Doesn't seem to be capable of creating a crisis plan of any kind . Doesn't even let you do an intake unless you're immediately trying to leave that minute, volunteers don't seem to have any idea how their organization works and can't seem to even provide a sentence or two on what services they provide. Literally the vaguest dv shelter I've ever called in my life. They handle calls like if you aren't immediately that second having your life threatened, they don't have time for you because it's " crisis line only " , act suspicious if you ask if they have an opening , try to rush you to do an intake but don't seem to ever actually do one. They also don't seem to understand how the address protection program works .

So appreciative of this group of women for the support over the last year. I was able to leave a battery abusive relationship, and not go back. The world perceives abused women often as part of the problem, dramatic, manipulative and not honest because of the times we all often stay in the trauma bond forgiving our abusers and not able to get out. My last abuse was strangulation, and I was able to end it and never go back with the support system I have with Dawn who is a walking miracle in support and her team. It's been almost a year, and my life is not perfect but I have made huge strides in reclaiming myself and life. Thank you.

I don't know how this god awful rehab has such a high rating. They're program is horrible , the staff is HORRIBLE and they pick favorites. If you aren't from Klamath falls they don't treat you differently , it's a nepotism at its finest. They really messed up my recovery and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. CRC saved my life once again. I was here in August for 33 days. I gained so much knowledge of many coping skills, relapse prevention, what to do upon graduating. ...I unfortunately relapsed, consumed more alcohol than I ever have in my life for 7 days. It's like I went from 0 to 60. ...The problem was: I NEVER UTILIZED THOSE COPING SKILLS. I NEVER GOT A SPONSOR. I NEVER WENT TO OUTSIDE MEETINGS. I DID NOT PROGRAM. Granted, I attended their incredible aftercare program of 30 hours a week, once I left the 6 hour a day class - I DIDN'T PROGRAM! Upon graduating today, by the grace of God and CRC, I already have a sponsor, I've actually opened & read some of the Big Book, they are personally transferring me door to door to their aftercare. They are so many wonderful and grateful words that I could go on and on and about CRC. Without the dedication & guidance & sincere concern and knowledge from management, counselors and medical staff, I honestly don't believe I'd be here to write this. I will not give up. I'm happy today. And most importantly, I'm SOBER!

I have been helped by these people at 3 different locations with many different staff members, counselors and habits. I would have been dead by now if I had made other choices here and there but after approx fifteen or eighteen years, I am still standing, and I can honestly say it is because of their selfless compassion and commitment to those who ask for their help. That is the absolute real from a die hard junkie.

My wife is just beginning this journey and I pray we have made the right choice. She has hope in her eyes for the for the first time in a very very long time. The staff appear to be amazing! It's very clean. No loitering. No smoking right in front of building or right in front of the entrance/exit doors which i like alot . It shows class and that there is cleanliness and caring going on here. The nurses are great except for one person but the t e is always that one. . She is the intake nurse that occupies the back office next to the doctor she has a rancid attitude and myself and my wife dont care for her at all. She has an air about herself that she is above speaking to the patients...so no good morning from her and if you ask how are you doing today she rudely replies what can I help you with?!!!! But the male African American nurse is my and my wife's favorite. Super nice !!! Always smiling always chatty always eager to help with any questions even if it doesn't apply to his position or field he will find someone that can answer you. Those that dont know what it like g e thing clean and sober have no idea how ppl getting clean are already under pressure and dont need to feel anymore beneath society than they already do!!! That one young Hispanic intake nurse ruins many a patient's day i can tell someone really should talk to her about this attitude... The doctor who evaluates you and prescribes your dosage is amazing! She is tall beautiful with blonde hair and a single gold tooth!! She is eager to help very compassionate, understanding but let's you know that she is under federal guidelines and what she is doing is the best she is allowed but encourages you that you will reach your final and better dosage with in days. My wife's counselor is Micheal and he is amazing! Always smiling! Always has a light in his eyes! My wife adores him and is looking forward d to working with him and the gentleman across the hall who takes care of mental health! Yes they do mental as well here! and counseling !!! And they provide narcan and test trips free of charge!! Clean restroom clean waiting room my wife br9ngs her poodle mix Raul everywhere in there and no one says anything! This is hopefully the beginning of beautiful and meaningful medical relationship !!!

