I was a patient of Dr. Patel Urologist I was scheduled for surgery 7/24/26. From the time I checked in with Joy at the express check in Joy was efficient and very nice. Next I was escorted to the waiting room for surgery be a female volunteer and I apologize for not getting her name, but she was s helpful and friendly. My pre-op surgery team were so nice, compassionate and friendly my nurse team was Norma, Kerry, and Annessa forgive me if I misspell your names. The nurse team took very good care of me made me comfortable and put me at ease. My anesthesiologist team consisted of Stephen and Jordan they explained in detail my options of anesthesia that was available to me. These 2 gentleman were so kind & friendly and knowledgeable. I so appreciate them. Thank you to all these team members I am so appreciative and thankful for your care you gave to me L.Rodriguez. My Post-Op nurse I remember her as my humming bird nurse. She was amazing and went the extra mile to give me care and made me comfortable. This brings me to my Dr. Patel, he is amazing and so knowledgeable. I have been going here probably since before 2019, they have always met me with compassion, understanding, and the truth! (Even though it was sometimes difficult to hear...) I am forever grateful to everyone on my team, and everyone I have the chance to interact with along the way! If you can get anything out of my review, know this, that healing is not a one size fits all thing, you may find people you don't agree with, or feel like you relate to, and that's okay!!!! There are soo soo many amazing people working here, and that want to help you!!! I hope you find whatever you are looking for, to whoever reads this!! Thank you!

My former counselor Yolanda Ibarra, who I had for three years was fantastic and now with the my new counselor that I just saw today on June 30, Rashida I feel a good rapport and very comfortable telling my story. The receptionist also today and I forgot her name was very friendly and personable. My LO has lived here for 5 months. The staff from the owner all the way down are caring, helpful & loving. My LO can be very difficult and has presented some challenges. Mgmt is always willing to discuss situations with us and find solutions. The facility is homey and always clean. They have appropriate activities. The rooms very in size, all have a large window & high ceilings so even my LOs smaller room doesn’t feel cramped and is very inviting. The whole building is bright. It has been a great comfort to me, especially days I can’t visit, to know that my LO is in. Safe, clean, caring environment. I looked into other places: one local AL’s memory care section resemble a dingy hospital. There isn’t much in Casa Grande to choose from but we have the Crown Jewel in AL Memory Care Facilities. I really don’t think you’ll find one better anywhere. Their brochure photos are accurate.

I'm going to rate it 5 stars, not because everything functioned perfectly, but because, from what I saw, everyone remained professional and tried their utmost to provide the highest possible quality of care despite logistical obstacles: new senior leadership, responses to patient feedback, policy change, shifts in resident population census, and even (sadly) some degree of staff turnover. Hiccups abounded, but the core values of genuine care, respect and intentionality from staff never shifted, as far as I could tell. Thank you to the professionals who offered this care. I never would have gotten the care I needed outside of in-patient, and you all provided a welcoming, warm, and dignifying place to absorb everything I needed. Thank you

I have been coming here for over 15 years and would tell anyone struggling with opioid addiction that there is a place where you can find help and never have to suffer from debilitating pains in agony because your body is going thru withdraw and you will never have to suffer in silence trying to hide from your addiction that is always going to catch up with you so if your ready to free yourself from burden of having to chase pills and always wandering if you'll have enough to make it thru another day just hoping you can find someone who has some thing to stop those withdraws this is the place for you to find what your looking for. Methadone treatment saved my life and don't listen to what anyone tells you or what you may have heard about methadone treatment just make the call and come talk to one of the counselors to get the facts and then give it a chance because they don't expect anyone to be cured overnight but they can offer the support and start you on medication and give you more the next day and keep sticking to that plan to show up everyday youll keep getting a little bit more everyday by the end of your first week you will start to feel so much better by end of week 2 you'll be able to get a good night's rest 3rd week you won't worry because the withdraws will subside by week 4 you'll still be raising your dose but withdraws will be gone but you may still have cravings or you may not need to raise your dose any higher but whatever the case they will give you everything you need to get you drug free until you have no more cravings and you will soon wander why you waited so long to start treatment. Whatever excuses you have not to start or keep going back they can help with getting rides , filling application for access if you need help paying or can't pay they have lots of programs that might qualify you for help to get started on treatment so give them a call , you won't regret it and privacy for patience is a top priority so if your worried someone might find out like an employer or family member they do not and will not ever acknowledge if someone is or is not a patient so they can protect every person who walks thru their doors from having to worry about the choice to come there and consequences of someone finding out they make every patient sign a non disclosure agreement so if someone you know happens to show up one Day they are banned from exposing any person or patient or even talking about seeing someone while they are there for treatment so it's very discreet and you need to take a chance make the call and get your life back on track because your never to old to learn something new like how to live your life sober and happy so they will give you the tools you will need to succeed and I hope if I can convince just one person to try then these words will have been worth all it took to get them somewhere to let someone find them and if I save just one person that's enough for me and I hope to see you there one day

