I had such a wonderful experience at Cottonwood. My primary therapist Meredith was so incredibly helpful and supportive in my journey, as were all the other therapists and staff members. I felt genuinely cared for and as though my success was the primary concern of all involved in the process. I made lasting friendships with many of the residents and have very much appreciated the ongoing support from the alumni program.

EXCELLENT!! I cannot say enough great things about Sierra Tucson. The program, staff, food, and lodging are incredible. I attended under their “RWB” program for first responders and veterans. This program played a huge part in my success and I met people I’ll stay in contact with for life. Special thank you to my treatment team of Bill, Kris and Jim. I’ll never forget yall and am excited to see you at the reunions.

It is with great pleasure that I have the opportunity to provide a review of Sierra Tucson! I chose Sierra Tucson for the red white and blue (RWB) program. It turned out to be the best choice for me! Bill Alessia and the rest of the team provided me with support, encouragement and additional motivation. I cannot thank The RWB program for everything it meant to me. From military veterans to first responders, police officers, fire and emergency medicine, we all share similar hardships and experiences. Talking about our trauma related to the different duties we performed while serving the people of the United States. We have some horrific stories to tell and be processed. Being in process groups that were made up of this group of folks allowed for our stories to come out in full detail. Our pain in our suffering was not just shuffled under the rug, andI was allowed to be talked about openly with all the black eyes, bloody details and horrific outcomes. If you were dealing with PTSD, depression, anger, anxiety, hyper vigilance, distortion of information, unable to Unable to deal with life , Then the Sierra Tucson, RWB program is for you. You can reach out to Jonathan Askins the VA liaison for Sierra Tucson at 314-277-5308 to start the process for you. I highly recommend this RWP program with Sierra Tucson for you as you deal with the aftermath of your service to our country to our nation to our city and to our people! Bill and his team will take exceptional. Good care of you! All of the doctor’s, therapists, housekeeping, dining facility, faculty and especially the horses will be there for you. All you have to do is come with an open mind an open heart and desire to heal and you will get the support needed to reach your goal. It is with great honor and respect that these people do what they do. Because of what you did, you may have some issues with life Some of this trauma is it a direct result of your service to your country, nation, city or communities. You deserve the very best at Sierra Tucson. You get there very best. I highly recommend Sarah Tucson for any and all people that are dealing with issues concerning trauma related injuries. The people they have their give 100% of their abilities to provide you with the best possible care. From one on one sessions with a therapist to group sessions with therapist and being able to talk about what happened to you with the upmost confidence that nothing that you talk about will be shared with others. If you’re just looking for a place to go, give Sierra Tucson a call and talk to them about their services and if you’re veteran, first responder, police officer, medical professional, highly recommend the RWB program. It has been my privilege and honor to write this review. Rob Taylor

Being honest with the challenges you want to overcome will save you a great deal of time to recover. Also, For those that are seeking help on behalf of someone you love, the team at CODAC are informative and can schedule you on the spot. When I speak to any of the employed staff I get the answers to my questions and I'm offered solutions to my concerns. The staff is empowered to take initiative and are competent. It's unfortunate that our generation has suffered so much trauma due to homelessness, unemployment etc but CODAC is available to assist you in recovery or to just get by another day. There is only shame in giving up. Working to realize what you want to become is paramount and I hope my brother Isaiah carries his half of the struggle for a better day. And I hope whomever reads this can also use these services for a better quality of life

I had the privilege of going to rehab at this facility and it completely changed my life! The staff there truly cares about their clients and the program they run is solid! The owner Nick Jones is one of the most caring people I have ever met! He was always there for us and still is. The family liaisons Ally and Erika are such sweethearts and have the clients best intentions at heart! Their crew of case managers, Paola, Marcus, Will and Chris, are so knowledgeable in recovery and have taught me so much! They truly love what they do and care about their clients! As well as their team of therapists, Yvonne, Peter, Sam and Craig! They help each of us on a case by case basis truly getting to the root to f ourselves and the issues we weren't dealing with in our addictions. Can't forget Brian, the assistant director or Kristy, the ATFM supervisor and medical assistant. They both do so much for all of the clients at RIM. The support staff here at Recovery In Motion is also always there for the clients and cares a lot about all of them. Mike and Sonya in ATFM are always there for the clients too. Everyone at Recovery In Motion wants what's best for all of their clients and strives to do their very best for all of them. I love them all and I love this program! It helped save my life so that I can now stay clean and sober and mend and rebuild so many damaged relationships I've had due to my addiction. THANK YOU RECOVERY IN MOTION FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME AND SO MANY OTHERS AND THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU WILL CONTINUE TO DO!!!

