I’ve heard the horror stories. I went the ER and was in and out in 3 hours. The staff was phenomenal, I wish I knew all their names. One was a nurse named Jaelyn. The ct rad tech was super sweet. Doctor was great also. I worked in an ER for 7 years. Sometimes it gets busy and the critical patients are always seen first. Not first come first served. My experience was very , very excellent.🧡

I just enrolled back in the drug and alcohol counseling with Horizon. My former counselor Yolanda Ibarra, who I had for three years was fantastic and now with the my new counselor that I just saw today on June 30, Rashida I feel a good rapport and very comfortable telling my story. The receptionist also today and I forgot her name was very friendly and personable. My LO has lived here for 5 months. The staff from the owner all the way down are caring, helpful & loving. My LO can be very difficult and has presented some challenges. Mgmt is always willing to discuss situations with us and find solutions. The facility is homey and always clean. They have appropriate activities. The rooms very in size, all have a large window & high ceilings so even my LOs smaller room doesn’t feel cramped and is very inviting. The whole building is bright. It has been a great comfort to me, especially days I can’t visit, to know that my LO is in. Safe, clean, caring environment. I looked into other places: one local AL’s memory care section resemble a dingy hospital. There isn’t much in Casa Grande to choose from but we have the Crown Jewel in AL Memory Care Facilities. I really don’t think you’ll find one better anywhere. Their brochure photos are accurate.

Great place to seek treatment. Tammy is the nurse who works most days out of the week sometimes she is here 6 days a week. Super fast at getting you your dose. They offer a van service to pick you up and drop you off at home. ( There is some limits with the van service it's not like Uber or Lyft ) When the driver can pick you up he will call you. He is always very prompt and when he says he will be there in 15 minutes he will be there in 15 minutes. All the staff is great. I came from CMS and this place is heaven compared to CMS. They are strict about alcohol use. Its not tolerated at this clinic. Its a great place and I cannot recommend it enough. A few people also have come from Unhooked and have said nothing but nice things about I.T.S.
Also Tammy deserves a raise for being awesome and such a great nurse.

I have been coming here for over 15 years and would tell anyone struggling with opioid addiction that there is a place where you can find help and never have to suffer from debilitating pains in agony because your body is going thru withdraw and you will never have to suffer in silence trying to hide from your addiction that is always going to catch up with you so if your ready to free yourself from burden of having to chase pills and always wandering if you'll have enough to make it thru another day just hoping you can find someone who has some thing to stop those withdraws this is the place for you to find what your looking for. Methadone treatment saved my life and don't listen to what anyone tells you or what you may have heard about methadone treatment just make the call and come talk to one of the counselors to get the facts and then give it a chance because they don't expect anyone to be cured overnight but they can offer the support and start you on medication and give you more the next day and keep sticking to that plan to show up everyday youll keep getting a little bit more everyday by the end of your first week you will start to feel so much better by end of week 2 you'll be able to get a good night's rest 3rd week you won't worry because the withdraws will subside by week 4 you'll still be raising your dose but withdraws will be gone but you may still have cravings or you may not need to raise your dose any higher but whatever the case they will give you everything you need to get you drug free until you have no more cravings and you will soon wander why you waited so long to start treatment. Whatever excuses you have not to start or keep going back they can help with getting rides , filling application for access if you need help paying or can't pay they have lots of programs that might qualify you for help to get started on treatment so give them a call , you won't regret it and privacy for patience is a top priority so if your worried someone might find out like an employer or family member they do not and will not ever acknowledge if someone is or is not a patient so they can protect every person who walks thru their doors from having to worry about the choice to come there and consequences of someone finding out they make every patient sign a non disclosure agreement so if someone you know happens to show up one Day they are banned from exposing any person or patient or even talking about seeing someone while they are there for treatment so it's very discreet and you need to take a chance make the call and get your life back on track because your never to old to learn something new like how to live your life sober and happy so they will give you the tools you will need to succeed and I hope if I can convince just one person to try then these words will have been worth all it took to get them somewhere to let someone find them and if I save just one person that's enough for me and I hope to see you there one day

I’ve seen a lot of treatment centers come and go, but TLC in Mesa really stands out. The program is structured and holds you accountable, but there’s also genuine care behind the rules. The staff meets you where you’re at, and it’s clear they want to see people succeed.
They helped me not just with recovery, but with job readiness and life skills too. Housing was included while I was in outpatient, and that stability made a huge difference. If you’re serious about turning things around, this place can give you a real shot.
It’s not fancy or flashy, but it works and that’s what matters. I’d recommend TLC to anyone in Mesa or nearby who’s looking for solid support and real results in their recovery journey.