Just wanted to take a few minutes and put some knowledge out there for anyone looking for addiction treatment. BAART Is an awesome place to go for methadone or suboxone treatment. I’ve been going here for years and always received the highest quality treatment and the staff is amazing and actually cares about the people who come here for help. All of the counselors are amazing especially my counselor Sarah, they take the time to listen to you without judgement and will help u anyway they can. And all of the nurses are fantastic they work so hard to get everyone in and out fast as possible and always have a smile on there face and they wish everyone a happy day as there leaving. And the lady that checks everyone in every morning is always so happy and just makes ur day better with her positivity which is hard to find these days. And the new manager that is there now has made some great changes and one that I really like is calling for people to come back to get there medicine 2 at a time instead of a stampede of people that way u have more privacy incase u need to ask questions or maybe u need some help and u don’t wanna advertise it. She is making great changes. And the doctor is very efficient he gets you in takes care of business and answers any questions you have and gets you on your way which I think is great. So if your out there and looking for help and need addiction treatment trust me call BAART there all here to help and take it from me life is so much better when u ask for help and you come to a place like this and actually get it and get your life back together.

If you need a place to get your life back on track and help you fight addiction this is the location. The team at this location really goes above and beyond. From the greeting with a smile and positive attitude with the receptionist "Monique". To the nurses "Anita" and "Trish" asking how you are doing and caring about your progress. I really enjoy the group meeting which they offer 3 times a week at 5am so people working early can also make it. I really appreciate the counseling by "Nessyar" he asks good questions that make you think.. the one I enjoy which he asks in every meeting I attended is :"what is most important to you?" Which I believe the (right) answer is "myself/my sobriety". Often people answer my family, my animals, my job. But I understand the meaning behind the question if you know and care about what is most important to you and think of that when you first wake up. You will not want to go down that road were you are getting caught up again. It's about staying committed to the program and relying on Baart to keep your mind focused on the goal of living a productive life without that 'monkey on your back'. Really appreciate every single employee there. They have changed my life and I hope they know the work they do is important. Go here if you need help, do not be embarrassed. We all need help and this place will not judge but be by your side.

TLC Treatment Center in Mesa helped me get my life back on track. I came in feeling lost and honestly didn’t expect much, but the structure, support, and community completely changed that. The staff doesn’t sugarcoat things they’re honest, and they push you to do the work, but they also care. You’re not just another number here. They helped me with job search, recovery goals, and even housing support while I was in outpatient treatment. It’s not about luxury, it’s about real recovery. If you’re looking for a treatment program in Mesa that actually works and holds people accountable, I’d recommend TLC 100%.

I’ve seen a lot of treatment centers come and go, but TLC in Mesa really stands out. The program is structured and holds you accountable, but there’s also genuine care behind the rules. The staff meets you where you’re at, and it’s clear they want to see people succeed. They helped me not just with recovery, but with job readiness and life skills too. Housing was included while I was in outpatient, and that stability made a huge difference. If you’re serious about turning things around, this place can give you a real shot. It’s not fancy or flashy, but it works and that’s what matters. I’d recommend TLC to anyone in Mesa or nearby who’s looking for solid support and real results in their recovery journey.

I learned a lot going to TLC. I have heard many stories about others and how they don’t work but this one works! The staff are absolutely amazing and help anyone and everyone in anyway possible. It’s a 4 month treatment center but in that 4 months they teach you so much and they help you get back on your feet. You go out and look for jobs so that when your time is done there you should have a job and some money saved up and not just thrown back out in the streets! This place was a god send!