From the moment I reached out, Amy and Nicole were incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive. She is compassionate, insightful, and genuinely invested in her clients healing. Her guidance and support helped me break through barriers I never thought I could overcome. The entire team at Desert Star is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth. As a teen patient that has been here 3 times, I personally like Sonora and think it's not that bad. However I can see several reasons why other people might have a different opinion about it. After being in there all 3 times I was there I saw other patients around me that would have unnecessary restraints, shots, warning, etc. However if you are a minor like I was it is really hard to be able to figure out stuff that's going on. They don't tell you anything, they don't like it when someone else tells you it instead and overall make it hard to get information.

I attended Resilient Art Awakenings for a year, I healed through Art therapy, I have an Associates in Art, but learned many new techniques through different Therapists. I loved painting with Acrylics & watercolors. The supplies were provided, even let you choose the size of the frames. They teach you how to hang the frames, and you submit your artwork throughout the local community. My artwork showcased for a month in the downtown Tucson Library for a month. It is very rewarding. I also learned new skills suck as working with clay and mosaic s, and so much more. They have group therapy as well as individual therapy sessions. You are given a cubby to keep your personal art items in, and lunch is provided daily. The staff is amazing. You can sign up for one on one lessons, as well. I was sad to leave the studio. I miss going there. the photos I m posting are all paintings I created while at the studio. I hope you enjoy them. I am really greatful and blessed that I was able to learn and progress while at The Chalet House. I returned to treatment at Chalet after I had relapsed only a week later after completing a 90 day program. Chalet House and the staff really helped me to learn how to love myself again. I was once again lost and broken with a DCS case that was heading towards severance. One particular person really helped me to understand boundaries, take responsibility, and she taught me how to have a voice. I completed almost 90 days. I would just like to say Thank You to all the staff at Chalet. ESPECIALLY THE WONDERFUL CARING WOMAN WHO MAKES IT ALL HAPPEN!!!

Best place ever..My fiance and I two years ago almost ... When we started our journey ... We were on a very painful an horrible life path. CBI saved our lives. We both remain sober today. And owe our lives to everyone and all the hard knocks there. We both hope to be employed there at least to some extent some day. The only name I can remember was this gal named Barbie. Dark hair. Just started there as a peir support specialist. Treated me like She could be me at any moment. Got right on my level. And made me feel that I mattered ... Thank you Barbie.

My son left our home in Feb, 2020, and flew from NJ to CA to attend a residential treatment facility. He was struggling with substance abuse (addicted to marijuana), depression, anxiety, and some suicide ideation. He was 17 years old. After a few weeks at the residential treatment facility, it was recommended that he attend a longer, therapeutic boarding school because returning home to the same environment was not going to work! After a lot of research on my own, talking to various programs, and parents of kids who were at various programs, I spoke to Patrick Barrasso from In Balance Ranch Academy. He convinced my husband and I that this was the place for our son. So shortly thereafter, our son was transported to the ranch. Although it was very hard at first....in terms of a new location, climate, school, people, program, etc. our son slowly began to adjust and grow. He worked with an incredible therapist weekly doing individual, family and group sessions. He also worked with other therapists in groups and participated in equine therapy (our son told us he hated horses when he first arrived......and by about 3 months in, he begged us for extra equine therapy sessions!). The school program helped our son stay current with his classes, he was able to work out daily, play basketball, go on outings, trips, attend meetings, and make lifelong friends. But most importantly, our son learned to accept himself again, his self confidence reappeared, and he started to rebuild his life. He has carried the tools he learned at In Balance with him and is currently waiting to hear back from colleges to attend in the fall. He still talks to his therapist from In Balance weekly, speaks/texts his friends from the ranch everyday, and wants to go back to work at the ranch this Summer. I can not speak highly about the staff at In Balance, the Barrasso family and their commitment to excellence, and the education/support our family received while our son's life was saved.

They're okay. The staff are generally very morally questionable individuals, but they do help people to an extent to be fair. What I don't like is how arrogant and two faced these individuals are sometimes. They're also quick to cover up their bad actions at times. It's a bit of a joke in a way. However, if your problems are simpler or you are an individual with high needs, I'd recommend it.Just take whatever peer support people say with a grain of salt.Or maybe I'm tripping
