I can’t seem to find the Tolleson location to leave a review, however thats ok. Its all ran by the same people so this review is for both offices.
Western Judicial assisted me in a matter that happened a long time ago. The the entire staff is extremely diligent when it comes to delivering results.
The curriculum is excellent and extremely beneficial. I had Kris as my instructor. Fantastic teacher who cares about the lives and wellbeing of others. If you go in this with an open mind and you’re willing to listen, you’ll leave a better person. These people aren't here to punish you. They’re here to insure we all become the better versions of ourselves.

I am very happy with the service and kindness this office has provided to me repetitively! Not the easiest time for me or the proudest but they helped me and understand that everyone makes mistakes! Beatrices’ kindness and professionalism is over and beyond! I can always call with questions and guidance! They help willingly and don’t make me feel like I am bothering them! Times are hard right now with pandemic and things of the world so dealing with a company and folks like this is so good to know it’s still out there! I appreciate it more then you know!🌼
As of right now inhave never been so unhappy with an office. Since my daughter was released from Quail run, she has yet to see a counselor which we have been asking for now for four weeks. Why? Does she need to try and hurt herself again before someone cares? First apt the office has no record of an actual apt, second apt we saw an intake specialist who was quitting a week later, third apt was for a Dr we never asked to see for medications when we clearly stated to the other lady we wanted to try counseling first. Now it's been two full weeks and still have nobody assigned to our case. Complete joke. If I don't hear back from them this week, we will go someplace else and drop this review even lower.
Update: Since we have been attending and seeing a counselor named Jennifer, things have been going much smoother and working out well. I wish the start wasn't so tough but at least I can change my review. Thank you for taking care of the issues and resolving them.

This place really helps kids and teen adult I've never found a place more caring and more loving to your children then this place and the resources here are unbelievable. I see a difference in my child everyday. And it's everything in one therapy ,doctors caseworker ,and many more resources.
Staff were amazing, kind, genuine and compassionate. Food was a hit or miss but was nutritious and free. It’s not a 5 star hotel. This is an emergency recovery facility. No staff member is here for the money, they are here because they understand horrible situation people go through in life and have big hearts. Love you all and thank you for being there for everyone who is in need.

Overall a bit worrying because of the ways that the corporate ownership have designed a system which claims to honor patients rights but, seems a bit dubious at times in follow through with limited immediate recourse for patients, especially if they can't advocate for people. However, most staff are kind and compassionate and want to help, especially La'Kisha M., who was running the front desk tonight. She was kind enough to check on my husband and tell him I was waiting for him until he could be seen and take him home, and to help arrange for him to call me on their line, and although he had to wait 12 hours to see the provider, (5 hours after I arrived in the waiting room) once he did and was able to present calmly and articulately the doctor cleared him to be released, and she let me know and he was able to call me and tell me himself also. Prayers for La'Kisha M.'s strength, perseverance and courage and likewise for her coworkers. Also Dorothy was very kind, and both advocated for my partner's release, as he did not want to be here. I pray for both of your strength and your family's well being as care work is also hard for families sometimes. Please continue to advocate for your clients rights with leadership, and keep being awesome and compassionate, and keep doing what you can to help when and where you are able; you can help shape this system and improve the treatment circumstances for patients in this facility. Bless you and your coworkers with similar attitude. I wish you strength, energy and fortitude in advocating for people with mental health issues. Bless you bless you bless you.

Ive been to quite a few places like this in my life and even worked at a few only this one and one other can I say Ive had a positive experience from reality is its a mental hospital and no one wants to be admitted but the important thing that stood out to me was the level of real, genuine, authentic interactions I had with some of the staff, everyone has their own issues but I promise whatever your going through staff will be able to relate on a deeper level than most would expect and for anyone who struggles with anyone honesty is worth a million times more than being cottled its not about being comfortable its about CHANGE wich is never easy Im giving this place 5 stars because they deserve it more places should have staff with this kind of approach they can relate and they want you to succeed

I've been at this center twice, and my experience was very good, each one staff members that attended me were kind and helpful. It is a great environment to receive treatment to achieve sobriety.

Bud is a very caring therapist, with a great soul. The time I spent with him improved my way of thinking about self, and how I relate to others. I’m still grateful for his compassionate care all these years later. His attention to my needs and values were amazing, and he validated my worth by never rushing a session together. I would recommend his counseling services highly.

