i ve been in PHP and at Monuments sober living since Jan and am moving to IOP now and have been in 7 rehabilitation facilities prior to Monument, i have never felt like the staff members have really cared as much as they do here. You are held accountable but given enough freedom to grow when it comes to your own maturity. My situation was terrible when i came in and im incredibly grateful to have been here and consistently hear the same from my peers.

Accepted Insurance

Monument Recovery works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive inpatient programs (IOP) offer high-level support for clients in early recovery, those exiting detox or inpatient rehabs, and those at an elevated risk of relapse. Intensive outpatient treatment typically includes rigorous individual, group, and family counseling. Evidence-based complementary therapies, such as acupuncture and massage, are widely available. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) may be provided. Clients in IOP receive a minimum of nine hours of treatment per week but may engage in up to 20 treatment hours weekly.
outpatient iconOutpatient
Many clients who enroll in an outpatient rehab program are exiting intensive inpatient care and no longer require such high-level clinical supervision. Outpatient programs typically follow a step-down structure, with treatment frequency and intensity decreasing as clients progress in their recovery journey. Partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care are the most time-intensive and are designed primarily for clients who have just left inpatient treatment or who are at an elevated risk of relapse.
partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program
A partial hospitalization program (PHP) offers a short-term alternative to inpatient treatment or a step-down option after a residential program. With PHP treatment, you'll receive 6 to 8 hours of daily support, up to 5 days a week. The duration of a partial hospitalization program can vary with the average length being 90 days. While commuting is necessary, some programs also offer telehealth options. PHP treatment is often covered by insurance and typically offers medication management, relapse prevention techniques, and behavioral therapy.

Treatments

Drug rehab in Arizona is the process of treating individuals who are dependent on a particular addictive drug. Because addiction is complex, this treatment typically includes a variety of interventions that address the many physical and emotional issues involved.

Alcohol use disorder (AUD), also referred to as alcoholism and alcohol addiction, is a chronic condition that involves craving alcohol and an inability to control drinking. A person with AUD must drink greater and greater amounts of alcohol to achieve the same effects and experiences withdrawal symptoms if they stop drinking alcohol. Several evidence-based methods are available to treat AUD through alcohol rehab in Arizona. This treatment can occur on an outpatient or inpatient basis.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Monument recovery changed my life forever! I had been to multiple rehab facilities before I was referred to a place where “the staff truly cares.” To my surprise it was true! The owner himself is not only present but very passionate about his clients rehab journey. I was so weary about trying another facility but he talked me through it, he was very patient and honest. The RN is an angel, extremely compassionate & kind. Cassie is a rock for women in the program. Aaron is the most passionate person I have ever met. The BHT’s are so helpful it’s unbelievable. The therapy offered is truly remarkable. They give you all the tools needed upon leaving. I truly believe that Monument was the final nail in the coffin to my addiction problem. I’m eternally grateful for the help I received emotionally, physically and spiritually.

This place is incredible!!! I came in with a gambling addiction and they taylor made a plan just for me. They made sure I had transportation to and from GA meetings, they made sure there was always someone to talk to when things got tough and all the staff and counselors were amazing!!! There’s even a chef that’s in recovery that’s works there. As a matter of fact EVERYONE there is in recovery…… So if your serious about getting your life back in control and living a healthy lifestyle, Monument is the best place you could ever go… They changed my life. Maybe they can change yours….. Dominic Smith A Proud Alumni

Monument Recovery changed my life. From the time I walked in to residential treatment, I was greeted with the most amazing group of people. From having a private chef, On Call, to a private nurse, To the most comfortable environment possible. Once I graduated, I went to their PHP program. Their housing is amazing and their counseling is perfect. The owner was so kind. He’s always on staff and available. I’ve been clean for over 70 days now with no desire to ever return to addiction. If you’re looking to change your life, Monument Recovery is definitely a place

Monument Recovery was exactly what I needed to take my next joyful step in recovery! Joining their PHP program and sober living has been a truly transformative experience. From the very first moment, the staff welcomed me with open arms and showcased incredible knowledge. Everyone, from management to the amazing Behavioral Health Technicians, made me feel at home. The clinical team was nothing short of fantastic! My individual sessions were enlightening, and the group settings were filled with support and understanding. Monument Recovery not only saved my life but also helped me rediscover the joy of living. Huge thanks to Nick and Cassie for their tireless support, and to Michael for the impactful therapy work we did together. I am overflowing with gratitude for Monument Recovery and am incredibly happy that I chose this wonderful place. Thank you for everything!

