Drove myself to the ER with dizziness and chest pain. From the time I walked in Inwas cared for in a most professional and Carri f manner. The ER physician and entire staff made my seven hour stay very comfortable. All necessary tests and labs were ordered which placed me at ease . The professionalism of the entire staff was a ten. They incredibly friendly, and quick here. No one ever wants to be in the ER but everyone from the front desk to the nurses, techs, and PAs made the whole experience so much better. We were so thankful to have such excellent care from the folks at the Bay Area hospital emergency room.

Went there for Inpatient treatment. It's a 30 day program. I experienced better help there than I did in a 90 day program. The staff are absolutely amazing. I HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a place to find yourself an make a better life for yourself.

Beyond grateful for the services I received while in my diversion classes. There is a ton of open and honest people in the classes that push no judgement on you when your speaking about the experiences you have had. And to Todd B i can’t thank you enough for the knowledge and atmosphere you created for all of us. I’m thankful to have met you although it was under the circumstances of getting a DUI. He is now in OYA corrections. I only wish that he was allowed to go to Deer Creek. The admissions director walked with me through a difficult process even through my child didn't go into the program.... offering me encouragement and support. I highly recommend this program.

Entered WFC on July 25th 2021 and I had the best experiences even during covid they kept the place running and my treatment plan was on spot I learned a lot about myself and I'm proud to say I graduated at 61 days and continuing in IOP. I am beyond satisfied with what came of my journey throughout my time in this facility. Nearly the entire crew of staff consisted of people that actually care and take pride in being the people put in place to help these women, and have a genuine desire to help patients navigate through their individual recovery journey however they can. The best part, hands down, was getting to be witness to so many moms and children be reunited! It was so beautiful and inspiring to see, and this is an event happening on the regular at this place. The kind of experience I had here and what the classes/people teaching the classes gave me are what help me every day achieve a life I thought was out of my capability to achieve not long ago. They provided me with what turned out to be a highly effective foundation to succeed in living life sober, healthy, and truly happy. I am so beyond grateful and I just can't say enough good about this place. Thank you thank you THANK YOU WILLAMETTE FAMILY. For teaching me the skills needed to live my life in such a fulfilling way, a way that allows me the gift of raising my beautiful daughter and being the mom to her I was convinced I didn't have the capacity or intelligence to become. Not quite this good, no way. THE PROGRAM OFFERED HERE IS AMAZING EVERYONE. IF YOU STRUGGLE WITH SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER THIS PLACE CAN DO WONDERS, GIVE THEM THE CHANCE TO HELP YOU AND THEY WILL.

I spent 48 days here and would recommend it to anyone as long as they do not get Anthony as their counselor. He is uncaring, has no empathy, and seems to derive pleasure on singling a person out within the group to pick on. He was horrible to me. He is also new at his job but I don't feel this can be used as an excuse for his apathetic behavior. I am troubled that I shared personal information with him because he took what I told him in confidence and used it against me. He gives you inaccurate information about very important things. So if you go to this treatment center, beware of Anthony! I can't say a bad thing about anyone else. The hub staff is great, and they've got some really good instructors there too. I love the staff and the program but my group with Anthony at the helm was not only not helpful but hurtful. Everything and Everyone else deserves an A plus.

The Teen Challenge campus in Willamette Valley changed my life. I graduated the one year program on March 8th of 2026. It was at this campus that I was given a safe place to dive deeper into God's Word and my own heart and to figure out why I struggled with the things I did. After struggling with addiction for 12 years, I needed somewhere I could go to get away and to focus solely on my self and ultimately God. A place where God could open up the places of my heart that I has hidden for so long and tried to cover up but that needed gently dealt with. In the heart of the Willamette Valley, right in the middle of a sheep field God met me and delivered me from 12 years of life controlling issues. Drug addiction, technology addiction, gambling, money, women I tried for years to distrsct myself up with anything I thought would make me feel better. But here at Shedd God showed me, He is the only one who can heal me. And He deeply loves me. In Him I have a Healer, I have a Friend, I have a Saviour, and I have a loving Father, who cares for me with a love far beyond my comprehension, and so do you. The Willamette Valley men's campus is full of caring staff from the director at the top, down to the interns on the ground level who all deeply care for and love every person that walks through the door and it is felt when you arrive. I am so grateful God brought me to Teen Challenge because if I had not come here I would still be out there on the streets, I wpuld not have a relationship with my son, my family or any of my friends. But today I have a hope that is not dependant upon my circumstances but a hope that is rooted in a Creator who loved me enough to die for my sins. And He has empowered me to live a life of freedom.

I ended up here for the dui program and I can't rate it high enough. Glenda, who's been doing this for years and comes with insight, compassion and experience, and makes the classes interesting, is the best in her feild and brimming with knowledge!! The classes aren't dead boring and in fact, you learn a lot, build teamship through the other patients, and feel more knowledgeable after every class. I do reccomend opening up as much as possible, as doing this will help others to feel comfortable and give you the full benifits of these classes for your own growth. Every time I have come in I am greated by sweetheart Jamie, but every one of the staff members I've ever encountered have been sincerely kind and caring. I know this will be my last time, but I'd pick this place over and over again, for working around my inability to drive and difficult schedule as a result, and their overall care in every member that walks in and starts their journey with their guided help.

Some of the comments here are before or during Covid-19. I'd say the clinic today is better than when I was new in 2021. Good staff that tries hard to care for your wellbeing: groups, therapy, case management and peer support are good support for those who are open or willing for help. This community is wonderful for hanging out and being able to help others on your freewill. Register for outpatient here and find out how to get help and happiness. If you go there and think you can still use, you will learn fast that it will not work. If you seriously are sick and tired of literally being sick and tired, this is the number one place to be. So, I have been going to this clinic for around 2 years now. Here is as accurate of a review straight from a hardcore addict that is doing good now, could possibly give.....First off, this place saved my life and helped form me into a functioning member of society. The one counsellor that is still working there and basically running the whole show, is AMAZING... and if you aren't ready for recovery, are bullshitting her, she WILL KNOW. so DONT BULLSHIT HER. BE HONEST, Both other methadone clinics REFUSED me and said I didn't meet their criteria and tried sending me to residential recovery....and the waitlist everywhere else, was just INSANE. This place always has the SHORTEST WAITLIST(in my experience), The staff here are honestly so damn caring and awesome, anyone saying otherwise in a review clearly haven't been around actual "disrespectful" people... they are so much nicer than any other clinic in Eugene when it comes to being personable and has an almost "Family" like vibe. Never has staff here every been anything but amazing and leave me with a smile on my face..... The Main thing you need to know, "GROUPS ARE A REQUIREMENT" for this Clinic, and it is "NOT" a "Juice Bar".... meaning, you will have to comply with their groups/etc otherwise they have no problem holding your dose. If you miss a group, you wont be able to dose the next day until you go to a "Make up group"... In my opinion, people in early recovery can't be expected to make all the groups, and holding that over addicts heads being that early in recovery, can end up being just another reason to smoke more fentanyl... i know it was for me... It wasn't easy getting off the fetty... and some of the shit this clinic did in the early stages really didn't help..... THAT BEING SAID, all in all, if you are SERIOUS about getting clean and being off fentanyl and a functioning member of society, this is the Clinic for you. If you just want to Dose and go, and have the clinic leave you alone with nothing expected of you... I definitely would NOT try going to this place. I hope this review helps someone out there trying to choose where to get help. If you truly want to change your life, Go to this clinic. -LogicBaumZ-