It’s a 4 month treatment center but in that 4 months they teach you so much and they help you get back on your feet. All of the counselors are amazing especially my counselor Sarah, they take the time to listen to you without judgement and will help u anyway they can. And all of the nurses are fantastic they work so hard to get everyone in and out fast as possible and always have a smile on there face and they wish everyone a happy day as there leaving. And the lady that checks everyone in every morning is always so happy and just makes ur day better with her positivity which is hard to find these days. And the new manager that is there now has made some great changes and one that I really like is calling for people to come back to get there medicine 2 at a time instead of a stampede of people that way u have more privacy incase u need to ask questions or maybe u need some help and u don’t wanna advertise it. If you need a place to get your life back on track and help you fight addiction this is the location. The team at this location really goes above and beyond. From the greeting with a smile and positive attitude with the receptionist "Monique". To the nurses "Anita" and "Trish" asking how you are doing and caring about your progress. I really enjoy the group meeting which they offer 3 times a week at 5am so people working early can also make it. I really appreciate the counseling by "Nessyar" he asks good questions that make you think.. the one I enjoy which he asks in every meeting I attended is :"what is most important to you?" Which I believe the (right) answer is "myself/my sobriety". Often people answer my family, my animals, my job. But I understand the meaning behind the question if you know and care about what is most important to you and think of that when you first wake up. You will not want to go down that road were you are getting caught up again. It's about staying committed to the program and relying on Baart to keep your mind focused on the goal of living a productive life without that 'monkey on your back'. Really appreciate every single employee there. They have changed my life and I hope they know the work they do is important. Go here if you need help, do not be embarrassed. We all need help and this place will not judge but be by your side.

I thought my own team of professionals could prevent me from disaster. I was wrong. At the beginning of May, I knew I needed to return to Sierra Tucson.
Today, at the beginning of June I am able to return home with my team of professionals’ blessing. In addition, I could not have done this without the help and support of my process group, I am leaving again, but this time I know my hard and painful work is done. I can leave proud of the person I have become—or actually the person I was so very long ago.
Thank you, Sierra Tucson, for saving my life not once, but twice. ❤️

Life changing... as a disabled veteran who served on submarines, my PTSD, anxiety and depression had impacted every area of my life and all that I had built was disintegrating. I was at the point of despairing of my own life and tired of it all... until my psychiatrist and the VA helped me to get to Sierra Tucson (ST). The staff, modalities and the Red White and Blue (RWB) program at ST were so encompassing and caring. ST provided classes that filled the full gambit of psychological approaches, TMS, Ketamine therapy, Integrative services (incorporating healing of the nervous system and body), and moral injury, among other support and restorative methods. By far the gold for me was in the Process Group work, work with my Primary Therapist (Kris Davis), Psychodrama with Adena Bank Lees, Ketamine therapy and how the peer support system is setup as a whole. I have learned how to give place and support others in their feelings and beliefs and more importantly how to access, sit with, and integrate my own emotions. My inner critic is being freed to support me and show me what I fear, and now I am equipped to be present in that fear and authentically choose to act in truth and love. Don't get me wrong... no place is perfect and the staff is spread thin, yet the staff care and the structure is the best I have seen. Thank you ST for your support and for fostering and nurturing my healing and authentic identity. Forever grateful!

Mesa, AZ | Lifewell Behavioral Wellness - University, located in Mesa, Arizona, provides drug rehab services and mental health treatment to individuals from all walks of life. Services are available to adolescents and adults. Located in Mesa, Arizona is the non-profit integrated healthcare organization, Lifewell. This clinic supports men, women, and expectant | Treatments Programs Payment Options | **This is NOT a review of Lifewell**
This place has changed to be part of the Terros Health Organization.
I was referred here by my mental health providers for counseling. I was referred after a difficult change in my life and relationships. I was mainly looking for someone to talk to as well as work on returning a focus to my needs and how to do that all over again.
Though I have only had a few sessions so far, I have been pleased with the services I have received. Being that the focus right now is strictly for me as an individual, I have met with someone that fit with my preferred requirements (female, talk therapy).
I have been told that if I need to change the focus of my therapy (couples, CBT) there is a large network with other locations included that can fit those needs.
The only thing is that I only see them every 2 weeks so I am unsure if that is due Medicaid limits or their availability. So I feel based on that if you need something more intense, this might not be the best option for you. Though in my situation, I am just glad to have someone that I can talk all this through with.

I've been going here for almost a year and a half and I love this place. They helped me find the courage inside of myself to overcome my fears. All the staff I had interactions with have always been pleasant. I have been to a couple behavioral health places and this has been the best one for me. Without this place I honestly don't know what I would have done. Thank you!