My experience at Monument Recovery has been transformative and supportive, it provided me with the structured environment and resources I needed to continue my journey towards sobriety. The combination of dedicated staff, a clean and accommodating living space, nutritious meals, and engaging activities not only fostered a sense of community with others facing similar challenges but also instilled a sense of discipline and routine crucial for recovery. I felt welcomed and was well taken care of, which has made a positive impact on my recovery process. I recommend Monument Recovery because of the quality of care provided, it is a incredible introduction as a path towards lasting sobriety.

Monument Recovery has a powerful mission statement delivered above and beyond my highest expectations. The emphasis on providing a safe, supportive environment and empowering individuals to reclaim their lives is and has been both inspiring and deeply meaningful. It beautifully captures the heart of their purpose and the impact they aim to have on those struggling with addiction. Before being a part of the Monument Family, my soul was lost. I was at my darkest hour. The package of family-owned owners and their staff, all in recovery, embraced me like no other person in my life has. My traumas were not a sign of weakness for them, but instead an outlook of strength and hope. They also provided opportunities for us clients to experience. Some ammenities include: chef prepared meals, gym membership, sound bath, yoga, yoga Nidra, art therapy to name just a few. Prior to graduating from the program, my insurance lapsed. Every one of the Monument Family made sure I continued to receive services and support. For the first time in my life, I was told by the therapist Brad that he “Believed in Me.” Although that sounds like a minuscule statement, in my journey, it has not ever been verbalized to me before. He showed me he believed in me by over-extending himself to meet my emotional needs. One of the co-owners, Aaron, went above and beyond to try to find me housing. J.P. another co-owner and several staff that advocated for me, made sure I continued reaping all the benefits of Monument at a very low point of mine. The BHTs helped me tremendously with my journey of recovery through valuable insight, commitment, transportation, inspiration and time (medical/financial/career), etc. After graduating from the program, Monument Staff has still played an active role in my sobriety. Cassie has checked in with me to support my housing/living situation. Brad the counselor/therapist has provided trusted people in the field so that I can continue my treatment. Aaron, reaches out to me for job prospects and overall support. Tim helped me achieve my Peer Support Certification, so I can spread my experience, hope, and strength to inspire peers with addiction and aid them in developing a strong foundation in recovery. I now have the potential to give back to others and strengthen my sobriety by taking a leadership role. My sobriety journey would not have the continued success and positive outcome that it would have if I had chosen another program. Even though I have graduated from the program, Monument has continued to make me feel part of a bigger picture. There are not enough words to express how Monument Recovery has changed the direction of my life. I am living proof that recovery is possible! The fellowship and resources provided by Monument Recovery is priceless and irreplaceable.

Response from the ownerInvalid relative date format:
Thank you for sharing such a powerful story. Watching you rise, find purpose, and now give back is exactly what recovery is all about. We’re honored to have been part of your journey — and even more honored to still be part of your life. You’ll always be family here. Keep leading, keep growing — we’re proud of you.

From management down to BHTs everyone is amazing, this is the place you want to go for the best treatment and care. Five Stars hands down, Monument saved my life and showed me a better way and most importantly how to love myself. Everyone is relatable, understanding and focused on truly caring for clients. Shout out to JP, Aaron, Nick and Mitchell. Those four men are a huge part of my recovery journey and I don't know where I'd be without them. Thank you for everything Monument, I'm so blessed to have been a client here. ~ Forever, Brandon

Response from the ownerInvalid relative date format:
Brandon, this means everything. We’re grateful you walked through our doors and trusted us with your journey. The fact that you found not only healing but self-love here is what it's all about. Big respect to you for doing the work — and we’ll be sure to pass your words on to JP, Aaron, Nick, and Mitchell. You’ve got a whole crew behind you now. Stay solid and keep moving forward — you’ve earned it.

It started out as a 30 day program to stay out of jail and turned into a life changing positive experience that I'll take with me into my future. When I first started my 30 days I definitely never thought I would be choosing to stay another 30. I did tho and Iam forever grateful to monument & all of there staff who I have great respect for and every last thing this program has given me. Im a better stronger and wiser individual today thanks to this place. I look forward to my future and all it holds now that I've been given the tools to lay out a strong foundation and build the life I've always wanted but needed what monument had to give to get me there. Nothing is impossible. We do get clean. Thank you Monument.

Response from the ownerInvalid relative date format:
Much respect — seriously. What started as a 30-day deal turned into a full-on commitment to yourself, and that says everything about the kind of man you’re becoming. You showed up, leaned in, and built something real. We’re proud to have had your back while you laid the foundation. Keep stacking wins — your future’s yours to build, and you’ve got the tools now.
