I find the doctor knowledge and friendly and easy to work with. She told me to get my act together and do better with my diet and made sure I was on top of my game without shaming me. I feel heard and I think I understood her.

I've been there when it was a 1 star and I've been there when it was a 5 star. It also depends on where you are in your addiction and how much you want recovery. The ARC has saved thousands of people's lives. They can change your if you let them. Stop resisting and just submit. All that weight will be lifted from your shoulders and you can start walking with your head held high.

Great place!

These people have completely turned my life around. I was in such a horrible spot in my life and I didn't even realize it until I opened up and started accepting the reality that they recognized and brought to my attention. I was never able to open up to anybody, even through years and years of counseling. But it's only effective if you can be honest with yourself and your counselor. You can trust them, and they will go out of your way to help you. Their motto is counseling from the heart and it is a truly fitting of their goals. They care about you as a person, not as a client, and will go out of their way to help you anyway they can. I've recently graduated after over a year of attending, and I feel accomplished and proud, but at the same time I also am sad to have graduated. I will miss the support they have given me, but also have the option of attending other support groups now that I have graduated. I have obtained coping skills I never knew I had, and for once I feel that I am in control of my life no matter what obstacles may occur.

So appreciative of this group of women for the support over the last year. I was able to leave a battery abusive relationship, and not go back. The world perceives abused women often as part of the problem, dramatic, manipulative and not honest because of the times we all often stay in the trauma bond forgiving our abusers and not able to get out. My last abuse was strangulation, and I was able to end it and never go back with the support system I have with Dawn who is a walking miracle in support and her team. It's been almost a year, and my life is not perfect but I have made huge strides in reclaiming myself and life. Thank you.

U-Turn for Christ in Grants Pass is a truly unique and effective place for those genuinely seeking to move forward from lives of addiction and self-destruction. We have seen the life of a family member, who had been in a death-spiral for nearly 30 years, be transformed into something amazing. I had the opportunity to visit the U-Turn ranch, talk with the men there working toward restoration, and seeing the unbelievable results of what a Christ-centered recovery environment has accomplished. Not only have the lives of these men been radically changed for their own good and the good of our society, but the impact to the extended families (moms, dads, siblings, children, etc.) has been phenomenal. Some reviews I've read are critical of the methods employed at the ranch. Having served in the US Military, however, gives one the wisdom and understanding that some men are more stubborn than the average person and often choose the harder road. In my experience, these men that have suffered long term addictions, homelessness, abuse and even prison time, generally do not change when the road to recovery is easy. U-Turn for Christ in Grants Pass doesn't offer the easy recovery road. They do, however, offer enormous love and compassion for those who choose the hard path to recovery. None of these men are forced to stay at the ranch - they do so voluntarily. Our family member need several attempts to complete the program without giving up. But what dramatic and wonderful results we have seen as we saw Jesus break through all of the tough outward defenses and form a new man, even to become a leader of others struggling as he had. A modern-day miracle! We are deeply grateful to the many who have worked tirelessly to help these men. A special shout-out to Calvary Chapel Grants Pass and to those who are storing up treasures in Heaven as they see lives transformed directly due to their efforts. What they don't often see are the dozens of lives that are touched through each of the men they help. Families are healed in ways no ordinary rehab program can accomplish. U-Turn for Christ is exactly what it says: make a u-turn on the road leading to death and start traveling on the road leading to life.

I found this place , due to resurfaced trauma I was very concerned it was a man who would see me, but after giving him a chance, I find my self so much more understanding , even when he said too big of words.What I'm saying is he's great 👍 I trust him fully and too me that's a real PLUS!, also Receptionist is fun to talk with I'm over 60 and feel so blessed to find 🙏🏿 a great Therapist! Well I started 2 weeks ago, and having a male therapist was odd to me, but he's a professional his name is Dan and he's very kind,understanding &very respectable my case is different for many reasons but coming online to talk about his services is a plus 4 me! They've helped me in my recovery I recommend to anyone trying to get clean and stay sober

The people at empire actually care about our recovery they are other addicts who have been there and relate on my level. I wouldn't pick any were else it's the best rehab as far as I'm concerned.

I have 16 yrs substance free and Empire is where I was give a second chance at life.

This is the worst detox I've ever seen. They care nothing about doing anything? They lie and they are rude. They just want u to leave so they can get ur money and do little as possible . Never even checked my vitals once.

This place is a joke. My client after 40 years of addiction is begging to get clean. Went through detox and they made him leave cause staff don’t wanna throw away his trash from his personal hygiene. The building is a ran down joke. I really hope someone ends up shaping that place up or really makes them change things up. Those in recovery need better facilities and staff to actually help not make things worse. I’ll never recommend this place as long as I live.

NCBH all the lady's I've talk to on the phone have been so helpful... I can't say enough good about them. I live out of the county but had to call several times to get the help my county refused to give me. I could not get any answers and the flat refused to help me in Yuba County. But Nevada County helped me so much. Thank you!!!

So far they are all very polite and want to help so im praying all goes good

A very loving group of mental health professionals and their support staff. These dedicated and tireless people are the front line in some people's battle for meaning in their lives. I am amazed at their commitment to their fellow human beings. One will not find better than these folks in Crescent City.

Outstanding experience overall and I’ve learned more about the way our minds process through your information than anywhere else. Staff are amazing and missed. Much love from Eastern Oregon as this side of the state crumbles from the lack of people like you guys. Also any of these people who left a bad review are most likely narcissistic, pathological liars, psychologically abusive people, or people who can’t take accountability for actions. I run into it every day. The only people who oppose this training are people who typically just refuse to treat others correctly. Instead they get offended and treat people who are doing what’s right incorrectly. I could make changes with what I’ve learned if I had the power to do more over here. I’ve tried but people who are manipulative seem to have the power over here. Any of you who complain need to readjust your opinions and try moving to a new area. It’s too easy to create an issue just because you can’t do the right thing. It’s part of this training. Most people can’t do the right thing as soon as they are upset. Anyone who’s upset in these reviews is the exact thing they train you to ignore because it’s a spiteful response and you aren’t using a logical thought process. Keep it to yourself. Don’t go looking for issues months or years later just because your life isn’t what you wanted it to be.
