Coming here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was nervous at first, but from the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff truly go above and beyond — they don’t just do their jobs, they really care about each person’s recovery and well-being. The program gave me structure, guidance, and the tools I needed to rebuild my life. I’ve grown in ways I didn’t think were possible, and I’ve learned how to live in recovery with hope for the future. This center gave me a safe place to heal, and I’m forever grateful for the experience and support I found here.

My experience with Monument was very poor. I was dropped from the program because I had to go back to work, and they couldn't accommodate my work schedule with their hours Which is totally understandable (the hours not the dropping part) Also, there was some "Mean Girl" bullying going on towards me that was never addressed by Monument and it was brought to their attention on 4 separate occasions. I felt unsafe with the lack of accountability they had. They gave me 0 notice, and I had to find a place to live in 1 day because they do not have sober living once you are out of the program. This was very disheartening. Even staff there felt bad and said that this was not right. For someone that is really trying to be better and is taking the right steps toward a better life and a better tomorrow, this was a complete let down of everything they say they stand for. I would not recommend to any friends or family because without warning they could just drop you one day as if you were nobody. I understand that this is a business, but this is also people's lives, and I feel like they didn't care what happened because at the end of the day we are all just a number.

Monument recovery is a first class place with ana amazing offering of services I would highly recommend them as your first and only treatment option! The staff is incredible and the many different treatment offerings are just incredible

Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Intensive Outpatient

Intensive inpatient programs (IOP) offer high-level support for clients in early recovery, those exiting detox or inpatient rehabs, and those at an elevated risk of relapse. Intensive outpatient treatment typically includes rigorous individual, group, and family counseling. Evidence-based complementary therapies, such as acupuncture and massage, are widely available. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) may be provided. Clients in IOP receive a minimum of nine hours of treatment per week but may engage in up to 20 treatment hours weekly.

Outpatient

Many clients who enroll in an outpatient rehab program are exiting intensive inpatient care and no longer require such high-level clinical supervision. Outpatient programs typically follow a step-down structure, with treatment frequency and intensity decreasing as clients progress in their recovery journey. Partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care are the most time-intensive and are designed primarily for clients who have just left inpatient treatment or who are at an elevated risk of relapse.

Partial Hospitalization Program

A partial hospitalization program (PHP) offers a short-term alternative to inpatient treatment or a step-down option after a residential program. With PHP treatment, you'll receive 6 to 8 hours of daily support, up to 5 days a week. The duration of a partial hospitalization program can vary with the average length being 90 days. While commuting is necessary, some programs also offer telehealth options. PHP treatment is often covered by insurance and typically offers medication management, relapse prevention techniques, and behavioral therapy.

Treatments

Alcohol use disorder (AUD), also referred to as alcoholism and alcohol addiction, is a chronic condition that involves craving alcohol and an inability to control drinking. A person with AUD must drink greater and greater amounts of alcohol to achieve the same effects and experiences withdrawal symptoms if they stop drinking alcohol. Several evidence-based methods are available to treat AUD through alcohol rehab in Arizona. This treatment can occur on an outpatient or inpatient basis.

From the very start of my journey, Monument has been a tremendous gift to me and my family. From the owners to the staff, this place saved my life; there is always an abundance of support and care. I never thought I could know so many amazing people that truly care not only about me but also my family. I am blessed that Monument is a part of my story and honored to be a member of this recovery family. The foundation that Monument has helped me build for myself is priceless and will never be forgotten. They truly are as dedicated to your recovery as you are and will do everything they can to support you.

It’s been six months now since I had The last drink I ever take. Monument Recovery was where it all began. From the time I walked in the doors, they were loving and compassionate. Waking up every morning to a head chef Preparing whatever I wanted To friendly staff who would Embrace me as family and not as a client passing through. Their approach to Recovery allowed me to heal. It wasn’t all about the AA program Or a forceful approach to the 12 step program Which, in my opinion doesn’t always work As it only has about a 7% success rate. Monument Recovery’s approach offered multiple different varieties of recovery options such as CBT and DBT therapy. The private counseling that you get is amazing. Monica and Bradley are beyond amazing. During treatment, they have an open door policy. They are happy and quick to sit down with you and make an hour session to talk about anything that you wanna talk about an offer amazing counseling. To be honest, it was the best therapy I’ve ever had in my life. Today I stand six months Sober. I own my own business. My Marriage is restored and beyond amazing, I have a beautiful home, And most important I have a network full of friends that I consider family that are always There for me. Above all, I will say this, anyone who goes into this program and puts God first, Will not only see the most amazing changes in their lives, but in the lives of others around them as well. I got to Monument recovery on 6/4/25. It was the best decision I ever made in my life the atmosphere was immaculate the hospitality and provisional care was and is phenomenal. They really went above and beyond for me. I'll never go back to the way I was thanks to there care. These words can't even compare to the fellowship I gained in there program. It's been almost a year since I had the privilege of meeting the beautiful people at Monument. I had completely lost control of my life and was about to loose everything and I knew I needed help. Out of all of the facilities I called that night, JP was the only dude that took time to make me feel like person and not a number. I had no idea what to expect but when I showed up, I immediately knew I made the right choice. Thank you Greg, shout out to the Stine... changed my life forever

Monument recovery changed my life forever! I had been to multiple rehab facilities before I was referred to a place where “the staff truly cares.” To my surprise it was true! The owner himself is not only present but very passionate about his clients rehab journey. I was so weary about trying another facility but he talked me through it, he was very patient and honest. The RN is an angel, extremely compassionate & kind. Cassie is a rock for women in the program. Aaron is the most passionate person I have ever met. The BHT’s are so helpful it’s unbelievable. The therapy offered is truly remarkable. They give you all the tools needed upon leaving. I truly believe that Monument was the final nail in the coffin to my addiction problem. I’m eternally grateful for the help I received emotionally, physically and spiritually.

This place is incredible!!! I came in with a gambling addiction and they taylor made a plan just for me. They made sure I had transportation to and from GA meetings, they made sure there was always someone to talk to when things got tough and all the staff and counselors were amazing!!! There’s even a chef that’s in recovery that’s works there. Monument Recovery changed my life. From the time I walked in to residential treatment, I was greeted with the most amazing group of people. From having a private chef, On Call, to a private nurse, To the most comfortable environment possible. Once I graduated, I went to their PHP program. Their housing is amazing and their counseling is perfect. The owner was so kind. He’s always on staff and available. I’ve been clean for over 70 days now with no desire to ever return to addiction.
