There are few times in life, and even fewer in recovery programs when a glowing review is merited. In this case, we are experts. There is nothing to brag about, but we have decades of experience supporting a family member through substance use dependence and mental health issues. Scottsdale Providence was the best experience we have ever had. There are several reasons this facility stands out.Compassion- Every person I spoke with cared about the day-to-day and the outcome. It was uncanny. One can feign "care," but it is quickly obvious. The staff at SP invested as if they were supporting a member of their own family.Engagement - Out-of-the-box thinking and solutions- rather than the usual fixed and firm plans. Recovery is not one size fits all!A focus on recovery, not money- This was clear, in the staff's words but most significantly in their actions. Repeatedly, I saw actions/recommendations for my family member that offered little or no return for the program.Respect- The staff learns clients and honors "where they are at." Dignity is everything in these circumstances, and my family member felt heard.Impeccable communication- From the first contact through the transition. Outrageously special and valuable.SP is a fantastic program with a healthy house and incredible staff. This was a one-of-a-kind experience for our family. I only wish they offered longer-term housing.Do not hesitate to enlist their support; you will find relief, hope, and a world of possibilities.

Scottsdale Providence Recovery Center truly changed my life. The residential program provided me with a safe, supportive environment to heal, and the PHP program helped me transition back into everyday life with the tools I needed to stay on track. The day I came to this clinic for me intake appointment just happened to be on a day where there was a company wide meeting or something going on in addition to a few other out of the norm things and it seemed at first they were going to ask me to come back another day. However, Tina, the main person working the front desk, moved a lot of stuff around and coordinated with a few other people and their schedules so that I could be seen that same day. In all honesty, I would have probably felt like they didn't care and I never would have come back if they had asked me to return another time. But, from that day forward I could tell that she really cared if I was there or not, and that really made a big difference.I had been to a similar facility a few years ago and the staff at that place (except for two of the counselors I met with) didn't seem like they cared either way, so I know the difference.My counselor, Eron, has also been instrumental in my continued attendance and interest in succeeding in the program. He is always available when I need him, and always does everything in his power too help me with what I need. He also seeks me out to check in on me.The office manager (title?) is very much so in tune with what is going on in the clinic, without cutting down the effectiveness of her staff with unnecessary micromanaging. However, when they, or one of the cllents needs something she is available, quick to act, reasonable, and helpful.The nurses are also great, and never make me feel judged for increasing. They are also quick and efficient. I am usually done at the window in 2-3 mins, but never feel rushed.Something about the system must be working because today is the first day I haven't used you know what in a very long, long, long time. Yet here I am with the energy and interest needed to write thus review. Anyone every trying to go without, knows just how big of a deal even some seemingly so small is. I am interested to see what the future will bring.The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the facility is a bit antiquated to the point it just seems to be at that stage where it doesn't seem clean even when it is, and because of the strange scheduling approach to seeing a provider who seems only to see people via webcam but you have to be in the office to do it, as well as some minor administrative issues that are enough to be annoying, but not on an unmanageable level. But the sum of all the parts did result in losing that last star.

Hello all, I've been coming here for over a year and I can honestly say, I'VE BEEN SOBER EVERY SINCE.!!!! "YES" I've had a few councilors (but) my current councilor,Jamy Kappel, omg I literally have NO word's. She's been a blessing has done way more than kept my mind sain. This woman has gone out of her way more than once I'm sure. Since she's been apart of CMS I've been thinking myself of taking up this courier. Anyhow THANK YOU CMS & Jamy, your truly a gem in my family's life. Thx CMS YOU ROCK....!

This place has really helped me! My favorite is my counselor Jamy Kappel! She s understanding and she makes it a point to listen and get to know you as a person and she cares about her clients! I appreciate a counselor that makes the effort to make you as comfortable as possible! Thank you!!!!

I had positive experience at Pinnacle Peak Recovery. The therapists were great. They were compassionate, professional, and dedicated to supporting my individual journey towards healing. They took the time to really listen and tailor their approach to meet my unique needs. This created a safe and trusting environment. The group classes were equally outstanding, offering a good balance of education, support, and empowerment. The content was both insightful and practical. It helped me develop essential coping skills and tools for long-term recovery. Pinnacle Peak Recovery is a place where healing is prioritized and the team genuinely cares about your well-being. My Mom has been with Soul Surgery for the past 2 months. It's been truly amazing to witness her transformation & continued progression since joining.What I love about Soul Surgery is that it has provided my Mom with a stable environment to live alcohol-free, receive support and training for sober living, and encourages her freedom in creating a fulfilled and joyful life.She rides her bike every day around the city and nearby parks, chooses to meal prep her food weekly for health, enjoys fun hobbies, and is free to come and go as she pleases. She is vibrant, excited about life, and is consistently engaged in the training activities and group meetings that she attends daily.I am happy that we are able to spend time together anytime on and offsite. It was great to get together on Memorials Day for swimming & family time. It is so nice to get to visit and talk on the phone and in person.I am extremely grateful for Soul Surgery and the difference it is making for my Mom. I am looking forward to seeing her continue on her path of recovery and create everything she desires for her life. <3

With this facility transitioning to a hybrid sober living platform requiring the daily programming with the way it has been taught has been life changing to say the least, the opportunity my wife and I have been given to join this program I must say not only my life individually has been saved my marriage has been as well and that has not been a focus in fact my marriage saved is a most pleasant by product of my own and my wife's sobriety as individuals, while my wife and I are working this program as individuals our bond has grew in strength along with the connection we have which is growing daily, this in depth 12 step based program has taught me how to live differently in sobriety. With learning how to live differently in sobriety the freedom to come and go as we please along with the ability to work has been excellent to allow us to experience the outside world while still in a safe environment, with this being my first and only treatment that I've ever gone through it be extremely difficult to imagine any other program having the impact Soul Surgery has had on me if I was given a choice how I want to attain sobriety I would chose this place, I am forever thankful and greatful for having the opportunity for sobriety and learning how to use the tools from who I have learned them from.Coach M I thank you for the opportunity and I'm grateful to learn how I am being taught.

