I read some of the reviews. This place or any other will not fix whatever you're there for. It has the best detox I've ever been to. They try to get your meds stabilized. It gives you the grounds to walk out with a plan.
Most who leave early don't get it. Its a first step. The staff really does care about you. Patience and persistence will get you what you want. Its not perfect but I'll still give it 5 stars.

I'm going to rate it 5 stars, not because everything functioned perfectly, but because, from what I saw, everyone remained professional and tried their utmost to provide the highest possible quality of care despite logistical obstacles: new senior leadership, responses to patient feedback, policy change, shifts in resident population census, and even (sadly) some degree of staff turnover. Hiccups abounded, but the core values of genuine care, respect and intentionality from staff never shifted, as far as I could tell. Thank you to the professionals who offered this care. I never would have gotten the care I needed outside of in-patient, and you all provided a welcoming, warm, and dignifying place to absorb everything I needed. Thank you

This is a great clinic that has helped me so much with behavioral health issues. I’ve used this clinic on a daily basis to dose for methadone and I eventually moved on to suboxone. Thanks to Matt & Ángel. And of course all the other staff are extremely helpful with many resources

I never gave the VA Medical services a try until earlier this year. I have found their support and true concern for my health has been impressive. I have at this point seen four medical providers and interacted with a number of support staff, in person, on the phone and through video. Without exception each one has left me feeling respected and cared for. Respectfully speaking to another Veteran, we must show up and be clear about our needs and treat the staff with upmost respect. I had a wonderful 30 days at ST. From the minute I walked through the door I was met with nothing but kindness and acceptance. And this went from the bottom up - easy access to the CEO, very caring nursing staff, great doctor who really helped me out, and the techs (BHSs?). There are many people I'd highlight, but I'll keep it short - special should to Mona in detox, Asia and Carlo, and definitely matt my primary therapist. The ONLY complaint is the food. You spend so much money - you should have a spa option. The salad bar is pretty good but I wanted to eat healthy food and avoid salads every single day. I cannot believe the change that I have achieved. I came to sierra tucson after a recommendation from the VA. I tried substance treatments in and out for 17 years. They helped me work on my actual traumas from the military, some days easier than others. With the proper babysitters forward I am very confident in my ability to be the husband I am supposed to be. The whole staff from the CEO to the Housekeepers made my stay a very comfortable time. I cannot thank my primary therapist Matt enough!!! Thank you sierra tucson for giving me my life back!!!!

I was at TRH from 8/13/26 to 8/19/26 for rehabilitation after knee replacement surgery. Every member of the staff treats the patients with kindness and patience while ensuring you get the care that you need. All of the Physical Therapists encouraged you to push yourself even tho you thought you didn't have anything left but didn't push you to the point of exhaustion. The nursing staff were so very kind and caring and so very helpful. Drs Lux, Raju and Bruckman were patient and explained any procedure you may have questions about. There are just too many of the staff to name individually. I will just say I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs it.

Hands down the best clinic I've ever been a patient of. From the case managers to the nurses to the doctors, they are all very caring, competent, and professional. Went yesterday to visit someone for they're birthday. Visiting day is Sunday only. But since work prevents Sunday being available for us. And then the fact that it's a 4 hour drive each way. The staff made an exception. We were permitted to bring a cake. Which everyone, staff included had a serving. And gift's were given. I was pulled off to the side to discuss the situation with respect to the rest involved. Staff is helpful and friendly. And most of them seem to genuinely care about the clients. What I love the most (can't believe no one's mentioned it) is the multiple kinds of methadone that they offer. You choose the form! From liquid, to 10mg tablets. It's great. I personally am on 10mg tablets at 200mg. It's great and works way better for me than the liquid did! Thanks BAC!

It's clear this place is deeply committed to helping women (and mothers) heal in a safe, respectful, and empowering environment. The level of care and thoughtfulness that goes into their services is amazing.

The Physical Therapy Department staff went above and beyond to care for my aunt, who is like a mother to me.
The care she received was exceptional, with all of them encouraging and helping Mama Gina to become stronger. The team was attentive, kind, and patient, and the nurses kept me updated on her condition.
I was also impressed with the cleanliness of this facility. I always left feeling confident Mama Gina was in a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.

Attune IOP program was an excellent choice for transition after leaving treatment. The focus was on group therapy and the group leaders/therapist had experience with recovery and the importance of community. The program also provided dinner which was yet another great asset for feeling comfortable while processing in a group setting. I would recommend this to any candidate and advise that you get out what you put in.

This place is fantastic and top notch for those that want the treatment and help. The food is good for a hospital type facility and will adjust to one’s diet requests. The place is clean with decent beds to sleep on. The staff is all great and can relate to recovery. I did the detox and 30 day residential and of course with any 30 day stay there’s good days and bad with food, rules, and organization from the staff, but overall they try hard and it met my expectations for having to be in treatment. They have arcade games, pool table, and air hockey and other things for entertainment when not in groups. The only complaint or suggestion, that I also told them, was that weekends are really slow and boring. They were make changes to help out weekends as I was leaving, and also understand that it was not always this way before Covid limited their options. Overall I would go back if I had to, but certainly hope not to for obvious reasons.

I attended Resilient Art Awakenings for a year, I healed through Art therapy, I have an Associates in Art, but learned many new techniques through different Therapists. I loved painting with Acrylics & watercolors. The supplies were provided, even let you choose the size of the frames. They teach you how to hang the frames, and you submit your artwork throughout the local community. My artwork showcased for a month in the downtown Tucson Library for a month. It is very rewarding. I also learned new skills suck as working with clay and mosaic’s, and so much more. They have group therapy as well as individual therapy sessions. You are given a cubby to keep your personal art items in, and lunch is provided daily. The staff is amazing. You can sign up for one on one lessons, as well. I was sad to leave the studio. I miss going there.🥹 the photos I’m posting are all paintings I created while at the studio. I hope you enjoy them. FYI there is a youth studio, Adult studio as well as you can graduate up to the Warehouse.

What can I say? No one wants to ever be in the psych ward. But stuff happens. Often. I cannot thank every tech, nurse, or doctor enough for showing me there is a light at the end, and you deserve to give light to yourself. Sandra, Corey, both Kristins (Kristens?), and Jen were phenomenal. I'm bad at names but everyone else was also wonderful! If I didn't mention you but you helped me in any way, just know...
