My former counselor Yolanda Ibarra, who I had for three years was fantastic and now with the my new counselor that I just saw today on June 30, Rashida I feel a good rapport and very comfortable telling my story. The receptionist also today and I forgot her name was very friendly and personable. Thank you to God, 12 step recovery programs, and the support team at Horizon health and wellness, I’m well on my way to living a clean and sober life again. Finally the day came where someone close tome needed help with substance abuse and voila; The Ranch offers what they need. My LO can be very difficult and has presented some challenges. Mgmt is always willing to discuss situations with us and find solutions. The facility is homey and always clean. They have appropriate activities. The rooms very in size, all have a large window & high ceilings so even my LOs smaller room doesn’t feel cramped and is very inviting. The whole building is bright. It has been a great comfort to me, especially days I can’t visit, to know that my LO is in. Safe, clean, caring environment. I looked into other places: one local AL’s memory care section resemble a dingy hospital. There isn’t much in Casa Grande to choose from but we have the Crown Jewel in AL Memory Care Facilities. Knowledgeable, qualified staff with continuous training helped me every step of the way.