The staff cares and they are kind and they are knowledgeable. Even when their hands are tied they still give a shit and that makes all the difference and that alone has helped me change my life more than the service they offer even.

I have nothing be good things to say about CMS. If you are trying to better yourself and get off of harmful things you put into your body, then this is the place you want to be.

I couldn t be more impressed with this treatment center! My sister graduated their program, and today is her 4 year sober anniversary. I ve seen such a positive change in her since then. I was reminded today of the huge hand they had in helping her. The staff at the rehab care for her and she s still in contact with many of them til this day. When we visited ourselves the rehab itself was clean and comfortable. Can t thank them enough because they helped my family member turn their life around, and I am forever grateful. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking help with addiction.

ABT was the program that helped me through my darkest time. Thanks to them I'm still clean today. They got me on the right path, and I'll always be grateful for that.

I have never had a bad experience here. Doctors and nursery s were great.

The staff at Banner Del Webb is truly where you should bring your loved ones if they are in need of care. The staff always treat me so well when I come here. I've had numerous hospitalizations here over the past two and a half years. The staff here have your best interests at heart and listen to you about your concerns and are always willing to help educate you when it comes to explaining the healthcare you are receiving.

My provider, not associated with Banner, ordered a test and the only place near me that could do it was Banner Del Webb. As a nurse I had only heard negative things about Banner and I have never used them for any medical services due to the things I have heard, but my experience today has definitely changed my opinion! Everyone I had interactions with, from the scheduler to everyone in the pre-procedure area, to the provider, radiology techs, nurses, and volunteers were so kind and compassionate. I wouldn t hesitate to use them again! All the employees seem to really enjoy working for them and that makes a huge difference! Very grateful for the care I received there today!

I had a great experience with the program at Maverick House. The staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and truly cares about each of the client's recovery. I would highly recommend this program and would go back if I was to need treatment again.

All around for the short time, I did spend there. I was very impressed. The food was great. The staff was amazing. Shout out to Durrell very professional but with 7 years of psychology under his belt took the time out of all staff to be honest to do one on one sessions to group therapy and he would go above and beyond thank you folks

Shown stages related to coping. Each person will resolve their grief in their own time and in their way. Opens up tendencies to deny the loss and isolate from others. Allows oneself the time to process in a safe supporting group setting . Assists you with your concerns . Helps create a pleasant environment for your world .

Highly recommended.

Clm soothing environment

When feeling my worst and sickest in a very long time I manage to get myself to Banner Thunderbird and just in time a week long stay was had. During this week I never felt less than or like dignity was compromised. The staff from the er all the way to the floor south six are amazing .the doctors knowledge and excellent bedside manner . While I hope to never be so sick to see any of these people again I'm thankful for them and the care I received ..I will be a repeat patient any time needed

Most everyone was great

It has been more than year now since I was treated at this hospital. I've talked with others who also concur with me about the quality of this hospital. I said "treated" I should've said since my life was saved at this hospital (No that isn't the only reason for the 5 star rating). I suffered a rather severe heart attack and was taking to this hospital. First let me say my experience here changed my entire opinion of Banner. Trust me that is saying something quite profound. If you don't believe me read any of my other reviews of other Banner Hospitals and you'll understand the scope of what I just said. From the second I arrived in the ER I could tell the staff in this ER is something special. Like a well oiled machine is how I would describe it. Everyone was on point. less than 30 minutes from arriving at this ER I was already in recovery after receiving 2 life saving stents. I wish I knew the names of the ER personnel and I can't remember the names of the nurses in the ICU but every single one of them was amazing. I spent 3 days in the ICU and I can't say enough good things about my experience at this hospital, it is certainly one of the top 3 hospitals in the Phx Metro area. In my opinion. For me this hospital has set the bar for what a hospital should be.

I love this place, they did so much for me and helped me do the rest coming here changed my life forever, my list could go on for miles. Because of Crossroads today I love myself and I can love my children. My health in every aspect is the best it's ever been. The people here really care about you and they can completely relate. If you're in need of change, please come. If you're court mandated, please come. We're not just clients here, we're a family. Thank you guys for everything! I learned more from this program than I have from all the other programs, halfway houses, meetings, rehabs and sober livings I've attended combined. You will get out of this exactly what you put in, and if you give it your all the results cannot be quantified. They not only gave me the tools to help put my life back together, but they taught me how to use those tools as well. The connection between clients, The compassion of the staff and the structure of the curriculum all make this the most relatable and successful program anybody could attend. My experience was fun, but it also brought out some real emotions that I forgot how feel for many years. Every single staff member cares from the bottom of their hearts and I felt nothing but genuine love from all of them. If anyone out there is trying to change their lives and willing to make an honest effort, this is the place to go. If it doesn't work for you, then you're not trying.

If this is for yourself, or for a loved one, please take my advice when I say that the staff at Crossroads are top notch, they have the experience, the know how, & the understanding to empathize with someone who is suffering from addiction, trauma & PTSD. Crossroads are a program that actually care about the wellbeing of their clients who attend. I'm a recent graduate of their programs, I'm not being paid to make this review, I am a real person who was a real client of Crossroads, I highly recommend any program they offer to anyone who is in need of help, do yourself the favor & contact them, you won't regret it, good luck! :-)