Soberman’s Estate was everything I needed for my recovery. The staff, the program, physical activity and culinary experience were top notch and essential. The program is well designed and worked better than I expected. The staff is remarkable - professional, considerate and genuinely caring. My time there and being removed from alcohol for five weeks was everything I needed to remove my craving for alcohol. Soberman has changed my life in ways I never could have imagined. Yes, very professional staff, treatment, therapist, chefs were good! even the home cook did the best she could, and loved the horses of Course! Saturday morning hiking was fun to explore the trails of the nearby mountain area!

I was so scared asking for help and didn’t know where to go, but this place came highly recommended. The only bad thing is that the fact that I had to leave anybody looking to get help there is not a better place to go in here. the staff is absolutely incredible. I cried more just seeing how well I was treated here than even dealing with my issues. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want help come here.

I was here for a 10 day detox. Every staff member here was incredibly compassionate, and I feel that they went to great lengths to take care of their patients. I would highly recommend this place for detox. Part of me never wants to leave. All I can say is they are truly amazing people And I will miss them all.

The staff and provider here made my stay bearable and successful. Dr. Sierzenski, Samantha BHT, Derrick RN, Stephanie RN, Veronica BHT, Ingrid RN, Gabby BHT, Tanisha RN, and all of them! They were attentive, compassionate, helpful, professional, but most of all... they were kind to me when I was in a very dark place and a world of hurt. My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

Scottsdale Providence changed my whole life. I walked in completely broken, drinking and using to survive, carrying years of trauma and pain I didn’t even know how to set down. I didn’t know what I needed. I just knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was bc it was killing me. From the second I got there, the staff saw me in a way nobody ever has. They understood me. They didn’t judge me. Everything they do has intention. Nothing is random. There is rhyme and reason behind every group, every boundary, every tough conversation, and every moment they push you to sit with yourself instead of running.
And honestly, the people you meet here… they’re a huge part of the healing. The patients are amazing bc the staff creates a space where everyone feels safe and connected. You end up being transparent in ways you never have before. You hear everyone’s truth. You share yours. You feel seen and less alone. That kind of honesty changes you.
Most of the staff are addicts in recovery too, with years and years of sobriety. That makes such a difference. They don’t talk at you. They talk with you. They get the addict mind. They understand the shame, the fear, the spiraling, the survival mode. They know what it feels like to want to quit and still feel pulled back in. You just feel understood on a soul level.
They didn’t just help me stop drinking and using. They helped me understand why I did it. They got to the root emotionally, physically, and spiritually. They taught me tools I actually use every single day. They challenged me when I wanted to shut down. They held space for me when I couldn’t catch my breath. Not once did I feel judged. I felt guided. I felt held. I felt like my life actually mattered.

With this facility transitioning to a hybrid sober living platform requiring the daily programming with the way it has been taught has been life changing to say the least, the opportunity my wife and I have been given to join this program I must say not only my life individually has been saved my marriage has been as well and that has not been a focus in fact my marriage saved is a most pleasant by product of my own and my wife's sobriety as individuals, while my wife and I are working this program as individuals our bond has grew in strength along with the connection we have which is growing daily, this in depth 12 step based program has taught me how to live differently in sobriety. With learning how to live differently in sobriety the freedom to come and go as we please along with the ability to work has been excellent to allow us to experience the outside world while still in a safe environment, with this being my first and only treatment that I've ever gone through it be extremely difficult to imagine any other program having the impact Soul Surgery has had on me if I was given a choice how I want to attain sobriety I would chose this place, I am forever thankful and greatful for having the opportunity for sobriety and learning how to use the tools from who I have learned them from.

I went to Vogue in August of last year and was there for ~30 days. The staff really care and show you that sobriety is possible. They stay in touch with their alumni and really care about healing. I've been sober since and they were a huge part of my journey.

