I've been arizona for 2 years and I've seen doctors my whole life being born with Renal Disease and having diabetes, Arthritis among many other medical issues i have and I have to say that Horizona Health and wellness Angela Webb and her staff are the best of the best in the business of taking care of their patients. By far and wide there are no comparisons in my 57 years of living and seeing doctors this practice is Superior for their Bedside mannerisms and their treatment of humanity.
Angela Webb is without a doubt the sweetest most compassionate physician I've come to know and appreciate more than words can describe. She's the epitome of her oath that she took when becoming a physician absolutely top tier #1

Despite my obstinate reluctance to participate in this type of therapy, the staff has been extremely confident and flexible in finding a way to help me. I am still surprised and very grateful for their commitment and sincerity. They really have helped in a direct and tangible fashion in a very short time. I never would have guessed that I would end up with such gratitude and respect for the people and process I have been gifted with. I offer my best wishes for all those who sacrifice so much to help and serve to foster recovery and wellness for others. Somehow, even I seem to be worth the effort from such generous folk. My inability to fathom anything that could justify the time spent with me by such wonderous people does not diminish my gratitude for the effects of the education, caring and results achieved.

Great place to seek treatment. Tammy is the nurse who works most days out of the week sometimes she is here 6 days a week. Super fast at getting you your dose. They offer a van service to pick you up and drop you off at home. ( There is some limits with the van service it's not like Uber or Lyft ) When the driver can pick you up he will call you. He is always very prompt and when he says he will be there in 15 minutes he will be there in 15 minutes. All the staff is great. I came from CMS and this place is heaven compared to CMS. They are strict about alcohol use. Its not tolerated at this clinic. Its a great place and I cannot recommend it enough. A few people also have come from Unhooked and have said nothing but nice things about I.T.S.
Also Tammy deserves a raise for being awesome and such a great nurse.

I have been coming here for over 15 years and would tell anyone struggling with opioid addiction that there is a place where you can find help and never have to suffer from debilitating pains in agony because your body is going thru withdraw and you will never have to suffer in silence trying to hide from your addiction that is always going to catch up with you so if your ready to free yourself from burden of having to chase pills and always wandering if you'll have enough to make it thru another day just hoping you can find someone who has some thing to stop those withdraws this is the place for you to find what your looking for. Methadone treatment saved my life and don't listen to what anyone tells you or what you may have heard about methadone treatment just make the call and come talk to one of the counselors to get the facts and then give it a chance because they don't expect anyone to be cured overnight but they can offer the support and start you on medication and give you more the next day and keep sticking to that plan to show up everyday youll keep getting a little bit more everyday by the end of your first week you will start to feel so much better by end of week 2 you'll be able to get a good night's rest 3rd week you won't worry because the withdraws will subside by week 4 you'll still be raising your dose but withdraws will be gone but you may still have cravings or you may not need to raise your dose any higher but whatever the case they will give you everything you need to get you drug free until you have no more cravings and you will soon wander why you waited so long to start treatment. Whatever excuses you have not to start or keep going back they can help with getting rides , filling application for access if you need help paying or can't pay they have lots of programs that might qualify you for help to get started on treatment so give them a call , you won't regret it and privacy for patience is a top priority so if your worried someone might find out like an employer or family member they do not and will not ever acknowledge if someone is or is not a patient so they can protect every person who walks thru their doors from having to worry about the choice to come there and consequences of someone finding out they make every patient sign a non disclosure agreement so if someone you know happens to show up one Day they are banned from exposing any person or patient or even talking about seeing someone while they are there for treatment so it's very discreet and you need to take a chance make the call and get your life back on track because your never to old to learn something new like how to live your life sober and happy so they will give you the tools you will need to succeed and I hope if I can convince just one person to try then these words will have been worth all it took to get them somewhere to let someone find them and if I save just one person that's enough for me and I hope to see you there one day