Pathways saved my life. I went there broken physically and mentally and left with hope and tools. The medical team was fantastic. Thank you to all of the nurses and staff. Pathways Recovery Gave Us Our Daughter Back When my daughter showed up at Pathways Recovery, she was drinking 10 Fireballs a day—plus gin. She was completely broken, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. As a parent, it’s heartbreaking to watch your child spiral like that and feel powerless to help. We were desperate for something or someone who could reach her. From the very first phone call, Jennifer in admissions was amazing. She treated us with kindness and compassion, and she made us feel like there was still hope. Getting our daughter admitted felt like the first step toward saving her life. The team at Pathways took her in, detoxed her safely, and showed her a new way to live—a life that doesn’t include alcohol. They didn’t just help her stop drinking; they helped her rediscover herself. They gave her tools, structure, and support to start healing from the inside out. What meant so much to us was how responsive and communicative the staff was. They kept us informed, answered every question, and genuinely cared about our daughter’s well-being. We could feel that she wasn’t just another client—she was someone they truly wanted to help. The facility itself is peaceful and comfortable—a large, beautiful home tucked into the foothills outside Roseville, with a pool and a calm, healing atmosphere. It was the perfect place for her to start over. Thanks to Pathways Recovery, we have our daughter back. She’s sober, she’s grounded, and she’s finally living again. We’ll be forever grateful to Jennifer and everyone at Pathways for helping our family find hope again

A place I would totally recommend. It's a place where people from all walks of life can face their addictions and not be embarrassed. The staff, owners, and the other 97% of affiliates that you encounter are all in recovery which makes it even better. Cause how can a person understand your fight who has never fought themselves. And the gourmet chef who cooks all your meals is even more of a plus. Swimming in the summer, volleyball, and your family can also come to visit. Your not overwhelmed with meetings constantly. You actually learn about addiction and what your going through while working the steps at your own pace without the pressure of expectations. It's an experience to remember truly.

This is a great facility and the people I interacted with are even better. Specifically I'd like to mention Sandy and Tiffany. Sandy was always extremely professional and cordial with me. Always asked how I was and expressed genuine concern for everyone. To say that Tiffany is an excellent counselor would be an understatement. She takes the extra initiative to help her clients grow. Tiffant listened to all my needs and created a treatment plan tailored to my needs and aligned with the most current clinical methodology. People like this help you navigate through life and I am blessed to have participated and connected with people of this caliber. Thank you.

Emergence Addiction and Behavioral Therapies is a nonprofit that provides treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues in Eugene, Oregon. They’re dedicated to providing clients with professional and ethical treatment. The organization opened its first location 1981, giving it more than four decades of experience helping individuals over
I'll admit, it's a tough program at times. But dealing with addiction is a tough problem. I've loathed staff members at times and felt victimized, singled out, abused even. But, when I look back on most of the situations that caused me stress and anger and frustration, it was almost always by my own doing in so.e way and the Emergence staff was just doing their job and holding me accountable. Because I lived my life deep in addiction for 30 years doing whatever I want whenever I want and if you got in the way of that then you might find yourself in serious trouble. But living like that (in a anti-social lifestyle) always got me a negative outcome. (IE jail, prison, etc) Don't get me wrong I love being in control of my life. I like to go where I want when I want and do what I want. But when I'm loaded I don't make the best choices and I needed as much help as possible to make better choices in the beginning of my recovery. Slowly over time I've gotten more say. Slowly but surely I've earned more trust from my family and the community. I feel that emergence was elected to be the main treatment program of the Lane county Adult treatment Court because they are tough and stern and downright frustrating at times. But it's only a short window of time in comparison to the rest of my life where I won't have anyone leaning on me to do this or that. Call this number turn in this homework present this module etc. So I get it when people want a bag on emergence and talk down on all the facilitators because it's a lot easier to blame others and circumstances then to take accountability and hold yourself responsible. And not every person has the same story as me. But, if I can recover literally anyone can. And I couldn't have done it without emergence. They have never given up on me even when I give up myself. They continue to encourage me and support me and hold me accountable when I act out of pocket. There isn't a single staff member there that I haven't bumped heads with and gone home after group and swore that I would never return. But you know what? Today I've learned to forgive myself and every single person who's ever wronged me in any way. And with all the growth and maturity that came along with toughing it out through this program I have come to realize that blaming other people doesn't make it any easier. And holding myself accountable does indeed make it harder sometimes. But at least at the end of the day my head is not full of resentment my heart is not full of hate. I'm so grateful for every single staff member that I've ever encountered an emergence and they do a kick ass job even if you can't stand them at times. It's not their job to cuddle you or hold your hand. But yet often times they do. They could be like a lot of treatment programs that just check boxes. But they don't. They go way above and beyond and they've helped me immensely to be a better father son friend and community member. So thank you emergence you guys are amazing and as long as you don't tell me what to do anymore we can still be friends lol. Just kidding. You guys rock and I'm so grateful that you never gave up on me and that you believed in me till I could believe in myself. My daughter my parents my boss my family all thank you. If it wouldn't have been for you guys I would surely be dead. Keep up the good work!