PPR played a vital role in my recovery. I was at my rock bottom and would not have survived much longer had I not walked through those doors.. once I did the welcoming and relatable staff shared their stories of their own recoveries. I've never felt better about my recovery! Treatment centers I have experienced in the past were good but PPR has given me a whole new way to live with my addiction. If you are ready to start living your life, Pinnacle Peak Recovery is where it all begins. From there detox, residential, PHP, and IOP, a new beginning starts here. The Maverick House is one of the best treatment facilities and the perfect place to get sober. The staff is amazing and goes the extra mile to help each client. Scott and Mike are great leaders who set the tone. Cynthia, Gayle, Joe, and Susie are my favorites, but all the counselors, BHT’s and counselors are great. Im happy that I made the choice I’ve been through everything else so trying rehab was a good choice I’m still sober
I’m in long-term recovery from literally every substance and mental health issue known to man. It’s been a very difficult journey and I’m beyond grateful to have found Estil Wallace and Cornerstone. I’m a graduate school student, intern, and entrepreneur. I work in behavioral health and I was having a really hard time finding a safe space to focus on my own recovery. I attended the Tuesday night men’s stag meeting and IMMEDIATELY felt at ease. It’s an AMAZING men’s AA meeting. Very clearly literature-based and solution-oriented. Not only is the building IMMACULATE but I saw men reading Big Books and doing Step Work. I had to work through a lot of trauma and a lot of grief before I felt comfortable enough to go anywhere besides therapy and the gym. As soon as I got to Cornerstone, I felt SAFE. I made that meeting my home group right then and there. Thank you guys for all that you do. You’re amazing people doing amazing things and I’m grateful to have been invited to attend that meeting.

Obviously, no one comes here (particularly the first time) when everything in his or her life is going perfectly and all of his or her hopes and dreams have just come true. If you find yourself in need of CMS you are probably at or below rock bottom. Furthermore, I would think it would go without saying that to be an employee of CMS or any similar business, one would have to be kind, patient, and understanding but as anyone who has ever been to the Cactus location will undoubtedly confirm, that isn't the case. I was at Cactus for less than one month, but have witnessed first-hand as well as through friends who have been going there for years, that nearly the entire staff at that location seem to hate their jobs only slightly less than they hate their clients. Rude, disrespectful, and in some cases what can only be described as intentionally cruel and bordering on sadistic was what I came to expect from CMS, until moving to this location on the corner of 23rd Avenue and Northern. Here, the opposite is true as I have witnessed all the best qualities humanity has to offer from nearly everyone on staff. This includes the receptionists at the front desk, through the nurses, providers and counselors, not only towards me but generally to all people who are the most in need of such compassion and yet are often the least likely to receive it from a society that has been taught to see people suffering this affliction and instead judge them to be undesirables, criminals, or worse. In particular, Bea at the front desk and Kaleen, my counselor need to be recognized. Even when surrounded by other people demonstrating the correct way to treat those in need of help and support, Bea and Kaleen manage to distinguish themselves with their empathy and warmth. If you should ever find yourself in need of a place like CMS, you will be hard-pressed to discover anywhere more welcoming and less judgemental. Neither will you find a staff more compassionate, nor are you likely to encounter people who more embody the traits we should honestly expect from everyone in a health care field. While it would be nice if services like this were no longer needed, I couldn't be more pleased to have found this CMS location at a point where I couldn't have needed them more.
Just one last thing to add. I noticed more 1-star reviews for this location than I would have expected. When I investigated this a little further, I discovered that all but two of the negative reviews were from at least six years ago and one of the two "newer" poor reviews was two years old. If you were swayed by the criticism, I hope you now believe (as I do) that the problems that apparently plagued this location were in the past. It truly does appear that they have taken the past critiques seriously, have addressed those issues, and now run a clinic with nearly perfect ratings. While I was initially distressed to see so many low scores after posting my honest, very flattering opinion of this CMS, especially after making the point that the kindness and compassion I witnessed wasn't only directed at me, I am relieved to learn that the overwhelming majority of those scores were from a time before I started coming here. I also now wonder if several or many employees moved from this location to Cactus five to seven years ago...

I couldn’t be more impressed with this treatment center! My sister graduated their program, and today is her 4 year sober anniversary. I’ve seen such a positive change in her since then. I was reminded today of the huge hand they had in helping her. The staff at the rehab care for her and she’s still in contact with many of them til this day. When we visited ourselves the rehab itself was clean and comfortable. Can’t thank them enough because they helped my family member turn their life around, and I am forever grateful. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking help with addiction.

I was able to leave this program with some of the tools needed to help in my recovery. The groups were amazing! It is set up like a small village. You have multiple houses and meeting center in the middle of them. They also take you out for trips to the park and even church on Sundays.

Ashley made this visit very comfortable, she literally made this place. It can get boring but you got to stick it out….. FYI the microwave meals suck ass but occasionally, you get a good one.