Phoenix, AZ | TLC Treatment Center is a drug and alcohol rehab located in Mesa, AZ. They provide outpatient addiction treatment and on-campus housing. This facility offers a partial hospitalization program, an intensive outpatient program, housing services, and psychiatric care. The partial hospitalization program is the most intensive level of care and consis | Treatments Programs Payment Options | This place is a joke. I am worse off than before I started. The staff is mostly incompetent...my therapist did not do ANY therapy whatsoever even with asking. Gabby the dietician is rude and condescending. I watched her argue with another patient and she forced them to remove raisins from their yogurt because Gabby wanted patient to prove to her it was a serving because she said this patient was lying. She targeted and bullied this patient so much that as their roommate I watched them spiral down. "Art therapy" is non existent. kindergarten children do more therapeutic art.Shannon one of the techs who is apparantly a therapist now has no business WHATSOEVER dealing with anyone with any mental health issues especially eating disorders. She would roll her eyes at us and talk to us like we were being punished for having an eating disorder. Multiple times walking into the kitchen she was being snotty to the teens, except of course when parents were present. It was all I could do multiple times to not pop off on her and put her in her place. She forced us to participate in Christmas decorating and music even though it was a huge trigger for many of us. They set me up for failure and basically told me oh well when I told them their virtual IOP was not licensed for Michigan. This place is like a Monet painting. On paper and far away it looks pretty but up close its a mess. Dont let the remodeled building and luxury apartment fool you. If you love yourself or your family member do not send them here. If I could give negative stars I would.

Chandler, AZ | BAART Programs Chandler is an outpatient opioid addiction treatment center in Chandler, Arizona providing medication assisted treatment and counseling for adults struggling with opioid use disorder. They emphasize evidence based and patient focused care delivered in a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment. Opioid Treatment With Pregnancy Support | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Just wanted to take a few minutes and put some knowledge out there for anyone looking for addiction treatment. BAART Is an awesome place to go for methadone or suboxone treatment. I’ve been going here for years and always received the highest quality treatment and the staff is amazing and actually cares about the people who come here for help. All of the counselors are amazing especially my counselor Sarah, they take the time to listen to you without judgement and will help u anyway they can. And all of the nurses are fantastic they work so hard to get everyone in and out fast as possible and always have a smile on there face and they wish everyone a happy day as there leaving. And the lady that checks everyone in every morning is always so happy and just makes ur day better with her positivity which is hard to find these days. And the new manager that is there now has made some great changes and one that I really like is calling for people to come back to get there medicine 2 at a time instead of a stampede of people that way u have more privacy incase u need to ask questions or maybe u need some help and u don’t wanna advertise it. She is making great changes. And the doctor is very efficient he gets you in takes care of business and answers any questions you have and gets you on your way which I think is great. So if your out there and looking for help and need addiction treatment trust me call BAART there all here to help and take it from me life is so much better when u ask for help and you come to a place like this and actually get it and get your life back together.

If you need a place to get your life back on track and help you fight addiction this is the location. The team at this location really goes above and beyond. From the greeting with a smile and positive attitude with the receptionist "Monique". To the nurses "Anita" and "Trish" asking how you are doing and caring about your progress. I really enjoy the group meeting which they offer 3 times a week at 5am so people working early can also make it. I really appreciate the counseling by "Nessyar" he asks good questions that make you think.. the one I enjoy which he asks in every meeting I attended is :"what is most important to you?" Which I believe the (right) answer is "myself/my sobriety". Often people answer my family, my animals, my job. But I understand the meaning behind the question if you know and care about what is most important to you and think of that when you first wake up. You will not want to go down that road were you are getting caught up again. It's about staying committed to the program and relying on Baart to keep your mind focused on the goal of living a productive life without that 'monkey on your back'. Really appreciate every single employee there. They have changed my life and I hope they know the work they do is important. Go here if you need help, do not be embarrassed. We all need help and this place will not judge but be by your side.