Sierra Tucson is a behavioral healthcare facility in Tucson, Arizona. They provide mental health and substance abuse treatment. I was at TRH from 8/13/26 to 8/19/26 for rehabilitation after knee replacement surgery. Every member of the staff treats the patients with kindness and patience while ensuring you get the care that you need. All of the Physical Therapists encouraged you to push yourself even tho you thought you didn't have anything left but didn't push you to the point of exhaustion. The nursing staff were so very kind and caring and so very helpful. Drs Lux, Raju and Bruckman were patient and explained any procedure you may have questions about. There are just too many of the staff to name individually. I will just say I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs it.

Luxury? Yes? Do they keep an eye on you if you’re high risk? Double yes. Myself and a group of friends couldn’t complete the program due to needing a higher level of care, but the staff did EVERYTHING they could to keep us there and referred us to excellent programs. The food, programming, rooms (on the res side) were amazing, and they immediately recognized when I wasn’t ready/needed a higher loc. Sierra Tucson saved my life in telling me I needed more (despite how much I wanted to stay…the facility is lovely), and I am grateful.

I reached out to Soba in early January 2025, not knowing what to do in regard to my son. He had been to 14 rehabs over the last 10 years, and my wife and I were honestly lost when it came to how to help him. I’ll never forget the call I had with Chris. It was close to midnight, and my son had just shown up at our house out of the blue in very rough shape. Not knowing what to do, I got on Google and clicked on the first facility that popped up. After countless failed attempts at sobriety, I wasn’t very optimistic about the outcome if we were to get him into yet another rehab. Chris was incredibly kind and patient and walked us through every step of the process. He spoke with us for close to an hour before even getting to the age-old question of payment or insurance. Unfortunately, my son wasn’t willing to go to treatment that night, but Chris and I stayed in touch over the next week. It happened exactly like Chris said it would. With my son, the willingness to get help can be fleeting. Addiction has its peaks and valleys, and that willingness tends to come when he feels like he’s finally out of options. Sure enough, the next time my son showed up asking for help, I was able to use the conversation Chris and I had to get him on the phone with Soba and into their detox program. I’m so grateful for Soba and for the support my wife and I received over the next few months while my son was there. I’m happy to report that he is still sober today, and our relationship with him continues to grow stronger. Addiction took my son away from me for years, but recovery has given me back the son I always knew he was capable of becoming. He is kind, caring, and a genuinely good man. As a parent, there are really no words to describe what it feels like to see your child come back to life after watching addiction take so much from them. To any parents reading this who are going through something similar: please don’t give up on your child. Learn how to set boundaries. Learn how to support them without enabling them. And understand that you don’t have to have all the answers yourself. We certainly didn’t. If you’re at the point where you simply don’t know what to do anymore, call Soba. Even if your child isn’t willing to get help that day, make the call for yourself. They will listen, help you understand what you can do, and be there when the opportunity to get your child help finally comes.

This is such a warm welcoming place with amazing staff. Beth came to pick me up and helped me gather all of my belongings out of a hotel room that were scattered everywhere and made the ride there so very easy. Travis was also amazing and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, he shared his story with me, then went to target to get me some soda water that I had been craving AND a fan because I was hot. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and then dropped them off while I was sleeping and never expected a thank you or anything, just out of the kindness of his heart. Rick had recognized me from church and continued to let me know there was a reason I was saved that day and kind words of encouragement the whole time I was there. These people really went out of there way to make me not only comfortable but helped encourage me at my lowest point. I will forever be thankful for them. ❤️

**This is NOT a review of Lifewell** This place has changed to be part of the Terros Health Organization. I was referred here by my mental health providers for counseling. I was referred after a difficult change in my life and relationships. I was mainly looking for someone to talk to as well as work on returning a focus to my needs and how to do that all over again. Though I have only had a few sessions so far, I have been pleased with the services I have received. Being that the focus right now is strictly for me as an individual, I have met with someone that fit with my preferred requirements (female, talk therapy). I have been told that if I need to change the focus of my therapy (couples, CBT) there is a large network with other locations included that can fit those needs. The only thing is that I only see them every 2 weeks so I am unsure if that is due Medicaid limits or their availability. So I feel based on that if you need something more intense, this might not be the best option for you. Though in my situation, I am just glad to have someone that I can talk all this through with.

I've been going here for almost a year and a half and I love this place. They helped me find the courage inside of myself to overcome my fears. All the staff I had interactions with have always been pleasant. I have been to a couple behavioral health places and this has been the best one for me. Without this place I honestly don't know what I would have done. Thank you!
