My daughter has been with La Frontera for almost a year. I've worked with it behavioral health facilities that failed our family. Danielle and Jamar have gone above and beyond for our family, Jamar made a promise to me when we first started that he would do everything he could to help me and my family. He has not broken that promise since. He brought Danielle on after my daughter was sent home from facility and she has connected with my daughter in ways I could only wish for from someone who works so closely to help a child who is struggling the way she has. I have seen so much positive change with my daughter. I cant say enough amazing things about this place but I am so grateful for the two of them.

Just wanted to take a few minutes and put some knowledge out there for anyone looking for addiction treatment. BAART Is an awesome place to go for methadone or suboxone treatment. I’ve been going here for years and always received the highest quality treatment and the staff is amazing and actually cares about the people who come here for help. All of the counselors are amazing especially my counselor Sarah, they take the time to listen to you without judgement and will help u anyway they can. And all of the nurses are fantastic they work so hard to get everyone in and out fast as possible and always have a smile on there face and they wish everyone a happy day as there leaving. And the lady that checks everyone in every morning is always so happy and just makes ur day better with her positivity which is hard to find these days. And the new manager that is there now has made some great changes and one that I really like is calling for people to come back to get there medicine 2 at a time instead of a stampede of people that way u have more privacy incase u need to ask questions or maybe u need some help and u don’t wanna advertise it. She is making great changes. And the doctor is very efficient he gets you in takes care of business and answers any questions you have and gets you on your way which I think is great. So if your out there and looking for help and need addiction treatment trust me call BAART there all here to help and take it from me life is so much better when u ask for help and you come to a place like this and actually get it and get your life back together.

If you need a place to get your life back on track and help you fight addiction this is the location. The team at this location really goes above and beyond. From the greeting with a smile and positive attitude with the receptionist "Monique". To the nurses "Anita" and "Trish" asking how you are doing and caring about your progress. I really enjoy the group meeting which they offer 3 times a week at 5am so people working early can also make it. I really appreciate the counseling by "Nessyar" he asks good questions that make you think.. the one I enjoy which he asks in every meeting I attended is :"what is most important to you?" Which I believe the (right) answer is "myself/my sobriety". Often people answer my family, my animals, my job. But I understand the meaning behind the question if you know and care about what is most important to you and think of that when you first wake up. You will not want to go down that road were you are getting caught up again. It's about staying committed to the program and relying on Baart to keep your mind focused on the goal of living a productive life without that 'monkey on your back'. Really appreciate every single employee there. They have changed my life and I hope they know the work they do is important. Go here if you need help, do not be embarrassed. We all need help and this place will not judge but be by your side.

I've heard that voicing my experiences helps others, so here it is! I received services as a minor a little over 2 or 3 years ago. My experience was beyond wonderful. Although some of my care team no longer works there, Diana, Mike, and Dani not only guided me, but uplifted and empowered me in one of the darkest times of my adolescence. By the time I graduated outpatient, I had gone from 5 sessions a week to only needing 1 or 2. I could always count on their support and advice. I can thank each of them individually, and all of Modern Recovery for getting me to where I am today.

Great Clinic with great staff!! Donna is my counselor and she’s the best!!! Everyone is friendly and I like how Melissa has really turned this place around with finally a great staff of people who love their jobs but more importantly genuinely care about their patients!! Unlike other clinics I been to never have I had so many people at one place know who u are and accept who u may once been before but who u are today by not making the same mistakes so many of us did in the past!!! Being treated fairly and when u may need someone to talk to from Lisa up front who’s always got that smile to make any ones day or the gals dispensing the medication to remind u to bring ur box on days they might be closed or Dr Tracy to see how the medication is working and. Lisa to remind everyone it’s almost 11 sometimes so u need to come earlier or in time which she is definitely the enforcer of the bunch but that is what makes this place unique and why they know every single persons name and more cause they care and u don’t find that in clinics anymore!!! Cause everywhere else they there to collect a paycheck, HERE THEY TRYING TO SAVE LIVES AND LIVES THEY SAVE EVERYDAY INCLUDING MINE, CAUSE DONNA IS THE MOTHER OF THE BUNCH TOO AND DEFINITELY I LOOK TOWARDS HER AS A MOTHERLY FUGURE TOO ME!!!💯💯💯💯❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹

Steve is an incredible addiction counselor. He is straightforward, genuine, and truly cares about each and every family he works with — and it shows. From his thoughtful and timely outreach, to the daily positive quotes he shares, to the family group forums he hosts for loved ones of those living with addiction, every interaction is intentional and supportive.
The forums have been especially meaningful. They helped us understand what to expect, how not to internalize behaviors related to addiction, and how to better navigate the challenges that come with it. His guidance brings clarity during an incredibly confusing and emotional time.
Steve is truly a blessing to anyone who has the opportunity to meet and work with him. I am deeply grateful for everything he has done for us.

AJ (Anthony) was by far the best person to ever help me in the mental health scene. I’ve gone to therapy and outpatient services in general since i was 7. I’m now 18 and a year back I was hopeless. Then after an in-patient visit they wanted me to try out this place. I was unsure at first as every other therapy or group i’ve EVER been to has never worked. But then i met AJ. He lit up the room with his personality and his ability to talk to people my age and truly understand their feelings is mind boggling. He still gave us a packet everyday but the amount of help i was receiving made me WANT to do the work. And this is coming from a kid who failed school his entire life barely scrapping by. If you ever have the chance to come here do it! But make sure you get Anthony he’s the best!! :) I can without a doubt say he had a major part in keeping me alive to this day. I went to the Ebony House to get free from dope, along the way I was taught how to be in touch with my true self...The true self will not do anything to harm it self...If you want to get high, that's your business. If you want to get clean that's the Ebony House business. I celebrated a year March 14th, 2019. Update... I'm still standing as of today, Sunday October 26,2025. I often reflect on this... Mr. Freeman banging on the wall, focused on a poster that read: Do what's Right, Appropriate, and Necessary for you! And him saying the answer is right here. Up date- 2026 and I'm still standing, Allah bless the ebony house. I take it there's been some changes in respects to the staff at Ebony House. I'll try to call on the weekends. I'm sure I should get an answer at the mens house.

Ebony Hussey was a great agebt for my wife and I to find our first home! She took the time to listen and truly figure out our needs. The help that she gave us from the beginning to end, made our house buying experience with her extremely exceptional. Communication from the beginning to end, we knew everything happening from step-by-step. If you’re looking to buy used or a new home look no further for your real estate agent
