These people have completely turned my life around. I was in such a horrible spot in my life and I didn't even realize it until I opened up and started accepting the reality that they recognized and brought to my attention. I was never able to open up to anybody, even through years and years of counseling. But it's only effective if you can be honest with yourself and your counselor. You can trust them, and they will go out of your way to help you. Their motto is counseling from the heart and it is a truly fitting of their goals. They care about you as a person, not as a client, and will go out of their way to help you anyway they can. I've recently graduated after over a year of attending, and I feel accomplished and proud, but at the same time I also am sad to have graduated. I will miss the support they have given me, but also have the option of attending other support groups now that I have graduated. I have obtained coping skills I never knew I had, and for once I feel that I am in control of my life no matter what obstacles may occur.

DONT GO THROUGH BESTCARE! Receptionist(S) are super unprofessional. "Counselors" don't know what the hell they're doing and do not communicate about meetings. Require in person visits for DUI treatment throughout the week when everyone knows you cant drive to them. Meetings are a joke. VIOLATIONS OF HIPPA. A drug test hotline you have to call every day just to see if it's your day with limited time to go in and take a test.

187 days since I got the last Sublocade Injection. I've never been so miserable and for such a long period of time in my life.Every day is the same I wake up and at first I'm okay but as soon as my metabolism kicks in its SWEATS, FEVER, SHIVERS, RUNNY NOSE (low blood circulation). Everyday is the same it's a all day every day thingScrew bestcare and screw Sublocade, nothing has caused me CLOSE to the amount of damage this CRAP has caused.I've been sick every single day while I was getting the injections and ever since. Sublocade has been making me physically ill every single day it's been well over a year now but it's been 6 months since I even got the shot and absolutely miserable every day, it's beyond disgusting.Fever, sweats, chills, shaking, yawning, heart rate is flying, my body is just overall stressed out and has been for a really really long time because of this stuff, I'm doing everything I possibly can to take care of my health (quit nicotine, reduced sugar, working out, etc) and EVERY SINGLE DAY I'm still having MASSIVE symptoms caused by Buprenorphine.Sublocade has literally created a INTERNAL PRISON I'm not even kidding, I didn't know what this was until now!! Every day is a living breathing walking nightmare, I wake up and I'm stuck being sick no matter what I do it's like being stuck in groundhog day but with the worst flu you ever had for over a year straight and counting, sound fun at all? HELL NO!!!I've never been more miserable and wanted to be rid of something so much in my entire life as I do Sublocade. This has been the most devastating experience and continues to be, never again will I have ANYTHING to do with Sublocade/Buprenorphine even if o did use again!!! Absolutely disgusting experience I don't recommend anyone do this, just go threw the 2 week withdrawal WOULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH EASIER!!!!

The mental healthcare system in America is a joke. They defunded mental health in the 1970s and here we are in the most disgusting and dangerous system imaginable. You can by in full blown psychosis and they will say you are fine and discharge you because they don’t have the beds or staff to actually care for you. This particular mental health facility is proof of how we treat people with mental illness - shove them in them basement of the hospital - and it’s dirty and not maintained at all. Doctors care more about break time than they do about you. Yet another very very disappointing experience. If you can avoid this place - do - try to send your loved one somewhere that doesn’t have roaches and is clean and healthy.

Do not seek treatment through this company or facilities . Very poor morale and treatment in person or on the phone. It never changes. I realize the lack of suitable employees these days, but one would think that a treatment facility would screen better and hold regular reviews of employee/therapist/front desk behaviors involving client reviews /responses/interactions. No love there anymore. Less than bare minimum treatment at every level. Best wishes in your journeys, whatever you or your loved one is dealing with🙏🩷

Best care needs professionals! Communication lacks in the psychiatric department. The psychiatric doctor is on the other side of the United States seeing patients! I was accused of blowing up on a staff member in front of my wife and two kids huh! when what I actually did was say your communication was not good and you could have communicated better! Very very uncomfortable. This place caused more stress chaos and anger than anyplace I have ever experienced sadly!

I would give the specific aspects of my treatment 4 stars since I cannot rate the overall program fairly, as I was really burnt out from Monte Nido treatment; it being my 3rd time at Rainrock and having 3 prior admissions to EDCP. There were 2 large factors that played into my success post discharge which I can credit the program for. To start out, my admission was ultimately my decision but I felt forced into the program because the referral was made without my permission and the referral to my program of choice was rescinded. I came bearing teeth and was met with nothing but respect and a gentle challenge to stick it through a week. And I did. I credit the gains I made (no pun intended) to a phenomenal therapist. That was one factor in remaining there. The other helpful aspect was being allowed to do community passes a month before I discharged. Under previous leadership during my first 2 stays, passes weren't granted in 2013 to anyone but with family members on level 2, friends on level 3, and solo passes were a level 4 privilege. In 2015 you were allowed to go on passes with friends on level 2 but not solo until level 3. Rarely does insurance cover someone up to that point. I had significant exposure to real life before my departure and felt prepared to return to work 2 days after discharge. I didn't step down to day treatment and it was ultimately unnecessary. I'm grateful that the policy changed (or that it helped to have the regional director as your therapist, backing the decision) and that I received my treatment pre COVID, as passes are not currently allowed. I don't need a scripted response from the corporate office in Florida--I just wanted to relay my gratitude.