This place has changed to be part of the Terros Health Organization.
I was referred here by my mental health providers for counseling. I was referred after a difficult change in my life and relationships. I was mainly looking for someone to talk to as well as work on returning a focus to my needs and how to do that all over again.
Though I have only had a few sessions so far, I have been pleased with the services I have received. Being that the focus right now is strictly for me as an individual, I have met with someone that fit with my preferred requirements (female, talk therapy).
I have been told that if I need to change the focus of my therapy (couples, CBT) there is a large network with other locations included that can fit those needs.
The only thing is that I only see them every 2 weeks so I am unsure if that is due Medicaid limits or their availability. So I feel based on that if you need something more intense, this might not be the best option for you. Though in my situation, I am just glad to have someone that I can talk all this through with.

In IOP, Delia, my case manager, was incredibly helpful and always made sure I had the resources and support I needed. My adult Autistic, Type 1 Diabetic, Transgender, ADHD, son saw Carolyn. He was very nervous and uncomfortable. Carolyn told him he was bipolar. He has been through extensive testing throughout his life and is very clearly and obviously autistic and has never been diagnosed with or displayed symptoms of bipolar.
Carolyn was very triggering and overwhelming for him and he was in distress when he left.
She may be good for other types of people, but for my son it took some time for him to recover from that experience.
We didn't and will not go back there again.

Anasazi is remarkable. It has an incredible family/ parent program and a ton of literature, workshops and ways to connect for support - and it totally gave my child the opportunity to pause, reflect and refocus. She refers to it as a reset that wouldn’t have been possible without Anasazi.
She loved the team working directly with her as I did the team with me. It is a lot to ask of your child to be away from home and its comforts physical and its familiarity. But on the other side of this literal journey your child and family might just get their life back. I have no doubt it saved hers.
What I think is the most significant aspects is that this is not a passive program. You have to be willing to accept and work towards mindset change. And its focus is on agency dignity and compassion. For yourself and for others. It is a wilderness program in the truest since but not designed to break someone but to build themselves up and be the best version of themselves. I would absolutely recommend and we are so happy we do this.

It helped us get through a really tough time and gave us tools to better navigate a situation we never dreamed we would be in. Our daughter came out of a 30 day residential treatment program into ASAP, it was exactly the accountability she needed to stay the course to becoming clean and staying clean. The therapists were really great and the tools and content taught in the program were a game changer for us. ASAP definitely enlightened us on boundaries and the ways we were enabling some of the behaviors unintentionally, we are so grateful for that. While she might never admit it helped save her life, we know it did.

ASAP has been in business for a very long time for a reason. They take care and choosing their employees, and the program is managed very well. Many kids have come through this program, and many parents and kids have been helped The program has 10 weeks a d a different topic every week, so both parents and kids can learn something each week. They also have a parent night, which is particularly helpful. I recommend this program 10/10

Great Clinic with great staff!! Donna is my counselor and she’s the best!!! Everyone is friendly and I like how Melissa has really turned this place around with finally a great staff of people who love their jobs but more importantly genuinely care about their patients!! Unlike other clinics I been to never have I had so many people at one place know who u are and accept who u may once been before but who u are today by not making the same mistakes so many of us did in the past!!! Being treated fairly and when u may need someone to talk to from Lisa up front who’s always got that smile to make any ones day or the gals dispensing the medication to remind u to bring ur box on days they might be closed or Dr Tracy to see how the medication is working and. Lisa to remind everyone it’s almost 11 sometimes so u need to come earlier or in time which she is definitely the enforcer of the bunch but that is what makes this place unique and why they know every single persons name and more cause they care and u don’t find that in clinics anymore!!! Cause everywhere else they there to collect a paycheck, HERE THEY TRYING TO SAVE LIVES AND LIVES THEY SAVE EVERYDAY INCLUDING MINE, CAUSE DONNA IS THE MOTHER OF THE BUNCH TOO AND DEFINITELY I LOOK TOWARDS HER AS A MOTHERLY FUGURE TOO ME!!!💯💯💯💯❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
