I just left River Source in Arizona City today. it was a great experience! The staff was great and the program exceeded my expectations. I have to give a shout out to my case manager Delia. She always made time for me and everyone else. I also have to give shout out to Francisco, a great BHT. Dave and the team at Legacy Recovery were supportive and dedicated to helping our son with not just sobriety, but more important, his mental health. Our son had attempted suicide and I was so worried about finding him the right help. Legacy’s mental health first and substance abuse second approach is spot on, saving our son through the darkest of days. A big shout out to Melanie for the weekly family therapy sessions. A life saver for me! The counseling provided to family members is outstanding and so helpful with setting boundaries. Lived near The Ranch for years and didn't know what it was. Drove by several times and would see horses, a well manicured property and goat yoga!
Finally the day came where someone close tome needed help with substance abuse and voila; The Ranch offers what they need. That person has been a student of the ranch for several months receiving the help they need. It is nice to see a multi purpose place like The Ranch being utilized and offering help to those who need it, in a very different approach.

My wife and I use Banner for most of our medical needs. My wife was admitted twice in the last couple of months. I was admitted recently for a one night stay after an ER visit. The ER in CG was very efficient and got me in right away. They took care of my issue's quickly, but wanted to keep me overnight. It did take awhile to get admitted and get a room. I was provided good care and followup during my brief stay. The major issue my wife and I have during these occurrences of being admitted, is the getting out of the hospital. On the day you are to be released, the communication was the same in all 3 cases. The house doctor or nurse would say early in the morning, the specialist or doctor will be by this morning and then we will proceed with the release. Then all the communication and even nurse visits stop for the rest of the day. For some reason nothing happens as communicated earlier. Then we sat there for hours. Not sure what we're waiting for. Eventually getting a visit by someone late in the afternoon and released. During my recent visit, I am grateful to my nurse Veronica, who went above and beyond and communicated with me on what was going on and even calling individuals to find out what the delay was. She is an outstanding nurse and is a asset to Banner. She was very empathetic to my needs. We like Banner Health and will continue to use them, but that's one area I feel they need to improve, the release stage of a hospital stay. Once again, thank you Veronica to a job well done.

I recently had outpatient surgery at Banner Casa Grande. I could not have had a better experience. From the minute I walked in the door through the whole process, I was shown nothing but care and compassion. All the nurses were fabulous, the operating staff was great. I am greatful that we have such great healthcare professionals in our community.

Overall amazing experience, props to the ED, PCU and the Cath lab staff. Everyone explained everything throughly. The only downside was it was extremely warm in the room.

I use primary care and mental health here. My case worker was amazing. I was scheduled right away. I have Sabrina, Thomas and Barry and they have listened to all my concerns and have addressed them! I had cvs issues and they called and took care of it same day!!!! I missed an appointment sick and they called to check on me asked if I needed anything!!!!!! I’m definitely gonna keep coming here!!! Front desk is very kind as well! I believe it’s Alex that takes the blood pressure and takes you to room, she makes me feel like were family hahaha great person!!!! Thank you all for such great care and listening and addressing health issues that no other place would listen too!!!!

I had excellent care from the ER to the inpatient. The nurses, doctors, and CNAs were all friendly, helpful, and professional. I went for an urgent matter in the ER, the treatment was very thorough. I, unfortunately, had to be checked in for treatment. My stay was comfortable and attentive. They take care of everything even when I was discharged, they schedule my aftercare appointments, the pharmacist came by and dropped off my medication to take home. Overall great care.

Lindy Bushnell was my facilitator and she called me out when i had bad behaviors and praised me for when i use the tools of recovery she is no non-sense type of person and always fair, she help facilitate my recovery in the direction that i needed to be successful. Also Rick Westby was my Counselor and he helped me with some internal stuff that i never wanted to talk about. till this day i have used drug or drank and i am grateful for all the staff that helped me that level of care. i am coming around 12 years of solid and consistent recovery and it is all because of there directions. even Valerie Madrid at the front desk personal had the best attitude and always glad you were there and made it. there have a great team who cares about there clients.
