenal! As a community partner, I know the great work that they do for their patients and I only ever hear glowing reviews about their facility and the care that they provide. I would recommend anyone I know that needs help to PCT because I trust that they will receive the care and compassion that they deserve. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!
